Even though everything that had just happened was still on our minds, we managed to get through the rest of the day quite easily. Minus Simon and Ellen of course, we had a nice breakfast at the hotel lobby, and then most of us rested up in our huts for awhile, since we were either worn out from investigating and the trial or some people didn't even get any sleep the night before. Afterwards we had a nice lunch, then enjoyed spending time with each other, having dinner, and finally calling it a night. We were ready to move on.

I woke up fairly early the next morning and hopped out of bed, changing out of the uniform I wore to bed, I put on a new one and headed out of my hut to go take a shower before having breakfast. I walked down the hill and reached the bathrooms. Miranda was also heading into the bathrooms as well.

"Hey Miranda!" I called to her as I ran up to catch her.

"Ah!" Miranda jumped and turned around to face me, I must of surprised her.

"Sorry, didn't mean to scare you."

Miranda slowly regained her composure. "It is...fine...I'm just..."

"Jumpy?"

"Yeah...a little...jumpy...after..."

"I know, I'm still not fully over everything myself, yet."

Miranda looked around nervously. "I was just...gonna have...a shower..."

"Yeah me too, let's head on inside."

Miranda and I went inside the bathrooms and headed for the showers. After taking a shower, we both headed back outside. I kept trying to make conversation with Miranda, but she was still a bit hard to talk to. However, she always seemed fine when she was with Dane. I decided to do a little prying.

"So Miranda...I noticed you spend a lot of time with Dane." I began with.

Miranda appeared to get freaked out. "Um...Yeah..."

"What do you guys talk about?"

"Uh...Well...I...We..."

"Something going on between you and Dane?"

"I gotta go! By Natalie!" Miranda quickly booked it up the hill, back to the huts.

I watched her run off, feeling quite annoyed I hadn't gotten a straight answer out of her.

"Do Dane and Miranda really have something going on?" I thought to myself, quite bitterly and jealously.

Continuing to think it over, I started walking to the hotel patio. When I reached the forest, I stepped on something that made a weird popping noise, and the next thing I knew, I was covered chocolate pudding.

"What the fuck?!" I cried out loud, while very angry and confused.

I heard hard laughing nearby, next thing I know, Rory comes out from behind a nearby tree, laughing his ass off.

"Oh my god!" Rory laughed. "No freaking way that actually worked! Oh wait, of course it did! I'm the Ultimate Prankster!" Rory continued to laugh extremely hard.

I was pissed off now. "What the fuck is this?!"

"Pudding bomb!"

"Pudding bomb!?"

"Yeah, a pudding a bomb! I blew up a balloon and filled it with pudding, as well as making it burst on the smallest force of touch!" Rory started laughing harder.

Still pissed off, I looked down at the ground and saw broken pieces of a green balloon that blended in with the forest grass. I must of stepped on it.

"You jackass!" I yelled. "I just took a shower!"

Rory started laughing harder. "That makes it funnier!"

"How can you be so insensitive!? Right after the...the..."

Rory stopped laughing and got serious. "The class trial..."

My anger slowly started to fade away. "Yeah..."

"Wow, I'm sorry Natalie. I guess I should of realized I was being insensitive. It's just that...a good prank always helps me when I'm depressed."

I felt bad for yelling at him. "No, I'm sorry Rory. I shouldn't of gotten so angry over a prank."

Rory suddenly smiled again. "Good." Before I had time to even react, he pulled out another pudding bomb from his pocket and threw it at me, covering me in even more pudding.

"What the fuck?!" I was shocked for a second, but slowly got angry again as I glared at Rory. "Why the fuck did you do that!?"

Rory nearly fell over in laughter. "Double pudding bomb! Yes!"

"I'm gonna kill you Rory!"

Rory noticed my killer instinct and started booking it out of the forest, still laughing his ass off. I immediately chased after him. My rage made me go a little faster than usual, but Rory was definitely faster. I guess he must be fast if he runs away from pissed off people that he pranks. I know I definitely wanted to kill his ass. I ended up chasing Rory all the way to the hotel, covered in chocolate pudding. I had lost him in my sight as I reached the supermarket, and I was out of breath. I slowly walked up the stairs of the hotel patio and saw several of my classmates were already there getting ready for breakfast, including Rory. They all turned to me when I arrived, while panting for my life.

