28th June 1994

Tonks Residence

The party was in full swing. With Ted having established himself in both worlds, Tonks had grown up in both worlds too which meant she had some muggle friends just like her father. Friends who had been invited to the party so the party was pretty muggle in appearance.

Which meant loud music, drinks everywhere and all-out foolery from the teenage guests. The adults were outside the house sipping firewhiskey together while the children danced from inside the house.

Well most children, seeing that Harry was seated in a corner watching the dancers. Hardwin was dancing with some dark-skinned girl who was older than him though with how tall the twins were, they could pass for sixteen or even seventeen-year-olds. It looked like he was having fun.

Neville had disappeared off in the crowd with Susan Bones and Hannah Habott. Last time he had seen them, they were talking with a some three muggle boys. Hermione while had been invited had not come, seeing that she was still off somewhere on a summer trip with her family.

To put it lightly, he was all alone by himself. And that was how he preffered it, alone with his thoughts. He had been trying to make out Zabini's little vanishing box and he believed that he will have it all figured out by next week.

"Harry!" Harry startled when someone grabbed him by the shoulders. "Why are you looking so gloomy on my party?"

"I'm not gloomy, just thinking."

"Oh ye stuck up Slytherins." Tonks scoffed. "I'll not have you looking like that on my party. Come on, we are going to dance."

"Yeah, I'm not much of dancer." Harry protested as the witch pulled him to his feet. "Especially along muggle music."

"I'm sure you'll learn." She waved him off as she dragged him over to her friends. "Hi guys, this is Harry and he is here to dance!"

By the time Harry managed to sneak away ten minutes later, he had sworn never to visit a muggle club in his life if this was what he would be subjecting himself to.

"Those were some moves there, mate." Harry looked up to see some tall handsome blonde guy standing before him with a beer in hand. "I'm Mark by the way, and you must be Harry Potter."

"You know who I am?"

"Well, I know you're the brother to the boy-who-lived." Mark said with a chuckle. "Tonks has told me about you and your brother though, like how you guys practically grew up together."

"Oh, you're her boyfriend then?"

"Yeah." The guy grinned. "Been together like for six months now."

Harry was just about to reply when Hardwin came back. "Hey Harry, mom says we need to go." He noticed the guy. "Oh, hi."

"Hi, I'm Mark."

"He is Tonks' boyfriend." Harry replied and Hardwin who was shaking hands with Mark tightened his grip a little.

"Oh, is he now?" He looked him up and down. Mark had a few inches on him. "If you hurt her, you'll regret it."

"If you hurt her." Harry said, sounding much more menacing than his brother as he stood up. "I'll hurt you, piece by piece untill nothing is left of you and you will be alive throughout the entire process."

Without waiting for a response, the twins left and Mark was left alone staring at their backs wondering if they had been serious or not.

"Hey Mark!"

"Ahhh, bloody hell, Tonks, are you trying to give me a heart attack!" He asked clutching his chest.

"What, no. I wasn't even trying to sneak up me, you know how hopeless I'm in that kind of thing." She smiled taking the seat Harry had just vacated. Everyone at the party seemed drunk except for her. "So what has you all jumpy?"

"I just talked to your childhood friends, the Potter twins."

"Really? And what did they say?"

"I may or may not have been issued a death threat if I were to hurt you."

Tonks laughed. "Yeah, that sounds like them. They are nice guys though, and actually get along well with almost anyone. Well, in Harry's case you would need to have something he can benefit from but you needn't worry to much."

She smiled at him. "It's not like you're going to hurt me or anything, right?"

"I wouldn't dream of it." He said honestly and she grinned at him.

"Good, I would hate to be the one to cover for Harry this time." She continued. "He can be pretty messy when he wants to be."

2nd August 1994

Potter Manor

Hardwin woke with a start, panting heavily and sweating buckets. His pyjamas were clinging on him due to his sweat and he had entangled himself in the sheets and as he made to get off the bed fell with a loud crash.

