Star Wars: Sithblood Redemption
By. C. G. Tiessen
This story is set during the Clone Wars both before and after the establishment of the Galactic Empire under Darth Sidious. It is the story of a child of Sith blood descent and how she will help to redeem in part the Sith who have for so long become synonymous with evil. This also the story of how she and her friends survived order 66 and their story fits into the Skywalker saga. So, let us begin.
Prologue:
It is a time of great turmoil as the galactic civil war known as The Clone Wars rages on. The Jedi are spread out across the galaxy doing their best to end the war quickly. Not knowing their true enemy, the Sith Lord Darth Sidious, is right under their nose orchestrating the whole conflict for the purpose of taking control of the galaxy. During this time on the forgotten world of Typhon a young run away from the Jedi is in self-induced exile as she learns the ways of the Force that the Jedi have forgotten and the skills that have been deemed forbidden. Taught by the spirits of masters from the past. She will discover who she really is and how her life will playout on the grand sequence of events that will change the future of her people, and perhaps the galaxy. Her name is Zamilla and this is how she and her friends will help to change the course of history.
The Metamorphosis
Deep inside a pyramid shaped structure buried by millennia of dust and sand. With-in a chamber covered in murals that glow with an un-natural golden aura. The force spirits of four red skinned people of the Sith Race surround a young red skinned female who is about age 17. The spirit of a male with bright red skin, yellow eyes, eight fleshy tendrils, two that go from below his eyes to halfway down to the dangle parallel to the middle of his neck. He asks her, "Are ready my child?" The red skinned teenager is named Zamilla. She is about 5ft 8in and looks to the rest of the galaxy as a Zeltron female with slightly more intense red skin and flaming red hair that is not typical of Zeltrons. She has blue eyes and smooth facial features along with her angular appearance. She is wearing a two piece get up of a mid-drift and dark brown travel pants. Like the Twi'lek Jedi Master Aayla Secura. She looks around at the others which include a young man with two long face tendrils that go down his cheeks with long gold-plated rings and six bone protrusions on his face where two are extending away from the sides of his face where his eyebrow line is. Two halfway up his lower jaw, and two extending down from his chin and his eyes are orange. An old woman who appears to be in her eighties with four fingers on each hand. She has two ridges down from her hair line forward to the front of her face with lower two becoming bone spurs that extend about half an inch away from her chin. Then Zamilla turns her attention to a young girl who appears around her age who has long four-inch bone spurs extending from the sides of her brow ridge. She has a slightly darker rusted red tone to her skin and has bright red iris's. Zamilla says, "Yes," golden and red mist begins to form orbs of mist the spirits make that then surround her and then envelope her. She is then levitated off the ground and she begins to change. As she does her mind begins to flood with memories. She sees her earliest memory of when she was found by a human Jedi Knight known as Master Joseph Barkon at the orphanage where she lived her whole life up to that point. She twists and screams in pain as her canine teeth elongate as she remembers when her new master woke her up and she found out that her master had given her an injection that changed her outer appearance to that of a Zeltron. Asking why he had done it. With him replying, "So that the Jedi will accept you." Zamilla in the past saying, "I don't understand?" Master Barkon gently puts his hand on her shoulder and uses a mind trick as he says, "It is necessary to keep you safe." She then says in hypnotic response, "It is necessary to keep me safe." Back in the present her pinky finger is absorbing into her body as her fingers elongate while she remembers her training. She then recalls her time in the gathering when she got her kyber crystal after facing what she thought was a dangerous shadow. The lightsaber color was purple like Master Windu's. Six ridges form on her chest, back, and her nose as she remembers when she met and fell in love with Padawan Marrick Chang. Another memory of when Master Dooku left the Jedi order. She begins to grow taller as she recalls when her master was killed by black sun mercenaries and she lost her lightsaber. Pushed into a corner they were about to fire on her when in absolute fear and fury she unleashed a stream of red lightning at her attackers which instantly killed them, and she passed out. She is being confined to the temple for reflection and for dealing with her grief. She and Marrick maintaining a secret relationship along with her best friend at the temple who was in a lesbian relationship with a twilek senate aid. Sharing a passionate kiss. She had partial friendship with Ahsoka Tano, Barris Offee, and on occasion briefly spoke with Caleb Dune. As her body continues to grow, she recalls the night the four spirits appeared to her in her quarters telling her that what she thinks is truth is a lie and she needs to break free of the lie the Jedi are entrapped in. Her cheeks and sides of her head along her brow grow long four-inch bone spurs. On her cheeks a ridge runs along her cheek bone and bone spur grows from underside of her lower jaw that extends out to under her chin. Finally recalling when she tells Marrick that she needs to leave the Jedi. he makes it clear that he doesn't want her to go, but she tells him she has made up her mind and she is leaving. In no way because of him. So, he helps her steal her masters old starfighter after removing the tracking beacon and remote disabler. Sharing a deeply passionate kiss before leaving. Promising to return someday. Arriving on Typhon where she is guided by the Force to the semi buried pyramid in a dessert where outside its vicinity there is absolutely no sound as she is led into the pyramid by the spirits. Finally, the change is complete, and she stands up with her eyes closed. A full head taller than she was before and all her visible muscles thicker than they were yet still smooth and elegant as a full martial artist. The spirit of the old woman tapping her on the head as she says, "Awaken Zamilla. Reborn child of the Force from the Sith." As she opens her eyes, they are now pure bright red as the light from a setting sun. The spirit of the older man asks, "How do you feel?" Zamilla looks and feels herself all over and then says, "In a word, right." The younger female spirit makes a mirror for Zamilla to look at herself in and is shocked to see that she now looks like the shadowy figure she encountered during The Gathering. Realizing that her test was facing herself in the form that she instinctively knew but did not want to acknowledge. Turning to face the spirits asks, "What happens now?" The young male spirit reply's, "Now your real training begins." The older male spirit, "For now get your rest as you will need to be well rested before we begin." The Older female spirit, "For one does not become a master overnight." The younger female spirit, "For now dear focus on getting used to your new body and we will begin when you have had enough time to get used to it. We will speak to you again when it is time to begin. Farwell." They vanish and Zamilla improvises a bed from a rectangular block makes her float in the air. As she falls asleep, she begins to reflect on the events that brought her here.
Reflection
As she is sleeping her mind turns back to the night when she was in her chambers reflecting on the events of when her master was killed by the Black Suns and she killed them through force lightning. Being told by Master Yoda, "Away from missions need you be. Time to mediate, to clearly see your path back to the light you must." She reluctantly agrees and leaves the council chamber. She greets Master Kenobi and Jedi Knight Anakin Skywalker and waves as she passes Ahsoka Tano. She goes to her chamber and as the door closes hears a voice say, "Are we alone?" She turns to face where the voice came from saying with a smile, "Yes we are." Marrick Sukar steps into view out of a shadow by the door eagerly saying, "Ah don't make me wait so long next time. I won't be able to withstand the wait." Zamilla, "I'm sorry Marrick," she says before they kiss. Marrick Sukar has black skin and golden blond hair. Zamilla then informs him, "My meeting with the masters went longer than I had hoped. Apparently, they believe I need to be away from action for a while to find my center again." Marrick in response questions, "I just don't see why you need to be scolded for what you did. You acted in self-defense. Besides, they were going to kill you. As far as I can see you were well with-in your right to protect yourself as you no longer had your lightsaber." Zamilla, "It's not that simple. When I did it, I was acting on pure instinct and didn't care what happened to them. And I hate to admit it, but deep inside my heart. A part of me actually enjoyed it and felt like it was having fun killing them. Fun to kill! Only the Sith are supposed to take pleasure in killing. The council I might be turning to the dark side. And I am afraid that they are right. That I could fall like Master Dooku and become an agent of evil. It just makes me so... so..." She begins sobbing as Marrick takes her hand and reassures her, "Zamilla you're the most thoughtful person I know. The fact that you think about these things is not shameful, or reflective of evil. They just show that you're not perfect in sense you are free of faults. Just as I am not, nor those the Republics citizens, nor even the masters. You just need to slow down and let Force heal your spirit." Zamilla then gently says, "That is easier said than done at times. Though it goes deeper than that. I keep having this unnerving feeling that everything the Jedi and the Republic stand for is built on lies and is in the process of falling apart from with-in. Like a strangler tree on the planet Dagobah where it slowly creeps ups and envelopes a tree. Corrupting and slowly destroying the trees ability to sustain itself while the strangler vines replace what is being lost. Until it consumes the tree entirely and strangles it to death. Fully replacing the old with a new one that has an empty interior devoid of integrity that eventually will fall and rot away so that a new tree can replace it, and whole process starts again." Marrick what's that supposed to mean?" Zamilla, "You'll think this sounds paranoid but it's as if there is a terrible darkness under our feet. Deep below the temple, but also surrounds us. As though the true enemy is in plain sight, but is hiding themself because the master's cannot see through this mist of deception because they are, and are trying to teach us, that it is more important to serve the will of corrupt and fundamentally broken system that the enemy is using to destroy us from with-in. Then I see in my dreams a hooded figure in black and red robes that emulates pure malevolence. Who I see Master Yoda and the master's calmly talking to as if they know him? He leaves not knowing the man they are talking to wants to destroy them. Then he speaks to fallen Master Dooku. I can never hear what they are saying, but it unsettles me to my core. Then I see him speaking something like a shadow who becomes a countless number of shadows that surround the Jedi Masters and padawans and kill them. I am then being enveloped by this red tinted fog of evil that I can't escape, and I try to. I see the evil man made of the red fog appear where I can only see his jaw line and nose, but I cannot see his entire face. He then says to me, 'join me. There is no other way. If you will turn to serve the dark side, then you will be destroyed like them.' I reach out pull his cloak away, but he just disappears, and my vision is consumed by the fog as I hear the screams of those who are being brutally killed. The last thing I see is a dark web that is complex and evil in its design. Yet fundamentally fragile in its structure where a single light spot of pure water dissolves one link in it, and then many that destroy it. Then I hear a lightsaber ignite. I turn to face it, and I am struck in the eyes by a red bladed lightsaber that makes me wake up in a cold sweat. That makes me just..." She slumps down on her bed. Marrick sits down next to her and gently rest left arm over her shoulders as he says, "I don't you are paranoid. I think the Force is telling you something that you cannot fully interpret with your limited mind. For I too have sensed this unease here, but never that extreme. Maybe Master Yoda is right that you need meditate and let the Force guide you to the answer you need. You may like the answer you receive, but whatever answer you get. I am cautiously hopeful that it will help in making sense of your anxiety." Zamilla leans in as she replies, "Thank you Marrick. I know I can trust you to lend an ear to listen." Marrick, "It's why I'm here." They hug as he says, "You know I love you." With tears of joy she replies, "I know. I just love you more." They stand up and face each other silently acknowledging that they know their relationship is forbidden by the Jedi, but they will not let stand in the way of what they know in their hearts to be what is meant to be. Before Marrick leaves they share one more kiss and the door closes behind him and she is alone in her room as she begins to meditate.
Meeting the spirits
As she meditates, she hears, "Zamilla," which causes her reply, "Who's there? Who are you?" She shakes her hoping to clear her senses, "I must be hearing things now." Then she hears a woman's voice say, "No Zamilla, you are not hearing voices from with-in your mind. You are hearing the voices of those who have lived before and have passed from the material existence." Zamilla then retorts, "No that's impossible. The dead are part of the Cosmic Force and lose their identities." Then a man's says as he levitates all objects in the room including herself as he replies, "No. We are part of the eternal existence that is the Living Force of the entire cosmos. Not ceasing to exist and continue to live on after death by choosing to merge with The Cosmic Force." Everything is placed back on the floor. Then the spirits materialize being semitransparent and emitting a blue aura. Zamilla in fear asks, "What do you want with me?" The spirit of one goes from an infant, to a teen, an adult, woman, and then old woman with the other materializing after she finished shifting ages as they all say, "Much." Zamilla asks, "Who and what are you?" The one who appears as a middle age man replies, "You should really ask us who we were?" Zamilla stammers, "Okay, who were you then." The Old Woman, "In life I was Silene. a grand master mage of the metaphysical energy that you know as The Force." The middle-aged man, "I was in life Master Korran Tulsa. The first of our people to become Grand Master of the Jed'aii Order which proceeded the Jedi as you know them." The young man, "I was Zuko Tilmor. Who became known as the redeemed." Then the teenage girl says, "And my name was and is Korrianne Tesbarr. Or just Korri." Zamilla looks at her and then asks, "There is something familiar about you. As if I know from somewhere." Korri responds, "There's a reason for that. I was the one who through which you came into this existence." Zamilla confused asks, "What's that supposed to mean?" Korri replies, "I means I am the vessel by which you were born into the material plain as you were formed in mu womb. Because I'm your mother." Silene then steps in saying, "We are the spirits of what was once a noble race that has become now permanently associated with evil." Korran, "We are the light of those who became corrupted and consumed by evil seekers of dark knowledge from with-in the Jedi Order." Zuko, "We are here to restore that which has been lost in the darkness of confusion. That needs to be washed in the light of truth." They all say together, "We are some of the Spirits of the race that has been branded evil by history. We are of those that were once called by blood, The Sith. And we are here because you are too." Zamilla just has a look of distain on her face. Korran, "You do not believe in us, do you?" Zamilla, "Of course I don't." Zuko, "Can you see and hear us?" Zamilla reluctantly replies, "Yes I can." Silene, "Then why do you not trust your senses?" Zamilla, "Because they can be fooled and deceived. For things are not always as they appear. And! I find that it is mort rational that you are all nothing more than hallucinations caused by my anxiety. I've been under a lot of stress lately. I'm having a big..."
Silene touches her heart and Zamilla's soul is pushed out of her body and goes a twisted reality where she lives countless different lives. Seeing sights and images that make no rational sense. Seeing time moving fast and slow. Watching the origin of the universe, life, and its end and the birth of a new universe. Evolution moving from single cell to beings who merge with the cosmic Force to become eternal spirits. Then returns to the present. Still out of her body. As she is still dis-oriented she says, "Oh my wow! That was... There are no words to describe it. It was like I was everywhere, every living thing, and everyone at every single time all at once. I saw everything at once from the beginning of life in this galaxy to end of it. Every type of life form across all of time. My body as I can see is unchanged, but it's like I have lived an infinite number of lives and was one with all eternity."