"Natalie!" Dana cried. "Are you okay!?"

"What the hell happened to you!?" Sapphire asked. "You look horrible."

"Things just keep getting weird around here." RK added.

Rory fell out of his chair, laughing his ass off. Dana ran to me with a glass of water, which I quickly took and gulped down.

"Better?" Dana asked.

I nodded. "Yeah, thanks Dana."

"Rory." Irene stated sternly. "What did you do?"

Rory just kept laughing.

"I appreciate trying to be artistic." Bridget smiled. "I really don't get your vision, but I appreciate the effort Natalie.

I frowned. "I wasn't trying to be artistic. This was one of Rory's stupid pranks!"

Rory finally got up from the floor, but still laughing. "Classic pudding bomb!"

"What the hell is a pudding bomb?" Sapphire asked.

"If you're asking Rory, you probably don't want an answer." RK replied.

"I would have to agree with that." Irene replied sternly, while still glaring at a laughing Rory.

Dana ran and grabbed many napkins, then came back over to me and started wiping away the pudding that was on me. "Hang on tight Natalie." Dana said. "I'll get you cleaned up.

I tried telling Dana I could do it myself, but I was still pretty out of breath, so I just let Dana wipe away all the pudding. As Dana cleaned me up, more people started to arrive.

"Breakfast time!" Sam exclaimed as she backflipped onto the hotel patio.

"I will do my best!" Gavin exclaimed who was right behind Sam.

"Shut up geek!" Harvey responded as he walked over to Gavin and punched him in the stomach. "Take that!"

"Ouch!" Gavin fell to the ground, holding his stomach.

"Hey!" Sam shouted angrily. She picked up a frying pan from a table and chucked it at Harvey, which hit him right in the balls.

"Mommy!" Harvey squealed as he crutched his balls tight as he fell to the floor.

"My work here is never done." Dana stated as she ran over to check on Harvey.

"Well blame Harvey for always being such a big bully!" Sam responded as she helped Gavin to his feet.

"Leave me alone!" Kirsty yelled as she joined us on the hotel patio with Henry following her from behind.

"I love you so much, my dear Kirsty!" Henry exclaimed with heart eyes.

"Stop calling me that!" Kirsty turned around and punched Henry right in the face, bringing him to the ground.

Dana, who had just helped Harvey to his feet, sighed as she ran over to check on Henry.

Rory laughed some more. "With all this going on, Aqua Tail won't even need another motive to get another murder happening."

"Don't say that!" Irene growled. "That is nothing to joke about!"

"He does have a point though." RK agreed. "Someone is bound to end up dead with this much hitting still going on."

"Can we not talk about that now?" I asked, finally sitting down at the table.

"Agreed." Bridget agreed. "Let us enjoy this artistic breakfast."

"Aren't we missing some people?" Sam asked.

"Simon and Ellen still won't show up." Kirsty replied.

"Yeah, don't count on those guys coming." Rory agreed.

"Right, but we're still missing some people." Sam responded.

"Dane and Miranda still aren't here yet." Henry answered as Dana got him back on his feet.

"Right!" Sapphire replied. "Those two still aren't here."

"It still seems like some people are missing." Harvey stated.

Kirsty hit Harvey in the back of his head. "You inconsiderate idiot! Obviously, Donald and Raj won't be joining us!"

Kirsty's words brought an awkward, disturbed silence among everyone, everyone suddenly looked down at the mention of our fallen friends' names.

"Wow." I thought to myself. "I guess everyone was mainly hiding their depressed feelings over what had just happened."

"I'm sorry." Kirsty apologized. "I shouldn't of said it like that.

"Don't worry my dear Kirsty." Henry replied. "I know you didn't mean it."

"It's okay guys." I started with. "It's still fresh in our minds, everything is. We just need some more time."

"Natalie is right." Irene agreed. "We will be alright, and as your leader, feel free to come to me with anything that you might need to get off your chest."

"Thank you, Irene." Smiled Bridget.

It took a few more minutes of sinking in, but everyone slowly went back to a more happy mood as we started to eat breakfast. Not long afterwards, Dane and Miranda showed up, and holding hands. I nearly spit out the bacon I was eating.

"Hi...everyone..." Miranda greeted.

"Good morning Miranda, good morning Dane." Dane smiled.

