Summary: After the Battle against Gaia and the Giants, Percy finds out Annabeth was cheating on him for Jason and is later summoned to Mount Olympus where he is accused of seeking to overthrow Zeus and Hera by changing more then what most of the Gods are comfortable doing. Hestia defends Percy along with Hades, Hephaestus, Hecate, and Kymopoleia. Kymopoleia, and Hecate are not considered one of the Top 12 Olympians, so they are ignored. Percy is voted by the 9 remaining main Gods/Goddesses, including his own father Poseidon who agrees with Athena's accusations. Hestia tries to stop her brothers and sisters from making a big mistake but is condemned to join Percy in suffering within the depths of Tartarus. Percy and Hestia are saved by Lady Styx and later Nyx who are upset at the hypocrisy of the Gods of Olympus and their oath breakings upon her river and not facing the consequences. They offer support by sending Percy and Hestia somewhere where they can obtain the power needed to humiliate and put down the hubris of Olympus. They agree and are joined with a reformed Medusa who Percy apologizes to for cutting off her head. Percy is given his Minotaur Horn trophy and is given a new blade as they are thrust into the Type-Moon universe when the Fourth Holy Grail War is about to begin, since Hephaestus was forced to take Riptide from him. Who would have thought that Percy now wields the very blade that his old nemesis Luke wielded.

Boy does karma Backbite something fierce.

New Great Prophecy:

Olympians endure another era,

Make mistakes for prolonging their reign,

For casting out Hearth and Hero to Hate,

The Rulers and their followers have sealed their Fate,

For when Sea, Serpent, Bull, and Betrayed win the Grail,

The enemies of Mount Olympus will Prevail.

Chapter 1: Judgment and Karma

Percy was relieved after defeating Gaea and her Giant children. Now he could finally live peacefully for a while in Camp Half-Blood. Plenty of time to take the next step in his relationship with Annabeth.

Unfortunately, that was not to be.

After spending a few weeks at camp Percy was suspicious of the quest Grover told him about that sent Annabeth with his half-brother Jason Grace from Camp Jupiter. He did not worry at first since he needed the rest and training to get back into demigod condition which distracted him. Yet he had this nagging feeling that no one told him or specified what the quest was for. Rachel, the new Oracle, was forbidden to share at details with him. Much to both of their dismay.

Enough was enough. Percy Jackson decided that he would sneak off to Camp Jupiter and ask Leo what was going on. Convincing the child of Hephaestus to hitch a ride on his flying ship that was almost ready to spring Leo's girlfriend from her isle exile.

Leo was nervous when Percy confronted him about Jason and Annabeth, but the dude did not want to tell Percy a thing until he saw the truth for himself. When they landed in Camp Jupiter, Leo told Percy to go to Jason's cabin to find him and Annabeth. As soon as the son of Poseidon entered the cabin, he was shocked to see Annabeth in a makeout session with Jason.

Jason had permission from Piper who also took a liking to Annabeth and were about to accept sharing each other. However, many thought on how they would break it to Percy. Yet they were smug at knowing something that everyone else did not.

Right before Percy could unleash his fury upon Jason and his ex-girlfriend, Hermes showed up and had Percy, Jason, and Piper summoned to Olympus. They complied as the Messenger God swiftly carried them across the sky to the top of Manhattan where Olympus currently resided. Percy was quiet for the entire ride as he was angry, confused, and distraught at the betrayal Annabeth and Jason did by not explaining themselves.

Scene Change

"Jason Grace, my son! And Annabeth Chase, daughter of Athena! Step forward!" Zeus commanded them after the Olympians all gathered in the circular throne room.

"You have proven yourselves to be fierce warriors that your dedication and servitude to Olympus has been unyielding. For your success in your latest quests, I once again offer to bestow to the both of you the gift of godhood! Do you accept?" Zeus asks the two after proudly complimenting them.

Shocked gasps escaped across the room, including Percy who was surprised that Zeus would offer godhood again after he and Annabeth had declined the first time after defeating Kronos and the Titans. Piper was shocked, but it calmed down when she realized that her growing relationship with them would not be complicated if they were to accept being gods. Godhood did not appeal to her at being her mother's 24/7 source of gossip and hounding.

