"Aqua Tail." Ellen started with.

"Yes?" The otter replied.

"We're ready to vote."

"NO!" I cried out loud, attracting the attention from everyone.

"Why do you keep interfering?!" Henry demanded.

"Shut up, girl!" Sapphire yelled.

"Natalie, you done a great job for most of this class trial." Dane added. "But if we don't have anything else, then Rory is our best guess."

"He isn't our best guess." I replied. "And there is more, oh there is much more."

"Really?!" Rory asked.

I nodded. "I know another person that could of set up a rope trap, and that person is who I believe the killer actually is!"

"Who is it?!" Harvey asked.

All eyes on me still, I grew a bit anxious, I began to play with my ponytail as I said my answer. "Dana, it has to be you."

"Me?" Dana asked, quite shocked.

"Dana?!" Bridget reacted, quite shocked as well.

"But...We agreed at the beginning of the trial that she is innocent!" Miranda insisted.

"That was way before we realized that the killer didn't need to be at the huts during the time of death." I rebutted. "Dana can very much be the killer."

"But why though!" Dana responded, sounding quite upset. "Natalie, why are you attacking me!?"

"I don't want to! But...I have no choice! The killer is you and I know it!"

"Natalie, explain your reasoning." Irene ordered. "Why do you think all of a sudden that Dana is the killer?"

"...First off, what is the one piece of evidence that brought attention to her back at the beginning of the trial? Something we got off track from."

"The motive." RK answered.

"Kirsty...was Dana's target!" Gavin exclaimed.

"We're back to that now, I see." Ellen added.

"Yes, that is suspicious." Irene agreed. "But that alone doesn't prove that Dana committed this crime.

"Please, stop this now, Natalie." Dana begged. "Before you derail everyone."

I shook my head. "I know this isn't enough proof, but it is just the start. But also, ask yourself this, why would the killer target someone who isn't their target? And even if they had a good reason, why Kirsty of out of all of us?"

"Shit." Simon snickered. "Fucking thing is starting to get just a tad bit fucking fun."

"This isn't fun!" Bridget disagreed. "This is really unartistic!"

"Natalie...has a good point..." Sam stated. "But still..."

"You can't decide that I'm the killer just based on the fact that Kirsty was my target." Dana finished.

"Natalie, you said that the person you were thinking of could of set up the rope trap." Irene stated. "What proof do you have that Dana knew how to do that?"

"Easy." I replied, still quite anxious. "And I can't believe I didn't think of this in the first place."

"What is it?!" Harvey asked, wanting to know so badly.

"Dana knows how to set up Rory's rope traps because Rory himself showed her."

"Oh shit!" Rory muttered. "Oh shit!"

"What?!" Dana asked.

"Is...Is this true?" Dane asked.

"Tell us, Rory!" Sapphire demanded.

"Hell yeah!" Rory confirmed. "I remember too! I showed both Natalie and Dana how to set up my rope traps, and not long ago at all!"

"And Dana, was a quick study." I continued. "Dana was able to easily learn how to set up a rope trap, that was just as good as Rory's."

"I wouldn't go that far."

"Who the fuck cares!" Simon replied. "If this shit is true, then looks like the skinny dipper slut could be the killer!"

"Dana, your response?" Sam asked.

Dana was looking a bit nervous. "I...Yes, what Natalie and Rory are saying is true, but that still doesn't make me the killer! Rory is still our prime suspect! And since Natalie wanted to bring that up, then she should be suspected too!"

"Yeah..." Miranda agreed. "If Natalie was taught how to set up rope traps, then she could of easily done it as well."

"...No, you're wrong again Miranda." I replied.

"But how?" Dane asked.

"What the fuck?!" I cried to myself. "Why are they both targeting me?!"

"...Rory may of showed me, but he can confirm that I was terrible at it, I couldn't get any of my rope traps to work, therefore, I couldn't be the one to set up the rope trap for Kirsty."

"That is true!" Rory agreed. "I can back her up, Natalie was shit!"

"...Thanks...Rory..."

"So...Dana might actually be the killer!" Henry exclaimed.

"Looks like we should of focused more on the motive." Gavin added.

"Wait, just stop, everyone." Dana replied. "Just because Natalie is bringing up all of this information... it still doesn't mean I'm the killer! There is still Rory!"

"That is true!" Sapphire agreed. "Rory could still be the killer!"