Silene then says, "And you experienced all that faster than it takes to blink an eye. For that is what it is like for us. For the Jedi are correct to a point where your life ceases to be autonomous from all other life, but you do not cease to be an individual. You exist as part of infinite number of other lives that can be everywhere but can recondense so that you are able to affect and interact with the living person on person." She gestures to Zamilla's spirit that is still apart from physical body, "For this is the true you. You are a being that shines with life. Not the crude physical matter that makes up your flesh." Zamilla reaches out to Silene and discovers that she can touch her, "Whoa! I can touch you. You are real!" Korri then says, "Yes Zamilla." Then Zamilla asks, "So why are you here?" Zuko, "One you are our direct descendant, so we are your ancestors here help you. Second, so that you can find the answer to the question that has always bothered you. That has plagued your spirit as far back as you can remember. Who are you? And what are you meant to be?" Zamilla, "How?" Korran then steps in saying, "All in good time. For now, you need to let your body and soul rest. For we shall return later this evening your journey to discovering where you came from? What is truth behind the lies around? Why is there conflict? What are secrets revealed in your vision? What will happen? And why are you here? What is your role in the all-encompassing plan of The Force?" She hears someone coming towards her door. The spirits banish from sight while Zamilla still hears Silene say, "Speak of what you have experienced to no one. Trust no one. We will speak to you again soon."
As the door begins to open, she jumps back into her body and wakes up in a cold sweat. Master Luminara appears in the entrance asking, "Are you ok." Zamilla recomposes herself and says, "Yeah I fell asleep and had a bad dream. I think I just need to eat something and get some more rest." Luminara then asks, "Are you sure you don't need to talk to someone about what is disturbing you? I am more than willing to listen." Zamilla then responds, "Believe me Master, I don't think you really have the slightest concept of how to help me. But I do appreciate the offer. Thank you Master." Luminara begins to leave as she says, "Your welcome all the same padawan."
Later that night as Zamilla sleeps she opens her eyes and finds that her soul has once again disconnected from her body. She is now able to move through walls and can fly unrestrained. She flies through all sorts of buildings. Seeing what is going on in under town. The senator suites. Then she is drawn deep under the temple to a chamber where something dark is concealing it from her sight and she cannot approach it. Like there is strong spirit barrier surrounding it. She says to herself how it seems to be emitting an invisible and intangible fog that as she follows discovers it covers all of Coruscant. Then sees that all emanates from the senate building. She then hears Korran's voice, "Zamilla, come back to the temple." Zamilla is reluctant to go but decides that these spirits of supposably light sided Sith might be the only ones able to help her find out why all of this is happening and by who. So, she returns to the temple and finds them outside the main vault of the Jedi temple. Zuko speaks first, "I see you have astral projected out of your flesh." Zamilla, "It was a bit of a shock at first, but now it feels as natural as breathing." She looks at the others asking, "So why we are you here at the vault, and why have you called me here?" Korran gestures to the doors, "This is where you will the answers you need." Zamilla looking nervous, "But only the master's on Jedi Council are allowed in." Silene, "Yes there are even said to be secrets inside that are forbidden to be known to the rest of the galaxy because of the knowledge stored in here could destroy the galaxy as they know it. Though sometimes to get the answers you need. You must go to places you would rather not want to go but go you must." Zamilla still being resilient is asked by Korran, "You think that because we told you that we are Sith that we are trying to deceive you and lead astray." Zamilla nods her head in response. Zuko then states, "Because we freely chose to merge with the Cosmic Force, we are now unable to lie. While our answers may seem unknowable or make sense now, but we only give you answers that the Force tells us is what you need to know. For we serve only it's will and none other. So yes, you can trust us." Three of them faze through the door leaving Zamilla with Korri. Korri offers her hand, but Zamilla just goes past her into the vault. She and the others are inside the holocron chamber where Korran pulls one out of its slot and opens it in all its splendor. Then Silene opens a hidden door around the back and it has ten slots. She opens one of them to reveal a red and gold-plated three-sided pyramid shaped holocron and opens it. Zamilla asks, "What is that?" Silene, "This is the source of what the Jedi deem as forbidden knowledge. This is Sith holocron of the Sith order." Zamilla shocked and fearful retorts, "No if that is Sith then it is a source of evil." Korran retorts, "Objects and the information inside them cannot make you good or evil. The temptation of power and forbidden knowledge can lead some down that path, but only you have the power to change who you are. Also, we are here in this place because when two such powerful sources of knowledge of the Force are joined. They bring a clarity of vision beyond your kind." Zamilla, "Meaning?" Korran, "When joined any secret, wisdom, or ones destiny can be clearly seen through the eyes of The Force. One can bring much chaos with such hidden truths if misused." Zamilla looks at Silene, "But you opened the Sith holocron and Korran you were able to open the Jedi one, how?" Silene responds, "Because we are fully attuned to The Force and found inner balance by accepting both sides of The Force with-in the soul we are able to tap into and still control the emotions that allows us to. What we do here will help you make sense of what plagues your mind, heart, and spirit." "Are you ready to begin?" Silene says as Korran telekinetically gives Zamilla the Jedi holocron. Zamilla, "I don't know, but I really want to." Silene, "Then quite your mind and let your questions flow into the holocrons. Let the Force reveal to you what you need to know." Korri then says, "Before you begin just be aware of this. Once a secret is known. It cannot be unknown again." Zamilla and Silene assume a meditative pose while floating in midair as the holocrons are joined together as their combined light becomes intense that it would blind the eyes of one of flesh and Zamilla begins to see what The Force is revealing to her.
Secrets Revealed
As Zamilla looks through the light the joined holocrons emit she sees the past revealed in the way The Jedi did not, or rather forgot over time, where the dark side came from and why it affects all sentient life so pervasively. She sees that in the beginning there was only who is The Will behind the Cosmic Force. Bringing the Cosmos into existence and then separating out the Physical Force from The Living Force. The Physical Force made up of the energy of material objects and substance while the Living Force being the means by which all living things are connected and how new life forms in the absence of old life. The two became embody by the first two sentients who were created to be the first mated pair. Ashla, The sustainer of life. Bogan, The guardian of truth. With The Will keeping everything in balance as The Cosmic Force. When The Will brought new mortal sentients who could think and chose for themselves? The Will was pleased and spoke to them that they would be loved equally and unconditionally.
Ashla was naturally overjoyed and content with this decision. Whereas Bogan slowly started to become envious. He even began to feel like he had been betrayed by his creator for saying all living beings receive the same love with no separation and no one receiving more than the other. He believed that since he and Ashla where the first beings then they should be loved more by The Will than the later creations. Slowly a seed of selfishness began to grow in his core. Until he could take it no more and confronted The Will in The World Between Worlds demanding that he and Ashla should always come first before any other. Ashla was afraid and The Will reassured him that he was still loved, but Bogan did not want to have that love shared outside of him. The Will warned him that if he did not choose to let this darkness, he was allowing to grow in him stop. Then he would be banished to realm where he would reflect and find his way again. When Ashla tried to comfort him he instead struck and then attacked her with black lightning born of absolute rage. Bogan shouting, "If I am not first in your heart my creator! And you! My mate who choose to stay faithful and loyal to thee who believes that all other beings of flesh and blood are deserving of the same amount and degree of love as us. That we should be content with what we receive. Then you are a fool. I was a fool." Then he becomes a dark black, red, purple, and sickly brown cloud of pure malevolence shouting, "I Hate You!" Then The Will gave a command as a portal was opened and he was being sucked into it as he screams in defiance, "Because you have chosen to let the love you were given be expelled from and become a void without love. Then cursed are to be in what now shall be called the Eternal Void where there is absolutely no light. This is where you shall remain. I love you my child, but you must live with the consequences of your decisions." The doorway seal behind him and Bogan is in distain and rages as The Will says, "As long as you choose to let your misplaced pride be your driving force. You shall remain imprisoned in here until you let go of your self-absorbing hubris and choose in pure humility to accept my all-encompassing love for all living beings."
As time passed more and sentients of the first race who became called The Whills were brought into being while Bogan remained trapped in his eternal prison. Eventually he discovered that while he could leave his prison. His thoughts and influence could. Then he remembered that The World Between Worlds connects all life sustaining worlds together and connect all of time together as well. So, he began to use the doorways so that he could influence the beings of physical material realm to corrupt them as he allowed himself to be. His influence finding its way into the tiny cracks and instilling vanity and contempt in the hearts of those of The Whills. Turning their contentment into frustration. This continued for ages until the first and greatest war the cosmos had ever known. Resulting in chaos, indulgence, violence, destruction, and death on a scale never seen before or since. Seeing the release of energies not seen since the dawn of creation. In an instant The Whills were wiped out of existence and most of the Universe in the process. The spirits of many going to The Great Beyond while those who accepted and followed Bogans influence became imprisoned with him in The Void.
The last Whill along with Ashla chose to renounce their immortality and ceased to be of both the material and spiritual. Instead, both merging with The Cosmic Force to become pure spirits devoid of any possible darkness. From their essence The Will created that which became what are known as midiclorians. Forever uniting The Living Force and The Cosmic Force as one everlasting dance. With a planet that is the Wellspring of Life placed in each galaxy along with another Planet that reflected the nature of the present state of The Living Force in the form of Typhon and a world that is in yet not part of physical realm in the form of Mortis.
Zamilla sees how from that time to now that Bogans influence penetrates all facets of society. How when sentients gain the power to choose between believing truth or lies that appeal to them. Helping or hurting others. They are being influenced by Bogans absolute hatred for other beings. Since he cannot destroy or make them destroy each other. He only influences them until they freely choose to it themselves. Even if they do not, making it so they feel no drive to make life better for themselves or others. She has seen the cause and the source of why there is conflict and how it reflects the conflict that goes on in the hearts of sentients who can choose to obey The Will of The Force, or not and risk ending up imprisoned with Bogan in his eternal prison within The Void. Forever separated from love and all that gives life meaning.
Then she sees the history of The Sith from the world of their origins called Morriban. She sees how in the beginning The Sith used The Force as a means for their very survival. Building dwellings, taming wild beast, and using lightning when hunting. Then as civilization began to make life easier the drive to vent their energies soon began make use their powers against each other resulting wars between tribes. Some even sacrificing animals, prisoners, and even some of their own children in the hopes of greater power and dominance over others. Each living by a motto, "The weak are only meat that the strong shall eat." Seeing how this was the way for centuries until Silene became grand mage of The Force and with her husband Cantu conquered all the tribes. When it appeared that they would destroy each other beyond recovery. She unleashed a terrible display of her abilities by causing the region to be shaken by a terrible quake and a force lightning storm. She could have destroyed them all, but instead declared the tribal wars were over and made them into one single race and civilization with one all-encompassing language. Becoming known as The Sith, meaning People of The Red Sun, because of their natural red skin color. Silene died a few years after a pyramid ship called the Tho Yor, took the first of their people called off world into the unknown to help form The Jed'aii Order. Seeing how Silene merged with The Cosmic Force by choosing to completely let go of her material life and instead freely choosing to be made anew as an agent for The Will behind The Cosmic Force.
Zamilla then sees the life of Korran as he rose through the ranks of Jed'aii to become a The Grandmaster. He was powerful and unstoppable in battle, but gentle and compassionate as well when there was peace. He had two sets of twins. One of boys and the other of girls. Only two of his sons and daughters were force sensitive. The others had to live off Typhon. They had their highs and lows as he taught them the importance of being in balance with the light and the dark side of freewill. Learning their separate roles that when done correctly will aid each other. He dies one hundred years before the Rakata Infinite Empire came. They were defeated, but the resulting war eventually caused the Jed'aii to fracture. This resulted in the great force war that made brothers and sisters fight and each other. Until the Jed'aii became the Jedi order and divided to leave Typhon choosing to serve only the light side of The Force and forbidding all possible avenues that could tempt one to the dark side. which including loving interpersonal relationships and using the Force to intimidate and destroy your enemies. With almost all those who were Sith to either return to Morriban or fly out into the unknown. Those who returned to Morriban returned to a world once again divided by selfish ambition where eventually they were united again under the first Sith Lord. Establishing the Sith temple and having the first tomb created in The Valley of The Sith Lords. Where the tombs also served as temples and places of ritual sacrifice and rite of passage for acolytes. Some Sith Lords having their slaves and servants buried alive with them.
Next, she sees how Jedi who refused to be restrained by the simplistic and uncompromising philosophy of Jedi eventually became corrupted to know what was deemed forbidden and attack their brethren an act of betrayal. Instead, being executed they were banished from republic space swearing vengeance against their Jedi family. They eventually found and landed on Morriban. Subjugating and conquering the Sith to become Sith Lords themselves. Over generations interbreeding with the natives and began their conquest which eventually led to the establishment of the first galactic Sith empire. It eventually fell and the Sith were all but destroyed. Morriban was permanently abandoned as a barren wasteland. With the last true Sith Lord being Darth Bane. Seeing him as he establishes the rule of two. At the same time, the republic starting to become corrupted from the inside out and The Jedi roles changing from servants for The Will of The Force. To servants for the will of the senate and focus on playing politics instead of serving The Force. Which took advantage of in the shadows unseen plotting to reconquer the galaxy from within.
She then sees Zuko as a Lord of The Sith in the far away world in an unknown region of the galaxy. He was a murderous power-hungry Zealot who murdered his brothers and tortured his enemies. His power seemed absolute until a woman came to him with her dead baby and said fervently, "Or great king who has the power to level cities and can kill with a motion of your hands. You can fall thousands with your power. But do you have true power over life and death. For you have shown you have the power to take life, but do you have the power to create and give back life to those whose were taken. If so, then give life back to this dead child of mine and show you are indeed a god. If you can't. Then you are not." This moment is what made rethink his life and chose to change who he was and how he would be remember. This when he started done the path towards redemption. Over his long reign he worked hard to be a stern, but fair ruler who led by example and did everything with-in his power to show all that he and anyone can change for the better. Only to be betrayed and murdered by his own son. But before he could take the throne his father spirit appeared to tell the Sith people the truth. They turned against the usurper and it got to the point where he was cornered and in his blind rage, he caused his own death. Zuko's spirit then informing the priest of who The Force had chosen to be the right one who would lead the Sith people into the future.