Jason recovers from his shock as he and Annabeth rise to give the King of Olympus their answer. "Father, I thank you for your gracious offer. Annabeth and I accept godhood with honor."

Zeus smiles as he allows his power to transform the two demigods that now had golden ichor running through their veins.

"All Hail Jason Grace! God of Heroes, Healing, and Gold! All Hail Annabeth Chase! Goddess of Architecture, Willpower, and Cunning!" Zeus and many other Olympians cheered while Hades, Hestia, Hephaestus, and Hecate were frowning as they merely clapped quietly at this decision.

Percy was in a typhoon of turmoil inside. The recently seventeen-year-old was utterly exhausted both physically, mentally, and emotionally that he did not care about this award ceremony. Having had many friends and allies that sacrificed their lives in two wars against Olympus that should have the honor more than him and the Seven of Prophecy. He wondered why Annabeth would leave him like this and his own god-father, Poseidon, was going along with Zeus' decision.

His thoughts were broken when Zeus called out his name in his thunderous voice. "Percy Jackson! Step Forward!"

Percy walks to the center of the room as he gazed directly into the lightning blazing eyes of the King of the Gods. Not bothering to kneel to poke at Zeus' ego since the Son of the Sea could care less. Zeus clenches his teeth before allowing himself to calm a little before addressing the little prick.

"We thank you for your service to Olympus once again, Jackson. Your strength has been proven great against titans, gods, giants, and even a primordial deity like Gaea." Zeus begrudgingly admits.

"For this reason, I have decided that your presence on earth must be removed now." Percy and several of the gods/goddesses are silent before having stunned looks on their faces at Zeus' proclamation.

"Brother, what are you doing?!" Hestia breaks the silence as she demands an explanation that is not in her usual character.

Zeus keeps his eyes on Percy as he explains to his elder sister. "His power is unprecedented that he defeated not only Father, but Gaea as well. He erased her! He is too dangerous to keep living in the mortal world as his power continues to grow. He could do whatever he pleases if he felt like it. Even overthrow me and conquer Olympus! Banishing him to Tartarus is a mercy than letting him dwell in Hades' Domain to plan his escape. This time there will be no coming back like last time!" He states confidently.

The Goddess of the Hearth bristles in indignation at her brother's paranoia. "I do not agree to this! Do all of you think the same as Zeus? Poseidon? Athena? Hades? Hermes? Artemis? Apollo? Even you, Hera?"

Hera speaks up first with her sons, Ares, and Hephaestus, going next. "The son of Poseidon has fulfilled his tasks the Fates have set for him. It's best that he be disposed than giving him time to rebel like the Luke the Son of Hermes did." The Queen of the Gods declared.

"The punk has had this coming for years." The God of War grunted.

"I disagree, mother and brother. The young man deserves our respect, not our resentment." The God of the Forge voiced his opinion.

"Silence! When the Council votes on Percy Jackson's banishment, you will take his favored weapon, Riptide, and give it to my Champion in honor of his new godly status!" Hera commanded to her less favored child as he slumped down with his eyes blazing hot at not being able to defy the Queen.

Hestia is angrier than before as she looks to the other gods to hear their reasons. Before she lets her fire burn out of its hearth. Hermes, Apollo, and Artemis keep quiet as they may have once liked Percy, but their hubris had them blame him for the deaths of their most precious children and hunters.

Hestia saw on the sidelines that Hecate was with Percy and now looked to Hades, Poseidon, and Athena to hear their reasons.

"I do love my son, but my kingdom of Atlantis comes first. I must accept that one child is not worth the entirety of my kingdom and family. We can't take any chances." Poseidon finishes quietly.

"Father!" Kymopoleia shouted as she was not against her half-brother that convinced her to help their fight against the giants.

"What about your other family! What about my mother and little sister Estelle! Do they mean nothing to you?" Percy roared as he was then placed in golden celestial chains that Hera had summoned to bind Percy.

"Sally Jackson is a mortal. Her time will come along with Mr. Blofis to enter the realm of Elysium at living fleeting lives, just like my Frederick. However, the daughter would be better off serving under Artemis once she reaches of age. An act of repayment for what your actions with Artemis' hunters and my daughter you allowed to fall into the pit after retrieving my Mark." Athena retorts.

