To The School

Sunday September 1st, 1991

"Oh mum. Why can't i go?" Ginny whined and tears started to trickle down her cheeks.

"Brat." Ron thought as he looked around the muggle train station. He huffed in annoyance. "We're gonna be late and miss the train, people!" Something then caught his eye.

There was a confused 11 year old boy looking around in desperation. Ron caught his gaze and gave him a look that said, 'watch.'

"Ginny you can go next year. Or maybe not since you won't grow up! Can we just please get going?" He looked back to his family in irritation, but he spoke quietly.

"Ronald Weasley!" His mother said in an exasperated tone. "How dare you talk to your sister like that!" She scoalded. Then looked down at her daughter. "We can talk when we get to 9 and 3/4, we're causing attention."

Ron looked back at the boy and saw the he inched a bit closer, just so he could hear them.

"Percy, you first." Molly said to the oldest child there, gesturing to the wall in front of them.

Ron winked at the boy and his eyes widened as Percy ran into the wall and disappeared. The boy blinked his eyes and rubbed them, making sure he didn't miss something.

"Fred, you next." Molly said to one of the twins.

"He's not Fred, I am!" The other one exclaimed, crossing his arms.

"Honestly women, you call yourself our mother." The other added.

"Oh sorry, George dear." Molly then gestured again to the barrier, with an apologetic expression.

The twins smirked and 'George' positioned himself to run. "I'm only kidding, I'm really Fred." He ran and disappeared, the real George following after.

Molly huffed and then took Ginny's hand and ran at the barrier.

Ron looked back at the boy and beckoned him over. The boy hesitantly walked over to Ron.

"You just gotta run into it. You saw my family just do it and they didn't get hurt." Ron whispered, smiling at him.

The boy seemed to ignore the way Ron spoke. "If they're your family, then why did they leave you here?" The boy asked meekly, turning his head a bit. That's when Ron noticed the faint white scar on his forehead.

"Harry Potter?" He thought with a cocked eyebrow. "Don't worry about it." He answered, muttering, but loud enough for Harry to hear. "You should go before it closes." He pointed at the wall and Harry blinked at him. "Go on, go at a run if you're nervous." Ron gave him a reassuring smile.

Harry closed his eyes and ran at it. Right before Ron's eyes, he disappeared. Ron smiled to himself and looked up to the muggle clock on the wall. "10:57." He thought. He looked around and ran at the wall.

As soon as he made it through a silky black cat jumped on him. "Hello Noir." He chuckled, lowly. He gently placed the cat on his shoulder and started toward the train.

He pulled the bag on his back up a bit. His bag had an extension charm on it, but even that wasn't needed. Well, it was, but only for a book or two and Noir's bowl.

"Did Yuki pick us a compartment?" He asked in a mutter, gently stroking Noir's silk fur. He got a meow for a answer. "Lead the way, pretty kitty."

Noir used her head to nudge Ron's hand in a direction. Ron used his other hand to play with the serpent ring he stole two months ago in the pocket of the black leather jacket he found in the Lost-And-Found at the muggle train station.

Ron stopped when he heard a peck on glass. He turned and saw Yuki in a compartment. He smiled at her and entered, closing the door behind him.

"You girls know i like to be alone." He said softly to the animals as he sat down, placing the bag next to him. "Is that why you picked the carriage?" He earned a hoot and a meow as a response.

"I must admit that it's the biggest compartment." He hummed as Noir jumped into his lap and Yuki sat across. "Even though it's not a compartment."

The whistle sounded and he pulled the dusty curtain up so he could see out. As of right then, all he saw was the black brick wall, only because he was at the back of the train.

The train then bolted to life and he passed his mum and sister waving to the twins who had their heads out the window.

"We'll send you a toilet seat, Ginny!" The brothers called, making the crying girl chuckle and slightly smile at them.