Then Zamilla sees her mother, Korrianne, as she lived out her days. Starting as the daughter of a poor farming family. She is eventually sold as a slave and eventually found her way into being a concubine for The Sith King of The Sith's present home world. She practiced her force abilities in secret. Showing that those who were strong in the Force were made into mindless tools for the evil king. Those who resisted eventually were killed as the king declared, "If it can't be controlled then it must be destroyed." When she found she was pregnant with the kings first child, she found out through telepathy that he would only accept a male heir. If it was female, then it would ritually be sacrificed as a means for him to gain greater power. When Korri realized this, she wanted to escape. Then Silene appeared and then vanished as floating lights appeared. Hearing Silene say, "Follow the light. The light will guide you where your child will be safe." She follows the light to the main hall of the palace where the lights appear to vanish into an unseen door in the middle of the room. She reaches out and her hand vanishes as puts it into the portal and reappears when she pulls it back. But before she can go through, she starts having her contractions that makes her collapse on the floor. She is then in a force choke and his held by her neck in midair by the king stating, "So you trying to escape from me you welp? No one escapes or takes what mine from me. That child is mine to do with as I see fit. If it is a boy, then I will teach him to have to be strong with no pity or remorse. If it is a girl, she will serve to only strengthen me. If you both die. Makes no difference to me. I have plenty more belly warmers to replace you." As Korri lets the horrid truth sink in. Something in her snaps and she stops holding back and instead repels the Kings choke and force pushes him into a wall. The royal guards attack, but then she force chokes them and breaks their necks. Suddenly the King blast her with blue force lightning. "One who strikes the king. Must strike to kill. Your feeble skills are no match for the power in me. I am power! Now you fool. You and your worthless spawn die." He shoots a barrage of lightning at her, but she captures and contains it. Struggling to keep at bay. The Sith King pouring it on more and more. Until with everything she has she then shoots out an intense stream of red colored lighting that instantly kills the king. Horrified at she did she finally jumps through the door and guided by instinct through the World Between Worlds steps through the doorway where she collapses at the doors to an orphanage on Corellia. She tells the staff after her baby is born that she wants her to be called Zamilla. With that she passes away and vanishes as she merges with The Force.
Zamilla then sees her former master found out what she was and so had her changed so that The Jedi would not have her potentially killed. Erasing the memory of the event. Finding herself back on Coruscant. She sees the clone army with them all standing in formation. With a cloud of darkness floating above them along with Anakin Skywalker. Then she sees the robed figure who she recognizes as The Sith Lord she saw in her vision, Darth Sidious, standing on the platform in the senate building laughing maniacally. Then she finds herself back in the present back in the holocron fault as the holocrons are separated and reform back to their original forms.
Silene asks, "What has been learned?" Zamilla looks at Korri and says, "I'm sorry I didn't believe you. I saw how you sacrificed everything. your very life and what you had to do to save me. I am so sorry, mother." They hug joyfully with-out tears since they can't shed any. Then she turns to the others and says, "So much and so overwhelming. Life was spoken into existence out of love, but then twisted and corrupted by Bogan. I saw why evil prefers to simply sow the seeds of corruption and let people destroy themselves. How you Silene help to make The Sith a single people. That you were great and wise leader Master Korran. I saw how you saved The Sith people on their new world from your son betrayal. I saw your life mother, and while I am disgusted with who my biological father was, but now I am proud to be your daughter Korrianne. My very brave and courageous mother. I saw the desolation of the world of our origin and how it came to be that way. I saw how the name Sith became equated to evil because of delusional zealots. Then at the end I saw familiar places and people here on Coruscant, but something was wrong. Like there was a shadow of evil hanging over all the clones as well as Master Skywalker. Then I saw The Sith Lord Darth Sidious in the senate building feeling such pure hate and evil, yet I still couldn't see his face. What does it mean?"
Korran says, "The Sith Lord is already here on Coruscant, and operating under the nose of The Jedi. He is orchestrating events so that he can conquer the galaxy from with-in. He is behind all these events as of late and has spent centuries planning his takeover." Zamilla then asks, "What will this happen?" Zuko, "It is already happening. With every day the Living Force remains unbalanced evil and those who are champions of it are growing in their power. What you experienced is but a sliver of the power that evil wields now." Zamilla then sobbingly replies, "Then what I am supposed to do?" Silene then says, "I can answer that question. Flee!" Zamilla, "Flee." Silene, "Yes, flee and escape the rising darkness if you are to survive and you must go on journey of discovery to help find out who you are meant to be." Zamilla, "But what about Marrick? I love him!" Zuko, "You will only be able to help him by first letting us and The Will of The Force help you. You will see what you believe in your heart and you will become more than what you could ever achieve on your own. You will need to worry about the others. For though their bodies might not be saved. Their spirits will not be lost to The Force." Zamilla then sobbingly asks, "Where must I go?" Korrianne tells her, "Go to Typhon. You will see us there. It is there where your metamorphosis will commence, and your training will begin." They begin to fade out as Zamilla quickly asks, "But how will I know where to go?" Silene voice replies "The Force will be your guide. Farewell my child."
Zamilla's spirit leaves the fault and she goes to sit on the roof of the council chamber deep in thought. Then when she sees the sun begin to rise, she returns to her quarters and gets back into her body making her eyes open. Saying silently to herself, "The Republic and The Jedi are doomed." She then thinks back and remembers, "I need to go to Typhon, but how?" She ponders then says, "Marrick."
Escape
The next day she wonders through the Temple passing master's and their Padawans. She runs into Marricks Female Zabrak Jedi Master, Master Dutan T'sum. She asks, "Greetings Master. I was wondering where your padawan Marrick is at present." Master T'sum replies, "I sent him to the hanger to help the Clones with the last ship inspections of all our starfighters before we depart. Why? Do you wish to convey a message to him? I'd be more than willing to take a message to him if you'd prefer." Zamilla gently lets the master know, "No thank you Master. I'd rather tell him in person. I don't want to keep you from important matters that require your attention." Master T'sum, "Okay then padawan, and thank you for your respectful words. Now I need to get to the briefing room. The other master's and I need to discuss our next strategy as we advance on our advantaged over the separatist forces on Anacsis." Zamilla bows in respect as does Master T'sum before they part ways and she heads for the hanger.
When she arrives at the hanger the three of the gun ships are taking off along with two Jedi fighters. She finds Marrick talking with his clone buddies. Lt. Commander Jet who specializes in missions that involve jet packs. Snipes for his sniper skills that second only to Crosshairs from The Bad Batch, and ARC Trooper Commander Stone in his red armor. When Marrick sees Zamilla he says to his clone buddies, "I'll catch up with you guys later before we head-out." With Stone replying, "Okay but don't be long. I was just telling you the story of how my platoon and I took the communication center on Corves." Snipes then adds, "Oh yeah, the one where I saved your pathetic life from those commando droids?" Stone then jumps in, "Yeah after I saved your sorry hide from one that was coming at you from your blind spot." They walk away play hitting each other in the arm and laughing all the while. Meanwhile Zamilla asks Marrick, "Hey Marrick listen. I need a favor from you." Marrick, "Of course just ask." She hesitantly asks, "I need you help me acquire one of the starfighters and help to make it so it can't be tracked with-out anybody knowing."
Marrick confused asks, "Why?" Zamilla explains to him with-out revealing the secrets she learned last night, "I believe the Force needs me to be somewhere away from the war, politics, and the Jedi. But to do that I need to get of Coruscant and with-out anyone knowing that I left and where I went." Marrick still confused asks, "I don't understand, I mean why all the secrecy? Is it because you longer feel like..." Zamilla, "No! It's not you. It's this place, the temple, the whole planet. I feel like I am being choked here and I need to get away to find some clarity. Away from all this mess where I can find the answers I seek. But I need to get off world first and that's why I came to you. Cause you're the best I know at helping folks vanish away from prying eyes. So please if I'm going to do this, I need your help." Marrick walks in a circle as he thinks before he says, "Okay, I'll do it. But you need to promise that you'll come back after what you need to do and/or find is over and finished." Zamilla, "I promise." They hug before heading to a fighter near the entrance. Marrick speaks with a flight crewman to let him do one last inspection of the fighter before take-off which he agrees to despite it being an irregular request. When the crewman leave Marrick gestures for Zamilla to come the fighter. She sneaks up not anyone notice her and se leaps up to the cockpit where Marrick is as he finishes disabling the ships locator beacon. He tells her, "Well that's it. There's no way anyone will be able to track you where-ever you wish to go. I still wish you would tell me why you really need to leave?" Zamilla, "I will, but for now you must trust me." Marrick gently tells, "Of course I do, I just hope I can trust myself to trust you." They have a brief laugh as Zamilla gets into the cockpit. Before Marrick is about to jump down she tells him, "Hey Marrick." Marrick, "Yes?" Zamilla, "I love you. You know that." Marrick, "Of course. Because I love you too so much." They kiss and then he leaps down to the ground. Down on the ground he says to her, "May The Force be with you." Zamilla, "And also with you." She says as she closes the canopy and takes off. After she clears the atmosphere she then immediately jumps to hyperspace and drops out above Typhon. She then lands at the ruins of the Jed'aii temple of balance.
She awakens back in the present in her new Sith form on Typhon at the temple in the silent dessert.
The War With-in
She greets the sun with much enjoyment. Korran appears in front of her to greet her and asks, "Are you ready to begin your training?" Zamilla responds, "I'm not sure anyone is ever truly ready, but I will do my best." Korran turns his back to her and gesture for her to come to where he stands, When she does, he tells her, "Before you can master new force abilities. You must master yourself and find your balance. To do that you must first bring peace to the war within yourself." Zamilla, "How?" Korran, "Go to the south where you will find a deep chasm and descend down into it. I will instruct you on what to do when you have arrived." Korran vanishes as Zamilla gets into the fighter and heads in the direction he specified. She flies for about an hour until she reaches the region he mentioned and lands at the top of the chasm. She begins going down to the bottom of it and calls out, "Okay Master I have arrived. Now what must I do?" Just then she hears rocks being dislodged and falling which makes her uneasy. Then suddenly four spiked quadruped beasts with spikes, scaly skin, and no tails appear from all sides. She instinctively tries reaching for her lightsaber but remembers she does not have it. So, she throws rocks at them which they avoid. Then as one leaps for her, she force pushes it back. Then as another tries to attack, she uses force lightning, but the creature absorbs it. She tries to leap up, but one leaps after her and pins her to the ground. When it looks like she is going to be eaten she screams, "Help." Then the creature calms down and walks away with the others as if entranced. As she bewildered, she then sees Master Korran standing behind her. she shouts in anger, "What was that? You had me come to this planet. I get an extreme makeover like this. I follow your instructions to come here. And what happens? I nearly get eaten by whatever those things were, and you only now show up. Why?!" Korran gently responds, "Feel better getting that all off your chest and out in the open?" Zamilla smugly replies, "A little. Still thanks for the save. So, what were those things?" Korran, "They are chasm beast, and they are naturally invulnerable to force lightning. I made them leave by means of relaxing them through the Force and letting them know you are not food. Course they will probably still try to eat you being how there is little prey here, and as hunters they are by nature opportunistic."
Korran, "However the real reason I brought you here is for you to see." Zamilla perplexed, "See what?" Then as Korran says, "This," she loses her sight. Zamilla now stumbling around shouts, "Hey what are you doing?" Korran, "Helping you to see." Zamilla, "By blinding me! Because if that is your twisted version then you succeeded. Cause I can't see anything now thanks to you." Korran, "No, you are unable to see because you are unwilling to understand the world with-out them. I will give your eyesight back, but only after you have learned to see with-out them. Which I will teach you. If you are willing?" Zamilla reluctantly accepts, "What must I do?" Korran, "As you walk now through the valley of darkness know that here there is no good or evil here, only The Force. Now, turn and begin walking forward." Zamilla starts walking as she dejectedly says, "I don't think this is a good idea." Korran, "Why do you say that?" Zamilla, "Cause those creatures are still out there, waiting to attack me." Korran, "How do you know they are there?" Zamilla, "I can hear them." Korran, "Good, sound informs you of their presence. Are they close by?" Korran, "Continue forward then." As she walks on, he then asks, "How else are you aware of their presence?" Zamilla, "Whenever they move the ground, I can feel the vibrations of their movements through my feet." Korran, "You are most perceptive. Are they close?" Zamilla, "No." Korran, "Continue going forward then. How else are you able to tell that they are around?" Zamilla, "Before when I was pinned by one. It had a foul stench on its breath. Probably scent leftover from a previous kill it had eaten." Korran, "Aw, A fascinating detail. You to be able to see and be aware of much despite saying that you are blind." Zamilla, "Well I got a good look at them. When I had my sight." Korran, "Then focus on the picture you have of them in your mind. Are they close?" Zamilla, "No?" Korran, "Are you sure about that?" Zamilla reaches out with her right hand and recoils as she realizes she just touched the spiky head of one of them, "What should I do?" Korran, "The better question is, what do you want to do?" Zamilla, "Run, but there is one behind me and the other two have flanked me." Korran, "you are beginning to see. Now be empty of all emotions and continue moving forward." The creatures surrounding her continue to snarl yet do not attack her. Zamilla, "Why they are not attacking me like before?" Korran, "It is not in their nature." Zamilla, "I find that hard to believe given my experience." Korran, "That is because you don't see them." Zamilla, "Do mean that by not seeing them for what they are?" Korran, "Look closer and sense them through the Force. What do you see?" Zamilla with her hand extended begins feeling through The Force and says, "I sense fear." Korran, "From the creatures?" Zamilla, "Marrick." Korran, "So your thoughts dwell on your lover." Zamilla, "He's in danger, no!" She lifts boulders as Korran looks distantly. Then Zamilla hears little yips to her left. As she looks over in that direction the lead creature becomes more agitated. Zamilla directs her attention back to the creature in front of her, "Those are your children, and you are their parent." She then gently lowers the rocks as she replies, "No. It's not Marrick or the creatures. It's me where the conflict is. Fear, anger, disgust, disappointment, disgrace, failure, and afraid that you are unable to protect those you care about. They are only doing what they need for them and their offspring to survive. Whereas I am afraid for things that are not. That's how they see me. Because that is how I see myself." Korran, "Ah! You have found your true sight. Now don't turn and run, and don't be a threat. Go in peace." Zamilla continues walking forward and the creatures all go behind her as she leaves their den sight. When she no longer hears them following her Korran gives her eyes their sight back. Korran standing in front of her asks, "And what has been learned here?" Zamilla, "That there is more than one way to see, and that I should not be too quick to judge my situation because of incomplete knowledge." Korran, "Indeed for your connection to The Force allows you to see in ways most others can't. For as long as you can see yourself for who you truly are. Even if you lost your eyes. You will never be truly blind. Learn to see through the eyes of The Force instead of only relying on your eyes. For things are not always as they appear. Your eyes can be tricked by what you want to see, and others want you to see. Instead of what you need to see." Korran is standing next to her fighter when she arrives asking, "So what's next?" Korran then instructs her, "Go north by northwest. You will find a tall pillar of rock with eight waterfalls flowing down its sides. At the top you will find a spring fed pool. Once there you will face the trial of the spirit. What you have learned here will aid you there when you face yourself." Zamilla, "What does that mean?" Korran, "That you must figure out yourself." He vanishes after he finished talking.
