Hola chicas! I'm back with another chapter. To be honest, I don't really like how this turned out and I skipped some action writing because this chapter is mainly focused on the relationships in a reverse crush AU. Also, I wanted to know how you guys felt about me uploading every two weeks? These chapters are longer than mine usually are but I wanted to know your input so please tell me in the comments! Anyway, I hope you like this chapter! P.S. there is some very mild lukadrien here so hee hee...

It was an early Saturday morning in Paris yet the city was wide awake. Cars were driving, people were working and Adrien was beaming. The young blonde went about his daily morning routine, the only difference being the grin he was wearing. He hummed a tune as he brushed his teeth, infuriating his kwami to no end. Even in the shower, he belted a new pop song - something he had almost never done. Once he was done getting ready, Adrien plonked down on his wheelie chair and sighed happily. Plagg rolled his eyes and went to hunt for camembert. Annoyed at his kwami's lack of interest, Adrien sighed again, this time a lot louder. When Plagg still didn't reply, Adrien spun around, pondering loudly, "Hmm, I wonder if anyone wants to know why I'm so happy?"

From inside the fridge, Plagg replied, "No one wants to know, Adrien, so kindly be quiet."

Undeterred, Adrien pleaded, "Come on, Plagg! Amuse me."

Groaning tiredly, the black kwami halted his search for cheese and flew out, glaring at the giddy teenager. "The things I do for you, kid. Fine." He asked with faux curiosity, "Why oh why are you so happy, Adrien?"

Bouncing like a three year old, Adrien answered, "Why, thank you for asking, Plagg! The reason is that today is the music festival and Father has given me permission to go! And do you know who's going to be there?"

Plagg stated emotionlessly, "Santa Claus."

Adrien laughed, No, silly! Marinette! The most incredible person ever."

Plagg rolled his eyes and muttered to himself, "I am so done with you humans."

Adrien stood up and opened his shirt, ushering Plagg to fly in. Once the kwami was hidden, the teenager opened his door to leave but was shocked at the sight of his father and Nathalie standing right in front of him. "F-father?" he asked, confused.

"Good morning, Adrien," he greeted monotonously. He stepped forward, forcing his son to step back.

"Wh-what are you doing here?"

"I wanted to check on how your piano lessons are going." The older blonde sat on the couch, his assistant standing not too far behind. "Nathalie tells me you've been learning Chopin's prelude No. 15 in D flat major, op. 28, otherwise known as the Raindrop Prelude?"

Adrien gulped nervously : he had been using his phone audio more and more while out as Chat Noir so the piece was slightly rusty. "Y-yes, Father. Would you like me to play it now?" Gabriel nodded and Adrien thought to himself, "Just get this over and done with so you can get to the music festival." He sat down at the piano and began playing the piece. His fingers moved effortlessly along the keys as his eyes fluttered shut. He knew the piece off by heart and tried to convince his father of this. Unfortunately, he didn't know the keys as well as he thought and his fingers slipped, hitting the wrong notes. Adrien cringed and looked in the direction of his father, hoping he didn't notice. It seemed luck was really not on his side as his father held up a hand, signalling the teenager to stop.

"I've heard enough. Are you sure you're practicing, Adrien?" Gabriel asked coldly.

Adrien replied despondently, "I'm just doing the same exercises again and again. I think I could make better progress if I could just play with other musicians. After all, music is meant to be shared with other people, don't you think?"

"We Agrestes are soloists. We're not mere group members. I suggest you rehearse your piece some more. You'll play it for me again later today."

"But...Father! You promised that I could attend my friends' concert!"

"Not after that performance you've just given, which is probably due to their influence. You need to refocus, Adrien."

As the fashion mogul and assistant left his room, Adrien dropped his head into his hands defeatedly and thought bitterly, "Another day, another disappointment to Father. What's new?"

Meanwhile, on the Liberty, Nino regretfully informed Marinette and Alya, "Adrien can't make it. Something about his old man being unreasonable."

Marinette rolled her eyes and muttered, "What's new?"

Surprised by her friend's tone, Alya asked, concerned, "You okay, girl?"

"No!" the bluenette burst out. "Adrien never gets to hang out with us because his dad is mega-strict! It's totally not fair to him. I wish there was something we could do to break him out." She hung her head in defeat.

