Chapter 3

Olivia got to work and brought coffee for everyone. Fin smiled, "Should I expect this every day?" Olivia winked, "Don't bet on it." Fin nodded, "The new girl is here." Olivia looked in and saw Cragen wave her in. "Do you have a take on her?" Fin shook his head, "In 10 seconds? No." Olivia rolled her eyes, "You're a detective." Fin laughed, "I missed you too."

Olivia walked into Cragen's office and closed the door behind her. "Morning Captain!" She looked at the young blonde, "Good Morning I'm Sergeant Olivia Benson." Amanda looked at the tall Sergeant standing in front of her. She was stunning and Amanda couldn't believe she just had a baby.

She was wearing black pants and her legs went on for days. Her badge hung on the front of her belt. She wore a clingy top allowed Amanda to see her flat stomach and ample breasts. The black leather jacket made her look badass. Amanda got to her brown eyes and the look on Olivia's face told Amanda she better respond fast. Amanda cleared her throat, "Morning Sergeant Benson."

Olivia bit her lip and smiled. They both sat down and Amanda said a silent prayer, that neither of them saw her checking her out. Amanda needed to get her head in the game. She had to remember if Olivia had a baby, Olivia most definitely had a man. Amanda figured out a long time ago that she went both ways. It didn't matter, she was only in it for the pain and punishment. She was never in love.

She heard Captain Cragen talking, and realized she only caught two words from the question. She heard "leave" and "Atlanta". She looked up to both of them staring at her. "I've been there my whole life. I don't have any family there anymore and no real connections. I'm single and on my own." Amanda didn't want to lie, but she cleaned it up as best she could. "Sometimes you get stuck in a spot and you need to move."

Captain Cragen just smiled and she immediately heard Olivia. "New York is very different from Atlanta. This would be a big move." Amanda looked over just in time to see Olivia swing her side bangs over. "Shit." Amanda thought she said it in her head until she saw Olivia's mouth fly open and saw a smirk. Amanda tried to give herself a pep talk. The rest of the interview went a little better, they went over strengths and weaknesses, and scenarios. Amanda left out anything that would lead them down the wrong path.

Olivia looked at Amanda, "Your forensic science background is definitely a plus, but you're awfully young. You don't see many 25 year old detectives. I mean you're what, 4 years out of the academy." Amanda's mouth was quicker than her brain, "Back at you Sergeant! What are you, 35?" Olivia looked at Cragen and he had a big ass grin on his face. "Hmmm that didn't take long to get a rise out of you. You'll need to work on that." Olivia flipped her hair to the side as she stood up, "By the way I'm 38."

Fin came to the door right as Olivia was about to leave. "Cap! We got a call. Vic is still at the scene. A dancer was walking home and a man approached her and said she was pretty. He forced her to the ground and raped her." Olivia sighed, "First day back." Fin looked at them, "He told her to look at his face. Not many rapist are that dumb."

Everyone was shocked. "Fin and Liv, take this one and take Rollins." Amanda jumped up ready to roll and Olivia rolled her eyes, "Cap!" Cragen gave her a stern look, "That's an order Sergeant." Amanda smirked at Olivia and then frowned, she had a feeling she would pay for that.

They arrived at the scene and Olivia immediately went to the victim. "Hi. I'm Sergeant Benson. This is Detective Tutuola and Detective Rollins. Can you tell me what happened?" Olivia was sweet, sensitive, and caring. Amanda heard the girl explaining but with her background she immediately saw bike tracks. "We need cement here, check out these bike tracks." Olivia smiled at her good eye.

Amanda listened carefully. The girl's name was Danielle and she explained he was wearing gloves and had a tai chi tattoo on his neck. The bike, the gloves, and tattoo had Amanda's full attention. "You mean a yin yang?" The girl shook her head. Amanda knelt down and Olivia put her hands in front. "Rollins!" Amanda knew by her tone it was a warning to stop, but she had to ask. "Did he say anything during the attack?" Olivia's voice became stronger, "Detective!"

Danielle was still shaken, "He said "Tell me you love me mommy." Rollins asked, "Are you sure about that?" Danielle nodded yes. Olivia was pissed and Amanda knew her ass was already in trouble. "Danielle, Detective Tutuola is going to ride with you to the hospital and Detective Rollins and I will meet you there."

Olivia smiled at her so sweetly, but when she turned to Amanda, it was a different story. Olivia's brown eyes turned fiery, "Rollins, I don't know how you do things in Atlanta, but we usually try not to overwhelm the victim. One person Rollins. One person interviews. That could've waited and let me be clear, I'm your superior."

Amanda looked at Olivia's belt. She loved the way her badge hung there and she couldn't help but wonder how it would feel to have Olivia take her belt off and beat her for her screw up. "Rollins!" Amanda shook her head, "Yes Sergeant! I understand!"

Olivia got in the car and it was a quiet ride to the hospital. Amanda kept her mouth shut the entire time, until they reached the station. "Captain Cragen, I think I recognize the guy's MO." Olivia swung around, "From where? You've been here a few hours." Amanda rolled her eyes and Olivia caught it, "We were tracking a serial rapist in Georgia with the same signature."

Cragen saw it forming, but couldn't stop it, "Amanda, do you know how many rapists are in this city with the same MO?" Amanda snapped back and laughed, "And they have a yin yang on their neck and say "Tell me you love me mommy", I don't think so." Cragen had enough, "Ok you two."

They gave Amanda access and she pulled up information from Atlanta. The one good thing about Olivia was that if she was wrong she admitted it. Her goal was to fight for the victims. "Son of a bitch! Nice catch Rollins." Amanda smiled, as the team patted her back on a job well done.

Cragen called it a night, tests were being run and there was nothing more to do. "Rollins, you're going home with Liv. We thought it was better than a hotel." Amanda gave a fake smile. She thought she would have time to at least explore the city.

All she could think about was finding a club to get some release. It was the first thing she Googled when she knew she was coming to New York. She needed BDSM clubs for the release. Then the bigger hit, how in the hell was she supposed to sleep so close to Olivia Benson.