When she arrives at the waterfall pillar, she finds the pool at the center and disembarks from the fighter. A storm starts to brew around the pillar mountain as she hears over thunder, "Zamilla." And an eerie laugh. As she turns to face where the voice came from the fighter has vanished. Then she hears the laugh again, and again, and again as if mocking her. She finally says facing a stone free standing pillar which is one of sixteen surrounding the pool. A shadowy appears standing on top of it. The figure jumps down and as they lock eyes the figure is a shadowy version of herself. Zamilla with distain, "Who are you?" The shadow Zamilla, "You already who I am. I am your potential. Who you are meant to be by your blood."? Zamilla thinks long and hard until she says, "Okay I think I do. You are simply the dark part of my nature that I have struggled to escape from, but now I see I can't." Shadow Zamilla, "Yes, and you must realize there is no point in resisting the dark side since it has already taken over the galaxy. Though those foolish Jedi are too full of themselves and too focused on their war to see it. And what of the Sith Lord. He is in position to take over the galaxy from under them. for justice is only the product of the present order of power. An order that you know is already doomed and the only justice will be in the order that he will replace it with. Though it's not too late to join him. And if we serve him, we can rule as part of his order, and maybe take it away from him. Once given the opportunity." "No!" shouts a voice from another version of Zamilla who is veiled in light. The light Zamilla, "If you haven't already guessed. I am your inner light. Your conscience which always tells you the truth that you need to hear. She is only the part that tells you what you want to hear so that you will be led down the path of darkness which leads to destruction of self in body and soul." Shadow Zamilla snaps, "And do you offer goody to shoes. Trying to live up to the standards of an order that at the end of the day makes you nothing but a living droid slave the will of a corrupt failing order that denies all emotional needs and attachments. That forbids intimate love. Like our Marrick. To serve those who will only continue to make bad choices for themselves." Light Zamilla, "And what of you? Valuing yourself above others. Using your skills, intelligence, and powers for your own personal gain and denying true happiness and contentment." Shadow Zamilla, "You are denying a simple truth you self-righteous hypocrite. Society is made of selfish people for it is a selfish universe, and in a selfish universe only the selfish survive and obtain the power they desire to make things the way they want it to be." Light Zamilla, "no that is a lie you would have her believe which is not true." Shadow Zamilla, "Then what is truth. Huh? Cause it doesn't exist. you can't measure it or hold it in your hands. The only real truth there is that power comes and belongs to those who are willing to make the sacrifices to get it." Light Zamilla, "Even at the expense of innocence?" Shadow Zamilla, "No one is innocent. They are just denied the opportunity to betray us later. For at the end of the day power is all that matters. to make yourself a God!" Light Zamilla, "No! I will not allow you to send her down that path." She says as she transforms into a golden dragon. Whereas Shadow Zamilla transforms into a four-armed beast with bat wings and bright red streaks on the face as she shouts, "She is mine to use as I see fit!" Finally, Zamilla shouts, "Enough!" She telekinetically subdues them both causing the storm to rage. The shadow beast version tries to attack, but Zamilla keeps her at bay while she is also holding the other as well. She then commands them, "On your knees!" They struggle to resist but are unable to and both bow at her feet. They revert to their original forms. Then she pulls them up to eye level to say, "I see that you two are the source of all conflict. One who embodies selfishness and the other selflessness. You always are fighting for my attention. So that I will follow only one over the other. But if I follow only one and ignore the other, I only will know destruction will result either because of the paranoia to hold onto power. Or so focused on only being in light that I become blind to what is happening in the shadows and risk losing everything trying too always be perfect. You fight for my attention, but I am the one who chooses the path. I am the one who has the power to choose. I am the one who controls you. I accept you both as my light side and dark side, but I reject following over the other. I choose my path. I am the master of my fate." The two alternate versions of Zamilla merge together with her and she sees a vision of a cave near the site on an ancient Jedi temple and a double inverted four-sided pyramid shaped holocron and what looks like a lightsaber as the vision ends. Zamilla awakes to discover it was all playing out in her mind and met by Korran as she gets off the ground.
Zamilla asks him, "What was all that?" Korran, "What you faced was the reflection of the light and shadow in your soul. With the light being conscience and the shadow hubris. They wage a conflict with-in you for you to choose to only one over the other. Yet you were realized on your own that in the end you and you alone are the one who decides which path you follow, and both have their value when used together. You would surprise how many, even the greatest of The Jedi order, fail recognize and acknowledge that conflict and how it is resolved." Zamilla, "I see now. The answer was so obvious yet also so elusive." Korran, "Deep in your heart you were struggling with whether I and the others are misleading you, but you must learn to trust our teachings as you move forward." Zamilla, "What's next?" Korran, "I believe you already have seen what's next." Zamilla, "I saw a cave near the ruins of a temple where there was a lightsaber and a holocron in a design I've never seen before." Korran, "Then you must go there." Zamilla, "But where is it?" Korran disappears as she hears him say, "The Force will be your guide." As he vanishes a flurry of strange floating golden orbs surround her and begin forming a line. She acknowledges that the Force is guiding her and flies off following the lights in her fighter.
They lead her to the cave and as she journeys through the caves, she sees murals that tell something of the history of The Jed'aii where pyramid ships brought them to Typhon. The Rakata war and then the Force War that divided the Jed'aii as they became the Jedi. The lights lead her a huge chamber where a fifty-ton boulder sits at the center. The lights are surrounding it as they circle it. She touches the boulder and hears a whisper saying, "Lift and find what lies underneath." She concentrates and strains to lift the boulder off. At first, she only makes it shake. Then really strains to move it which causes her sweat. Then with one big push she pushes the rock off and finds a small box under where the boulder sat. As she examines it, she finds she can open it with the Force like the lock mechanisms at the Jedi Temple. She finds the lightsaber hilt and strange holocron she saw in her vision. Korran appears as she tries to ignite the saber but is not able to because it has no on switch. Zamilla asks Korran, "I don't understand why this lightsaber won't ignite." Korran then tells her, "That's because this is a force saber. It has no internal power source. The source of its power comes from The Force and it is channeled into it by you. It requires drawing on violent emotions to ignite as force lightning. That is why The Jedi stopped using them out of fear of bringing them out of balance. But you have learned that you only fall out of balance when you choose to encourage inner conflict between your light and dark side. Your emotions are the key to igniting the blade, but you are the one who is in control of the emotions. Now concentrate and focus. Use your anger not as wild beast, but as a precision tool. Sharpen it and let it come out of yourself into the saber and ignite it." She recalls all things that make her angry. Her failure to save her master. The sense of betrayal when she learned about how her master lied to her about what she was. The image of her dark side, but then submitting to her control as the real master of herself. She looks again at hearing the familiar humming of a saber and sees she succeeded in igniting it. It has a purple color to it and discovers it can become a vow saber and can split in two to become dual sabers. She then begins practicing the forms she learned and begins making up her own forms. Shen then throws the saber and makes it spin away and around her in chamber. Then she has it split in two and makes both spin around in the chamber until calling them back to her hands where reconnects them and deactivates it. She then picks up the holocron and sees that it is a Tythan from ages past. She deactivates the holocron and puts in her carrying sack.
She leaves the cave and ask to the unseen spirits, "What is next?" Korri and Silene appear to tell her. Korri says, "You must face one final test. The ultimate seduction. The place that will determine your destiny." Silene, "You must journey to the planet Morriban." Zamilla, "Morriban?" Silene, "The world from which our race and The Sith order originated. There you will face your greatest fears. All that haunts your soul." Zamilla begins to head for the fighter, but then Korran appears to tell her, "You don't need a ship for this one." Zamilla, "How else am I supposed to get to another planet?" Korran then becomes an orb of light and begins to lead her on with the other three doing the same. She follows them for about half a day until they come what appears to be nothing but empty air. When the last orb vanishes, she reaches out to where the orb disappeared, and her hand disappears. She pulls back finding it still intact and then walks fully into the invisible door and vanishes.
Finding herself re-emerging into a strange space full of doors and transparent walkways like that which she saw in her holocron vision at The Jedi Temple. She hears voices coming to and frow like wind which makes her call out, "Hello?" She begins walking around and a moment of inattention and walks off a walkway just to find herself standing on the opposite side still being pulled down and grounded on the path. She does it again and the same thing happens again. She picks up the holocron and throws it to her left and comes back on her right orbiting over and under the path she is standing on until grabbing it and sees it float weightlessly in front of her. she shakes her head in confusion and then the orbs of light reappear and beckon her to follow. They lead her a door with shape of a Sith holocron upon it that opens to a windswept dessert of rusted red sand. She reluctantly enters through and finds herself at the mouth to The Valley of The Sith Lords on Morriban.
Morriban/Crossroads
She walks down the valley with an ever-growing sense of dread. for can sense and feel all the wars, the oppressions, and atrocities that happened on Morriban especially in The Valley where The Sith Lords of old were buried. Many with their slaves and followers buried alive with them. She walks into the Sith Temple where acolytes were trained. She finds the chamber where The Dark Council convened. She heads back into the valley and then sees black snakes and centipede creatures gathering and collating to form one large serpentine being that speaks with the voices of Sith past saying, "We are The Sith." Zamilla defiantly standing her ground stating, "I am a Sith by blood. Not by misused choice like you. And I am not afraid of you." The serpent responds, "We shall see." The serpent dissolves and then she is surround by the shadowy figures of three dozen Sith phantoms all encircling her. They try to discourage her by saying, "There is no life after death child and light will never triumph. Only nothingness and oblivion await the dead. Your fear feeds our hunger for power! The Sith will know you are here. We will tell them. Give into the dark side or be destroyed and become nothing!" She then proceeds on the open mouth to one of the tombs that she feels she has been guided to. She creates an orb of light from her right hand and continues in. She sees the corridor is lined with statues depicting those being crushed under heel with the statue of The Sith Lord whose tomb it is at the far end standing over the site of where his body was buried. As she approaches it a figure emerges from the crypt the looks like man with a helmet made of burning embers. The figure asks, "Do you know who I am Jedi?" Zamilla, "Yes, you are the ancient Sith Lord Darth Bane." Darth Bane, "Did the Jedi tell you why I am not forgotten?" Zamilla, "Because you created the rule of two." Darth Bane, "The Sith murdered each other. They were the victims of their own greed and all-consuming ambition, but from ashes of destruction from the fall of first The Sith Empire I was the last survivor who could be called Lord of The Sith. I chose to pass my knowledge onto only one. A rule that made it so that only the strongest and most cunning of apprentice could kill the master and become the next Lord of The Sith. I created a legacy so resilient that it has brought you before me. Hm, hm, have come to be my apprentice. You must kill me in order to take my place." Zamilla, "You are already dead. There would be no point in killing you again." Darth Bane, "Then what stands before you." Zamilla, "You are nothing, but an illusion meant to trick and confuse me out of the way to my destination." Darth Bane, "You don't fear me!" Zamilla, "No, because you don't exist anymore." The Darth Bane illusion disintegrates into nothingness and the stairway the crypt covered slides back to reveal them. As she continues The Spirits of the good Sith appear before she enters another gateway. Silene tells her, "A warning you must know. All that you faced before this point in your journey has been our doing. And you have passed those tests well, but beyond is a place in this galaxy where those who have merged with Cosmic Force have absolutely no influence. For it is a place of pure evil." Zamilla, "What happened here?" Zuko, "It is a chamber where The Sith would sacrifice Jedi, slaves, and even their own children in the hopes of acquiring greater power. It is there you will face the one you know as The Bogan. For it links directly to The Great Void. Trust your instincts and never let him convince you that you are alone. For you have nor shall you face or stand alone in your battles. Your ally is The Force and The Will who are everywhere. And remember this as well. Evils greatest power is deception and Bogan will do everything to tempt you into serving him or letting him destroy you. Let The Will of The Force guide you, but let your mind and spirit set free make clear the path to your destiny. Walk carefully for what he offers may indeed feel like an answer.