Alya patted her shoulders sympathetically and sighed, "I guess that's just how it is for a teen model. Don't be too upset, girl. This isn't the first time his dad has kept him from hanging out with us." The brunette turned to shoot a suspicious look towards Nino, asking, "Why is she so het up about this?"

Nino smirked and wiggled his eyebrows, replying, "Maybe she's starting to fall for my dude!"

Alya rolled her eyes and shooed him away. When she turned back to Marinette, she was smirking. "Having conversations with your eyes, huh? There something you wanna tell me, young lady?" she teased.

Alya slapped her shoulder and hissed, "Shush! If for some unknown reason even the smallest thing happens, you'll be the first to know."

Captain Anarka approached the girls and asked, "Which one of you lassies would like to go and tell Luka we're waiting for him to start rehearsal?"

"I can," Marinette offered. "But who's Luka? And where is he?"

Ankara replied, "Luka's my son. You'll find him in his cabin."

Nodding in affirmation, Marinette winked at Alya before heading down to the lower cabins.

"For this year's annual music festival, Paris' city hall has organised numerous free concerts, featuring big stars and some pretty prestigious locales! We're joined by our honourable mayor, Andre Bourgeois! If you will, please tell us about the line up!"

As the mayor recounted the different concerts happening, Adrien groaned to himself, "Of all the days Father had to be Father, why did it have to be today?" The frustrated teen sighed heavily and hung his head over the piano.

Noticing his holder's downcast expression, Plagg flew over and reasoned, "Come on now, don't be so down in the dumps! Look at the bright side, now you can enjoy all the concerts without leaving the comfort of your own room!"

"I just wanted to go to my friends' concert, Plagg," Adrien replied sadly.

"Then why didn't you say so!" the kwami exclaimed. "As your friend, I'm going to give you a private concert that you'll never forget!" Clearing his throat, Plagg sang, very off-key, "Camembeeeert! You're the cheese of my dreeeeams! Camembert! You make life better than it seeeeems!"

Smiling at his friend's attempt to cheer him up, Adrien murmured,"Thanks, Plagg. Best concert ever." The smile quickly left his face, however, and he turned back towards the piano, beginning the piece again. Suddenly, Adrien felt a buzz from his phone. Stopping to check, he opened the device to see a message from Nino. "Maybe he'll tell me about what's going on?" he hoped and opened the message.

Nino:Marinette was rlly upset abt u not being able to come dude

rlly?

Nino: yeah

maybe she's starting to like u back

she's probs just being her usual kind self

Nino:u never know dude

if only u were here to see for urself

Adrien groaned again and lamented, "Ugh, why do I have such bad luck?"

Plagg flew to the piano and snarked, "Oh, if only there were some way for you to escape your bedroom without anyone noticing!"

Gasping in realisation, Adrien exclaimed, "Of course! Chat Noir! But what about father and the piano piece? I could get into even more trouble."

Rolling his eyes, Plagg asked, "Do you really want to miss out on an opportunity to see if Marinette likes you back?"

Adrien nodded, determined, and placed his phone on the piano top before playing the piece he was supposedly learning on repeat. He then called out, "Plagg, claws out!" Green light overtook his body and at the feel of skintight leather on his body, Chat Noir smirked, "It's a good day to be a superhero." He leapt out of his window and began making his way towards the Seine. When he spotted the house, Chat Noir dropped down into a nearby alleyway and detransformed. After hiding his kwami in his shirt, Adrien strolled down to the entrance of the boat, where Anarka was setting up equipment. "Uh, good afternoon, ma'am?" he tentatively began.

At the sound of his voice, Ankara turned and grinned, "Ah, you must be Adrien! I'm Captain Anarka! Welcome aboard the Liberty!" She thrust out a hand and Adrien shook it, a grin making its way onto his face too.

"Adrien?" a familiar voice called out. The blonde stepped onto the boat and grinned at the sight of Nino and Alya making their way over. "Hey dude!" the DJ greeted. "I thought your old man wasn't letting you come?"

"Uhh, change of heart?" Adrien offered, smiling sheepishly.

"Yeah, and it just so happens that change happened right after Nino told you about Marinette," Alya teased. At her name, Adrien's emerald eyes roved over the deck, searching for the bluenette. "She's in one of the cabins, loverboy," Alya chuckled.

"Thanks, Alya," Adrien murmured before running further into the boat and down the stairs. When he got to the cabins, he carefully stepped into one. He was shocked, however, to see Marinette and a tall boy with black hair and blue tips standing in front of a very extensive collection of guitar picks.

