"Line them up!" commanded the White Fang ox Faunus. His masked companions dragged the humans from their village houses and made them kneel down scared out of their wits. Men, women, children, they were all there.

"Please, don't." a man begged. "We didn't do anything."

"Your kind has taken the lives of several of Faunus, including my father!" the ox Faunus said. "It's time to send a message. Aim your guns!"

The White Fang followed orders and pointed their weapons at the civilians who closed their eyes scared of what was about to happen.

Before the ox could give the order to fire, everyone stopped at the sound of a loud boom in the distance. The White Fang turned to see something drawing in fast from the sky. In a matter of seconds, it was revealed as it stopped above the raid. It was a man made of red and gold metal flying with jet boots. He also had a glowing circle on his chest that matched the ones on his palms that he pointed.

"Drop your weapons or I'll have to stop asking nicely." He said.

"Sir, I think that's Iron Man!" a lynx Faunus gasped.

"Who?" asked the ox Faunus.

"Iron Man! He's flying around Remnant picking off any White Fang who attack humans!"

"Huh? Well, technically, my suit's not made of iron." Iron Man said. "It's made of a special kind of alloy that…"

"ENOUGH!" the ox Faunus shouted. "I'm not scared of some flying tin can! Fly away now or…"

Iron Man interrupted him by firing a blast of energy from his hand. It struck the ox who was blasted backwards. He dropped his gun which was revealed to have the word "Stark" printed on the side.

"GET HIM!" a butterfly Faunus shouted. She and her friends fired their guns at Iron Man, who took them all like they were nothing.

"Guys. Please, stop. Let's talk." Iron Man revealed a rocket within his shoulder and blasted it. Right as it struck in front of them, the Faunus were blown backwards and their auras broke instantly. They all rolled around in pain. "It was a good talk."

"No, it wasn't." one of the Faunus groaned.

Iron Man landed on the ground and started to pile up every gun the White Fang dropped. One of the women they held hostage took a gun and started to aim it at the ox Faunus. Iron Man quickly stopped her by swiping the gun from her hand.

"Hey. No ox hunting."

"These animals tried to kill us!" the woman defended aggressively. "They need to be put down!"

"Not up to you, I'm afraid." Iron Man said throwing the last gun into the pile. "I've already contacted the nearest Huntress and told her how many Faunus were here. If any of them gets killed before she can have them arrested, you're gonna end up being arrested for murder. Until then…" He fired another blast that completely blew up the guns. "Enjoy a nice campfire." He blasted off before the villagers could say another word.

During the flight, Tony Stark (the man inside the suit) spoke with his AI, JARVIS. "Yo, JARVIS. What's the situation now?"

"That's the last reported sighting of White Fang activity with Stark Industries weapons, sir." JARVIS replied. "Rest assured, I'll keep an eye out for any other sightings. In the meantime, I suggest you return to Atlas. General Ironwood is waiting for you to finalize your repossession of Stark weapons. He appears to be getting impatient."

"He's just upset I have to take back my toys." Tony said. "I'll change back at my house and meet him there. In the meantime, try to keep him busy. Maybe a word search game."

"Sir, I don't think that's possible." JARVIS said. "General Ironwood just decided to meet you at your home."

"WHAT?" Tony asked. "Oh, boy."

Pepper Potts, Tony's redheaded secretary, waited at the front of the Stark Atlas home when General Ironwood drove up. He opened his door and approached her.

"Where's Stark, Ms. Potts?" Ironwood asked impatiently.

"I don't know, general." Pepper replied. "I searched this whole place for him."

Ironwood sighed until he noticed a flash of light in the distance. He and Pepper then heard a strange booming sound from underneath. They both looked at each other before running into the house. They went to the stairs leading down until they entered Tony Stark's bunker lab. They caught him in the middle of removing his Iron Man armor. He noticed them watching him before grinning nervously.

"Let's be honest. This isn't be the worst thing you could've caught me doing."

Outside of Atlas Academy, a Vale airship landed safely at the landing area. Natasha Romanoff stood back waiting for the passengers. The two men that exited were Professor Ozpin and Bruce Banner.

"Welcome to Atlas, Professor Ozpin. I'm Agent Romanoff."

"Pleasure to meet you." Ozpin said. "Where is the general? I was under the assumption he'd meet us here himself."

"He's… preoccupied at the moment." Natasha said. "A business deal that's taking longer than it should. You can wait for him in his office." She locked her eyes at the skinny man behind the Beacon headmaster. "Who's he?"

"My apologies." Ozpin said. "This here is Dr. Bruce Banner. He's under my care, and we're here at Atlas to acquire some medication from James."

"Medication from the general of the Atlas military?" Natasha asked. "What sort of condition do you have, Bruce?"

"The destructive kind." Bruce said.

"Right." Ozpin said. "Lead the way."

Natasha nodded and walked over to the school. Ozpin and Bruce followed and the latter leaned over to the former.

"I don't like this." He whispered. "There's so many people here. If I lose control…"

"There's nothing to worry about, Bruce." Ozpin said. "Just remember the exercises Glynda taught you and we won't have an incident while we're here."