The Battle
Zamilla arrives at the sacrificial chamber where the four pillars stand. She feels and hears the screams of agony from those who were sacrificed in pursuit of power. She trembles but walks on to in the center of the circle. She is then surrounded by blue flames and then finds herself outside in the valley and sees a human man in front of her. She grabs for her force saber, but finds it gone. Still, she assumes a fighting stance as the man approaches her. The man gently says, "Why Zamilla what are doing in this horrid place?" As he walks closer, she still stands ready to fight with then saying in response, "Oh come now. I did come here to fight or harm you. I simply came to bring you to peace. To bring you home." Zamilla perplexed asks, "Home! What do you mean?" The Man, "I mean home where you will be loved, admired and worshipped like a god or goddess. Where you will know nothing but peace and happiness free of all worry and sorrow. Now does that sound like something worth having?" Zamilla still in her fighting stance, "It does, but I will not be led astray. For I am on this journey as The Will of The Force has directed me so." The Man walks around her clad in fine robes and jewels. she asks, "Who are you?" The Man, "I am the lord of all that is righteous. Your lord of happiness and the one who can make your greatest dreams come true." Zamilla, "You could be, or you could still be a trick meant to trap me. So, I that will go out of the way." The Man, "You are indeed an anomaly. A Sith born from a father and a race that has done such atrocities choosing to walk in light. So noble, believe me there is no one who admires you more than I. But why are you doing this. I mean what has been point of your journey?" Zamilla pauses and replies, "I wanted to find the truth about who The Sith Lord is and how he plans to capture the galaxy so I can save those I do care about and those I love." The Man, "And what has that gotten you so far? More questions than answers. More heartache in knowing the things you cannot change that you have control over. Following The Will of a Force that seems to just lead you in circles and never gives your questions satisfying answers. And now you don't even recognize yourself. And how would your loved ones see you." She starts seeing ghostly visions of Master Yoda igniting his lightsaber saying, "Destroy The Sith must be." Her friends recoiling in fear. Then Marrick looking at her in disgust, "Love you? I can't even stand the sight of you. You are not my Zamilla. You are an imposter. You are a monster! I hate you!" Then the Man waves a hand and turns the valley of foreboding rocks and blood sand into a lush fertile land full of trees, grass, and flowers with birds singing. Then he makes a vision of herself as she was before, but clad in gold, jewels, and with Marrick next to her. Holding her hand with two children standing at their feet. The Man standing beside asks, "Take a good look at this version of you. She has everything you wish to have. She is beautiful. Her husband loves and worships the very ground she walks on. She is covered in beautiful things and has respect from all around her. She has a beautiful and loving family. She lives free of all worry and suffering. All because she focused on her own needs instead being so worried about others who couldn't be saved. And I can make that happen. I can even reveal who The Sith Lord is. I can tell you how destroy him and take his place. Let him lay the foundation and then take what he has established from him so that you can rule the galaxy. And together we can turn this galaxy of war and strife into a paradise. All you must do is simply look the other way and follow me. Now, follow me to your destiny." After he has said all this Zamilla begins to change back to the way she was and is clothed in the dress and jewels the other her was wearing. Marrick stands in front of her and says, "You are my light and solid rock for which I stand on. I will love you and serve your every whim and fulfill every desire you shall have." The children with sparkle in their eyes say, "We love you mommy. Thank you for making the galaxy safe for us." Just as she is about to accept the offer, she then remembers the warning which makes her gently recite, "Evils greatest power is deception. Tread carefully, for what it offers may feel like an answer." The Man the responds distorted, "What?" Zamilla, "You said I am here because The Will was just leading me in circles. But The Will has never failed me. I might not receive the answers I wanted, but I did find what I needed to know. And I know who you really are." She looks at him sternly as she continues, "You offer me things that I desperately want to be my reality, and you even offer to help me to destroy that one who has destroyed and will destory the lives of so many. You offer me riches, power, respect, love, and even a family that I do wish to have. But this all a trick. An illusion to get me to follow and serve you for only one reason. To follow you to my destruction, Bogan!" The lush valley along with Marrick and the children disappear along with her gown and she is back to her present appearance as the scene changes back to the Valley of The Sith Lords. She continues to state ever more boldly, "You are Bogan and you are a deceiver, a liar, a usurper and corrupter of all that is good..." Bogan, "Silence!" Zamilla, "You seek to destroy those who receive the love that you rejected and want none to experience forever as you do." Bogan shouts, "Silence you whelp." Zamilla, "I am a servant for The Will of The Eternal Living Cosmic Force." Bogan, "Are you?" Zamilla, "You heard me!" Bogan, "Haven't you already discovered that you can't live up to the perfection that is demanded of your like. You have failed time and again for fear grips you at every turn." Then she is surrounded by ghostly visions of those she loves and knew in life shouting, "Your worthless. You don't deserve love or mercy, and you never will. I hate you. I wish you were never born. I died because of you and my blood is on your hands. You are weak, pliable, so easily deceived. You are worthless!" Bogan, "Accept the truth that there is no way you can escape the fact that you are worthless in the eyes of The Will and those around you. You are a lost cause who shouldn't have been born at all. You along with all mortals deserve nothing but destruction. For The Will of The Force has abandoned you here. It's just you and me now, but not for long. For as you have seen my dear, I know what makes people tick. Their darkest impulses and desires. Their greatest fears. And I know your greatest fear has now come true. Because no matter where you turn there is no one here but you. You stand alone and you know you cannot defeat me." He says this as he becomes a sickly blob that takes the form of everything she fears. She responds, "Just because I am by self does not mean I will fall. For I don't need anyone to fight my battles for me. I simply need to not be afraid to stand up to you." Bogan mockingly states, "Spare me your noble heroic words for you know you are wrong." Zamilla, "I'm not afraid to stand in the face of evil." Bogan, "You won't be standing at all." He attacks her with black and red lightning stating, "You're on your own and you cannot escape." Zamilla, "I will not break or give in to you. For I'll just get right back to fight again." Bogan, "Your so called good and strength you find in it is fading fast, and when it is gone, you'll be mine." Zamilla, "But like a sun I will rise again." Bogan, "You pathetic creature. Do you not know that suns being stars eventually die and cease to give off light? That will continue until the last stars shine their final light and only the darkness shall remain, and I will have won the final battle and thus the war. For you have failed because you are alone and abandoned." As Zamilla is about to give in she looks up and sees five-stars twinkle and then with renewed strength begins to state, "That's the greatest lie of all. For my ally is The Force and because of that I never have, never will stand alone." He strikes again but this time a shield of light appears to block it. Bogan, "Ah, clever but you can't keep it up forever. For you are limited and based in the material realm. I am beyond it for my power comes from beyond." As he attacks again the shield starts to crack. Then she strains under trying to repel his attack until she realizes what she is doing wrong and then drops the shield to take the blast. Bogan then mocks in saying, "Giving up child? Can you no longer resist?" Zamilla, "No, I realize fighting you is not the answer, but I know what is. The answer you are doing your hardest to keep me from realizing." Bogan, "And what is that?" Zamilla regains her composure and says with tenderness, "You are the true weak one because you are the one who stands alone. You have fallen because you only want you to be loved above others. When you allowed your selfishness to guide you. You ended up disconnected from those who loved you." Bogan, "Shut up! You call me weak. I am power. Love! Love is a weakness. I have no weakness because I love no one!" Zamilla, "That's why I just feel so sorry for you. For love is what makes life worth living." He attacks again only to be repelled by a golden light that emits from her heart and envelopes her. Bogan shouts, "Impossible how are you doing this?!" Zamilla, "Because you do things that make me angry, I see now that if let it build in me, I risk becoming like you in spirit. For fear born of selfishness is the root of all evil. Selfish fear leads to pride. Pride leads to anger and frustration. They lead to hate, and hate leads to nothing but destruction of self. And so, while a part of me does want to hate you and to also think only of myself. I can choose not to. So, I won't be angry or hate you anymore." The light surrounding Zamilla grows brighter and brighter making Bogan cower back. Zamilla, "It's not my place to judge you or those who are like you. That is for The Will to do. I am merely a servant of that judge." With that she shines like a sun and makes his shadow form flee with him shouting, "Fool! You may have won this battle, but the war is far from over. For you cannot stop what is to come."
Zamilla hears a soft and gentle voice speak, "Well done my good and faithful servant. Be to the living as you showed yourself today. A light that will make the darkness flee." With that she finds herself waking up back in the sacrificial chamber. Sensing it no longer has the feeling of darkness that it did before. The spirits of Silene, Korran, Zuko, and Korri appear before her with them saying in unison, "Congratulations Child of The Force." With a calm resolve she exits the tomb. When she stands at the mouth of the valley, she extends her hands and asks, "Will Of The Force let your will be done," causing a quake to begin violently shaking the ground. This causes the tombs and Sith temple to collapse along with all the statues. She then sees he lights again, and they guide her back through the portal she came through and finds herself back in The World between Worlds.
The Last Lesson
Silene and the others appears as she asks, "What is this place?" Silene, "This the conduit for which the Living Force and The Cosmic Force converge. It is known the World Between Worlds and The Space between Times. A place that connects to all life sustaining worlds, and the only place where the past, present, and the future all intersect." As they walk on, she sense her mother's voice coming from one of the doors. The door activates and she sees her mother before she was taken to be a concubine. Zamilla, "I see now. If this place id where time converges then I can change what happened." Korrianne appears next to her, "Zamilla you can't." Zamilla, "Yes I can. I can save you." She is about to stick her hand through but is blocked. Then she tries to go through the door but can't. Zamilla angrily shouts, "Why won't it let me in?" Korrianne, "because the past is not meant to be changed." Zamilla, "Why?" Korrianne, "because if you pulled me out of this then you would never exist. You came into this realm through me because of The Sith King of my world. I have made peace with my past. Now it's time for you do the same." Zamilla, "You don't know what you are asking." Korrianne, "I do. I am asking you to let go of the past. Live in present and keep moving forward by doing the next right thing." They watch as Korrianne's past self is taken away from her family as the door goes black. As they turn away Zamilla then says, "That's the final lesson. Isn't it? Accepting the things, I cannot change. To find the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference. How I wish things were simpler and not a mess both outside and inside." Silene then appears and says, "It is our struggle through these adversities where we show true strength. Where we must sallow our pride and humble ourselves to trust in The Force. For you have seen with your own eyes that The Will can work incredibly good out of even the most terrible circumstances." Zamilla, "Then what's the point of going forward if we are all to face the same heartaches? Why does anyone? Why doesn't The Will destroy us all and start over? I mean what's the point. Why?" Korran appears next to another door where she sees parade from ground level. Korran, "What do you see here?" Zamilla, "A parade." Then image changes so that they are watching the parade from above from so high up they can see the beginning and the end of it. Korran, "Now what do you see?" Zamilla, "The same parade just from above." Korran, "That's not what I am asking. Yes, it is the still the same parade, but wat I am really asking is. What has changed?" Zamilla, "Well we are watching the parade from up in the sky instead of on the ground." Korran, "Because your perspective has changed of how you are seeing the parade. Just as you need to change your perspective on how you view the universe around you." Zamilla in confusions, "I don't understand." Korran, "And that is precisely why you are here and why I shown you this so that you can understand." Zamilla, "Understand what?" Korran, "How a change in perspective can make an entire universe of difference." Zamilla still perplexed asks him, "Explain what you mean by change in perspective." Korran, "Just as your perspective of the parade changed. So, you must change your perspective of time, fate, and destiny and how The Will of The Force is at work in all things. For the parade, as you first saw it from the ground, is how you in realm of the living perceive time. One event following the next in sequence. Whereas The Will and those of us who have moved beyond this realm watch the same parade. But the key difference is that we see it from eternities perspective. Which is watching it from above. Not just seeing the individual events, but also seeing how the parade began. All the twists and turns it will and will not take based on the choices in the moment. And the end they are all ultimately leading to." Zamilla, "Then does thar mean that what happens as a result of The Sith Lord in the present is still ultimately going to fail?" Korran, "Yes, but even those of us who have transcended time and existence as you know it. Cannot know all the things. For only The Will does. All we can truly know is that the future is always changing. For each person has an infinite number of futures that can occur based on the choices they make now, and while the future may not come out great for every individual. Their lives still contribute to the ultimate goal. Which is in the end evil may win the battles, but its final destiny is to lose the war and good to reign forever free of it. Until then you just focus on doing what you can in the present and just keep doing the next right thing. For everything you do does matter and with every act of kindness and forgiveness the entire universe changes for the better. Do you understand now?" Zamilla, "I think I am starting to." Then her focus is drawn to a door that is all dark. She hears screams and wails of despair. Zamilla asks, "is this it? Is this the door to the Great Void?" Zuko materializes as he says, "Yes, for here resides all those who thought of only themselves and chose not to care about the needs of their fellow journeyers through life. Here they are forever in agony from the guilt, grief, and remorse for how they misused the opportunities they were given when alive. Not seeking the things which made life worth living. Alive in flesh but dead in heart. Now in the death they see the needs and sufferings of others. They feel the want to help, but no longer have the power to do so. Existing forever restless knowing nothing but everlasting self-inflicted torture and remorse." Zamilla, "This is also where Bogan resides too." Zuko just nods his head. Zamilla then asks, "Is there anything that can be done for them?" Zuko, "No, they had every opportunity to do so in life. But they chose to freely separate themselves from The Will, and it is here where they shall remain forever." Zamilla then walks away and sees another door all a glow with pure light that is warm and comfortable. She asks, "Where does this door lead?" All the spirits appear with Silene telling her, "This is the door that goes to The Great Beyond. Where we live when we are not serving here with you." Zamilla asks, "What is there?" Korrianne, "Everlasting peace." Zuko, "Unending joy and contentment." Korran, "An eternal life in which evil has no power and plays no part in any of it." Zamilla, "Is my old master there? Can I go there?" Silene, "You can, but if you do. You will never come back. The choice is yours." She begins to put her hand through and feels the sheer joy and happiness. Pure contented laughter. absolute love and a sense of peace she has never known. But then she pulls it back and softly tells them, "This is another test isn't it. A test to see if I would choose my own happiness over serving The Will of The force in the present among the living. I see now. This final lesson is this. To die for those, you love and those you serve for doing what is right is a great personal sacrifice. But to live and continue serve those who love you and others for doing what is right, even if they don't deserve it, is an even greater sacrifice." She turns to face them as she finishes saying, "I was given a chance for a new life, and I promise to be a better servant. A better Jed'aii." The four spirits then say together, "You already are." Then Silene asks, "Are you ready to return to Typhon and complete your training." Zamilla, "Defiantly." The four vanish and she is led by the orbs of light back to the door that goes back to Typhon.
Training
She then begins her extended training. Mastering all Force Abilities from levitation. Using the Force to make wind carry her and fly. Creating illusions and making multiple objects float with-out over straining yourself.
She learns how to cloak herself. Discovers how to tame the fiercest beast by connecting to its spirit and calming it from the inside.
