John was frantic. He hadn't heard anything from Sarah in the last twenty-four hours. He'd made numerous calls and sent numerous texts, that all went unanswered. He became extremely worried when he was told she hadn't shown up for work. He was told that her car was in the parking lot. He told them to call the police. He was at the airport booking a flight back to Florida to go file a missing persons report. As he walked through the airport he called Bethany.

"Hello?" She said tiredly.

"Bethany, it's John." He said. "Have you heard from Sarah."

"No."

"I haven't talked to her since yesterday morning." "Her phone goes right to voicemail." "She isn't at work but they said her car is still in the parking lot." "I think she's missing."

"We'll be there as soon as we can."

From the airport John went to the police station and up to the front desk.

"I'd like to file a missing persons report." John said

"Who's missing?"

"My fiancée, Sarah Knable."

"When was the last time you saw her?"

"I've been out of town for work." "I talked to her on phone at eight o'clock yesterday morning." "Now her phone goes straight to voicemail." "I got a call from her work today saying she wasn't there but her car is."

"Is it typical for her to do something like this?"

"No." "It's completely out of character for her."

"Is there anyone who would want to hurt her?"

"Her ex-husband Nathaniel Williamson." "They've been divorced for a few months." "It was a divorce that he didn't want and he was very angry, when it finally went through."

"Does he live in Florida?"

"He lives in London, England."

A few hours later John was sitting at home. There was a knock at the door. He answered it It was Bethany and Steven.

"Anything?" Bethany asked.

"Nothing." John said. "The police are out looking for her." "I wanted to go out and look for her myself, but I wanted to wait for you."

"Let's go." Steven said. They left to look for her.