The sound of him entering made Marinette turn around and she grinned excitedly, "Adrien! You made it!" She ran over to give him a hug, unknowingly making the blonde melt inside. When she pulled away, she said breathlessly, "Sorry, I'm just really glad you were allowed out. You normally never hang out with us."

Smiling back, Adrien stammered, "Hehe, yeah. I'm glad to be you- I MEAN see you too!"

For a few seconds, they just smiled at each other. Then Marinette, remembering where she was, gasped, "Oh, I almost forgot!" Gesturing to the boy behind her, she introduced, "Adrien, this is Luka. Luka, this is Adrien."

The blonde smiled at the older boy and said cheerfully, "Nice to meet you, Luka!"

"You too, Adrien," Luka replied. He then turned to Marinette and murmured, "Like I said, keep the pick." He patted her shoulder and smiled at her before leaving the cabin.

Marinette smiled down at the pick and carefully placed it inside her purse before looking back to Adrien. "Hehe, let's go back up," she sheepishly suggested, as if she's been caught doing something.

"Yeah, I'll m-meet you up in a few minutes," Adrien muttered, looking slightly downcast. Once Marinette left, Adrien allowed Plagg to fly out and lamented pitifully, "Did you see how she looked at the pick? Or how he looked at her? Ugh, Plagg, I'm no match against him! He's, like, 2 years older than me! Plus, he's got that romantic guitar thing and dyed hair and painted nails and super cool… aesthetic or whatever! Marinette's gonna fall in love with him while I'm stuck playing Chopin's prelude No. 15 in D flat major, op. 28, otherwise known as the Raindrop Prelude, for the rest of my l-" Adrien felt a tiny paw-thing slap him across the face. It didn't hurt but the shock made him gasp. "Plagg!" he gasped in outrage. "What was that for?"

"For you to wake up!" the frustrated kwami hissed. "Instead of wallowing about the failure of your non-existent romance with Marinette, why don't you go up to the deck and show her just how great you are? You, know, instead of letting pick-boy woo her with his serenading fingers!"

Realising Plagg was right, Adrien gasped, "You're absolutely right! I need to turn on the suaveness of Chat Noir and let Marinette know that I am the top cat!"

At the enthusiastic teenager's power pose, Plagg sighed and muttered to himself, "I'm already regretting giving you any advice whatsoever."

Adrien opened his jacket to allow his kwami to hide before running eagerly back upstairs.

Marinette watched Kitty Section practise, her eyes occasionally lingering on Luka and admiring how serene he looked with his eyes closed and a small smile on his face. At one point, he opened his aqua-blue eyes while she was looking at him and winked at her. Marinette smiled back and looked at her lap sheepishly. Alya noticed this and teased, "Ooh, does Chat Noir have competition?"

"Pff, no! You're just imagining things, Alya," Marinette brushed off her remark. Inwardly, though, she thought Luka seemed genuinely attracted to her. At least a bit. Could she ever pursue a relationship with him when she cared so much about Chat? The superhero was fairly unattainable, even as Marigold. Their relationship would be based on lies as neither could reveal her identities. Even dating Luka would mean hiding half of who she was. "Here I am, thinking about dating him when we've barely known each other for a day!" Marinette mused to herself, smiling. Still, it was somewhat of a boost to her ego to have someone older being interested in her. Even if it was only slightly.

When she heard footsteps behind her, Marinette turned and smiled at the sight of Adrien. "Adrien! Come sit!" she urged, patting the space beside her.

Adrien smiled gratefully and slid into the space. His emerald eyes darted between Marinette and Luka, trying to spot anything going on between them. He caught eyes with Nino, who raised his eyebrows and jutted his head towards Marinette not-so-subtly. Nodding, Adrien took a deep breath before placing his hand next to Marinette's, their pinkies only slightly touching. Mylene handed Adrien, Marinette and Alya earbuds as Luka uncovered the giant stereo. After putting them in, Adrien rested his hands on the bench again, except this time, he accidentally put them on Marinette's hands. His face went red and he faced the bluenette, stammering, "Uh, s-sorry, I didn't mean to uh-"

"It's okay to be nervous, Adrien," Marinette interrupted with a small smile on her face. "I know this is only your second live concert since the Jagged Stone one. I can...hold your hand if you want?"