Inside of Atlas Academy, Captain Steve Rogers (aka Captain Remnant) wasted no time in the training room as he sparred against a colossal knight made of white light. The knight raised its broadsword to strike, but Captain Remnant threw his four-colored shield at its face to disorient it. He grabbed it on the rebound and charged at its feet. He raised his shield and rammed it at its ankle to make it fall onto its feet. Once it made impact, Captain Remnant got on top of it, raised his shield, and thrusted it down at the back of its neck. It disappeared into thin air after that.

Captain Remnant put his shield on his back before turning around to see the woman who created the knight: Winter Schnee. The Atlas special agent clapped her hands after sheathing her sabre sword.

"Well done, captain." Winter said. "I've never seen anyone best one of my knights like that before."

"Well, after a hundred-year nap, I'm understandably full of energy." Steve said. "Gives me time to research Remnant ever since the Great War ended."

"Anything catch your eye?" Winter asked.

"Well, we're at peace," Steve said, "But not complete peace."

"We have some problems, I admit." Winter said. "Fortunately, we can manage."

"Yeah," Steve said, "But for how long?"

Thor crossed into the border of Atlas at breakneck speed. Once he made it, he hovered over the kingdom of Atlas and looked down at the city of Mantle.

"How strange for a whole city to have to rise above another." Thor observed. "Clearly, Midgard is full of surprises."

His eyes then looked down at the crater underneath the floating city. He noticed a small settlement where Faunus built a tiny, poor community.

"Such poor living conditions." He continued. "Why do these people have to suffer simply because they are different? What if the creatures of Grimm come?" He sighed. "I suppose that's why I need to be here. If these people can't protect each other, then it's right for me to be here. Why can't the Allfather understand that we are needed?"

A few seconds after a knock at the door, a young girl opened it. Much to the little one's surprise, it was her father, Scott Lang. Hope Van Dyne stood behind him at the streets of Mantle smiling at the reunion.

"Daddy!" she cheered.

"Hey, Peanut." Scott greeted his daughter, Cassie Lang.

"Scott?" asked a woman who walked up to the door.

"Hey, Maggie." Scott said. "Sorry to drop in, but I believe it's time to see my little girl."

"Can he stay, Mommy? Please?" Cassie asked.

Cassie's mother thought for a moment before nodding. "Sure thing. Come on in, Scott? Oh, and who's your friend?"

"Hi. I'm Hope."

"Are you Daddy's new girlfriend?" Cassie asked.

Both Scott and Hope both stammered talking over each other denying the kid's claim. Their nervousness made Cassie giggle.

"We're just co-workers. That's it." Hope insisted.

"You have my condolences." Maggie said.

"Hey. I'm not that bad of a guy." Scott said. "I'm a changed man. And hey, I finally get to give child support to my favorite girl."

"Does that mean you'll come over more often?" Cassie asked.

"Well, if your mommy's new husband will allow it." Scott said. "Seriously though, Tiff, I can't believe you moved so far north from Vacuo."

"Well, Paxton got a job transfer here in Mantle." Maggie said. "He should be home any minute. I'll call and let him know you're here. Don't worry. As long as you be on your best behavior, I can see you getting along."

"Nice. I feel so much better." Scott said sarcastically. "By the way, thanks, Hope. I'm glad you convinced me to deliver the check personally."

"I know what it's like to be distant from a parent." Hope said. "After my mom died, I kinda shut myself off from my dad. I'm just glad I was able to mend things with him. Don't be afraid to reconnect with your daughter."

"So I should tell her how I got the money?" Scott asked.

"Only if you want to give your ex-wife a heart attack." Hope said with a slight chuckle.

Many miles outside of the border of Atlas, in the middle of the frozen tundra, a man stood with a metal spear in hand. He wore in dark-green robes and had a golden headset with long horns on it. He closes his eyes and his spear began to glow. When he opened them, he was in a dark conference room with a pale-skinned woman standing in it with a black ceremonial dress on.

"Hello, Salem." The man said.

"Loki. Is everything set?"

"Of course. I just need the word from you."

"As long as you're certain this plan will work." Salem responded.

"My foolish brother needs to believe that he is needed more on Remnant than on Asgard." Loki said. "We must fuel is arrogance so we can have Odin do what we want. If Thor decides to return to Asgard and finds out the Bifrost cannot be opened, there could be trouble for us. For now, we need him to be none the wiser."

"I understand." Salem said. "Proceed."

Loki closed his eyes again and when he opened them up, he found himself in the middle of the tundra again. With a confident smirk, he raised his spear up pointing it down.

"Awaken." He said before thrusting it down. He hit the ice so hard, the spear dug right into it. His spear lit up a very bright shine of blue in it as he saw a black figure rising. He removed his spear and moved backwards out of the way.

The ice shattered as a very large, dragon-like Grimm flew right out. It spread out its wings so wide, each flap shadowed the entire area. Its wings also dripped down black liquid that manifested smaller Grimm.

Loki laughed basking in the creature. "Such a perfect beast, a Wyvern." He turned and pointed his spear into the distance. "My brother is currently present in the kingdom of Atlas! Attack!"

The Wyvern roared as it began its flight. As a Grimm, it had nothing but the intent to destroy, and that was what Loki was counting on.

What came next was a day unlike any other.
