Here we have it my darlings. The final chapter to this sweet and fun little story. Sad to see it come to an end, but it had to happen eventually.

I hope to start posting my new story by next weekend, so please put me on author alert if you're interested in reading it. It's going to be called The Star and The Swan and told entirely from Edward's POV.

Summary: Edward Cullen has a massive crush on teen model and actress Izzy Marie, but there's something familiar about the new girl Bella Swan that he can't quite put his finger on.

"I can't believe it Bells. I'm actually getting married!" Rosalie gushed as I helped her into her wedding dress.

"I know. I never thought I would see the day the great Rosalie Hale would settle down." I laughed, zipping up the back of the floor length gown. "Alice has done an amazing job downstairs. The whole place looks magical."

"She has a special talent, that's for sure. Not long until it's your turn." She gushed, turning and hugging me.

I let her go and looked down at the beautiful ring Edward had proposed to me with. I smiled fondly at the memory of it.

We were in Chicago for a short weekend break. Edward had wanted to show me where his mother was buried. After an emotional day for him, where he relived his painful memories, and a visit to his wonderful ex-neighbours the Montgomery's, we took a stroll around Grant Park near where he grew up. It was the middle of winter and there was about a foot of snow on the ground, but I kid you not, this perfect man dropped down on one knee, held out this silver band with an oval emerald surrounded by diamonds and proposed in front of the Buckingham Fountain. I think I screamed a little before shouting 'YES!' at the top of my lungs. I helped him up and was congratulated by the few bystanders that had stopped to watch the proposal, before we rushed back to our hotel and celebrated in bed.

"How are you holding up sweetie? Not too tired I hope?" Rosalie asked, resting her hands on my small bump.

That's right. Edward managed to knock me up on the evening of our engagement. Just two of us went to Chicago, but three of us came back.

That was in December and now it's early May. I'm not quite five months along, but it's like my tummy popped out over night. Thankfully my bridesmaid dress was Grecian style. Tucked in under the bust and free flowing after. The excess fabric helped to hide my little bump too.

"I'm perfectly fine. Please don't worry about me today. This day is all about you and Emmett. I'll get my day in six weeks time." I smiled and grasped her fingers. "Now come on, let's get that veil into place. You only have ten minutes before we're all due downstairs."

Rose sat back down at the vanity table and I slid the tiara -with the elegant lace attached- into her hair at the top of where her high rolled chignon bun was placed. I smoothed down some errant strands and placed my hands on her shoulders, smiling at her in the reflection of the mirror. "Beautiful."

A knock sounded at the door and my Aunt Jane and Uncle James snuck in. "There she is. There's my baby girl." Aunt Jane gushed, hugging Rosalie tightly. "Don't you look stunning. James doesn't our baby look stunning?"

"She sure does." He grinned. "More than stunning. Come and give your old dad a hug one last time." He said, holding his arms out for Rosalie to walk into.

"Oh Daddy. Don't be silly. I'll always have hugs for you." Rose smiled, wrapping her arms around her father.

"How are you doing Bella?" My aunt asked. "I must say you are positively glowing. Pregnancy certainly agrees with you." She said, patting my tummy.

"I'm great thank you Aunty. Is everyone ready downstairs?"

"Everything looks perfect and Emmett looks stupendously dashing in his tuxedo. Ohh if I were thirty years younger." Jane started fanning herself, making both her daughter and husband growl in her direction.

"Ladies? It's time head downstairs. The ceremony starts in five minutes." Alice called through the door before rushing back down to the hall where the ceremony was being held.

James linked his arm with Rose and Jane linked hers with mine as we headed out the door.

My parents met us at the bottom of the stairs, my mom and Aunt Jane Embraced and walked off, chatting animatedly before loud bouts of their laughter echoed down the corridor.

Dad shook Uncle James' hand before holding his arm out for me to hold. "Edward told me to tell you that he can't wait to get you on that dancefloor later and also he hopes that you have eaten well." He murmured, too low for my cousin and uncle to hear.

"Yes Dad. I swear Edward worries too much. He's going to go prematurely grey."

"He cares for you Bells. Both of you." He said, rubbing my stomach.

"I know, but I promise, I'm taking good care of the both of us." I replied, just as the opening strands of Spring by Vivaldi started playing. "Time to get this show on the road Rosie. Let's get you married." I handed her her bouquet and stood just outside of the double doors leading into the hall. I heard her take a deep breath behind me as the doors opened and everyone seated turned to look at us.

Six weeks later.

"Oh my love. You look enchanting." Edward whispered as I took a hold of his hand in front of the celebrant.

It was our turn to get married and after a manic morning where my ever expanding bump refused to fit into my wedding gown, I was so ready to become the third Mrs Cullen.

"Thank you. I don't feel it. Your son is giving me hell today." I whispered back.

"Dearly beloved, we are gathered here today to witness the union of Isabella and Edward. Who gives this woman to this man?"

"That would be me." Charlie said, clearing his throat and placing my other hand into Edward's. He kissed me on the cheek before going to sit between my mother and aunt.

I turned to face Edward fully and got lost in his hypnotizing gaze. I don't recall any of what the celebrant said until we got to the 'I do's', to which I exclaimed loudly, making the congregation chuckle.

Then came the kiss. Passionate. Smouldering. And leaving me panting for more. A kiss that sealed the deal as me being Mrs Isabella Cullen.

Our friends and family cheered and our dogs barked, joining in with the celebration.

At our reception, Edward refused to let me go except for the father/daughter dance, and then I was in his arms once more. We danced until we couldn't dance any more, before retiring to our hotel room and making love as husband and wife for the first time. It was heaven.

Two years later.

"Harrison, what have I told you about pulling on Jake's fur? Let go." I scolded my almost two year old as he toddled around the front garden with our dog. Edward was on his knees weeding out our flower borders, Ness sitting patiently at his side while he worked. I sat on our front porch grading papers and feeling my little girl kick up a storm inside me.

We still live in the little cul-de-sac where I very first met Edward. Rose and Emmett live next door. Edward moved in with me after proposing and gifted them the deeds to his house on their wedding day. Alice and Jasper still live across the street, but Mr Bolton who lived next to me on the other side sadly passed away of old age. His house has been standing empty for the last eight months.

But not for any longer it would seem, as I watched a hired removal truck pull up in the driveway, followed by a Prius. Two guys climbed out of the vehicles and walked straight into the house.

"Do you suppose they're brothers or a gay couple?" Edward asked, coming to sit with me on the porch. He kissed my cheek and rubbed my stomach before turning to keep an eye on our son and dogs.

"Oh no mister. I am not making that mistake again. I've learned my lesson. But you know what we will be repeating?"

"What's that my love?"

"It looks like operation Neighbourhood Nice Off is back on."

And there we have it folks. The happy ending to this sweet little story that was inspired by a post on Facebook.

I hope you all have enjoyed the fun and I hope to see you all return when I post my next tale.

Let me know what you think.

Much love x