"Leave Estelle out of this! She has nothing to do with what Zoe did in sacrificing herself to have me and the others defeat her father who is once again trapped to uphold the sky. The part where Annabeth and I fell into Tartarus was Arachne's doing as she pulled your daughter down while I did my best to try and pull the both of us out. My sword could not reach in cutting off the webbings on her leg as I made the choice of whether to let her fall herself or fall with her so that the both of us could have a better chance at escaping the Pit.

I chose the second since I did care for Annabeth and would do anything for her. I see now that my affections were waisted, and my half-brother can take better care of her than I could." Percy looks to Jason and Annabeth as the two looked away at not showing the shame the two were now feeling.

"The Son of the Sea has proven that he was and still is an ally to the Gods. Without him, I would never have recovered my helm or gotten back together with my son Nico and my wife Persephone. I say that he should be allowed into Elysium to be with his mother once their time comes. Tartarus is a bit extreme don't you think? Even for you, brothers?" Hades added his two drachmae in Percy's favor.

"Quiet, Hades! Let us put Percy Jackson's fate up for a vote. All those in favor of sending this sea-spawn to the Pit?" Zeus raises his hand. Along with Hera, Hermes, Apollo, Ares, Artemis, Athena, and even Poseidon.

"All opposed?" Hades, Hephaestus, Hestia, Hecate and Kymopoleia raised their hands. However, Zeus did not count the Goddesses of Magic and Violent Seas/Storms due to not being of the main 12. Aphrodite, the remaining Goddess of the Council looked indifferent as she chose to not cast a vote for any side.

"The motion is settled. Hephaestus, relieve Jackson of his weapons!" Zeus ordered as the God of the Forge reluctantly took Riptide from him while secretly putting something else in his back pocket of Percy's jeans. Hestia caught sight of Hephaestus' ploy.

"Percy Jackson, you are hereby banished into the depths of Tartarus for the rest of your days! I hope your old enemies give you a 'warm' welcome to your new home!" Zeus declared smugly as he was about to use his Lightning Bolt to blast Percy into the Pit.

However, Hestia flies to Percy's defense as she shields the demigod from her brother's final judgement.

"Hestia! Step Aside!" Zeus commanded her.

"I will not! Percy is my Hero and the Hero of Olympus! If you banish him, then you will have to banish me too! I cannot stand my own siblings at how you treat your savior! I, Hestia, swear upon the River Styx that I will no longer dwell in Olympus until Zeus and his like-minded siblings change their ways, or abdicate their thrones!" Hestia's eyes were blazing flames of gold and red as well as her hair as thunder boomed in Olympus to signify Styx has heard and accepted the Goddess of the Hearth oath.

"So be it. I think Hera will be better suited to keep the Fires of Olympus burning bright than you ever did." Zeus sneered as he unleashed his bolt again.

Percy has many thoughts running through his head as the floor beneath him and Hestia cracks under the thunderbolt's power. Hestia reacts by holding the 17-year-old sea demigod close to her cloaked bosom as the feeling of weightlessness takes them as they fall into darkness. Percy embraces the warming touch of Hestia as darkness covers their vision as they are cast down into Tartarus as the floor above repairs itself.

Before the Olympians can celebrate, Apollo has green mist covers his mouth and eyes as a new prophecy is revealed to them.

"Olympians endure another era,

Make mistakes for prolonging their reign.

For casting out Hearth and Hero to Hate,

The Rulers and their followers have sealed their Fate.

For when Sea, Serpent, Bull, and Betrayed win the Grail,

The enemies of Mount Olympus will Prevail."

Zeus starts going crazy at learning that his rule is now threatened by this new Great Prophecy. Hades and Percy's allies understand that the prophecy refers to him and Hestia through the words, 'Hero, Hearth, and Sea'. With this new turn of events they quietly leave the turmoil of the Council as Olympus starts to dim as Hestia's hearth dims. Affecting not only Olympus but Camp Half-Blood as well.

