Carry on supernatural fans.
At times there are moments that you look at yourself in a mirror and think 'Oh my god, this is real.' And there are other times that you want to bury your head under a pillow and pretend it isn't real at all, but then you remember that you never ever once had doubted or regretted your decision, then you realize in that moment that you are content and happy for once in your life. That's how Blake felt some days, but she was regretting nothing even though she knew that she should, but yet, she wasn't. She had made her choice and she refused to look back, she won't look back.
But it still hurt much more than she expected it would. But, it was time, time to let go and move forward. But a part of her will miss the Red Door though, but she still felt like selling her bar was the right decision, it's not like she's going to have time to run it anyway. And yeah, she could hire someone to take care of the bar in her absence, but that wouldn't exactly be letting go of her old life now would it? No, she wanted to start brand new and fresh in her new life that she had chosen. And yes, a life she chose, no matter what of what one Dean Winchester says, this was her choice, and no one else's. It was all her.
Things had been just a tad awkward, OK, so it's been really freaking awkward, Blake now knowing everything that Dean did wasn't helping the situation at all. Dean still was avoiding her at any cost necessary Since the whole her making Sherlock and John real thing, but at least he was talking to her, but he was still avoiding her when ever he got the chance to, which was starting to piss her off. But he wasn't just avoiding her, he was avoiding Jack too, though, the boy seemed to be used to it and acted like he was actually expecting it.
Will Blake knew everything Dean did, so. When she says everything, she means unfortunately everything. But there was nothing she could do about it now, what's been done has been done, but hey, when life throws you lemons you throw them back.
"Why are you selling your bar?" Asked Jack, who was currently playing with the Jukebox.
Sam and Dean was helping themselves to some beers behind the bar. She wondered if they knew they had to pay for them, she was still the owner for the time being. She sighed. "Cause, it's time."
He looked at her. "But why? You seem to love this place."
"I do, but it's just not my life anymore."
Jack smiled. "I understand."
She highly doubt it that he did. "Right. Sammy Dean bear." she called. "I'm good to go."
"I'm just sayin'," Said Dean, walking to her. "this place Would be awesome for hunters to hang out in."
Blake smiled when a Memory that wasn't hers came to her about a bar that was for hunters to hangout in. The thought Crossed her mind So often that she began to wonder that was the reason she hadn't put the for sale sign in the window yet. She wished she could have met Ellen Jo and Ash, they seemed like nice people. And what she could tell from Dean's memory's he cared for them, Just like he cared for a Bobby Charlie and all the others they had lost. The memory Sharing thing could be a real pain in the ass sometimes.
"Yeah," she looked around. "but I'm no Ellen, I don't think I could handle that many people around me."
"Yeah," Sam Chuckled. "Ellen was bad ass."
"So was Jo." Said Dean.
It took a few days for Sam Dean and Cas to get used to Blake knowing everything, now when she Brought up someone randomly that Dean remembers they don't even think twice of it. At times it felt like she New everyone that they did Personally because of Dean's memories.
Though, she could do without the one nightstands memories, and the memories of Ben and Lisa. For some reason the memory of Ben and Lisa Bothered her. Just like the memories of Cassie, or That demon that he chit - chatted with, or the memory of the kiss that he and Joe shared before the building exploded. Or any woman that he had a relationship or interest in. It confused and frustrated her.
"Come on guys," she said. "I would like to eat sometime today."
"Sounds like a plan." Dean Replied.
Blake looked around Before leaving the bar and closing the door on her old life and beginning a new Chapter.
...
They had stopped at a diner, and Blake was happy just sitting back in eating her hamburgers in silence as the brothers and Nephilim talked amongst themselves. Dean was trying to teach Jack how to flirt with girls without being obvious about it, Sam was Trying to get his older brother to stop, but Jack seemed to be interested in what Dean had to say.
Most of the things had her rolling her eyes with exasperation. Again, having Dean Winchester's memories didn't help any. It's almost like she knew how his mind worked, and to be honest, it was kind of a disturbing thought.
"What if I like girls and boys?" Jack asked innocently.
"Um, then that's what you like." Sam Replied.
"Have you kissd a girl, or um, a boy?" Dean asked.
"No, I haven't met someone that I like."
"Ok kid," Dean Padded the boy on the shoulder. "You will, I'm sure."
Jack's face lit up. "Thank you Dean."
Blake smiled. He didn't show it, but Blake could tell that he cared about the boy, And he was slowly pulling His head out of his ass.
...
It took them a few days to get back to the bunker, there was a few cases they had to take care of on the way. There was an extremely pissed off Ghost that they had to salt and burn, then a few missing people's case that turned out to be runaways and not there kind of thing. And it was late when they Finally made it back home. Home. When did she start considering the bunker as home? True she never really had a proper home to begin with, but the bunker was starting to feel like her home. Even after they found the werewolf and killed him, like she decided she stayed. Being with the boys was as natural as breathing. It was strange.
Blake was in desperate need of a shower, but she Decided to take one out of later date when she saw Cas. Cas went to talk to the other angels to find out what Blake was and why she could do the things that she could. Though, She was wondering why he didn't just call her.
"Hey Cas." Blake said, Putting down her overnight bag on the table. "Why didn't you call me? Or Dean?"
The Angel showed her his phone, that looked like it went through a war. "I Dropped my phone and I accidentally ran over it with my truck."
"You got to be more careful man." Dean Padded his shoulder as he passed, heading for the kitchen for beer no doubt. "I'll get you a new one Cas."
"Anything?" She Asked, not sure if she wanted to know.
"I am sorry. The angels is aware of you but they don't know what you are."
Blake frowned. "How can they be aware of me but not know what I am?"
"They felt your power when you Made those two characters from that TV show real."
"Really? The search of power was that strong?"
"It seems so. I am sorry Blake."
She smiled at her friend. "It's okay, you tried. Guess it's time to hit the books."
...
For a week Blake and Sam went through every book in the man in the letters bunker it seemed, but they found nothing. Blake was Starting to get irritated. She lost control a few times and killed a bulb in the near by lamp. She needed to know why she was like this.
What was she if she was human at all. Sam Suggested maybe she was a fallen angel like Hannah, but Cas said he would have recognized her on sight, he didn't, her Being a falling angel out. Blake felt like she was going to lose her mind.
...
Blake was in her room, reading through a book on of folk lore that She found, when Sam came in.
"Hey Blake, can I come in?"
"Of course Sam," she said Looking up from her book. "What's up?"
Sam handed her his tablet. It was an article about people acting funny Like children before committeing suicide. It was most likely a witch. The part of her memories that were Dean's spoke to her. It could be. It seemed like their kind of thing. A part of her had been inching for another hunt. She was starting to get bored and restless. But another part of her had to know who or what she was.
She looked at her friend. "And your showing me because?"
"It's a case me and Dean is gonna check out, and I think it would be good for you."
"What about Jack and Cas?" She asked.
"Cas went to ask his friend about you. Jack wanted to tattle long on to see if he could help you."
"That's sweet of him."
"I think this," Sam pointed at his tablet. "will be good for you."
"Translation, you want me to get out of the bunker, and actually be around the human race."
Sam snickered as he sat down beside her on the bed. "You can't Hide away from the world forever."
"Why not? You tried."
"Yeah, and it didn't work."
"True. But you didn't have uncontrollable powers either."
"No, Just Demon blood."
"Well, at least you know about it, I don't. And I have to know."
"Yeah, I get that, I do. But you need a break. And who knows, maybe you can use your powers for good."
"I try."
"I know."
Blake sighed. "Ok, maybe I do need a break."