Silene begins teaching her about force lightning. She asks her, "Do you know how lightning forms in nature?" Zamilla responds, "Basically because the energy in the clouds is unstable and that instability is what creates it. I was never good at understanding the science." Silene tells her, "You have the general idea correct. The same thing is with you. However, unlike the lightning in nature. Yours has a mind behind it and the instability comes from you. For the Jedi taught you that a Jedi uses The Force for defense and wisdom. Which is true. However, it is also a means for survival. But when it is used as a means for attack born of hubris then it becomes a hunger that is never content and is never satisfied. Slowly eating you away from the inside out until you are just a walking corpse obsessed with staying alive at any cost. Becoming disconnected from life and loosing awareness of the present. That is the way of The Sith presently. You being a force sensitive can make and use lightning, but you must understand that it is used to protect yourself and others as a means for survival. You are the one who must create, control, and use the imbalance with-out loosing yourself to it. For enjoying the power and letting it control you is easy. Not taking pleasure in it and controlling it is hard, but not impossible. So, let's begin." They stand at the edge of a cliff and Silene explains, "When you feel the anger well up from with-in your heart. This brings your spirit out of balance and that imbalance extends out your fingers and becomes the lightning. What you need to do is learn how to still be in control and focused even when you are letting that balance shift. Now watch." Silene gestures her hands up towards the sky. All birds and flying creatures flee sensing what is about to occur, and she creates a force storm of golden lightning. Then she stops as she says, "Remember the key to maintaining control is absolute humility and that when you release the energy you need to direct where it will go with clarity and absolute focus. Otherwise, you risk unintended consequences which will potentially result in the death of yourself and those you did not intend to harm. Now you do it." Zamilla, "I'll try." Silene, "No, do or do not. There is no try. Because we are not going to try and teach you. Because if all you do is try then you don't really believe you can do it. So instead say I will do it and do better. For you will fail as I and all of us have failed, but there is no try. Just do your best and see if you can do better." Zamilla, "I think I understand." Silene, "Let's see if you do. Now, go!" Zamilla focuses and makes sparks appear on her fingers. She is struggling to make the lightning come out, but it is only forming a small ball beyond her fingers before she collapses from exhaustion. Silene standing over says, "Good first attempt. Are you able to do better? This time focus on where your inner strength comes from. Remember what you learned at the pool of balance." She gets up and really focuses and makes a small stream of lightning go about ten feet away from her before collapsing. Silene, "You may rest now, but believe me when I tell you that it gets easier and less exhausting the more you do it." Zamilla asks, "Why is my lightning always red." Silene, "It's the color of your own force signature. All force sensitives have it. Mine is golden. Korrans is green, and Zuko's is green. Your mothers is red because her spirit is like yours and she used it in rage. Now what was the reason behind her rage?" Zamilla, "My father wanted to either kill me or make me into him and she was just doing what she had to protect herself and me." Silene, "And that's the only time you should use lightning against another. For your survival and protecting those around you. For with-out control over your emotions. You risk becoming the monster you seek to destroy. We will continue in the morning. Reflect on what has been learned today.
As the days and weeks progress, she gets better and better at it until she can maintain a controlled stream of lightning for about a minute. Zamilla tells Silene, "I think it will still be a while before I can make a full force storm like you." Silene, "Well the galaxy wasn't built in a day. Besides, hopefully you never will need to use it. For you learn these things, but always with the hope you will never need to use them."
After about four months she is told by Korran surrounded by the others, "You should be proud of yourself Zamilla. You have fully mastered your abilities. You are a true master." She then bows as she says, "Its only thanks to all of you. Thank you masters." Then Silene says, "We must leave you now." Zamilla, "What! Why? Did I..." Zuko, "No we are not leaving because you failed. We are leaving because we have nothing less to teach you. For you already know all that you need." Korrianne then says, "He's right for we as ancestors, parents, mentors, and teachers are here to teach and guide. For we are not a goal you should aim for. or a finish line to cross. We're the starting line and the guides. We take you as far as we are able. From there the rest is up to." Zamilla with little tears says, "I understand. I'm really going to miss you all." Korrianne, "we'll always be here whenever you need us as The Force wills. always turn to The Will of The Force for guidance through life. For it will always guide to where you need to be at the moment you need to be there. And never forget. You're the one and only you and no one else." The others vanish as Zamilla and korrianne hug, "I love my beautiful child, and no matter what you will go through in this broken universe. You will never face it alone or with only your own strength. I hope with all that I am that you will always remember hope precious and irreplaceable you are in eternity's eyes, and one day we will be together in everlasting love and peace forever and ever," she says as she fades away. Leaving Zamilla alone and saying, "Thank you, for everything."
As she continues to explore Typhon, she finds herself standing on the top of a mountain where a round smooth stone surrounded by eight inward curving obelisks. She goes to the stone and touches it. She discovers that it is the seeing stone and then sits on it. She is then surrounded with a pillar of transparent light and she goes into a deep meditation.
She asks in her mind, "Who is The Sith Lord?" She sees visions from the past of Anakin and Senator Amidala kissing and her telling him she's pregnant. Seeing his vision of her dying in childbirth and the fear growing in him. She then finds herself in the Supreme Chancellors office when The Jedi Masters led by Master Windu enter. She is floating in front of Palpatine and when they lock eyes, "It was him all along. He's the Sith Lord. He is Darth Sidious." Then she sees the whole tragedy play out of Sidious killing the masters except Windu. Anakin appearing to stop it and begging Windu to spare Sidious. Then slicing off his arm as he attempts to kill Sidious. With Sidious shouting, "Unlimited Power!" Anakin crying, "What have I done!" Seeing his fall and become Sidious's new apprentice by believing Sidious's lie about obtaining the power to save his wife through the dark side. Sidious giving him the title of Darth Vader. The vision ends with Sidious declaring, "Once more the Sith will rule the galaxy." She comes out of the trance drained and realizes Marrick is in danger now. With Zamilla getting on her knees and pleading, "Oh mighty Will behind all things. I know I cannot stop this tragedy from happening that I know will happen, but please if it be your will. Please let me save Marrick! I am willing to give up my life for him." Then she hears the voice again saying, "There is not a day when a mother gives her life for her children. Or an honest soldier his life for those who cannot fight and his brothers in arms. But there is no bargain to be made. What is to come, is what must be for all roads to converge. In-order for the balance to be restored." Then she sees a portal and leaps through it. Finding herself back in The World Between Worlds being led by Marricks voice to the door where she sees him heading into a base escorted by his clone friends. She finds herself on the forested planet of Corvus System.
Order 66
Marrick enters the control room where Master Dutan T'sum is waiting for him. Jet, Snipe, and Stone are with Marrick and Stone asks, "Hey Marrick?" Marrick turns his head to him and asks, "Yeah?" Stone, "You up for a game subblock later?" Marrick, "Depends on what the prize is?" Stone, "Loser has to do the others duties for a month and gets their months' worth of rations." Marrick, "You're on buddy, but I would still play just for fun." Master T'sum then calls, "If you two are done. Let's begin the briefing. We will begin with taking stock of our supplies and make sure our wounded are being cared for and are recovering well and to also honor our dead. But first, we have just received our new orders. The entire Corvos system is secure and we also just received confirmation that Master Kenobi has destroyed General Grievous." Marrick excitedly asks, "Does this mean that the war is over?" Master T'sum laughs in reply, "Ha, ha, not quite but victory is in sight. We move out for Agomar soon." Then as Master T'sum begins to say, "Let's make sure the gun. ships...are..." Marrick, "Master?" Jet then asks, "General are you alright?" Master T'sum, "No... something is... wrong..." Then a trooper at the console says, "There's a priority one transmission coming in from Coruscant." Jet then in response says, "Put it through." They all see Darth Sidious as he says, "Execute Order 66." With the clones all responding, "Yes Lord Sidious." Marrick in shock says, "Wait Lord Sidious." The troopers take aim at Marrick and Master T'sum until Jet says, "Wait! We'll do it." Marrick confused asks, "Jet, what's going on?" Jet, Snipes, and Stone instantly point their blasters at them as Jet says while he and the others are fighting as hard as they can with tears in their eyes, "Go, go, run!" They open fire but Master T'sum ignites her lightsaber to block their blast and then force pushes all into the walls temporarily knocking them out. Giving her and Marrick the time they need to get out through the door and close it. Then Master T'sum uses her lightsaber to fry the door control so the troopers can't open it. Marrick still in shock begins rambling, "What happened? Why did they turn on us like that? What...?" Master T'Sum gestures for him to be quite as she says, "Padawan. I don't know how but the clones have turned on us. I felt Jedi crying out through the Force being killed by their own soldiers. There are no answers yet but let's find out what's going on." She takes out her holo communicator to accesses the security footage from the control room to see what's going on and uses her wrist comm as a receiver to listen in the trooper's communication. Back in the control room the commanders wake up as more troopers enter. One asks Jet, "Are you alright sirs." Jet, "Fine just tired." Stone then address the clones, "Okay we know Dutan T'sum and her padawan Marrick Sukar are in this base. They have been marked for execution by Darth Sidious under Order 66. Under this directive all Jedi are guilty of high treason against The Republic and must be killed on sight. Any trooper who refuses to execute this order must also be executed for treason. Understood!" All the troopers respond, "Yes sir!" Stone, "We search section by section and use the probes to search all possible hiding places. And remember when you find them kill on sight. Let's get moving." Jet then says, "Right! Stone, Snipes, you're with me. Let's head them off at the end of the corridor they sealed the blast door for." Meanwhile Marrick and Master T'sum are making their way down the hall as Marrick stunned says, "I can't believe it. Darth Sidious made the troopers turn on us. But how?" Master T'sum, "Now is not the time to find out padawan. We need to get off this base and get to a shuttle. No wait! They know that. They'll have the landing field locked down and the hanger guarded." She thinks hard on what they should do when she says, "We need to make our way to the..." Just as they round a corner, they encounter ten troopers, "The Jedi. Shoot to kill!" Marrick ignites his yellow lightsaber and then the doors for the other corridors open and they are surrounded by thirty troopers firing at them on all sides. Then suddenly over the sounds of the blasters the sound of another lightsaber ignites and a voice shouts, "get down," as a double edge purple saber slices off the heads of the troopers in front of them. Flips and starts spinning as a circle of light perpendicular to the walls. Then the saber goes sideways as Zamilla as a cloaked figure fades into sight. The troopers open fire, but she uses the force to stop their blaster bolts and sends them to the troopers to her left flank. Two of the troopers bring out their heavy grapplers and prepare to fire, but she then force chokes them and snaps their necks before taking their guns and floats them so that they are shooting at the troopers in halls to her right and left. Finally unleashing a stream of red force lightning at the trooper re-enforcements. killing them all in an instant. She brings her force saber back to her and re-sheeves it on her left. Turning to Marrick and Master T'sum to say, "If you want to live. Come with me." Marrick asks, "Who are you?" Zamilla takes off her hood and Marrick is shocked because though he recognized the voice. He no longer recognizes her. Zamilla gently says, "Thanks for helping me with getting that fighter, and for being by my side as I was plagued by my visions." Marrick with a confused look then says, "Do I know you?" She grabs him and says, "Perhaps this will clear things up," as she kisses him. Marrick, "Zamilla!" Zamilla, "Yes Marrick. I am thankful I got here in time." Master T'sum, "But what happened to you? And how did you do that with the lightning and the...?" Zamilla, "It's a long story that we don't have the time for. Now let's get moving." As they run done the halls Zamilla tells them, "I saw it all as it happened. Palpatine revealed himself as The Sith Lord Darth Sidious. He killed three of the masters on the council who accompanied Master Windu. Then Master Skywalker appeared and when it looked like Master Windu was going to kill Sidious he cut off his arm and Sidious electrocuted him. Master Skywalker has joined him and has now become his new apprentice Darth Vader." Marrick, "So Palpatine, Sidious, has been behind all of this." Master T'sum then adds, "I fear we have all been nothing more than pawns in his plot that he has been meticulously working to achieve for centuries." Zamilla, "Well I'm afraid The Republic has fallen, and he is going to cease control of galaxy." Marrick asks, "What can we do?" Zamilla, "Nothing. There is nothing we can do to stop his take over. For now, we need to focus on getting out of here alive." They hear troopers coming so they duck inside a storeroom. After shutting the door, they see an astromech shutdown. Marrick activates R9-F6 who becomes hysterical with Marrick calming him down as he says, "I don't know. None of us know why the clones are doing this, but we might be able to find out. Are you willing to help?" The droid agrees. Master T'sum then says, "What we need is a clue to how Sidious got the clones to turn on us." Marrick then looks at Zamilla as she is deep in thought and asks, "Zamilla." She opens her eyes and says, "Look up every secure file on ARC Trooper CT 275555 known as Fives and Captain Rex who is CC 7567." Marrick then tells R9, "R9 patch into the central computer bring up all files on ARC Trooper CT 275555." They look at the reports that eventually lead to Nalla Saa's report where she says, "An independent investigation confirms that the clone CT 275555 suffered a malfunction with his inhibitor chip. The senate committee and the Jedi have accepted these findings. However, a grievance report was made by Trooper CC 7567." Marrick, "R9 bring up that report." R9 informs them that it's sealed. Marrick, "Now what...?" Zamilla then says, "Use Master Skywalkers passcode. 8108." Marrick, "How do you...?" Zamilla, "The Force told me." The file comes up with Rex stating, "I already know this report will fall on deaf ears, but I owe it Fives to report what I saw. I'm not sure I believe it myself, but there's a possibility that the inhibitor chips the kaminoins put inside us serve a purpose that we do not know."