Scene Change…descent to Tartarus

Percy never thought he would be falling back to Tartarus again. Only this time he had Hestia with him. He knew he could rely on and trust in her since she really helped him, Nico, and Rachel through some tough decisions. It made Percy's blood boil that Zeus would banish his own sister! The kindest, gentle, and warmhearted benevolent goddess that lived on Olympus!

Suddenly, Percy saw that he was above a shrunken Hestia as he looked over her shoulder to see a crimson light coming closer to them. As they descended closer to the entrance of Tartarus, Percy was filled with fear as he saw more than the glowing red of the Pit's flames. The dark blue waters of the River Styx churned beneath them, and they were about to be plunged into its painful waters that Styx would not be happy to see him again.

Percy twisted his position with Hestia, so that their feet faced the bottom. Hugging Hestia more tightly, Percy waited for the burning embrace of the River Styx. Except, the touch of the painful water did not touch Percy or Hestia. Instead, Percy peaked through one of his eyes to see what happened and why it felt like they stopped midair.

What he saw surprised him as he opened both eyes to stare at the Lady Styx herself. The daughter of the Titan Oceanus had blue skin that went well with her dark ebony hair, obsidian eyes, black makeup and onyx clothes. She looked upset at seeing Percy again.

"Perseus Jackson. It seems that you are one of those demigods. To tempt fate once again by diving into my river when you were freed from the curse. And you hold hostage a member of the Olympians. Are you trying to put out her flame to spite Zeus?" Styx concludes as she takes a guess at Percy having Hestia with him.

Percy gulps before bowing his head low once Hestia lessened her grip to give Percy the chance to explain the goddess' misinterpretation. "Forgive us, Lady Styx. We meant no disrespect. Hestia tried to defend me from Zeus' judgment who believed I was growing too powerful for him and the rest of Olympus to control that he banished me to Tartarus for the rest of my mortal days. Surely you heard her oath she gave before Zeus foolishly cut down his benevolent sister along with me." Percy points out to her.

Styx's eyes widened as she could not believe that the King of Olympus would go this far to keep his power over Olympus and the demigods. She has grown tired of Zeus and his family members that have broken their oaths to her river. Only Hestia, Hades, and a few other gods and demigods had kept their vows and received Lady Styx's respect. Including Percy Jackson.

An idea pops in her head since this sea-spawn has peeked her interests.

"I see… Then what would you do if you ever met Zeus and his loyal subjects again?" she asks.

Percy's sea-green eyes shone brightly with a hint of shadow as he let out some of his frustration. Causing the very waters of the river to sway slightly which surprises Styx. For she has not met someone that could partially control her waters. Not even Lord Poseidon. The churning stops when Hestia calms Percy down as her brown robe falls off her body and disintegrates when it touches the river. Revealing her simple white dress with blue edges that showed off her youthful yet curvaceous body that went well with her twin tailed tied long dark brown hair that almost seems black. (A/N: Think Danmachi Hestia-Arrow of Orion look but the dress reaches down to her knees)

"He wants to make them pay. For most of my foolish siblings have proven to be dishonorable and unwilling to adapt and change for the better. So until new rulers are chosen to better rule the world, I will stay by Percy Jackson's side to keep his light shining when doubts or anger may consume him." Said Hestia who now spoke in a normal voice as the flames in her eyes dimmed to reveal she had blue eyes that reminded Percy of a clear afternoon sky.

Percy frees himself from Hestia's hug and looks surprised to see her transformed into this petite mortal form that almost made him blush. He silently lets her know that he has calmed down before turning to face Styx to nod his head to show that he agreed with Hestia's words. Holding her white gloved hand as he did so which made Hestia blush but quickly shook it off so Percy would not see.

Lady Styx smiled at seeing this and thought to herself that Percy may be 'the one' that she has been waiting for the past millennia.

"Perseus Jackson, Lady Hestia, how would you feel to form an alliance with me?" Lady Styx asks.

Percy looks apprehensive while Hestia is surprised by Styx wishing to align herself with their goals. "With all due respect, Lady Styx. Why would you want to rebel against Olympus after all this time?" Percy wonders out loud.

"My river, having been granted the power to keep the most powerful oaths by the gods, has not received the due punishment the Olympians that do not abide by their own laws and rules. Their repentance is long overdue, and I want to collect on the procrastination of thousands of years!" Styx finishes in a bitter tone.

