Man, I am lost for words. I was taking a break from doing art trades, and this idea popped up into my head.
I was like "Team Ragnarok deserves better", but I couldn't do a simple fanfic. Oh no, it has to be a Genshin Impact crossover.

So you know when you wanna read something but it doesn't exist no matter how much you search, so you write them yourself? That's me.

Also, Diluc, Sucrose and Bennet are there at the beginning because I had to ask a Ganyu main who he use with her, I just need it for the starter bit. :^

Please don't enjoy :""")

Ganyu's POV

Breathe, Ganyu, Breathe. Everyone in the team was tired from non-stop travelling, but what kept us going? It was for the traveller, and kind of the fun of seeing other people in your team. However, I felt awful today physically. Maybe I had a cold? We ended up walking in the rain a couple of days ago or so. Plus, the rest of my team weren't from Liyue so it was amusing to hear them talking about things I wouldn't hear every day working as a secretary for the Liyue Qixing.

"A-Are we almost there, Master Diluc?" Sucrose next to me panted heavily, the rain pouring down onto all of us. She was in perfect health, but she was already tired from staying up all night last night doing something that made a loud noise, according to Bennett. To me, she could definitely climb farther than me right now. My hands couldn't grip onto the mountain rock anymore, they were getting sore and my head was spinning, pretty sure I had a fever.

"Hang in there. We are almost at the top." Diluc blankly said, remaining a calm demeanour as always. Though, from his voice, I could tell he was about to run out of stamina as well. I took a deep breath and looked at Bennett, who was pretty determined we would get to the top without problem. Aaaaah… Climbing straight away after sprinting was such a bad idea especially when your body is having a bad day. Later on, we were almost at the top of the cliff with Diluc and Bennett waiting at the peak while me and Sucrose still struggled.

"Sucrose," I called out to her, she looked at me like she was looking at something scary. Though it wasn't me, it was her realisation of how far up we were and honestly, this height could scare anyone a little or a lot. "Let me help you." I smiled, giving her a little lift. Sucrose managed to leap and grabbed Diluc's strong hand, getting her up at the top as well.

I tried to do the same. But I failed.

"Miss Ganyu!" Bennett called out, his face was full of dread and so was Sucrose as she gasped. I could read Diluc's face, he was concerned as well. My hair was lifting up as gravity forced me down, and I didn't want to feel the pain of death. I had no stamina at all, and pain takes stamina, right?

End of story, except not really.

In midair, I blacked out and felt nothing. Does that mean I am alive or not? If I did die, it sure was a peaceful death. I couldn't move. It was warm, though, I could feel it. Cosy and warm, just like how it felt like when I slept on the grass on a sunny day last week during our break, but different to before I died as it was raining. Death was more peaceful than I thought, this must be what it feels like. Though, how would the others feel if I was dead? Or did I just pass out? Hmmm. I felt like I could open my eyes, but something was forcing me to keep it shut, I was scared but also confused. If I was dead, how could I be feeling what I am feeling? Then, I felt the texture of sand.

Shivering, I opened my eyes and met with the afterglow in the evening. It was beautiful, but it was so unfamiliar to me, as I only saw the sky being orange around this time. Speaking of which, what time is it? More importantly, where am I? I noticed that there was no damage done to my body clothes, and I could move just fine. My supposedly fever was also gone. In the corner of my eyes, my Vision was also still shining brightly. I concluded that I was alive, but how, exactly? Furthermore, I was soaked from head to toe, meaning I was washed up. But I didn't drown whatsoever?

"Miss?" I turned around and saw a man with long, pointy hair. The strands were cold blue-ish colours, it was like what Dragonspine would look like from far away. He was wearing a soft-toned shirt, top buttons unbuttoned, with a pale gold vest and white blazer with matching trousers. His eyes were gold, it was so precious-looking. Besides that, his clothes were quite peculiar to me, I never saw anything like it. Well, I guess it could be said it would look like what people in Fontaine and Mondstadt would wear, but I have to admit they would be slightly more ornate.

"Uh…" Weirdly enough, I could understand what he was saying. I honestly didn't know what to say, especially when realising what happened and all the sudden someone came. Plus, the environment around me looked different to what I would see in Teyvat. I couldn't describe it, maybe futuristic? "I-I will be going." I stood up and was about to leave, but the man stopped me.

"Please wait. Are you sure you're alright? It looked like you passed out and just woke up." The tall man was worried about me for sure, but the thought of my death still lingered around me but how could I say to him I was meant to be dead? "Let me help you." He formed a faint smile on his lips. Charming, that's all I could say about him.

"I-" I didn't know if I could really trust him, since he literally just appeared behind me from nowhere. "I am fine, mister. I just had a fever. I will hurry home." That was a lie. What home, and who would come outside when they have a fever? Despite that, he was like a gentle and kind soul, I could feel it. He can't be bad. Ah, I give up. "Uh, okay. I don't really have anywhere to go." I admitted, which made me sound like a homeless person.

"My name is Harald." He bowed slightly and took my hand, kissing it. It was a soft kiss, no affection but rather the sake of formality. I felt like he was a gentleman with respect for everyone and his kindness, yet it was a cold kindness.