Adrien's eyes widened as much as they could and he nodded vigorously. Marinette slid her hand out from under his and Adrien shakily turned his hand over and curled his fingers hesitantly. Marinette smiled sympathetically at him again before turning back to the stage. Adrien's face turned very red : he wasn't expecting her to actually hold his hand. He'd been dreaming up until this point. "Shit, what do I do now?" He looked at Nino, trying to get his attention somehow but the DJ was preoccupied with talking to Alya. "Great, I'm gonna die."

Unbeknownst to Adrien's inner turmoil, Marinette flashed Luka a thumbs up. When he struck a chord that reverberated through the next 5 miles and sent waves through the Seine, though, Marinette felt her thumbs up wasn't needed. It felt like her eardrums had been burst through the earbuds. She could still hear the bass ringing in her ears. Adrien, on the other hand, had a grin on his face stretching from ear to ear. It had been so long since he had heard music like that and it sent an unexplainable flood of euphoria through him. When Marinette looked over to the blonde, she was shocked to see the expression on his face. She hadn't seen him look that happy in a long time and it brought a smile to her own face.

Their elation was short-lived, though, as Officer Roger made his way towards the boat, yelling through a megaphone, "Ms Anarka, are you completely out of your mind? I'm reading 160 decibels! That's louder than a jet engine! You just can't do this, you'll have to play something else!"

"It's the national music festival today, Officer Roger!" Anarka retorted. "My crew's allowed to play whatever they want!"

"It's a music festival, not a noise festival! If you don't turn the volume down, I'll ban your concert altogether!"

Marinette stepped up, pulling Adren with her, and suggested, "Uh, maybe we could just turn the volume down a bit, Captain? Then there'd be no more problem, right?"

"No! Out of the question!" Anarka fumed. "I didn't name me galleon Liberty for nothing, y'know! It's a matter of principle! Haven't you ever heard of 'freedom of speech', Roger? This is me home! I do as I want!"

Throwing his megaphone behind him, Officer Rogers approached the boat, asking, "Do you have a document authorizing you to moor your boat at this location?"

"The Seine belongs to everyone!" the frustrated captain fired back.

"You're not allowed to moor here without a parking permit, which means you can't play your concert here either! Not to mention this incredibly messy deck, a public visual disturbance, you get a ticket. And this decoration is to… decorate-y! Another ticket." Anarka ripped the tickets to bits triumphantly, causing the officer to snarl, "You asked for it! One more ticket for making me use too many tickets, one more for your attitude, one more because I can't sleep, one more because I'm seasick, one more because I say so!"

As a furious Anarka stomped to the wheel, Marinette turned to her friends and murmured, "Well, that was unfortunate."

Alya's sharp eyes spotted Adrien and Marinette holding hands and she burst out, gesturing to their clasped hands, "Hey, what's this?"

Marinette immediately let go of Adrien's hand and replied nervously, N-nothing!" Adrien immediately missed the warmth of Marinette's hand and he glared accusingly at Alya, who grinned guiltily. "Anyway, you should probably check on your mom to make sure she's okay, Luka," Marinette continued.

Nodding in agreement, Luka slung his guitar over his shoulder and started making his way towards the steering wheel when the boat began to rock violently, making all the teenagers stagger. Big, black blobs covered the whole and when they disappeared, a large pirate ship was left behind. At the forecastle deck, a woman with long red hair spiked upwards was standing proudly. She wore a black bandana with a white spiky-haired skull on the front, along with gold circular earrings. "Raise the mainsail, me deckhands, lets get swashbuckling around here!" she declared, laughing wickedly.

"Mom?" Juleka asked.

"What's going on?" Luka added in confusion.

"Your mom has weighed anchor, me lad, I'm Captain Hardrock and today Paris's timbers are about to be shivered by my cannon!" She looked through her telescope and announced, "Westward ho, Liberty! Next stop, Jagged Stone at the Eiffel Tower! Soon, there will only be one concert in Paris, only one Music Festival! We will destroy all the others. Now, get to your instruments and rock those decibels!"

Luka pleaded desperately, "Mom please, you can't ruin the Music Festival."

"You can't force people to listen to your music!" Adrien added in. "Or play your music."

Ivan declared obstinately, "No way we're playing like this!"

"Mutiny? On my ship? Liberty, seize these scallywags and throw them down into the hold!" Captain Hardrock yelled and pointed her sword at the teens.