"Hang on a second." I protested. "Just think about it, if Rory truly was the killer, don't you think he would of known he would be suspected due to the rope trap? As well as he could of threw Dana under the bus, since she also knows how to set up rope traps."

"Oh wow!" Gavin exclaimed.

"Yeah!" Rory agreed. "But I didn't!"

"Natalie, what you're saying is all just theories." Dana replied. "You need actual evidence."

"Do you have any actual proof that would point to Dana?" Bridget asked.

"Actual proof?" I thought to myself.

"Think about this too." I answered. "Unlike Raj's murder, this one was actually more well thought out and not rushed."

"Agreed." RK agreed.

"The killer thought fast! And out of all of us here, who would be the one person to think the fastest in certain situations?"

"The Ultimate Lifeguard." Ellen answered.

"Enough!" Dana replied. "That is still just a theory!"

"But it makes sense!" I countered. "The killer figured out and executed their plan pretty much right after Aqua Tail revealed the next motive, pretty similar to how you have to think fast when-"

"Shut your mouth!" Dana shouted, shocking the majority of us. "How dare you compare my talent to murder! I don't even think when I'm saving someone! I know what to do! And I save lives, not take them!"

"Whoa!" Rory exclaimed. "Shit just got real!"

Dana was glaring at me angrily, but then slowly started to calm down. "I'm sorry Natalie, I didn't mean to snap at you. But please, you're wrong about me being the killer."

"I would still go with Rory, honestly." Sapphire added.

"Dana wouldn't kill anyone." Miranda defended.

"But Prankface sure would!" Harvey exclaimed, while flexing."

"No, stop for fuck sake!" Rory cried.

"This isn't good." I thought to myself. "I know Dana is the killer, but how else can I convince everyone. I need to think..."

"Do you not have anything else that would point to Dana?" Bridget asked.

"If not..." Dane started with. "Maybe we should..."

"Wait!" I cried. "I got it!"

"Got what?" Gavin asked.

"Listen to me." With everyone's eyes on me, I began explaining more on why Dana is the killer. "Remember back to after breakfast, when Rory fell down the stairs?"

"You mean when Harvey pushed him?" Sam asked.

"Harvey." I stated sternly. "Were you the one to push Rory down the stairs?"

"Haha, I wish!" Harvey was still flexing.

"Harvey!" Irene roared, making Harvey jump. "Did you push Rory down the stairs!?"

"No! I didn't!"

"But...I could of sworn it was Harvey." Sam replied.

"Did anyone actually see Harvey push Rory down the stairs?" I asked.

No one confirmed.

I continued. "We all assumed it was Harvey because he was near Rory and we'd all expect him to do it, it didn't help that Harvey laughed about it each time it was brought up, making him appear more guilty."

"Yeah!" Harvey chimed in. "I didn't push him! I swear on me!"

"Then...who pushed me down the stairs?" Rory asked.

"Dana." I replied.

"Natalie..." Dana replied. "Why are you doing this?"

"I remember, Dana was also near Rory when we were leaving the hotel patio, and nobody would ever suspect she'd be the one to hurt anyone intentionally."

"Hang on, I'm not saying the beach bitch can't be the killer." Simon replied. "But do we know for sure that she pushed the joke dick down the stairs?"

"Does anyone even recall Dana being near Rory when walking down the stairs?" Irene asked.

No one confirmed.

"Theories, Natalie." Dana stated. "Just more theories, no actual evidence."

"I got more." I replied. "I'm not finished yet."

"Please continue." RK insisted.

"Gladly, if Dana was the one who pushed Rory down the stairs, it would create a couple opportunities for her."

"What kind of opportunities?" Ellen asked.

"First off, we all know that if somebody gets hurt, Dana immediately checks on them. Therefore, she would of known for sure that Rory was more hurt than she told us. She made it public that Rory was fine and would still be able to participate in today's activities. But she knew it would he would need time to heal and would skip the activities to rest in his hut, which disqualified him of having an alibi."

"Rory did say his leg was sore, which is why he wasn't present at either the scavenger hut or first aid class." RK added.

"It was sore!" Rory added.

"Now for the second opportunity." I continued. When Dana "checked" on Rory, that is when she stole the role and spray paint from his backpack."

"What?!" Gavin exclaimed.

"Seriously?!" Dane added.

"Nobody paid much attention to when Dana was "checking on Rory, since we assumed she knew what to do and thought she was simply checking, even Rory himself. That was her time to strike, though. Dana stole Rory's rope and spray paint and put hid them in the bag she had with her at the time."

