Hello guys.

This is a new multi-chap fic I was thinking of writing...

Yeah, ik what you guys are thinking rn. I'm ridiculously jobless, huh?

Quite right. I mean, I'm effing bored, and can't help but put up new stories almost EVERY...SINGLE...DAY.

But I'm not sure how long I might take to update both Zootropolis and this fic, but I'll be sure to update both as regularly as I can manage.

Cuz, you know, even though I am bored, I gotta be in the mood to write if updates have to come in.

But, there's a condition. I'll only update Zootropolis if I get at least 5 answers for the questions I put up in chapter 3, because, hey, I can't be the only one answering my own questions. I mean, I got one answer, but that's only one opinion.

So yeah, thanks for the reviews, and please review for this one.

I don't own Maid Sama! or any of its characters.

This contains a bit of OOC and fluff, so pls don't kill me. Jk.

Anyway, enjoy!

I think I'm turning into a stalker.

No, let me rephrase that.

I am turning into a stalker.

.

And it's all because of that woman.

Takumi was sitting on a stool, scrolling through his playlist on the phone.

He was currently behind the counter, since his sister had volunteered to take over the orders; there were barely a handful of customers in the cafe right now.

Including that woman.

She was a slim, black-haired woman, who often had her shoulder-length hair tied back into a ponytail, and she always wore a form-fitting black business suit. She would order a strawberry milkshake, and sit at the corner table which, before she started frequenting the shop, was mostly left empty, unless it was rush-hour and it was the only table for someone to occupy.

But Takumi had never gotten a chance to see her face yet.

She was always hunched over a book, and (unfortunately) his sister, Tamami, had always taken her orders (which was purely coincidental, as Takumi was always taking another customers order when she came in).

What would her eyes look like?

What with looking at different customers' faces every day of the week; from the old to the young, rich to the poor, from the early morning's coffee-on-the-go to the mid-evening's extra-large ice creams, Takumi and his sister could read their faces like open books.

Which alleviated the desire to at least have a glimpse of the woman's eyes.

Under the pretense of scrolling through his phone, he was discreetly staring at her over his glasses.

Still hunched over a book.

Whatever she did for a living, it seemed that it was a rather tough job; she was always rather worn out when she came here (which was mostly in the evening or night). And maybe she didn't have enough time, which was why she brought her book here to read, while occasionally sipping on the milkshake.

"Oi, Takumi."

Looking up, he saw Tamami, ladle in hand, and holding it up as if she were considering thrashing him with it.

"You're staring at her again, huh?" she said, whacking the ladle onto his head.

"Ow!"

"You know, if you're soooo interested in her, why don't you just go talk to her? Just you keeping eye-contact for two seconds with a girl is enough for them to fall heads over heels for you, anyway."

That was something he couldn't really argue about. There were some girls who kept glancing at him when he made their dessert, some who outright stared, some who flirted (despite his sister being right next to him), and some who were bold enough to call him outside the café to confess.

Takumi, of course, being the gentleman he was, would reject them politely; and quickly get back to his job. He'd probably be skinned alive by Tamami if he didn't reject them nicely or get back fast; even though, because they were identical twins (and therefore with the same good looks), she'd get the same amount of attention from guys.

But he wouldn't say the same about this woman.

This woman hadn't ever looked his way, even while taking her order (yes, he stared at her even while he was serving other customers).

And she seemed more like the strict, scary businesswoman rather than the shy, cute teenager.

And she spent entire evenings poring over a book in her own tiny bubble, where she was oblivious to everything and everyone around; there were even times when Tamami had gone and told her that they were closing the shop for the day. Though that happened only on weekends.

He was brought back from his thoughts by Tamami's voice, when she said, "But she doesn't really look like she'd do that, eh? Looks more like the modest, trim person who knows to keep to her own business."

Takumi rolled his eyes. Tamami was a great supporter of feminism, so hearing her talk like that was surprising.

"I thought you had a delusion that all females were innocent angels; and that's why you defend them so often."

She looked at him with a steely glint in her eyes, which had Takumi thinking, Uh oh. Here it comes

"Do you think I'm stupid, Takumi?"

Though they had their fights, they were all in good fun, so he wasn't that alarmed when she used her threatening voice.

"I don't defend girls unless they need to be. They need to learn to stand up for themselves too, don't they?"

"Quite right, sis."

Looking away, and thus ending their discussion, she said, "Looks like we have to remind your crush that she's still in this world, again."

"She isn't my crush!" he half whisper-yelled.

But she only sent him a smug smirk, very alike the one he wore while trying to annoy someone.

And it sure was annoying.

But her words got him thinking.

Crush, huh?

Did he have a crush on a girl who he didn't even know?

Well, that's kinda stupid.

But, love knows no bounds, right?

"Hey, Loverboy!"

Takumi jerked his head up as Tamami clicked her fingers in front of his face.

"Ugh. You know, you gotta focus if you wanna sell something today. Otherwise the customers are gonna think you're just weird, good looks or not, and leave."

"Yeah, yeah. I'll be there, Tamami, just gimme a minute."

She looked at him, the irritation dying in her eyes. Putting a hand on his shoulder, she said, "You ever need something, tell me straight away, okay? Even if it is dating advice."

"Ahah, very funny, Tamami." But at her look, he quickly amended it.

"I'll be fine, Tamami, don't worry."

"Right. If you need me to tell her that you got the feels for her-"

"No! I don't need that, thank you!"

"Pfft. I knew that you'd say that, but you didn't have to deny help so vehemently…"

"Hehem. Right. Now lets' get back to work!"

"More like you should get back to work."

But Takumi wasn't listening.

.

.

Because in front of him, was a glorious amber eyed goddess.

Okay, that was a bit too much of an over-exaggeration. Or a lot.

But the point was, he was finally seeing the woman's face.

Her eyes were beautiful jewels, a mix of light amber with deep golden, the merging of the two colors making them exquisitely unique. Breathtaking.

And her face was a pale, creamy color, with soft hair adorning it; her cheekbones well-defined. Honestly speaking, she wasn't as beautiful as other women; he'd even rejected people who had much more beauty and wealth.

But this girl was, well, interesting.

But he didn't know how to address her. What if he did something wrong? He hadn't felt this way about anyone before, so it was a feeling quite new to him.

He felt a bit protective of her, which was a feeling he often got for Tamami (especially when a guy was hitting on her).

But even so, this feeling was different. With Tamami, it was a brotherly over-protectiveness, a brotherly love.

But with her, he didn't have any ties. They weren't connected by blood, nor by acquaintance.

So why?

Haha, cliffhanger! How's Takumi going to react to seeing his (as Tamami put it) crush? Ooh, what's he gonna say? Or is Tamami gonna ruin the moment? Lol.

You know, I actually had a friend in school who's name was Tamami. She was sweet, really. But sadly, we didn't really keep in touch after that.

You might have noticed that she was the popular singer in Zootropolis.("I'm Gazelle. Welcome to Zootopia" Remember that?)

Anyway, please Review! (Also, gimme some answers for the questions in chap 3 of Zootropolis, so we can go on with that story!)
