The first time he saw those red eyes, he was captivated.
Jumim was taking a break and since his friends had been obviously fawning over this white haired guy, it is almost laughable, he needed to check him out.
He knew there's 90 percent chance that his friends has deliberately talked about the guy more than a few times in his presence to get him to help the man.
They didn't tell him exactly how though. His company has not expanded to show business yet, especially not in theaters.
Maybe in time, he can expand it. But on second thought, maybe it wasn't worth it.
Who knew what his father would do to the women if there were to expand to this kind of business where looks are the main asset. Shaking his head, he'll think about it when he needs to.
It was fortunate that his only day off for months was the guy's show debut.
Jumin, contrary to popular belief, is able to look like a commoner. If one doesn't look at him long enough, they would've thought that he was a simple commoner.
After all, he has been conducting secret investigations on his own with some of their branches to ensure their quality and if their presence is still profitable.
Adoring one outfit that he was given on an interview, Jumin was wearing a black hoodie and blue jeans with black rubber shoes. It was comfortable for him and enough to stop everyone else from recognizing him. Not his style at all but this will do.
Entering the theaters, he opted to watch all of the shows on this day. His main objective's show was not the main event and it seemed like not even in the top shows today.
He seated himself at the third row center. V and Rika were not here, they had been doing charity works for a while now. Even stating that they wanted to create a foundation and inviting him once it was built.
The shows started and they weren't noteworthy. Even him who only researched about this kind of business overnight can see that while the plot of the shows are intriguing, the cast members aren't.
They are either boring or annoying.
Jumin eyed one of the cast and she seemed to be distracted. She kept glancing his way. It was unnatural to the show.
Jumin clicked his tongue. He read that the cast members should be able to handle anything that the audience does.
All he did was stare at her. She is being unprofessional.
Jumin glanced away. He only noticed her because she was the type of his father. If he ever tried to buy this theater, he needed to ensure that the girl will not be another step mother.
He furrowed his brows. He's thinking maybe it wasn't worth the look after all. He still have 3 hours to wait for this Zen guy.
He was intrigued of course.
He was getting suspicious that he was being set up with the guy but he's not exactly sure why.
In V and Rika description, Zen is his opposite. He was reckless and emotional. Maybe the only thing they have in common is their penchant for vehicle accidents.
V already contacted him in frantic before about Zen being on a motorcycle crash. V even mentioned that he will die of young age if they don't stop driving.
Jumin absent mindedly observed the shows that followed. He was already here and he was impatient.
He didn't get to meet the guy when he was at the hospital because of work and he was surprised to know that Zen was already discharged two days after.
It was an opportunity missed but meeting up in an hospital is not a good first impression.
He has counted to 5 actresses his father would've like when he saw this white haired man.
Wearing a prince outfit, this guy declared his undying love for this woman at the balcony.
Every diction, every action, every expression he does is like watching a fire blazing elegantly. Jumin wasn't capable to take his eyes of the man.
His red eyes looked so fiery and even his improv was not that done.
Jumin knew the guy was worth it and has what it takes to succeed in his career and he would like to help him out.
He made eye contact with the man for a few seconds and he was greeted with a smile. Zen then continued his performance.
Jumin was able to breathe and he knew he needed to go out.
He marched straight to the exit.
He blinked.
Of course, he was going to dream about that night. Jumin sighed.
He doesn't need to remember the first time he saw Zen. It wasn't relevant to the situation at hand.
After working with only mere three days before the deadline, Jumin collapsed in his table and was asleep for 2 hours.
He remembered that Zen noticed him that night. Walking out on the middle of his performance was not a great first impression and Jumin knew that it was one of the many grudges Zen has for him.
Zen mentioned it the first time he spoke with him.
Saying that he need not to bother himself since Jumin didn't even enjoy the only performance he saw.
Unable to think of any reason for his sudden departure that night, Jumin was at a loss of words. He wasn't exactly sure what his reasons were and he wasn't going to lie about it.
Jumin left it as is. Unable to come up with an excuse, he left Zen to think of whatever he wanted about his actions but he made it clear that he did enjoy his performance.
Zen just wasn't listening.
He frowned. Three days.
If he were to finish this, he needed absolute focus.
He had already make amends to himself that Zen hate him.
Maybe not to the extent of not talking to him but his recent actions might just do that.
He wasn't sure if he could live with that.
