I took off on my bike and spotted Enzo along the way to the Grill. I skidded to a stop beside him and he turned towards me with a smile.
"Hop on, Enzo. I'll even let you drive." I smirked. He smiled wider and I scooted back so he could get on.
Once we were both situated, he took off, speeding like me. We got there a couple minutes before the others, parking right in front.
We hopped off and when Damon and Stefan came towards us, I hopped on Damon's back. He caught me and we headed inside to a few booths in the back.
He sat me down in between him and Stef. Matt, another friend of ours, came over and took our orders after giving me and the girls hugs.
He went to give our order to the cook and brought over our drinks.
"Thanks Mattie." I smiled at him.
"You're welcome, Vi." He smiled back and went to another booth.
I turned towards the others. "Okay. While we wait on the food, what are we doing for the rest of the day?"
"How about I call Marcel?" Nik suggested. "He's been dying to see you again."
"Well, he could always come up here whenever he wants. I'd love to see my brother again."
He nodded, excused himself and went out to make the call. We all talked for a few minutes while we waited on Nik to come back and our food to arrive.
He came back to the booth and told me that Marcel will be here tomorrow. I can't wait. I miss my other brother.
Finally, our food came and we dug in. It was tasty. When we were done eating and drinking, Caroline got up and pulled me and Bonnie to the restroom, turning on the faucet.
"Okay. I have to tell you two something and I don't know how you're going to react." She told us, chewing her lip nervously. We nodded for her to continue. "Okay, here goes. I kinda maybe like Klaus." She blushed.
If I had a drink in my mouth, I would have done a spit take. "I'm sorry, did I just hear you say that you like Nik?" I asked, almost shouting.
She put her hand over my mouth and nodded. My eyes widened and I started to grin. I friggin' knew it. She pulled her hand away slowly and I smirked.
She eyed me warily and I rushed out of the bathroom with her trying to catch me. I ran over to Nik, pulled him up. "We'll be right back." I told the others and dragged him outside.
"What is it, Little Flower?" He questioned.
"Quick question. What do you think about Caroline?"
"Um, well, she's beautiful, sweet, caring and has a really big heart. Why?"
I smiled. "What if I told you that she likes you?"
He blushed a little. The big bad original hybrid actually blushed. I smirked and dragged him back inside, stopping beside Care.
"Nik, Care Bear, you two go talk. We'll wait on you."
"But-" Caroline began.
"No buts! This needs to happen, like yesterday." I interrupted and practically shoved them out of the door. I walked back to the booth and sat down. Everyone gave me questioning looks. I just shrugged and smirked.
While they were sorting their feelings out for each other, we all resumed our talks. They kept asking what was going on, but I wouldn't budge on the matter.
A few minutes later, they came back in with smiles on their faces. I squealed.
"So?" I asked impatiently.
"Yes, Vi. It's official." Caroline confirmed. I did a victory dance, causing everyone to laugh at my antics.
I got up, kissed Damon and Stefan's cheeks and skipped out to my bike, the others following. Enzo hopped on the back and I sped back to the Boarding House.
When I pulled into the driveway, I ran inside and hopped on the couch, ready to relax.
The others arrived soon after and joined me. Stefan pulled me into his lap while Damon pulled my legs into his.
My phone started ringing, so I answered it.
"Hello, Marcel."
"Hey, little sister. I've decided to come earlier. I'll be there in a few hours. Do you want me to stay with you?" He asked.
"Sure. What time should I expect you?"
"Around 8:00 pm. Are you around the others?"
"Yes. They can hear you. Is Davina coming, too?"
"Nope. Just me this time. Klaus told me about Damon and Stefan. Are they treating you like the princess you are?"
"Yes, big brother. You should know they would. You've known them for about a century." I told him.
"Still had to ask and make sure. My baby sis only deserves the entire world."
I smiled. "Thanks Marcel. Love you."
"I love you, too, Vi."
We hung up and I put my phone away.
"For the humans, that was Marcel. He'll be here at 8 tonight and will be staying with me and Jer."
Jeremy nodded and smiled excitedly. He always liked Marcel. He was fun to be around and was like our big brother. Even though the Mikaelson's were like siblings to us as well.
Damon removed my legs from his lap and stood up. I watched him walk over to the bar to get another drink. He must have gotten some on the way home.
I turned and later my head on Stefan's chest as he ran his fingers through my hair. It was so relaxing and I could just go to sleep right then and there.
Damon came back, kissed my cheek and pulled my feet back into his lap. I sighed in content and relaxed further.
"Hey, Ric. Any news on Jenna?" He asked his best friend.
"No. She's been avoiding me lately. She's still not very fond of you. The fact that we're best buds doesn't exactly help the situation." He grimaced. My heart ached for the man.
"I'm sorry, Ric. Things will work out. And if you two don't get back together, so be it. You'll find a woman that wouldn't leave you for anything.
I love Jen, she's the best aunt. It's just maybe wasn't meant to be." I told him softly.
"Thanks, Vi. You always know what to say."
"Yep. I'm awesome." I smirked with a wink, causing everyone to laugh.
"That's my saying, baby girl." Damon glared playfully at me.
"So. You're not the only awesome one here, Salvatore."
He gasped, then sighed. "Fine. Be that way. But, I can't deny the truth any longer."
I nodded. "Smart man." And then I kissed his cheek, causing a smile to form on his handsome face.
A while later, we were all still hanging out, when an idea hit me like a sack of bricks. "Caroline!"
She jumped and turned towards me. "Jesus, Vi. Vampire hearing, remember?"
"Sorry, sis. But, this is important. I need your assistance pronto!" Before she could respond, I got up, grabbed her hand and pulled her upstairs into Damon's room.
"What is it, Vi?" She asked as I turned the stereo on.
"We need to have a Mardi Gras party for Marcel. Make him feel at home here. And it needs to be done by tomorrow night." I rushed out.
She nodded and broke out into a grin. We squealed and ran back down to the parlor. I grabbed Damon's car keys, pulled Bonnie and Rebekah up, gave my Salvatore's chaste kisses and ran to the front door.
"Bon, Bex and Care. Get in the car bitches, we're going shopping!" I announced.
Before the front door closed, I heard Damon say. "Don't do anything to the car, girls!"
We giggled as we hopped in. I started the Camaro and sped to the store as we sang along with the songs on the radio.