"Enough!" Dana stated sternly. "Natalie, you're just stating theories again! If you can't prove it happened, it isn't evidence!"

"Nobody saw Dana go into Rory' backpack or put anything in her bag." Irene added.

"I got more!" I cut in. "The bag!"

"Bag?" Sapphire asked.

"Bag." Dana had a bag with her, that she claimed was gonna be used for her first aid class, which of course made sense to me, and I didn't think anything of it. But now I know why it was suspicious. Not only did she hide Rory's rope and spray paint in her bag, it never appeared at her first aid class!"

"I'm lost." Harvey replied.

"You're an idiotic moron, that is why you're lost." Ellen replied. "Natalie is saying Dana is suspicious because Dana said her bag was gonna be used for her first aid class, but she it was never there, meaning it had an alternate purpose."

"To hide my stuff!" Rory exclaimed.

"Can anyone who attended the first aid class recall seeing Dana with any kind of bag?" I asked.

No one confirmed, but more people were looking shocked and eyeing Dana suspiciously, who was looking a bit nervous.

"Any response?" Ellen asked.

"Just more theories..." Dana replied. "And I simply decided not to use the bag is all, I changed my mind!"

"Sounds pretty convenient to me." Rory replied.

"Shut up!" Dana exclaimed, shocking most of us. "You will not put the blame on me, when I'm not the killer!"

"You're acting quite suspicious at the moment, Dana." Henry coldly stated, with growing hatred in his eyes. "I just realized something."

"What is it, Henry?" Sam asked.

"Dana gave me the idea to make a gift for my darling Kirsty, even suggested something in seashells. Could she have given me that idea, so that I would miss the scavenger hut and first aid class, so I wouldn't have an alibi?"

"Well, Dana?" RK asked.

Dana had no response, except she appeared to be getting more nervous.

"Dana was also the one that started the conversation, which got me to convince her to teach the first aid class!" Irene gasped.

"Manipulation." Ellen added.

"She also gave me the idea for the scavenger hut!" Bridget gasped. "As well as the idea for not putting the hut area in my map!"

"She played all of you bitches like a fucking tambourine." Simon snickered.

I then realized something else. "Yesterday, after we discussed the motive, I didn't see Dana. I saw and did stuff with everyone else, but not Dana..."

"Probably because she was busy planning a murder." Rory suggested.

All eyes were back on Dana, who was starting to sweat.

"Give it up, Dana." I stated. "The truth is coming out, one piece at a time."

Dana was silent for a moment, until her despair came out. "NOOOOO! NO!"

"Mommy!" Harvey cried, clearly scared.

"Please, Dana!" Bridget begged. "Don't be unartistic!"

"SILENCE! All of you! Shut up!" Dana continued to yell, full of anger or despair.

"You can't blame Rory anymore." I stated. "We know you killed Kirsty!"

"THEOREIS! All you have are theories, Natalie! Not a single thing that you said proves that I'm the killer!"

"You're the one who is wrong!"

"Besides! Everything isn't cleared up yet!"

"Huh?"

"What is still there?" Dane asked.

"Nothing." Henry stated, coldly. "She's just getting desperate."

"SILENCE!" Dana yelled. "The can of spray paint! Why was it left near the crime scene!?"

"Henry is right." I replied. "You are getting desperate. The killer saw Ellen when they were setting up the rope trap and used it to knock her out, they then forgot it as they were most likely in a hurry."

"Stop wasting time, Dana." Henry stated, even more coldly.

Dana gasped and was starting to panic quite a bit, she knew she was in trouble.

"Should we vote now?" Harvey asked.

"I...I think so..." Miranda replied, quite upset.

"We got this!" Sapphire cheered.

"WAIT!" Dana cried. "This isn't over yet! We still haven't cleared something up!"

"Yes, Dana?" Irene asked.

"How did the killer manage to drug Kirsty with the sleeping pills?! We confirmed the killer took a few from a pack at the supermarket, but we still have no idea how or even when they drugged Kirsty! And that can be the biggest clue! If we figure this out, we figure out who the killer is!"

While Dana did have a good point, I knew she was still just being desperate. It took a bit longer, but I know how it went down.

"You're right, Dana." I replied. "That is very important. However, I know who drugged Kirsty, you!"

Dana glared at me. "I've had it with you! I don't know why you're turning on me, Natalie! But I won't take it anymore! JUST SHUT UP AND FIGURE OUT HOW KIRSTY WAS DRUGGED!"