"Good fortune. My name is Ganyu." I slightly lowered myself, it wasn't even a bow. I wasn't sure if it was necessary, but I felt like it was some kind of manners or etiquette I wasn't familiar with. Beside his charming energy, he seemed wealthy as well. Something like Diluc, I would guess. Then, still holding my hand like a vulnerable child in his hand, he started walking and I followed him.

"That is a sweet name." Harald smiled, "I've never heard of that name before, I admit. But it is a beautiful name, Ganyu." His tranquil voice was very enchanting, it was like an easy spell to make anyone fall in love with him. I could listen to him go on and on. It would help me sleep on a cold winter night. "Also, hm..." He paused until he looked at me, "Sorry if I am being rude, but may I ask about your... Horns?" I kind of expected that, honestly.

"Ah, this is a headdress." I wasn't sure if I should tell the truth, since this place already felt otherworldly. In fact, there was no way he would believe the fact I am half human and half Qilin. Yet, I felt bad for lying to him like that. "I am quite attached to it." I smiled back, before noticing we were walking toward a big resident, with a giant tree sprouted looming over the whole mansion. I was honestly confused, until I realised this must be Harald's home.

"It is a wonderful headdress, Ganyu." He let go of my hand and went to open the door. "Please make yourself home." He went in and I was shocked briefly before catching up to him. Immediately, I could spot a good number of servants from butlers and maids, just like it was with Diluc's mansion, but the ones here were more diligent. Harald walked up to one of the maids and smiled at her, "Good evening, Lynae. Please, show this young lady to an empty room close to mine, she is in need of protection at the moment. After that, bring her down for dinner." The pretty maid nodded and walked up to me and bowed, signalling to me to follow her.

"Please follow me, miss." Lynae smiled and took off with me upstairs. I still couldn't believe how I ended up in another mansion in another world when I was just laying around in the sand after falling off a cliff. Forgetting that, I looked around and my eyes met with a great number of chandeliers, which were so pretty I couldn't take my eyes off of them. Lynae chuckled, she must have noticed I was just staring at the ceiling like an amazed child, "Do you like them?"

"Yes, I like them. They're such pretty chandeliers." I made sure I wasn't tensing up, but I did mentally. The young maid opened the door and turned on the light, revealing a luxurious bedroom and the sea can be looked out from the wide windows. The bed was properly tidied and the carpet looked very fluffy and clean. On the opposite side of the bed was a desk with a mirror on the wall, this looked more like a guest room in a fancy inn than anything.

"Master seemed to be interested in you, miss. This floor contains the most comfortable rooms, including his." She laughed lightly, "You remind me a lot about when I started working here." Lynae seemed to have lightened up to me, so should I. Hopefully, I could possibly meet her around more often. Well, I must see her more often. We went back downstairs and she told me Harald invited to have dinner with him, which Lynae kept teasing me about. Ah, glad to know that she is actually an amiable person, that saved me from so much formality. "Enjoy your dinner, Miss Ganyu." Lynae scuttled off after she gently pushed me into the dining room. Please let the food be vegetarian-friendly.

"Did you like your room?" Harald asked, watching me walking to one of the seats opposite to him.

"It's wonderful, Harald. Thank you so much, I am heavily in your debt." Although, I did wonder as to why he would take a young woman into his mansion and give her a fancy room at first meeting.

"There's no need to worry about it, Ganyu. Please enjoy your meal." I scanned the whole table and thankfully there was vegetarian food I could eat. I started to eat and I was so overwhelmed by the delectable nutrients I was receiving. I gently purred as I put more into my mouth, I could eat more and more if I could. The meal was silent, no one had any reason to disturb the peaceful and delicious meal really, I was so thankful Harald gave me this opportunity. He was even kind enough to give me vegetarian food. Harald, for sure, is a kind soul. I also noticed that as the time went on, Harald was staring at my Vision on my left hip and his left eye had no pupil but was replaced by some kind of symbol.

"Are you by any chance interested in my chance?" I stopped eating, which my sudden inquiry made him slightly jump. Oh, he didn't expect me to notice he was staring. He looks so different when he's surprised, it's adorable.

"Apologies for staring at you. My Rune Eye seemed to be interested in your ornament." It seemed like both of us were interested in something about each other. I believed the 'Rune Eye' that he was speaking of was something like a Vision I bear. "Is it okay if you tell me about it?" I sat up, gathering words so I could explain to him.

"It is called a Vision; it is the sign that The Sevens recognised your hardship throughout your life journey. I have gained the Cryo Vision, which grants me the element ice. Though, I usually only use elemental skills in combat." It seemed I managed to somehow intrigued the man next to me, though I wondered which part he was most interested in. I felt happy I made him look at me with interest, but I didn't know why. "I specialised in archery, which I can infuse that skill with my cryo element." Although I knew I didn't explain who The Sevens were, I honestly just want him to start talking about himself and bring me to his speeches like a soft lullaby.