Percy is surprised by this. He did not think that Goddess of Hatred would be irritated so much by Zeus' often broken oaths. "And what is it you seek in return if we were to accept your offer?"

"After you tear down those obnoxious Olympians, I want their souls. They will wish the horrors of Tartarus got to them first before they remain trapped within my river for a millennium. Without having the luxury of reforming, which will take a long time after their sentence is finished within my waters." Styx smirks at the thought.

Percy and Hestia debate on Styx's proposal. After thinking it over, Percy and Hestia face the Goddess of the River once again while still being held in her giant clutches. "We have decided to accept your gracious offer, Lady Styx." Percy respectfully tells her.

Styx smiles as she releases the two of them on the edge of her river before she shrinks down to give Percy a light hug. Much to Hestia's chagrin. A few moments later, she unwraps herself from him as Percy is now giving a wispy blue glow around him. Percy had himself do a look over before looking to Styx to answer what she had done to him after she also hugged Hestia too.

"I have blessed you with the ability to drink and have a little bit of control over my river and the Phlegethon River which you have done before. But now you shall not suffer the consequences of drinking from them to help the both of you on your journey. I may not have the authority to free you and the Goddess of the Hearth from the Pit, but I can make it easier for the two of you by directing you to someone who can. Follow my river to the center of Tartarus where a great marsh converges with the other rivers. You will find your next divine ally there." Styx informs them by pointing in the direction they will be heading.

"I may not be of help if monsters come to fight you, but if you ever need someone to talk to know that you both are welcome in my waters. I wish you luck, Elder sibling of Olympus and young child of the Seas." Styx concludes before remerging herself with her river.

Percy was taken back as he then thought of how he would be able to defend himself and his goddess. The answer surprisingly came from Hestia. Coming up from behind Percy before going to his back pocket that Hephaestus snuck something for her hero.

"What's wrong, Percy?" The 4ft7in goddess asks the 5ft8in demigod.

"I just realized that I no longer have Riptide which is my go-to weapon when put in a pinch. And Tartarus is the biggest thorn that can get you in the most uncomfortable of places. How am I supposed to defend myself and you if I have limited control over the River Styx?" Percy tells her.

"Maybe Hephaestus has the answer." Her answer causes Percy to whirl around in surprise as she sees her holding a crumbled-up paper that she hands to him.

"How did you hide this under your dress?" Percy wonders which caused Hestia to blush red at Percy's indecency and moment of cluelessness.

"You Idiot! My good nephew slipped this into your back pocket without Zeus and the others realizing except me!" she scolds the tanned hero as he rubs the back of his head in embarrassment at not noticing the lightweight in his pants.

After apologizing to the petite goddess, Percy takes the object and unfurls it to find a black and bronze pen like Riptide's pen form, his original Minotaur horn trophy, and the paper was a note. Signed by Hades, Hephaestus, Hecate, and Kymopoleia that told Percy that he still had allies within Olympus. As well as some pointers from Kymopoleia and Hecate on magic and the ability to use both water and ice.

The magic made little sense, yet Percy felt that the Goddess of Magic had some foresight of what Percy and Hestia would face in the future. Hopefully once they reach their other ally Percy will give the summoning ritual a go using his minotaur horn as the focus.

Putting the note and the horn in his pocket, Percy studies the ball point pen. Seeing that it had two clicking options. One the clicker end, and the other being on the end of the sleeve where Percy can have it settle on his pant left side. Clicking the end clicker, the pen morphs into a familiar double edge sword that shocks both Percy and Hestia.

It was the original sword of Luke Castellan before it was reforged to be Kronos' scythe. The Celestial Bronze and tempered steel blade, Backbiter. The sword that was capable of harming monsters, mortals, demigods, and immortals alike. Reverting it back to its pen form, Percy tried the other clicker as it then turned into its 6ft long scythe form.

Percy was in awe and amused at the irony of it all. Now he had a tool to 'bite back' at those who betrayed him. But not like Luke did where he aligned himself with a greater evil. Now he had to plenty of time to learn how to wield a polearm since he was already a master swordsman and needed a new hobby since he was still terrible when it comes to archery.
