It was another picturesque day at Mushroom Kingdom. The flowers in the blast range of a burst of colour, The mushroom trampolines broad with fun! It was an ecstatic day for the Troublesome Twosome, (their agreed nickname as a whole) too as well as the joyous toads listening to music or picking berries for Yoshi, or all sorts of toads! Birdo's days being evil were behind her wholly. She was…. good! She knew she never had the mental strength to beat Mario. But she did have the physical power to beat him. She had improved at a rapid rate for her combat skills, and was a lot more precocious at her combat tactics. But she had too much heart in her to harm him.
It was a sublime day to visit Dorrie in his lake too. They rolled down the emerald green hills, illuminating with elative beauty.
Dorrie was in a lake, so he was always in a bath. But today his body was so relaxed it seemed like he was in a bath, but he already was.
In his strange language he mentioned "What a lovely day! You up to anything?"
"Yes! Loads of things! Me and Pinky here are BFFs for life." Yoshi replied to this question.
"Oh, really? I used to have a friend too y'know…."
A long long time ago, in the forest on the outskirts of Mushroom Kingdom
Dorrie strolled down the lake, returning to Mary, his bestie.
"Mary? Where are you?" he murmured to himself.
He wasn't scared of her being kidnapped, he knew she was hiding underwater, waiting to create a cataclysmic explosion of water and begin a fun water fight!
But she never did.
And there she was, hiding under the shade of the turf.
"What happened, Mary?" he asked, concerned that she didn't drown him.
"B-b-b-b-b- Bowser!" Mary whispered. "What about Bowser?" Dorrie asked, his concern lingering.
"He is invading!" she shot of her mouth, shocked.
Dorrie was preparing to leave. Dorrie knew King Koopa was angry that Peach was petrified by him in their first encounter.
Dorrie was too late!
"Gwahahahaha, Mario can't stop me now!" shouted Bowser to his Koopa subjects and army.
With a threatening pound of his weight, the streams changed directions. Dorrie and Mary were being separated!
BOOM! Another pound! They both jolted further away.
KAPOW! An inferno of fire infiltrated the forest and as a result caused a dense layer of smoke when it hit the water.
Choking and choking, Dorrie struggled through the water but couldn't get to Mary. And then his eyelids drooped closed, and he drifted off down the lake, into the very lake Birdo and Yoshi were listening to the story by.
"And that was how I got here, into this very lake" Dorrie ended.
Dorrie and Yoshi dashed like a rocket at hyperspeed to the castle and when alone, excitedly declared "We could actually find Mary and rescue her! This may seem like an absurd idea, but they were kids and they both were reckless.
The forest was just ahead of them. By the time they got there, they started to be more discreet, knowing they weren't supposed to be there. The towering trees loomed above, shooting unforgivable gazes. They literally were staring at them, because they were haunted trees.
They were now deep in. Before the job was done, there was no going back. As they walked across the dirt path, they looked to the side and caught glimpse of a Boo!
They turned back…
BOO!
BOOO!
BOOOO!
BOOOOO!
All the Boos embraced around them! What would be their future fate!?
And they promised to themselves, wherever they were going, they were going together…