He didn't pay it any mind as his scar was on fire. It was like his skull was being split open and it was taking everything in his power not to collapse. Hardwin stumbled blindly, his eyes were sealed shut but he didn't know by what.

He didn't need his eyes for this though. He had been walking this path for as long as he could walk and soon enough found himself at the familiar door. Not even bothering with knocking, he opened the door and stumbled inside, falling on his knees.

"Ha...Harry." His voice was hoarse like he and been screaming for hours. The next instant, he felt someone supporting him. Harry was always a light sleeper and Hardwin wasn't surprised that he had been woken by his loud entrance.

He could hear Harry talking but he couldn't make out any words, it was as if he was underwater. Harry had him leaning on something soft and slowly, the pain in his scar started fading until it had disappeared completely.

He soon felt something wet and cold wiping his face. The thundering in his ears disappeared and he was meant with silence. After a minute or so, he had his breathing under control and felt it was safe to open his eyes.

Harry was seated on his reading chair, shirtless and wearing only his pyjama bottoms. He was staring at him with an expressionless look, arms crossed and clearly waiting for an explanation. Hardwin was seated on the floor leaning on Harry's bed.

"Water?" Harry offered him a glass and he gulped down the water greedily, Harry went back to his seat. "Nightmare, I take it?"

"Not exactly." Hardwin closed his eyes and rested his head on the bed. He could still vividly remember the anger, hatred and loathing that he had felt when Voldemort killed that caretaker. "I think Tom just made himself another horcrux."

Harry was kneeling next to him in an instant. "What do you mean?"

"I don't think what I had was a dream." He said. "I think I was watching through Voldemort's eyes."

"Can I take a look?" Harry asked and Hardwin nodded. "Legilimens."

With their bond, Harry didn't need a focus to slip into Hardwin's mind and the next second, he was reliving what his brother had just seen. He watched the Dark Lord talk to his servant about Wormtail being at Hogwarts and how much he had faith in him.

They talked about the twins and how Voldemort needed them for something. What for, they didn't say but it certainly wasn't for a tea party. One thing was for certain though, whatever their plans were, they had something to do with the Tri-Wizard tournament.

He watched Voldemort kill the muggle with the killing curse and could almost feel the pain as his soul was torn and the broken piece was transferred to the gigantic snake. Harry slipped out of Hardwin's mind and sat down next to him.

He was panting heavily as he stared at the cieling of his bedroom, his head resting on the bed next to his brother. That had been the first time he had seen the killing curse but after feeling what Riddle had been feeling when he killed that muggle, he was sure he could cast it again.

And so could Hardwin.

"What do we do, Harry?" Hardwin asked quietly. The sky was starting to become orange.

"We prepare." Harry said simply. "We don't know when he will attack so we keep preparing and stay vigilant. We should also try to look for Wormtail when we get back to the castle but until then we shall increase our hours of training."

"Do we tell Mom?" Hardwin asked. "About the vision, I mean?"

"Not if you're ready to tell her about the horcrux." Harry said. "Today, we shall take the Felix Felicus, three hours for the both of us should help us come a little closer to defeating the Dark Lord."

"How is that even supposed to work?"

"I don't have the foggiest idea, brother." Harry said and Hardwin snorted. It was something so unlike Harry to say.

-PRPRPRPRPR-

Once they finished their morning spar and had eaten breakfast, Harry changed into a pair of jeans and a long sleeved t-shirt. He threw on his favorite coat, his birthday gift from Tonks two days ago. It wasn't anything special really, other than the fact that it had over a hundred pockets.

Tonks had joked that he wouldn't have to explain to people how two pockets seemed to hold every one of his possessions. It was as black as his hair and went up to below his knees. It also had an enchantment to regulate the temperature so he is always comfortable no matter how hot or cold his surroundings were.