"What do we got here?!" Sam asked, curiously.

"No way!" Sapphire cried.

Dane smiled at Miranda, then turned to the rest of us. "I guess we should let everyone know, Miranda and I are officially a couple."

My heart felt like it was being ripped to pieces, I almost started crying as well. I couldn't even play with my ponytail, I was in so much despair.

"Congratulations!" Bridget congratulated. "Romance is so artistic!"

"How does the waterboy have a girlfriend and I don't!?" Harvey demanded.

"Probably because you're a pig." Kirsty replied.

"Well then, I'm glad you both found happiness in each other." Irene smiled at Dane and Miranda.

"Thank you everyone!" Dane thanked, who then pulled Miranda closer to him. "I'm very happy I met Miranda."

"Therefore, you're very happy Aqua Tail brought all of us to this island then?" Rory asked. "Since that would be the only way you would of met."

Sam picked up a bagel and threw it at Rory. "Don't ruin the moment."

Rory easy dodged the bagel, and it wound up hitting Dane in the balls, bringing him to the ground, holding his balls.

"Oooooowwww!" Dane moaned.

"Dane!" Miranda cried as she bent over to help him.

"Sorry!" Sam apologized.

"I don't think I need to help Dane." Dana stated. "I think Miranda has it."

Miranda helped Dane back to his feet, while he was still moaning in pain. I tried to hold back the tears that were threatening to poor out of my eyes.

"Maybe you two can double date with Kirsty and I?" Henry suggested.

"I'm not your girlfriend for the last time!" Kirsty cried.

"Where is my girlfriend at?!" Harvey demanded.

"A lot of false love is in the air." RK stated.

"Definitely not artistic." Bridget agreed.

While everyone expressed how happy they were for Dane and Miranda, we continued having breakfast. I tried my best to act like I was fine, but deep down, I wanted to cry my eyes out. I really did like Dane, and out of nowhere, he had chosen Miranda. I tried not to resent her, but I couldn't help feeling bitter towards her.

After breakfast, everyone went off to do their own thing. I stood on the beach for awhile, watching the waves and just thinking.

"As if being trapped on this stupid island wasn't enough." I thought to myself. "Now Dane is dating someone else."

Shaking my thoughts aside, I started to walk away from the beach. I passed by the hotel and saw RK cleaning the tables on the patio. My head wasn't up for talking, but I felt like it would get Dane and Miranda off my chest, and possibly help me. I walked up to the patio stairs.

"Hey RK." I greeted.

RK stopped cleaning and then turned to my direction. "Hello Natalie."

"Cleaning the tables I see."

RK nodded. "Yeah, I just finished."

I looked at all the tables and they were spot on and shinning clean. "Wow, they're really clean. You definitely hold up to your ultimate title."

RK turned his eyes away from me. "Don't remind me."

I instantly remembered how RK feels and regretted what I said, even if I didn't mean anything negative. "I'm so sorry RK, I was just trying to compliment you."

RK shrugged. "Don't worry about it."

"...Hey RK...Can I ask you something...personal."

"Yeah, I suppose so."

"Why are you so set on that all you're gonna be is a janitor? I mean, we're just high school students, we got the rest of our lives ahead of us. And sure, things may not be the best now, but you don't have to be where you're at now in your future."

RK just stared back at me, without showing any emotion in his face.

"Honestly, I'm not too fond of my ultimate talent either, I don't want to be a receptionist my whole life. And sure, I often don't feel special because of what my talent is, but I don't plan on sticking with this title forever. I'll probably have it for the rest of high school, and I may be stuck working as a receptionist for sometime after graduating high school. But this isn't my future, if anything...it will just help me with what I plan on doing in the end. I'll be able to go to college with the money I make from my ultimate talent and discover what my true path is."

RK still didn't give me a response.

"Ugh!" I groaned to myself. "For someone who doesn't talk too much, he sure is something else."

I spent awhile trying to get my points through to RK, but for the majority of the time, he didn't have any responses. When he did reply, it was mainly just "i see" and "yeah." I don't think I got through to him at all.

"Please RK." I begged. "Just work with me here."

RK looked away. "Look Natalie, it is nice what you're trying to do here I suppose, but don't waste your time. I don't got a lot going on for me in life, and that's just the way it is and will be."