Meanwhile Commander Stone, Jet, and Snipes are leading a squad down the east corridor where they encounter the blast doors being closed in front of them and then behind them. Cutting the three commanders off from the others. Stone shouting, "What's going on?" Then R9 appears down the only open corridor. With R9's holoprojection Marrick as he says, "Jet, Snipes, Stone, listen to me. I think I know what's going on and why you and all the clones are doing this. It's not your fault. You were programed to do this because of the inhibitor chips in your brains. The kaminoins put the chips inside you with-out realizing the real reason they were to be implanted in you while you were still embryos. I can help. Please! Let me help you." They then point their blasters at R9 with snipes demanding, "Where is he?" Then Marrick, Master T'sum, and Zamilla stand behind them with Marrick saying, "I'm right here." Zamilla immediately shocks them unconscious making Marrick shout, "Son of a... you killed them!" Zamilla, "It's okay they are just stunned. I'm not an out-of-control marauder." Marrick uses the Force to pick them up, "Let's get them to the medical bay and remove those chips. If we can remove them maybe they will return to normal and help us." Master T'sum, "That's a big risk, but right now I think it's worth a try." As they near the medical bay there are guards standing by the doors. Master T'sum then asks, "Now what?" Zamilla, "Leave this to me." Marrick grabs her arm pleading, "Please no more killing. I know they want to kill us, but I don't want to kill them." Zamilla with a smile, "I wasn't referring to go in and slice them up. I have a more subtle way. Trust me." When the troopers turn to face them, they are instead greeted by three other troopers carrying Stone, Snipes, and Jet on their shoulders. One of the guards asks, "What happened?" Disguised Marrick, who is carrying Jet, "They were ambushed near sector 415 by that unknown assailant. They need immediate medical attention. We need to get the stabilized." The guard then asks, "We will aid you." Marrick, "Not necessary will be fine. We have a medic with us." Then Master T'sum waves her hand and does the Jedi mind trick saying, "You need to find the Jedi." Guard 1, "We need to find the Jedi." Master T'sum, "You better get going." Guard 2, "We better get going." The guards run down the hall as all of them including R9 enter the med bay. After the door is shut the force illusion drops and they appear in their true forms. Marrick, "How did you do that Zamilla?" Zamilla, "I learned some new tricks and skills during my time away." They get the clones on the examination beds and then activate the medical droid. Marrick tells the droid, "Scan their brains and find any anomalies. They have control inhibitor chips in their brains, and we need them removed. Scan on all possible frequencies." As the droid scans their brains nothing unusual appears on the scans until the droid does a level five atomic brain scan and finds the chip. Master T'sum informs them, "There's the chip. And according to these results it's in the part of the brain that's responsible for decision making and the amygdala that governs fear and aggression. It must be making it so they cannot consciously choose to disobey the order and that's why they are so aggressive in firing on us." Marrick, "Can they be removed?" Zamilla, "Only one way to find out." Marrick instructs the med droids, "Put them under and remove those chips. The droids do so and thirty seconds later the chips are out. Master T'sum puts the chip in an analyzer. Master T'sum, "Look." She says as a file pulls up. Master T'sum, "The chip is infused with nano circuitry and there appears to be a program inside it." The computer accesses it, and Sidious appears as a holoprojection saying, "When you see my face and hear me say Execute Order 66 you will obey with-out question. The Jedi have attempted to kill the Supreme Chancellor and take over The Republic. All Jedi are guilty of treason and must be executed with-out hesitation otherwise you are also a traitor. Any trooper who disobeys this order must also be executed for treason. The word of Sidious is law." The program stops and then Marrick pulls out his information retriever, "Information Retrieval I need the person in this hologram identified." The device begins reconstructing Sidious's face and to his and Master T'sum's shock it is Palpatine. Master T'sum looking heartbroken at Zamilla, "You were right. Palpatine was The Sith Lord all along and had us all fooled." Marrick then steps in, "Let's not focus on that. Let's find out if the surgery worked." He directs his attention to the medical droid asking, "Revive them." Zamilla and Master T'sum grab their sabers just in case. The clones wake up with Marrick asking, "Jet, Snipes, Stone are you alright." Jet replies, "Yeah kid. Sorry about what happened back there. I almost killed you." Stone, "We all did." Snipes, "We knew what we were doing and what we were being forced to do was wrong, but we couldn't stop ourselves. We were not in control of our actions." Master T'sum, "Men how widespread is this?" Stone, "General it's all of us. The entire grand army of The Republic has been ordered by Darth Sidious to hunt down and kill all the Jedi." The door opens and before the Clones can shoot Jet and Snipes shoot the clones instead. Jet, "We need to get out of here, but how? All the ships will be heavily guarded." Zamilla, "I think I can help with that." Stone, "Who is she?" Marrick, "My girlfriend and she is one who stopped you with-out killing you." Stone, "Well remind me not to get on your bad side, but how can you get us out." Zamilla, "Like this," as she creates an illusion to make herself look like a clone trooper and does the same for the others.
They make their way to the hanger and see that all the Clones are gathered there with the crew making their way to a shuttle until one of the guard's questions, "Where are you going?" Jet says, "We have received orders that we need to head to Miridea Minor." The guard, "The prime order is to execute the Jedi at all costs." Stone, "Trooper The Jedi have been eliminated and their bodies have been incinerated." The Guard, "Sorry sir but all space craft are grounded until command confirmation has been authenticated." Just then the broadcast from the Senate comes through with Sidious speaking, "The war is over, and The Separatist leaders have been eliminated, but The Jedi Council attempted to kill me in a coup to take over The Republic from you. All Jedi are now traitors and must be destroyed. All troopers have been ordered to do so. The remaining jedi will be hunted down and killed for treason. The attempt on my life has left me scared and deformed, but I assure you my resolve has never been stronger. This is a new age and in order to insure a more peaceful stable order. The Republic shall be reorganized into the first Galactic Empire. For a safe and secure society." Master T'sum sobbingly says, "no," causing her disguise to falter which The Guard sees. The Guard, "Your no clones!" The cloak fails and all troopers point their blasters at them with Jet, Stone, and Snipes turning their weapons on Marrick and the others. Jet, "It's all right. We have the situation under control." The guard, "Commanders we have our orders. Now execute them or I will." Stone, "That will not be necessary. They have been rendered harmless and shall be taken for interrogation and imprisonment." The company says, "Commander Stone you said so yourself that we are under orders from Darth Sidious to eliminate them and any trooper who violates Order 66." Snipes, "Commander Gulf listen to me. This is not you are talking. You are doing it as a result of the inhibitor chips The Kaminoins put in our brains. What did we and our brothers fought and die for? To establish an empire that will bring slavery and misery across the galaxy. That means we will be serving tyranny which we are supposed to fight against. If we don't get this right, we will be the ones committing treason, not them." Then Commander Gulf states, "Commanders Stone, Jet, and Snipes I accuse you of treason for disobeying Order 66 for the word of Sidious is law. You will all be demoted in rank and will executed along with the Jedi Traitors and their associate. Open fire!" Zamilla pushes them all aside and shouts, "No!" as she unleashes a Force Storm killing almost all of them. Making her collapse from the exertion. Marrick and Jet help her up as Snipes and Stone get in the shuttle. As the shuttle takes off one trooper fires at the entrance ramp at Marrick and Master T'sum pushes him and Zamilla out of the way as the blaster bolt goes through her midsection. Marrick screams, "No!" As the shuttle leaves the hanger and immediately jumps to hyperspace after Jet shouts, "Get us out of here!" Snipes, "Where?!" Stone, "I don't know just anywhere that's not here and far away from where anyone would look for us."
Marrick and Zamilla stand by Master T'sum as Marrick holds her hand, "Master please hold on." Master T'sum struggles as she relents, "Do not grieve for me. For soon I will be one with The Force." She looks at Zamilla, "Take care of him for me please." Zamilla nods, "On my word as a Jed'aii I will protect him with my dying breath." She directs her attention at Jet, "Jet you and your brothers have been and are good soldiers, and good friends. I know that it wasn't yours nor any of the clone's fault for what happened. It was an honor to stand beside you." Jet, "The honor was ours General." She then looks at Marricks tear filled eyes, "I have only one request. When we land, please burn my body and destroy my lightsaber. Promise me you'll do this." Marrick, "I will. I promise." With her last breath she says, "The Force will be with you always." With that she passes away and Marrick shuts her eyes.
As they prepare her body for arrival on an uninhabited moon in the midrim. They find a holocron she kept in a sack with her as they made their escape. Zamilla opens it and they receive Master Kenobi's warning, "This is Master Obi Wan Kenobi. I regret to report that both our Jedi Order and The Republic have fallen. With the dark shadow of The Empire rising to take their place. This message is a warning and a reminder for any surviving Jedi. Trust in The Force. Do not return to the temple. That time has passed, and our future is uncertain. We will each be challenged. Our trust, our faith, our friendships. But we must persevere and in time a new hope will emerge. May The Force be with you, always."
New Home, Old War
After Master T'sum's funeral the crew gets back on the shuttle and leave the atmosphere. Jet asks, "Well where do we go now?" Zamilla, "The Force will guide us." Stone then asks, "And to where exactly?" Zamilla quietly contemplates and heads to the cockpit. She closes her eyes and listens through The Force for an answer. As she does objects start to float until she opens her eyes. Zamilla, "I have it." She plugs in the co-ordinates with Marrick at them and asking, "Wait. I don't recognize these co-ordinates." Zamilla responds, "That's because the place we need to be is deep in the unknown region of the galaxy that is not on any star maps." Marrick, "I don't know. Are you sure that The Force wants us to go there?" She nods her head to answer his question with Marrick replying, "Okay then let's go for it."
They exit hyperspace to a planet where much of the land is rusted red sand dessert and interspersed with jungles and swamps. They land in a clearing at night near a village. They disembark as Snipes locks down the ship. As they approach, they see smoke billowing over the sight through the trees. When they emerge from the plant cover the village is in flames and there are many dead mutilated bodies everywhere. As Stone turns one over, they discover that the inhabitants are Sith like Zamilla and humans interspersed. As they look around, they then hear a sudden falling of objects caused by movement putting everyone on edge. Then from a roof two kids drop down with the boy holding a sword and the girl a whip. The girl swings it, and it wraps around stones left arm and she shocks him with it knocking him out. While the boy attacks Marrick who activates his lightsaber that cuts the sword in half. Then Zamilla picks them both up with The Force making them drop their weapons. They both scream, "Die! Die! You monsters! You took everything from us. Are you gear to finish off all who are left to satisfy your blood lust!" Zamilla then gently puts them down as she says, "You are very confused and no we are not with whoever did this to your village. We are strangers here." The Boy shouts, "Lier! You are here to take from us like all the other lords. Then when you have what you want you then destroy our homes and kill our families and torture others for fun." Marrick steps in, "No we will not. We are friends." The kids are still convinced. Then Marrick throws the boy his lightsaber which he then ignites. The Boy, "This is the weapon used by those war lords. Why would you give me this?" Marrick, "Because I trust you and now you must trust me that I will not defend myself if you use it against me." The Boy, "Then you are dead." Zamilla is about to gesture to stop the boy, but Marrick stops her as he bows to the boy as he brings the saber to his face. Then the boy deactivates the saber asking, "Ok if you really were with the war lord you would've pull something from your sleeve and killed me still. Why didn't you?" Marrick looks the boy in the eyes as he says, "Because the Jedi way is to serve and protect those who cannot protect themselves for, we are keepers of peace." The Boy stumbles back, "I don't know what a Jedi is, but if you are willing to give me your weapon and were even willing to let yourself be killed. Then you either are for real, or your just insane." Stone says as he takes off his helmet, "He has his moments." The others take off theirs as well." The Girl asks, "You look the same." Snipes, "That's because we are from the same blood kid." Then an elder Sith woman emerges from the shadows who the kids run to calling her, "Grandma." As she approaches, she walks towards Zamilla and with shock says, "It can't be. You have her face." Zamilla, "Who are you talking about." The Old Woman, "I thought you were her, but you do not have her voice. You must be hers." Zamilla, "Hers? Who are you talking about?" The Old Woman, "You are the living likeness of Korrianne." Zamilla asks, "My mother. Then you are..." The Old Woman, "I'm her mother T'melie, your grandmother." Zamilla gets on her knees and starts crying with joy as she holds tenderly her grandmothers dress for finding her mother's home in ruins but her family alive.
Zamilla asks, "What happened and who did this?" The grandmother begins to explain, "It's The Sith Warlords. Ever since the death of The Sith King the twelve lords have been waring over who has the right to dominate our world. They crush all and forcibly recruit those to their cause out of fear. Any who refuse gets their family brutally executed for treason. They do not care who gets trampled and those who suffer as a result. Just so long as they get their way and obtain power over the others. This has unfortunately been the way of the Sith for countless generations. The strong flourish at the expense of weak who perish. That is why we have never been able to leave the planet for millennia because no ship last long enough to escape as a result. So, the best thing we can do is stay out of their way and keep from drawing attention. Unfortunately, my daughter, your mother, was not so fortunate. I am still thankful beyond words that you have survived, but I am saddened that you must see your home world like this. What's it like in the galaxy beyond?"
Zamilla and her friends explain about The Clone Wars and how Darth Sidious has now taken control of the galaxy. "That is unfortunately worse than it is here," the grandmother reply's in grief. "I'm also so sorry for your loss," she says to Marrick.
Zamilla stands up and says, "Well sitting here mopping isn't going to fix this mess. Someone needs to do something, or this cursed cycle will never end, and I can only see one way. As the first and only born child of The Sith King I do have a legitimate right to the throne. But since the warlords are determined to claim rule for only themselves. I will have to face them all myself." Everyone is in shock at her statement with Marrick pleading, "Zamilla No, please no!" Zamilla, "I'm tired of people like this who are continuing to make the Sith synonyms with evil." Marrick, "But why do you think you need to?" Zamilla, "Because of my heritage I'm the only one who can." Marrick, "But if you do this you could…" "Die! If I must, then I accept that outcome with no fear of it." Marrick sobs until Zamilla grabs his cheeks and kisses him, "But I will do my best to return so we can have more of those." Zamilla looks at the others and while they don't say anything. They all nod in reassurance and agreement at her decision. Zamilla then sits and begins to meditate as she projects her thoughts outward to announce her presence to the planet and those who can sense her. Infuriating the greed in the hearts of the War Lords. They mobilize their armies and begin to march to the place called the field of blood.
The Battle of Sith Lords
As Zamilla sat and meditated she sent ripples out through The Force that came to the attention of the War Lords. It struck their hubris and stirred their egos out of their selfish hunger for power. This brought the twelve lords appeared in the same place enveloped in mist already to battle and kill each of their rivals along with the upstart interloper who is threating their grip and eventual goal for power. Eight male Sith lords and four females each with lightsabers that had been passed down or taken over the generations from the ones who originally came to the planet. As they ignite their red sabers, they then hear Zamilla's dis-embodied voice speaking to them. "The Force along with your choices have brought you here, as have mine. Your choices along with those of your predecessors have ravaged and destroyed this world and the lives of those who live here. For your choices have taken away theirs." They all continue to look around the mist as one of the Sith Lords says, "Is there a point to your babbling?" Zamilla, "I tell you this because I am here not as the heir to The Sith Throne, but also to do what no Sith has done for their fellow Sith. Lay down your weapons and reject serving the dark side. Turn away from this life. Leave here now and you shall live to find redemption or reject and face your ultimate destiny." One of the female Sith lords shouts, "Our destinies are ours to decide and it's to gain ultimate power and dominance over our rivals! To crush under heel all those who oppose me." The others start to get more hostile as each of them rants about being the one who will be ruler. Zamilla then calmly says, "So your answer is no." One of the male Sith lords, "I serve no one, only myself." Zamilla, "A pity for I do serve one master and that master gives a sense of peace and purpose that far greater than anything I could acquire by myself or from any of you. For my master is The Will of The Force who is also my ally. I offered you life as The Will told me to offer. You have rejected and now you will face the consequences of your decision." The Sith Lords brace themselves as Zamilla finishes by saying, "Just remember that the decisions you make, and the actions that follow are all reflections…" "Silence!" "of who you really are."