With feline reflexes, Adrien jumped in front of Marinette as chains wrapped around the teens and the deck opened, making them roll down below deck. Adrien was tied up with Marinette, Alya with Nino, Mylene with Ivan, Juleka with Rose and Luka by himself. "Is everyone alright?" Luka called out. After receiving affirmative replies, the older boy continued, "Let's just hope Chat Noir or Scarlet Bug get here soon."

Adrien scoffed, "My bets are on Marigold."

At this, Marinette looked around frantically before peering into her handbag. Pollen popped her head out and once the coast was clear, flew out to undo the locks. Unfortunately, Plagg had the same idea and the two kwami met face to face behind their holders. They both gaped at each other in surprise, not prepared to find out the secret identities so suddenly. Pollen held her hand up to her mouth in a shushing motion and phased through the locks, undoing them. As the chains fell away, both Marinette and Adrien stood up, assuming their kwami had freed them. "How did you do that?" Alya asked incredulously.

Both Marinette and Adrien replied instantly, "Oh, I just-" They stared suspiciously at each other, both thinking "I'm the one who freed us, though…" Marientte spoke up tentatively, "Uh, we worked together! Adrien...pulled the chains loose enough so I could unlock it with… the pick!" She held up the Jagged Stone pick and smiled nervously.

Luka beamed up at her and remarked, "You're amazing, Marinette. A real magician."

The bluenette grinned at this, oblivious to Adrien's sour look. "Ugh, she's already falling for him and his stupid face, stupid hair, stupid calming voice." Just as they were about to help the rest of their friends, Captain Hardrock burst into the lower deck. "We'll be back to free you guys, I promise!" Adrien called out as he and Marinette ran to the next cabin. Once the door was locked, Adrien frantically said, "Uh, Marinette, find somewhere to hide!"

"But what about you?" she asked, wanting to be able to transform as soon as possible. Little did she know, Adrien wanted the same thing.

"I'll be fine, now quick! Into this drawer!" Adrien carefully pushed Marinette into a closet nearby and when he was sure the door was firmly closed, transformed as quietly as possible and leapt out of a window.

At that second, Captain Hardrock burst in. "Where are ye traitors?" she snarled, looking out of the window. "You won't get very far…"

As her footsteps got quieter, Marinette stepped out of her hiding place and opened her purse for Pollen to fly out. "Where did Adrien go?" she asked frantically.

"I'm sure he's fine, Marinette. Right now, you need to save your friends!" Pollen reminded her.

"Yes. Pollen, buzz on!"

Chat Noir had clung onto the side of the boat with his nails and was now attempting to get closer to Captain Hardrock without her noticing. "Just a bit closer…" He was almost at the wheel before he accidentally stepped on a creaky floorboard.

Captain Hardrock spun around and exclaimed triumphantly, "Aha! It seems we have a stowaway! I should throw you off my ship! Seize him!"

Metal chains wrapped around the superhero. "Paw-lease!" Chat grinned. "River water does nothing fur my so-fish-ticated complexion."

"Three puns in one? How fin-tastic." Chat looked up and grinned wider at the sight of Marigold staring down at him. She jumped down to his level and broke his chains. "You should really be more careful, kitty," she teased. "Someday,I might just let you be defeated."

"Aww, but where's the fun in that, Goldie?" As the duo dodged every chain the supervillain sent their way, Chat called out, "I think there are some teenagers being held prisoner in the lower deck."

"Yeah, you're probably right," Marigold called back. "Venom!"

As her superpower was activated, Marigold sent a swarm of bees to Captain Hardrock. The bugs flew all around her face, moving her away from the wheel. With her distracted, Chat and Marigold snuck down below deck. "So I'm thinking the akuma is on the ship?" Chat suggested.

"You're probably right," Marigold affirmed.

When they reached the part where their friends were trapped, Alya cheered, "Chat Noir and Marigold are here!"

Everyone whooped in excitement and Juleka remarked, "I guess Adrien was right in saying Marigold would be here."

While Chat broke apart everyone's chains, Luka asked, "Speaking of, where are Marinette and Adrien?"

"Adrien's safe," Chat Noir piped up. "I helped him escape before I got here."

"Marinette's safe too," Marigold reassured. "She was the one to inform me of where you all were."

Luka smiled and murmured, "That girl is unbelievably brave."