"But why?!"

RK shook his head. "I'm not getting into everything now, but you would understand if you knew my full story."

"It's never too late to change!"

"Stop Natalie." RK gathered his cleaning supplies and then turned back to me. "I don't have anywhere else to go besides being a janitor, and the fact I'm in this killing game right now, is probably a sign that says enough." RK headed for the patio stairs and started walking down them.

"RK!"

RK ignored me and just continued to walk away.

I groaned. I guess I can't give RK too much since he does seem to have a sad past, but I know I'm right about it never being too late to change and he should listen to me. I don't know, maybe he'll come around eventually.

Shaking RK out of my head, I left the hotel patio and continued walking. I was walking by the supermarket, where I saw Irene and Kirsty outside talking. They both saw me as I grew near.

"Greetings Natalie." Irene smiled.

"Working hard Natalie?" Kirsty asked.

"Hey." I returned the greeting. "What were you talking about?"

"Something very productive actually." Irene replied.

"Irene and I are working hard to figure out how we can get off this island." Kirsty added.

I nodded. "I see."

"Hard work is the key! We can only escape if everyone is willing to put in the effort!"

I groaned mentally. "What does Henry see in this girl? The only two words she ever says are hard and work!"

"Well, what do you guys have so far?" I asked.

Irene sighed. "We have been talking for awhile now."

"And working really hard!" Kirsty added.

"But besides staying strong, never giving up, and keeping our eyes out for anything that may be of help...we don't really have anything else."

"Maybe you can help us Natalie."

"Who? Me?" I asked.

"Indeed." Irene smiled. "You were such a big help at the trial, I know you can help us out here too."

"Definitely!" Kirsty agreed.

"Sure, why not." I replied.

I spent some time discussing strategy with Irene and Kirsty. Those two seemed pumped about this talk, but we really didn't have anything new in the end. It honestly could be considered a waste of time.

"This is indeed a challenge." Irene stated.

"Tell me about it." I agreed.

"Don't worry ladies!" Kirsty chimed in. "If we keep up this hard work, we'll make it off this island in no time!"

Irene smiled at Kirsty. "Your faith in hard work sure is strong Kirsty."

"Of course it is!"

Irene turned to me. "What do you think Natalie?"

"I know just saying hard work is gonna do jack shit for us!" I thought to myself.

"Well...I'm still unsure about this whole situation...but we must keep hope strong if we're gonna survive this."

"Glad you get it Natalie!" Kirsty cheered. "I know I can always count on you to work hard!"

"Whatever." I thought to myself.

"Well I'm gonna be on my way now." Irene stated. "I have...some things to do."

"Keep up the hard work Irene!" Kirsty replied. "I'm gonna go too, I have some work to do myself, as well as..." Kirsty looked all around the area. "I need to make sure I keep Henry off my tracks. That disgusting pig always manages to find me eventually."

"I see." I replied. "Well, it was nice talking with you girls."

"Likewise." Irene smiled as she started to walk away.

"Keep up the hard work Natalie!" Kirsty stated as she walked away as well.

I waved goodbye to them, and then headed into the supermarket. Irene is really trying her best as our leader, and I definitely appreciate it. But it still seems like she's trying to carry our whole situation on her shoulders alone, when she doesn't have to at all. As for Kirsty, she just keeps getting more annoying, but I guess I can't be too annoyed at someone who just wants everyone to do their best when it comes to escaping this island, that is the goal after all.

Once inside the supermarket, I headed to the to the drink coolers and grabbed an energy drink. I really needed something to motivate me to keep moving around after what happened at breakfast and my talks so far. Taking a big drink of my energy drink, I headed back to the front of the supermarket. I ran into Sapphire, who was just walking in.

"Oh hell to the mother fucking god damn no!" I cried to myself.

"Natalie!" Sapphire greeted. "Girl, how are you doing!?"

"I'm-" I tried to say.

"I'm doing wonderful, thanks for asking girl!"

"I hope I die next." I thought to myself.

"Girl! What the hell are you drinking?!"

"...An energy drink..." I replied, both annoyed and confused."

"Girl! No!" Sapphire walked up to me and knocked my energy drink out of my hand. It fell to the floor and spilled all over the floor.

I was pissed. "Why the fuck did you do that!?"