"It has piqued my interest a lot, Ganyu. You must have done many things that you managed to achieve and become one of the chosen ones." He nodded and looked into my eyes, now I could see the symbol in his left eye more clearly, "This is called the Rune Eye, they are given to the three people who were chosen to hold the power of the three Norse Gods." Three, that is definitely much rarer than seeing a person with a Vision. I couldn't think of what 'Nordic' meant, but it must be some kind of legend or mythology in this world, I continued to listen to him. "Tomorrow morning, I will be receiving my God card. It's called 'Odin, Father of the Aesir'." I blanked out, trying to figure out about this otherworldly God business, but then he asked, "Would you like to come with me? It's under this mansion, though we may have to head off somewhere else." That sounded like a fascinating adventure. Although I should be sleeping and get tired, Harald weirdly energised me and I wouldn't mind travelling with him.

"I don't mind that, Harald. I would love to go for an adventure." I didn't bother to question the Norse God or the Aesir, I just immediately accepted. I wanted to accompany him after all the sympathy he had given me. He smiled, and its warmth was so different to the weather outside right now, it was cold. After deciding when we were going to settle off, he walked me up to my bedroom. He sure was protective of me, as his room was literally next to mine. "Sleep well, Harald. Good night."

"Sweet dreams." He shot me with a smile, a smile which belonged to the most charming prince. He went away, and I couldn't help but bury my face into the pillow and thought of what he said.

"Sweet dreams."

"Sweet dreams."

His soothing voice echoed in my head. I couldn't help but fall in love with his smooth voice, he could take any woman he wants just from that voice. I felt like I was betraying my own world, but I had a good time in this world so far. I should maybe figure out how to go back, if that is even possible. I brushed off all the thoughts in my head so that I could sleep peacefully. I went under the comfortable blanket, falling asleep, as it kept me warm for the rest of the night.

I woke up and Lynae helped me get ready, even doing my makeup and picking up my new outfit, I was so grateful for her. Though, it was a hassle transferring my Vision to the new outfit as we weren't sure where to attach it to but we managed. The outfit we picked was so different for me, a frilly white blouse with a soft yellow plaid skirt.

I went with Harald underground to find the root of the tree, although I felt bad, I asked him to explain about the Norse God more to me which he did. On the spot, next to the card he was meant to pick up. I honestly felt bad because he could easily just take the Odin card and explain it to me later.

"So, it is time." He closed the thick book on his lap, it contained the lore of the Old Norse, such as the Poetic Edda. His Rune Eye appeared again as he grabbed the 'Odin, Father of the Aesir", the card gave out a brief bright, white light before Harald put it in his pocket inside the blazer. Although, to me, it was only a card, I could feel a godly power within the card, making my Vision glow a soft blue light as well. This made me want to support Harald even more.

"Young Master," Sebastian, Harald's butler, called, "I've guessed you would be looking for the others, so I gathered them for you." He took out what looked like a scroll, but instead there were buttons that opened some kind of floating image coming out. Ah, the wonders of this world. I must become more acquainting with cultures and technologies.

"Wonderful. You're so reliable, Sebastian." Harald turned to me, offering me his hand. "Let's go, Ganyu, you're ready, right?" Without any hesitation, I took his hand and Sebastian led us both back to the ground to see a huge kind of transportation, but I wasn't sure what it was. I just knew the inside looked as lavish as the mansion. Though, I half expected it since Harald has established himself to be a rich man. From the perspective of entering from the side, the first seat was most likely for the person controlling this machine, then the two seats behind were for the people on board and more seats (attached) for more passengers, I would guess from my observation.

"Woah..." I sat down at the conjoint seats at the back, in case I felt like I would fall asleep. I also noticed a lot of secured bottles of alcohol. I had never seen anything like this before, I was simply amazed. Sebastian sat down at the very front, facing the outside while Harald sat in one of the two seats in front of me. Now I wanted to sit next to him. Suddenly, I looked out of the window and noticed we were going up into the sky though there was no movement of the transport whatsoever. I expected it to shake a little but there was nothing, but I could hear something above the ceiling, it must be a gigantic fan thing.

"Relax, Ganyu. The journey won't be very long, but if you would like any beverage then feel free to." He turned to me as he said so. I was nervous, I didn't want to accidentally break any of his expensive drinks, or at least I thought it was expensive.

I got up and grabbed a glass, studying the wine rack to see which was the weakest wine in the rack. I poured myself a glass and took a whiff, it was familiar to the ones we had at Diluc's place. I shifted to the farthest seats and took a good look outside; the view was pretty nice and I wish I could glide down. However, I was wondering what kind of people I would meet in this world, especially people with the Rune Eyes he mentioned. I didn't know what to do nor could do, but I could only look out and sip this soft wine.

HOH, I made Harald more charming than he should but it's okay because I agree with myself that I am right-

I honestly can't wait to write about them meeting Dragan and Brave for the next chapter, though I need to see if I can clip those two together for the next chapter. And YES, this will be a Ganyu harem.

But yeah, this was just a wacky fanfic idea I thought of, and I wanted to also take a break from writing the more strict structure like Dragon's Rite.

Have a good day~
