This is my first BMHA fanfic! Most things are similar to the manga/anime but some changes have been made.

The wind blew cold and sharp. The ruins of a home, a family home, were scattered all over the place. A little girl stood in the middle of a clearing, her light blonde hair a mess and dirt all over her face and clothes. Her face remained expressionless yet a single tear fell from her left eye as she tried to control her breathing. The sound of a single set of footsteps came up behind her but she didn't move.

"Ashley?" a male voice called out, she still didn't move an inch as if she was deaf. "Ashley?" this time her head raised from her gaze to the ground. "ASHLEY?" the voice yelled and echoed through her mind.

"Ashley?!" Her eyes flew open as she was awoken from her dream. She pushed herself up on her side, her almost elbow length blonde hair draping down. She struggled to realise she had been dreaming but she came to and realised why the voice was calling out to her from downstairs.

"I-I'm up!" she managed to get out with her cracking voice. "I'll be down in five!" she yelled down. As she jumped out of bed to open her wardrobe and got dressed she started remembering what was waiting for her today. She shut her wardrobe to meet her own reflection in the mirrors stuck on the doors. She looked at herself as if her own reflection terrified her and she took a deep breathe then sighed out.

"Today is the day." she nodded to herself before walking over to her bag on the floor and picking it up. She walked to her door opening it just enough to slip through. She looked into her room one last time, "Let's kick some first-year ass." she said to herself smiling and shutting the door behind her.

Outside UA- First day of class

The small green haired boy looked up at the school's logo on the entrance to the building. He still couldn't believe that he had made it. He was a student at UA, a hero to be. All he had ever wanted. He watched as a few of the people he had met during the entrance exam walked up. The tall boy with the glasses and the pretty girl with the brown hair an huge eyes.

"H-H-Hey!" he managed to squeeze out of his voice box as they both approached him.

"Oh I am so glad they accepted you in the end!" the girl confessed. Remembering the video All Might had presented to him of the girl wanting to give up her points so he could have a chance of getting in he smiled.

As they entered there classroom ,"1-A", voices of multiple young people could be heard. The door flew open and a small boy with purple hair ran out followed by a flying book.

"Don't you ever try that again, perv!" a female voice called out after the book. A pink haired and skinned girl was the owner of the voice. After she yelled over the boy she sat down at a desk and started talking to another of the students with spiky red hair. As the three went over the the free three desks they heard the pink girl speaking, "She should be here. I'm worried, what if she didn't get in?!" she whispered but enough worry came through. The red haired boy shrugged and sat down ant him desk. Through the continuous commotion in the room the students hadn't noticed a man dressed in all black, with the messiest shoulder length black hair anyone had ever seen, walk into the class room. He stood at the front of the room as he waited for quiet which soon came as the aura in the room came down like a shadow.

"That took way too long." He growled out. The whole class felt the coldness in his voice and felt frozen in their seats. The teacher studied the kids in front of him and wondered what he was thinking when he accepted the position of homeroom teacher. He sighed knowing the answer himself.

"Get changed into your gym clothes. Back training grounds. 10 minutes." he said before slowly walking out. The students were still stuck in their chairs for a split second before realising they had to run and get changed.

As the group of young heroes walked out onto the training grounds in their tracksuits they saw their homeroom teacher stood with his arms crossed waiting for them.

"Barely made it in time. You'll have to move quicker next time." he reprimanded the students in front of him. The tension was growing and everybody could feel it. "Right, let's get started!" He called out to the students. "We are going to set the bar for what you can do now with and without your quirks and track your progress every few months."

The exercises consisted of normal fitness tests, distance throwing, sprinting, grip test... Midoriya seemed to struggle with most of them, his spirit been crushed with each fail. It was time for the long distance throw and Midoriya had been waiting for this as one for all was perfect for this kind of exercise. He got ready to pitch and as he was about to activate his quirk his teacher looked up at him.

"I think not..." he whispered and all of a sudden Midoriya's strength left him and he was unable to throw the ball much further than a few feet in front of him. He was so confused he could barley move; the one exercise that could have saved him from his teacher's threat of expulsion had been taken from him.

"What are you without your quirk? If all your strength comes from it then you won't make a very good hero." the teacher commented as he reached into his pocket to pull out eye drops.

"H-H-How..?" Midoriya asked with fear in his voice.

"I erased your quirk to see if you could handle the test on your own..." the teacher explained as he dropped the eyedrops in his eyes and put the bottle away. Then it hit Midoriya like a tone of bricks. His homeroom teacher was the erasing hero: Eraserhead. With his sight he could erase anyone's quirk and he had just used it on him.

"Go again, and don't fail." Aizawa warned him. Midoriya had been met with many challenges and had to study and adapt to different situations in his training with All Might. This was no exception. He knew he had to pick his timing and focus his quirk so that Eraserhead could not take away his quirk. It all happened very quickly but he managed to find a gap in Aizawa's blinks and focus all his strength onto one finger that sent the ball flying into the sky. By the time it started to fall it had recorded a higher number than his childhood "friend's", Bakugo, throw; who had been nothing but hostile towards the green haired boy and it was obvious. The reactions of his classmates showed their shock and slight concern for his wellbeing seeing Bakugo's reaction; but then their attention was taken away to the ball that had just been thrown was flying back at them. It quickly flew passed them all and hit the building behind them creating a hole.

Once again everyone was frozen in fear at the pure strength it had been thrown back. If the building hadn't been there it would have kept going probably beating Midoriya's record 2 times. The class looked at the hole in the wall and slowly turned toward the direction it came from. A girl, with long hair tied in a high ponytail, in a black tracksuit with white lines going up the leg and wait line walked up.

"Oops." she said with a smile on her face, seeming to find the hole in the wall slightly funny but trying to conceal it.

"This is Ashley. She'll be assisting me and your other teachers in your practical hero training but will sit in for the "normal" classes. Eraserhead informed the students in front of them. They were all very confused still, this girl in front of them couldn't be much older than them and she was teaching?

Ashley looked uncomfortable and slightly nervous in front of the young heroes. She took a look around at the students locking eyes with a few; one with split white and red hair and a scar over his left eye who she had known for years and a spiky blonde haired boy who looked like he was about to explode at the news. His anger had been building enough after Midoriya's record setting throw but this got him. He couldn't believe that she of all people was, one, in front of her, and two, would be teaching him. Ashley kept looking around and made contact with a pink haired girl and red haired boy who had been smiling like crazy people since she revealed herself.

"Well I'll be damned..." the boy whispered, still smiling. Ashley's smile grew and she took a deep breathe before speaking.

"Hey, I'm Ashley. Yeah I'll be a normal student accept in the hero classes so please treat me as such." she introduced herself.

Most of the other students were impressed with the girl their age in front of them.

Ashley looked around back to the blonde boy again who was ready to explode. He let out a small explosion, unable to hold it in any longer before storming off back towards the school building.

She knew this would happen and she had accepted his reaction a long time ago. "Well that went better than expected..." Aizawa whispered to the girl beside him. She turned to him and nodded slowly, her face showing the dread for the whole situation. It was going to be a tough year.

First chapter down! I have had this story in mind for months so I'm glad I finally started. I have sped through the beginning because I want to get to the main story quicker. Let me know what you think so far!