"Duh! Natalie, girl! Why are you so dumb?!"

"What?!"

"Ladies don't drink energy drinks! Those things are so unhealthy!"

"...I'm not trying to be healthy or a lady right now!" I was so pissed.

Sapphire grabbed my shoulders with both of her hands. "Shut up Natalie! You aren't making any sense!"

"I'm not making any sense?!"

"Yeah! You're not making any sense! What is going on with you?!"

I spent some time, being pretty much held hostage by Sapphire by her holding onto my shoulders, being yapped at by her about being ladylike and what is wrong with me and what not, just a bunch of nonsense. I was so close to yelling at her to fuck off.

"Now do you understand what I been trying to say?" Sapphire asked.

"No, not at all." I replied, sarcastically.

"What?! Girl! Haven't you been paying attention?!"

"Yeah, but I don't care what you're saying."

"WHAT?! GIRL!"

"Can you stop shouting in my face?"

"Girl! You so dumb!"

"And get off of me!" I pushed her hands off of my shoulder and took a step back from her.

Sapphire just stared at me in shock.

I was still pissed. "Sapphire, stop trying to lecture me on being a lady. We got more important things going on at the moment, I got more important things going on at the moment. And even if we weren't in this situation, I don't care about being a damn lady. And honestly, your advice is just...tacky!"

"WHAT?!" Sapphire looked a combination of shocked and angry, then she just started whining and throwing a tantrum. I think she forgot I was there.

I just rolled my eyes and walked back to get another energy drink. As I grabbed one and continued to hear Sapphire's tantrum, I had an evil idea. Forming an evil smile, I grabbed a second energy drink. I walked over to Sapphire, who hadn't noticed me. I opened one of my energy drinks and poured it over Sapphire's head. She simply gasped and stood there as I spilled the entire drink on her.

"Thank for the advice, girl." I continued to smile evilly.

Sapphire took a few more seconds to take in what had just happened, before starting to tantrum even more. She was cursing up a storm, while stomping her feet and shaking her arms all over. She was such a brat. I simply shrugged and tossed the empty can on the ground. I then opened up the other can, and took a nice, long sip to really give me some energy. I took one last look at Sapphire, she is seriously such a whiney, little brat. I don't even think I seen an actual child act as bad as she is now. I just pity her. I turned away and started to head out of the supermarket, when Aqua Tail ran in carrying a mop.

"Hey!" He shouted angrily, now who's gonna clean up this mess?!"

"That brat will." I responded, while pointing at Sapphire. Then I continued walking out of the supermarket.

I continued walking, feeling a bit better about finding out about Dane and Miranda, although they were still pretty fresh in my mind. I wound up by the ship. I looked up at the thing, it truly is a big thing.

"HEY!" Someone cried. "Somebody, help me!"

I ran in the direction of the cry, which was the front of the ship. The cry turned out to belong to Harvey, who was hanging upside down from the ship by rope.

"Harvey?" I asked, staring at him in a bit of shock.

"Natalie!" Harvey answered happily. "You came to get me down!"

"Well...no, actually. I was walking by the ship and heard you shout."

"Can you get be down?"

"Yeah, but how did this even happen?"

"That little prank geek, Rory!"

"Of course." I thought to myself. "Why did I not know that the second I saw the rope?"

"Rory got you with his rope trap, I see."

"I'm gonna kill his little ass when I get my hands on him!" Harvey was now mad.

"Right...hang on Harvey." I quickly ran up onto the ship and found where the rope was. I then untied the rope, which led to Harvey falling down.

"Aaaaahhhh!" Harvey cried as he fell on his head.

"Harvey!" I cried. "Are you okay?!" I was hoping this wouldn't count as murder if he actually died.

Harvey slowly got up, he appeared dazed, but not bleeding. "I'm fine, good thing I'm just a fictional character in a story or that probably would of hurt me."

"Shit, he must be brain damaged from the fall to be talking like that." I thought to myself.

"I'm coming back down!" I yelled to him from the ship, I then quickly left the ship and met Harvey on the ground.

"I'm good, I'm alright." Harvey wobbled around for a bit longer, before regaining his composure.

"I'm glad to hear it Harvey."

"Yeah, thanks." Harvey suddenly got super angry. "Now I'm gonna go find that little geek Rory, and kick his ass!"