Marigold blushed at his compliment and Chat, having finished undoing the chains, felt his face twist up at the sight. "Even Marigold seems to like this guy!" He stepped over to where they were and slid his arm subtly around the superheroine's waist, causing her to gasp and stare at him in surprise. "Now that the civilians are safe, should we get back to planning how to defeat Captain Hardrock?" he whispered smoothly in her ear. Marigold's face turned redder and she nodded, a small grin appearing on her face. She allowed Chat's hand to steer her away from the teenagers, inwardly squealing at the fact that CHAT NOIR HAD HIS ARM AROUND HER WAIST! She wasn't really sure what brought this on but didn't have the heart to ask. Even Chat wasn't sure what brought this possessiveness on but he rather liked the feel of his arm surrounding Marigold's waist. When they were far away enough, Chat let go of his partner and said, "So, anyway, we need to get the ship on land or else all those civilians might drown."

"You're right," Marigold hummed. After a minute of thinking, she exclaimed, "I've got it! We can take those chains that were used on the prisoners and tie Captain Hardrock to the compass, which will make the ship go cuckoo! Hopefully, it will steer towards land and then, you can cataclysm it." At Chat's blank stare, Marigold explained, "Because the metal of the chains will attract the needle? It's just physics, kitty-cat." She smirked and teased, "And here I thought there were some brains under all that brawn."

"There are!" Chat defended. "You're just… super smart." His subconscious whispered in his mind, "And it's kinda hot."

"No time for flirting now, Chaton," Marigold reprimanded. "I've used Venom so I only have a few minutes to detransform."

Chat Noir nodded and followed his partner back to the hiding teens.

Once the akuma has been released, Marigold winked at Chat, "I'd better buzz off before I reveal myself, kitty. See ya!" She punched his shoulder lightly before leaping off onto a new pearly rooftop.

Chat watched her retreating figure with a smile on his face but was shocked to see Scarlet Bug appearing just a moment later. "Scarlet?" he frowned. "That was extremely prompt."

Ignoring his underlying question, the superheroine said, "Yes, now, where is the akuma?" Once she spotted it, he captured the butterfly and purified it, letting it back into the world.

As she was about to leave, Chat stopped her. "Wait, I need answers here. Do you just watch Marigold and I until the akuma is set free?"

Blushing furiously, Scarlet retorted, "Of course not! I just have excellent timing." She straightened her hair and muttered, "Well, that's me done. See you next time."

With that, she leapt off. Chat shook his head and thought too himself, "I will never understand that girl."

Adrien snuck back into his bedroom, wishing that his father, Nathalie and Gorilla were all busy. Unfortunately, luck was really not on his side as Gabriel and Nathalie were in the positions they had been in earlier that day - Gabriel on the couch with Nathalie standing not too far behind. Adrien opened his mouth to explain his whereabouts but Gabriel held up a hand to stop him before he even started. "I know you snuck out, Adrien. You directly disobeyed what I asked of you," he reprimanded. "I made it very clear that you needed to practise and you disregarded me like I'm some annoying alarm clock. But," Gabriel's eyes briefly flickered to Nathalie. "Due to some… outside advice, I realise you felt obliged because I forbade you from a concert you had been looking forward to." Adrien lifted his drooped head and shot a grateful smile towards Nathalie, who only nodded in response. "So I will let you get back to this concert, as long as you know you must practice an extra hour on Monday to make up for lost time."

"Thank you, father!" Adrien exclaimed gleefully. "But, before I leave, I was wondering if you would play the Raindrop Prelude with me as a duet?"

Gabriel looked starkest but after glancing towards Nathalie's encouraging eyes, he nodded.

Adrien felt his heart lift a bit more as he sat next to his father at the piano. "Best musical festival ever."

On the Liberty, Kitty Section was rocking out as loud as they could. Well, as loud as Officer Rogers allowed them to. Marinette watched Rose sing passionately into the microphone, Ivan drum at every correct moment, Luka and Juleka work in perfect harmony as guitarists and Adrien move his fingers effortlessly over the keys. "This is what music is about," she thought absently, her eyes drifting towards Alya and Nino dancing together. "Sharing it with the people you love." As her eyes made their way back to Adrien, she felt her heartbeat speed up slightly at the model's pure joy throughout the whole song. He seemed so beautiful to her in that moment. "Woah, where did that come from?" Marinette chased away her confusing thoughts and breathed in deeply, allowing herself to be there in the movement with music ringing deep in her soul.