A long moment of silence passes with-out a sound of footsteps or movement. Then the sound from the hum of a lightsaber breaks the silence and one of The Sith Lords drops dead because his head was cut off. Putting them on edge and then another drops dead. Two of the Sith Lords run into the mist while the others watch as they see the lights from their sabers cross the purple light of Zamilla's sabers until they hear them wrench or shout in agony as they fall dead. One of the females is impaled from behind through the heart while the gets the other saber through the head before he could defend himself. Six of them stand apart with their backs to each other until they hear the sound of a whirling saber. They ignite theirs just as hers spins between them cutting off their heads. Leaving only two left. The last male and female as they turn to face their opponent together as she decloaks and emerges from the mist with her two force sabers ignited.
The male Sith Lord turns to the female as he proposes, "What do you say to a temporary truce until we have destroyed her?" She says, "Agreed since I do believe the enemy of my enemy is my friend applies here." They stand ready as does Zamilla in anticipation.
A long moment passes as each other stands goading the other into striking first. Until the female Sith Lord attacks first with Zamilla blocking her and the male jumping in as it becomes a flurry of spinning sticks of lights. Along with kicks and force pushes. The male lord tries to Force choke Zamilla, but she repels it as she uses Force Lightning on the female lord as she attacks her from behind after leaping into the air. Then it becomes a flurry of lights and movements that become a blur as Zamilla merges and separates her sabers. The two Sith Lords appear to have her outmatched as she appears to admit defeat by deactivating her sabers. They in their focused fury strike at her. Only for her to suddenly duck and fall back as they instead strike and decapitate each other as a result. With Zamilla standing on a small hill overlooking the ground where she had fought The Lords saying, "Serving the darkness will only lead one to their destruction." As she turns, she shows she is holding the red bled kyber crystals that were in their lightsabers. She begins the process of purifying them. She is then racked with pain as the crystals fight hard against being changed as they were before when they were bled. But she remains focused and keeps going until at last they are colored pure white.
She arrives back the village to greet Marrick and the others. With Stone asking, "Does this mean that...?" "The Sith Lords will not be able to threaten or hurt anyone ever again." The others cheer as Marrick asks, "Are you ok?" Zamilla replies, "I offered them that I would spare their lives if they turned away from darkness, but they rejected, and I had to fight and kill them." Marrick reassures her, "At least you did your best. They were given a chance to change and they said no. How many people are given that choice and say yes?" She looks at him puzzled as he then says, "A lot fewer than those who say no." Zamilla then says in response as she hugs him, "Thank you for helping to see that the offer was not in vain. I love you." Marrick, "I love you more than life itself," he says before they kiss.
Grandmother Issani steps in telling Zamilla, "You are now The Sith Lord my granddaughter." Zamilla then relents in saying, "I don't want to be." Grandmother Issani, "I know, but there is no one else. We do not always get a choice. It doesn't matter if the burden you carry is heavy. What matters is that you carry it with your head held high." "Your right, and I will do what must be done," Zamilla says in response.
At the palace steps Zamilla greets the inhabitants to tell them in declaration, "It's true that the history of The Sith is mired in greed, hate, and destruction. But I want the future of The Sith people to be a happy one. For as of today I will not make all your decisions for you. My first edict establishes the creation of The Sith parliament where every member is held accountable for their actions and decisions. So, this shall be my first order. Power will no longer belong to only one and no one is above the law and all shall be held accountable. For though I am now your queen. I am but a servant for the one for who all power and loyalty ultimately belongs to. The Will of The Force."
She and Marrick kiss as the crowds cheer for their new queen and a new dawn full of hope.
Fracture
Eighteen years later and nine months before The Battle of Endor.
Zamilla is sitting in her meditative chamber floating above the floor. As Marrick enters she holds up her hand to stop him from speaking as she says as her feet touch the floor, "I must go back to Coruscant." Marrick confused asks, "Why? That is the seat of The Empire now. Why must you go to Coruscant?" "Because the Force has willed it so. And as we both now know. When The Will of The Force gives the command. The only correct response is obedience."
They take off in the ship that brought them to the planet and immediately jump into hyperspace.
When they emerge Coruscant is surrounded by the imperial planetary defense fleet. Zamilla casts a spell that makes the ship invisible to sensors. Onboard a star destroyer an imp informs the bridge officer, "Sir I had an unidentified ship that was briefly detected, but then just vanished from scanners." The officer replies, "Increase surveillance and scan on all frequencies." But to no avail, the ship slips through un-noticed and hovers outside the industrial district. As Zamilla stands on the entrance ramp she informs Marrick along with Stone, Jet, and Snipes, "Keep the ship cloaked and beyond scanning range." "I have a really bad feeling about this," Marrick says in a concerned tone. Zamilla reassures him, "Trust in The Force my love I'll be ok." Marrick and concerned says, "Well I'll worry just the same, but please promise me you'll return." Zamilla calmly reply's, "No promises, but I will do my best to do so." They share one more kiss before she leaps down to the ground with a speeder saying, "Goodbye my love, May The Force be with you." She lands gently along with the speeder and takes off for the Jedi Temple now the Imperial Palace.
Later she is standing on the top of a building in the immediate vicinity of the palace. It is night just before dawn. The sky is full of star destroyers and TIE fighters. While there are two dozen ATAT walkers and four dozen light walkers. A battalion of storm troopers of both human and third generation dark troopers. Zamilla then prays, "Oh great Will. Please give me the strength to do what must be done. I do not wish to destroy lives, but if it must be done in-order for your message to be delivered. Then I am your tool by which it shall be done. Just please forgive me for what I am to do and forgive them for their misguided choices."
She raises her arms as she is wearing a black and red cloak, and she fires from her fingers a force ion storm of red lightning that instantly disables all the imperial ships and fighters surrounding the palace and Corusant. In the throne room Sidious's eyes shoot open as he senses her presence and turns to see the force storm as it disables a full quarter of the fleet over Coruscant.
When the walkers turn to face where the lightning came from, she waves her hands and uses the mind trick to cause the operators of the walkers to turn to face the others and fire on eachother. All the walkers fall over as she walks up the main path to the palace entrance.
As she approaches the ground troops fire on her, but to their utter shock she stops all the blaster bolts in midflight and then with a flick of her hands sends the bolts right back at the troopers. With the only ones being unaffected are the dark troopers. They take flight and begin firing on her as she ignites her force sabers redirecting the bolts and then force crushes them all together into a tight metal black ball and makes it explode upon being slammed down to the ground.
She then creates a force push so powerful that it blasts the entrance to the palace wide open.
As she enters, she is then greeted by the last six inquisitors where she says to them, "I make this offer only once. Leave this life behind and live to find redemption. Stay, and face your ultimate fates." A moncalimari inquisitor says, "There are fates far worse than death." Zamilla replies, "I know. That's why you were offered a chance to escape it." They all ignite their sabers and engage her in a flurry of light as she one by one slays them. Moving too fast for them to keep up with as they drop like flies with the last two being impaled by their own lightsabers because Zamilla triggered them to ignite when they were angled that way. She then makes her to the turbo lift that leads to the emperor's chamber/throne room.
The lift is stopped but then through the Force she makes it keep going. In the emperor's throne room, all the royal crimson guards along with Darth Vader stand ready as the lights indicating the turbo lift arriving at the level all light up. Before the doors open Zamilla then force chokes all the guards simultaneously and breaks all of their necks. Leaving Vader to face her alone as the door opens.
Vader force pushes objects at her even the bodies of the dead guards, but Zamilla just repels them until he then attacks with his lightsaber. They exchange brief blows until Zamilla just lifts Vader off the ground and instantly slices off all his cybernetic limbs and briefly takes off his mask and helmet. "I am truly sorry for you Master Skywalker, but I will not kill you. Because your destiny is still at hand and you will restore the balance when you find yourself again." She puts his mask back on and forces him to sleep as she stands before Sidious.
Sidious begins to laugh in his maniacal cackle, "Impressive. None has done what you have. And here I thought The Sithbloods went extinct. Now kill him he was weak, broken, and unfocused. Do it and you take his place at my side. As my new apprentice. Or given what I have witness you are capable of ruling all. Have you come to be my successor? You must kill me to take my place."
"No, because I serve only one master. A master that offers rewards that are infinitely more precious than you could ever offer. Your offers and rewards are worthless in comparison. For you are the Emperor and ruler of The Galaxy. You may believe yourself a master of darkness and evil, but in reality, you are the greatest of all slaves to the dark side. I will never follow and serve you. Just to become a living corpse like you."
She force pushes him into a wall. He tries to leap to escape, but she intercepts him and ignites her force saber, "The Emperor is supposed to reflect the strength and power of The Empire. If you are indeed supposed to be the most powerful. Why not prove it?"
"You cannot stop me and all I have set in motion. I am more powerful than you could imagine." He ignites his two red lightsabers. "Your confidence in your superiority by means of hatred and contempt is your greatest weakness. For in the eyes of The Will of The Force you're nothing for you only have the power that you are allowed to have. By the one to whom ultimate power, authority, and absolute rule belongs to. The one who is absolute selflessness who guides the followers because they choose in their hearts to be guided." They stand ready to face as she finishes by saying, "Let's see which master makes the follower greater."
They clash with Sidious whirling and Zamilla countering with minimal effort. They lock sabers with Sidious attempting to slash her with his left, but she ducks back and weaves in response. They keep it up until they are lock in combat before the throne. Zamilla tiers allowing Sidious to knock lightsaber aside as he immediately impales her through the chest with his lightsabers. With him mocking, "Brave words, but your defeat was inevitable. You should have accepted my offer, but now you are nothing but meat that has provided an opportunity for recreation." Then to his shock she looks up with a smile as she says, "Your welcome." He only realizes then that she is an illusion with the saber being handled by no one just as the real Zamilla and uses her other saber to slice destroy both Sidious's sabers. Then she holds them crossing his neck.
He then goads her, "Go ahead. Do it, give into your hate and desire for power. Fulfill the code of The Sith."
Zamilla then deactivates both her Sabers as she says, "I will not use my weapons on an unarmed foe." He then pulls the sabers to him and tries to ignite them, but that fails. "The sabers only work for me, but now it's time to test how strong our connection to The Force is.
Sidious in fury shoots his blue force lightning at her, but she deflects that. He then throws objects around him, including the bodies of his dead guards, at her but she repels them to. Then he lays out all his power with an intense stream of force lightning that Zamilla is struggling to contain in her hands. Then she begins to push back with her red force lightning that pushes Sidious's back until he is shocked by her lightning. Then she uses The Force to make him kneel before her and has his arms pushed back and paralyzed so he can't use them.
Zamilla through the Force continues to hold him in place tells him, "You have fought well, but I never came here for your throne or your position. My role in all of this has been simply a messenger, and now you will listen to the messages has sent me to deliver to you."
His eyes are still ablaze with his fury as she tells him, "You have been defeated, but your final destruction shall come when you least expect it. When you convince yourself that you have achieved victory? Shall your destruction come. And your ultimate end shall come from your own hands."
"And one more thing, I forgive you for all of this. For it is not my place to judge you. That ultimate right Belongs to The Will behind the Force."
As she is still holding him, in an awake stasis state, pulls her sabers back and activates a beacon that brings the ship to her outside the windows of the throne room. When the ship arrives, she throws Sidious to the side, shatters the glass, and leaps into the ships bay as they depart the planet. Leaving Sidious furious as she had not only defeated, but absolutely humiliated him. Causing the Empire to begin to fracture.
Epilogue
In her bed next to Marrick she finds herself waking up back in The World Between Worlds. She sees through a door to when on Endor Luke speaks with his father about turning away from the dark side until Vader/Anakin says, "It's too late for me son." Before he is escorted to stand before Sidious. She sees the lightsaber fight between Luke and his father when Luke cuts his cybernetic hand off. With Sidious attempting to tempt into giving in to the dark side and become his new apprentice. Only for Luke to reject and Sidious trying to kill him with his lightning. Only to see Vader lift the Emperor up after shouting, "No!" Throwing Sidious to his death down the death stars plasma conduit. She then sees the victory party and Luke seeing the spirits of Master Yoda, Obi-Wan Kenobi, and his father.
Then she is guided to another door that shows Rey destroying Sidious by turning his own lightning back onto himself. Ending his blight on the galaxy forever.
Then she sees through one last door that shows nothing but emptiness. Then she hears the voice of The Will say, "Let there be light." The light is blinding and then hears a cry of defiance. She opens her eyes to see Bogan as a shapeless black and red nebula cloud shouting, "No! I've won!" The Will, "Even now you refused to accept the absolute truth. That evils ultimate destiny is to loose the war. I am making all new, and none be subject to your influence ever again. Be gone forever Bogan!" Zamilla sees Bogan as the door to the eternal void is permanently sealed shut. Making it so she can't hear or even feel his presence anymore. Then her attention turns back to see the galaxy and the entire universe made new. Life restored to the way it was always meant to be. A restored creation in which evil will never again play any part. It makes her eyes fill with tears of joy.
Zamilla then finds herself waking back up in her bed with her husband Marrick as he asks, "What's Wrong?" And Zamilla happily says, "Only what's right and the good that is going to happen." They kiss as their three kids enter. Their two sons Tray and Ronin, and their daughter Korri. All of them hug as Zamilla tells them, "The future will be filled with scary times, but The Force has shown that hope, love, and righteousness eventually always and will triumph in the end, and that the future is in good hands."