"Harvey, did you just fall for one of Rory's pranks by chance, or did you do something to deserve it?"

"I was bullying him! But man, that little geek is fast. I ended up chasing him to around this area. I saw him by the ship and I thought I had him, next thing I know...I'm in the freaking air and hanging from rope!"

"I see..."

"Yeah! And that little geek Rory just laughed at me and told me I deserved it, then he ran off! I must have been stuck there for hours!"

"Okay then..."

"I'm gonna kill Rory!"

I spent quite awhile listening to Harvey rage about killing Rory, it was definitely annoying and pointless.

Harvey kept bashing hist fists together. "I'll kill him! I really will!"

"Just calm down Harvey."

"But I wanna kill him!"

"Why do I bother?" I asked myself.

"Okay Harvey." I stated. "I'm gonna get going now."

"Wait!" Harvey cried.

"What is it?"

"You wanna make out with me for an hour?" Harvey started flexing his muscles, obviously trying to look cool, even though he just looked like an asshole.

"Ew! No way!"

"Come on baby!" Harvey came up to me while continuing to flex his muscles. He got way too close to comfort.

"Go away!" I punched Harvey right in the face, sending him to the ground.

Harvey just lay there, I'm pretty sure I knocked him out.

"I hate everyone!" I cried, I was so tired of being stuck on this island with a bunch of weirdoes. Shaking my head, I turned around and started to walk away. Nothing has changed about Harvey, and nothing probably will. He is just literally a stupid asshole.

I continued to walk past the ship, when Bridget appeared walking towards me.

"Hello Natalie." Bridget greeted me with a smile.

"Hi Bridget." I returned the greeting, while sounding unmotivated.

"Something wrong hun? You seem kind of down, which is never at all artistic."

I turned back and pointed at Harvey's unconscious body.

"I see." Bridget immediately knew why. "Dealing with Harvey would make anyone loose their artistic vibe. But don't you worry Natalie, I'm gonna help you get it back."

"Oh great." I groaned to myself. "What will I have to deal with now?"

"What do you mean, Bridget?" I asked.

Bridget smiled at me. "I was on my way to the ship to help get some artistic vision, and since dealing with Harvey damaged your artistic vibe, joining me will be the thing you need to get it back."

"Um...I mean, thanks Bridget...But I think I'll be fine."

"Nope." Bridget shook her head. "I won't allow you to leave until you're feeling artistic again." She grabbed my hand.

"Hey!" I cried out, shocked.

"You'll thank me later, trust me hun." Bridget lead me onto the ship.

I spent some time, being "artistic" with Bridget. It was literally just her talking and me listening, or her telling me to do something to get back that artistic vibe she keeps talking about. I'm sure she knew what she was talking about, but I sure as hell didn't. Bridget and I stood on the ship, continuing being artistic.

"There you go Natalie! Don't you just feel artistic again!" Bridget cheered.

"...Yeah..." I replied. "I feel so artistic!"

I knew if I lied and said I was feeling artistic, then Bridget would let me leave.

"There you go! I knew being here would help!"

"Right on, totally!"

Bridget just smiled at me, looking very proud and happy. "What kind of artistic vibe are you feeling now?"

"Uh...I just feel that...even though we're still stuck in this horrible situation...that...this moment is just perfect. That...even during this tough time for all of us...we can find peace here! We can just enjoy this simple and artistic moment."

"I hope Bridget doesn't figure out I just literally made all of that up!" I thought to myself.

"Excellent Natalie!" Bridget cheered. "That is my artistic vibe as well! You truly are inspirational!"

"Thanks Bridget." I thanked her.

"You're very welcome, hun!" Bridget walked over to the ship railing and enjoyed the view.

"I'm gonna get going now, Bridget. Thanks again, but now...I must carry this artistic vibe elsewhere on this island!"

Bridget gave me a thumbs up without looking back. "You do that Natalie! You do that!"

I quickly left the ship, without trying to make it obvious that I was in a hurry to get out of there. I appreciate that Bridget was just trying to help in her own way, as well as not trying to touch my hair for once, but she gets too freaking carried away with being artistic. It is honestly quite annoying, man so many people on this island are annoying. After leaving the ship, I quickly made my way back to my hut.