"Damn!" Rory cried.

"This is it." I thought to myself. "I can't back out now. I really don't wanna do this to Dana, but I have no choice!"

FINAL ARGUEMENT

Dana hit me with everything she had left.

"SILENCE!"

"SILENCE!"

(BLOWS WHISTLE)

"SHUT YOUR MOUTH!"

"SHUT YOUR MOUTH!"

"WHY!?"

(BLOWS WHISTLE)

"WHY!?"

"WHY!?"

"SHUT YOUR MOUTH!"

"SHUT YOUR MOUTH!"

"SILENCE!"

"SHUT YOUR MOUTH!"

"WHY!?"

"WHY!?"

"WHY1?"

(BLOWS WHISTLE)

(BLOWS WHISTLE)

"SHUT YOUR MOUTH!"

(BLOWS WHISTLE)

"SILENCE!"

"SILENCE!"

"SHUT YOUR MOUTH!"

"WHY!?"

"WHY!?"

"SILENCE!"

"SHUT YOUR MOUTH!"

Dana was more desperate than Raj, but even she couldn't defeat my logic.

Dana had one final strike. "How did the killer drug Kirsty?!"

WAS INTENTIONAL, SHARK SIGHTING, DISTRACTION, FALSE

FALSE

FALSE SHARK SIGHTING

FASLE SHARK SIGHTING WAS INTENTIONAL

FASLE SHARK SIGHTING WAS INTENTINOAL DISTRACTION

"It's over!"

"I can prove it was you who drugged Kirsty with the sleeping pills, Dana!" I shouted. I was ready for this to be over.

"What?!" Dana exclaimed.

"This morning at breakfast, when you blew your whistle because you you thought you saw a shark."

"Wasn't that just Aqua Tail?" Harvey asked.

"It was, which made it more fortunate for Dana and not as suspicious to be considered for anything. But with all of the other evidence I presented, it is the only answer that fits. Dana faked a shark sighting, so that she would have a reason to blow her whistle. And once everyone was looking towards the water, she put the sleeping pills in Kirsty's breakfast."

"Holy shit!" Rory exclaimed. "That is just freaking crazy!"

"No...Dana..." Miranda said sadly.

Dana tried to think of something to say, but I knew she was on the verge of admitting defeat.

"And if everyone still isn't convinced, then check this out." I continued. "Dana was the first one at the hotel patio this morning, I would know since I when I got there, only she was there. Dana appeared quite jumpy, but she just insisted that she was nervous about teaching first aid."

"When in reality, she was nervous about committing a murder." Ellen smiled, quite disturbingly.

"...Yeah... But also, she didn't sit down until Kirsty arrived, I believe this is because she wanted to make sure she had a seat near Kirsty, so she would be able to drug her easier."

"So Dana was waiting for Kirsty to arrive at breakfast, which is why she didn't sit down sooner?" Irene asked.

"Bingo."

"I think we're fucking done here, bitches." Simon stated.

"I do think now is a good time to vote." Agreed RK.

"Dana..." Bridget tried to say. "Can you say something?"

Dana was silent for a bit longer, before tears started to slowly come down her face. She knew she had been beaten.

"Damn." Sam muttered, quite sadly. "I can't believe this is how this trial ends."

"Are we absolutely sure though? Sapphire asked. "Are we totally going for this?!"

I sighed. I really didn't have the energy, but I knew what I had to do.

"Are you guys ready to vote?" Aqua Tail asked.

"Not yet." I replied. "Let me tell everyone how it all went down, just one more time."

"Go then! Time is ticking!"

