to get back into writing, I'm writing this random story based on that random animation about world hopping.

World hopping: you know when u for example, need crimson blocks but your in a corruption world? And then you create a new world to get those crimson blocks?

Yeah so basically that but in each new world there are already people living there.

And it's not an original idea, it's based on "Terraria Chronicles" by TertraMidna68, and "Somali and the Forest Spirit" An anime adaptation that is adventure fluff

However, both of them are actual stories with a plot and mine is more just a crack fic.

There are many reasons to go world hopping, also known as traveling through universes.

Well however it's called, it's quite fun just being overpowered, defeating bosses as if they were nothing, killing thousands of enemies in a single slash.

Or sometimes it's just to find some resources.

But I just want to have an adventure.

I already defeated most threats from my world, The wall of Flesh, The destroyer, Plantera, The Golem...

There are only some that I haven't killed, a huge fish that the Guide told me is summoned by baiting it with a rare worm that the Truffle guy told me is "Very hard" to catch.

I'm pretty sure it's just that I'm very unlucky because the 2 times I saw it it literally disappeared into the ground.

And I can't forget the cult in the dungeon, worshipping this weird golden tablet.

I also heard about tales of a God, "Lord of the Moon", "The almighty one"...

Although one day my destiny is to fight him, I'm more than sure it's not anytime soon.

So until that day comes, I'll be venturing and helping those in need.

I opened my eyes to Mr.Guide staring at me, he wasn't the one that accompanied me on my journey, he's a new guide, ready to-

"Hi! I'm Seth." He awkwardly smiled at me, "I will be accompanying you as part of the Order."

I internally cringe as I remember reading on some old books talking about how the Order was a secret.

He went on explaining on how I was the "chosen one" that could help defeat the evil forces of the world.

He talked and talked until the sun was at the highest.

"So... did you catch all of that?" He asked with clear exhaustion in his voice, "I really need some water."

I nodded and went to the closest river.

"You still haven't spoken a word."

I turned around.

"I'm just a bit worried."

The fishes in the river swam by as we sat down on the grass.

I sighed loudly to get his attention. "Do you know any nearby towns or villages?"

"Uh... I guess so but we don't have any money on-"

"Great!" I grinned, "Let's go!"

I shuffled through my inventory until I found the blessed apple, known as the unicorn mount.

"Look Seth, I'll explain later but guide us to the nearest settlement."

I summoned the unicorn and pulled him onto its back.

He didn't say a word after giving me the directions, which is understandable. This is, after all, a world without the Hallow biome.

When we arrived at the town, we could see the distant corruption, slowly creeping in.

I put my blessed apple away and the unicorn disappeared with it, the Guide eyed me with suspicion as we arrived at the entrance.

"Halt!" The guard raised his spear, "Identification please."

"I'm Asterlii, an adventurer."

"Age?"

"I'm 19." I looked at Seth as he talked with the other guard.

"Race?"

I stuttered a bit at the question, "I'm human."

"Do you have a pass?"

"...no?"

"Then you'll have to pay a fee of 12 copper per day, until you leave or decide to settle here."

I sighed as I saw Seth waiting for me on the other side of the gate.

"We'll have to pay 24 copper a day!" He complained, "That's absolutely ridiculous! That means killing at least one BLUE SLIME every day!"

"And?"

"Have you tried killing one?" He asked incredulously, "Those are way harder than green slimes!"

I didn't respond, I had a Terra blade and I was wearing Beatle armor, although I hid my armor, it didn't mean that it couldn't protect me.

"The town is called Silma, in honor of our founder.

It was a place designed to train soldiers to fight off the corruption, which at that time was miles and miles away.

Now that the corruption has grown stronger, we fear that the imminent doom has come.

The hill that the Osiah blessed us with has been infected by Qera's rage and has been corrupted."

The introduction pamphlet was filled with nonsensical explanations for the corruption, but at least is had a map, guiding us to the inn.

We walked down the road and made our way to the nearest inn, taking in all the surroundings.

It looked so lively, but it was a ghost town.

The residents have left to find a better place and those who stayed were soldiers or people too poor to leave.

There's a clear hierarchy here, the soldiers were well-payed and only stay here because of their promise of keeping the land after the corruption is no longer a threat.

The citizens of Silma are ostracized, living in the poorer parts.

"Good evening!" The innkeeper waved, "A room for 2?"

"Yes, thanks."

"That'll be 5 silvers a night." The Guide visibly shook when hearing the price, "May I ask, why are you here?"

"Just traveling around." Seth backed me up, "We are planning to go to Allion."

"Ah, this is indeed the shortest route..." The innkeeper muttered, "Well, I'll give you a cheaper room if you want."

"Thanks a lot."

She couldn't contain her smile, "That'll be 89 copper a night."

The Guide widened his eyes, and I then immediately retracted the offer.

"We'll pay 5 silvers." I cut in, who would make such a discount? "Thank you very much."

I give her the money and drag Seth away as soon as we got a room.

"You have some explaining to do." Seth crosses his arms. "Firstly, we could've payed way less! I know you have some money and that makes you confident but 5 silver a night is absolutely ridiculous!"

"That's what you worried 'bout." I stare blankly, "I'm richer than you can imagine."

I sit down and start telling him the truth, after all, he will be accompanying me on my adventure here.

He listened carefully and even took notes in his book diary journal thing.

"So my plan is to contain the corruption and then leave to the next world." I explain, "I actually didn't plan having another Guide with me, my Guide is in another world."

"Uhh..." His eyes were focused on his book, "So I guess I'll be traveling with you until you reach your goal."

I smile and throw myself unto the bed.

Then I realized a big problem.

The trip was supposed to be for one, not for two, therefore meaning that...

"Rest in Peace me."

"Huh?" He looks back at me.

"I'll have to share my stuff with you."

please don't expect much, i normally would write stuff about shows I've recently watched but I just am trying to get back into writing