I sighed. "Once again, this murder started when Aqua Tail revealed a new motive to us. This time it was each person was assigned another person as their target. If they killed their target, they would get one billion dollars if they survived the class trial that would follow. We weren't allowed to share who our target was, and no money would be received if you killed someone who wasn't your target. And while we don't know for sure if the killer committed their crime for the money, we do know the motive is where it started. There target was Kirsty after all. The killer thought of their plan quite fast. Due to their talent which requires them to think fast, they came up with a fast and thoughtful plan rather quickly. The killer had given Bridget an idea for us to have a scavenger hunt, and got Irene to suggest to her that she teach us first aid. By the next day, the killer knew what they were gonna do. They arrived at the hotel patio for breakfast, way earlier than everyone else. They had brought a bag with them as well. The killer claimed it had supplies for the first aid class, but it served a more sinister purpose. As more people arrived for breakfast, the killer didn't sit down and used the excuse of being nervous about teaching first aid, when in reality they were nervous about committing murder. As for not sitting down, they were waiting for Kirsty to arrive so she could sit next to her. During breakfast, the killer blew their whistle as they claimed they saw a shark in the water. When everyone wasn't looking, they drugged Kirsty's breakfast with sleeping pills. The shark sighting turned out to be just Aqua Tail, which didn't warrant any suspicion to anyone as we all assumed it was a mistake. After breakfast, the killer pushed Rory down the hotel stairs, but Harvey was the one accused of doing it, which didn't help as he laughed about it. This is where the bag the killer brought with them to breakfast comes into play. When they went to check on Rory, they went through his backpack and stole some of his rope and a can of spray paint, they slipped it into their bag. Nobody payed attention to this as the killer is known for checking on anyone who gets hurt. They killer also lied and told Rory, who hurt his leg when he fell, that he would be fine and still be able to participate in the scavenger hunt. But that was a lie. Before the scavenger hunt took place, Kirsty was seen looking quite tired. When it came time to start the scavenger hunt, Kirsty, Rory, Henry, and Ellen didn't show up. Kirsty was sleeping in her hut, while Rory was resting up in his due to his hurt leg. The killer managed to convince Henry to create a gift for Kirsty, causing him to miss the scavenger hunt and hurt his chances of having an alibi, while Ellen was absent for obvious reasons. During the scavenger hunt, Bridget's map consisted of the entire island, minus the huts. This was also suggested by the killer. Everyone was to search alone during the scavenger hunt, severely decreasing the chance of people having an alibi. This is when the killer struck. They went to huts and set a death trap for Kirsty, Rory's rope trap to be exact. They had learned how to do one from Rory teaching them himself. Pretty much, he set up ropes where once somebody walked onto the rope, they would do upside down in the air, while a second rope attached to the first one would send a knife right across their throat. The killer used Rory's spray paint, which was the same color as the background to hide the rope. However, at one point while the killer was near the huts, Ellen was also there. But before she could see anything important, the killer knocked her out with the can of spray paint, which they then discarded at the scene of the crime. Since they did that, we can assume the killer was in a rush or panicked about someone else seeing them, which is why the can of spray paint was left there for us to discover during the investigation. Getting back to the rope trap, the killer left the huts to get back to the scavenger hut and eventually the first aid class. Around 6:00PM Kirsty woke up and left her hut, and when she did, she walked right into the killer's rope trap, ending their life. And due to the killer's perfect planning and timing, they knew Kirsty would die during the first aid class, giving them and a majority of us an alibi as they knew at first people would think the killer needed to be with Kirsty at the time of her death. The only people who weren't at the first aid class was everyone who didn't attend the scavenger hunt and Simon, but he and Henry were each other's alibi, while Ellen was still knocked out and Rory was resting in his hut. The killer really had their money on everyone suspecting Rory being the killer due to the rope trap, but they forgot I was also there when they learned from Rory, and while they didn't think anyone would discover that Kirsty was drugged with sleeping pills in order for her to miss the activities, Sapphire discovered some missing from a hidden pack at the supermarket. And all of this was committed by you, Dana Foster, the Ultimate Lifeguard!" I was just about out of breath.

"Okay!" Gavin replied. "I think we're done here!"

"Once again, Natalie has saved the day!" Sam replied both cheerful and sadly.

"It really was you, Dana!" Henry roared.

Dana who was still tearing up, slowly nodded her head. "Yes...It was me...I'm...I'm the...killer..."

"No..." Miranda started to sob.

"Dana..." Irene tried to say. "How could you?"

"I..." Dana tried to continue talking.

"You CUNT!" Henry roared, getting quite enraged.

"Henry!" Bridget yelled. "That word is never artistic!"

"Guys, we're not done here." Dane interjected. "Before we vote, is Dana our final answer?"

"Of course she is." Ellen smiled. "I saw her setting up the rope trap on by Kirsty's hut, right before she knocked me out."

"What?!" Rory exclaimed.

"Wait!" Sapphire yelled. "You knew it was her the whole time!?"

"Enough!" Aqua Tail yelled. "All of this crap can be answered, after you vote!"

Once again, the screens came down for us to vote. The deceased students' faces were darkened out. I quickly voted for Dana, while quite a few people appeared to struggle before voting.

Aqua Tail jumped down from his chair. "The majority vote was for Dana Foster...You...Were... CORRECT!"