Oh it was always in pristine condition too, never looking old and would grow with him. It was no basilisk hide coat but it was sure precious in its own way. Hardwin on the other hand had received a firebolt from her. No one knew how she got the money to afford the gifts and they were all afraid to ask.

He headed down to meet his brother, having already divided the potion into two equal parts.

Harry handed Hardwin his vial and set the timer of his watch to three hours. They decided that Harry would take the potion first and Hardwin would take his one hour after Harry. Harry downed the potion and started the timer while he waited for it to take effect.

"How long do we wait?"

"We don't!" Harry declared as he jumped to his feet and headed for the floo. "I'll see you around, brother."

"Where are you going?"

"To visit Tonks." And with that he disappeared in the fire.

"What_why are you going there, isn't she at the ministry already?" Seeing that he was already gone, Hardwin sighed. "He probably knows what he is doing. At least I hope he does."

It was a bizarre moment when Hardwin is the one looking out for his brother rather than the other way around. He waited for about ten minutes before jumping to his feet.

"Maybe I should check on him just to be sure." With that, he rushed to the floo and followed after his brother.

He stepped out of the floo and almost ran into Tonks. She was wearing her Auror robes and sporting her signature bubblegum pink hair.

"Oh, hey kiddo." She grabbed him into a hug. "If you're looking for Harry, he just left and I'll be joining him soon enough. See yah around."

She walked around him and entered the floo. "Pivot Isle!"

Hardwin opened his mouth to say something but she had already disappeared. He considered following her but decided against it, trusting Harry to handle himself.

He was about to go back to Potter Manor when the doorbell rang. He decided to tell whoever it was that the Tonks_ Tonkses? were not here. He opened the door to reveal Mark, Tonks' boyfriend.

"Oh, hi Mark."

"Hardwin? What are you doing here?"

"I was looking for Harry." He replied. "What about you, what are you doing here?"

"I came to pick up Tonks." Mark said. "Could you tell her that I'm here?"

"Tonks just left with Harry actually."

"With Harry?" Mark asked with a frown. "When was that?"

"Like five minutes ago." He replied. "Some place called Pivot Ise or something like that."

"Ok, thanks mate." Mark said with what was clearly flase cheer. Hardwin had grown-up with Harry so he knew when someone was forcing emotion or being genuine. "It was nice seeing you again."

And with that, he disappeared with a loud crack. With about forty minutes left for him to take the potion, Hardwin decided to head back home and wait from there. He killed the time by practicing his control of wandless magic, summoning and banishing a small ball of fire.

He told himself to invite Hermione to spend time with them after the World cup so she can get to practice magic before going back to school without the fear of being expelled. She knew that most kids who lived in the magical world were allowed to do magic in the summer.

She had complained about the unfairness of it all, being unbearable to be around for a month before she had a 'talk' with Harry and stopped. What they talked about, Hardwin didn't want to know but he was sure it wasn't pretty. For Hermione at least.

He wondered why she hadn't asked to be invited over with her parents so she can show off her magic like she had always wanted to.

When Lily came back, Hardwin would ask her to invite them over for at least a day. Hermione was going to have to come over a day before the world cup was to be there anyway, maybe they could come with her?

His watch beeped to indicate the end of the timer and it was time for him to take his potion. Taking a deep breath, he set it for three hours more and gulped down the potion then strated the countdown again.

Almost instantly, he felt a sense of euphoria and confidence fill him. It was like if he attempted to do anything, there was absolutely no chance of failure. Everything was clear to him, the world was at his finger tips and he could do anything and he had to tell Neville about it.

Jumping to his feet, Hardwin wandlessly conjured a piece of paper and summoned a quill from upstairs. He scribbled a note for Harry telling him he had gone to visit the Longbottoms.

He entered the floo and reappeared at Longbottom Manor. He didn't waste time and headed straight to Neville's bedroom. The blonde was lying on his bed doing his homework and was surprised at seeing him.

"Hey Neville, when was the last time you visited the muggle world?"

"Uh, it's been a while, why?"

"Change into something appropriate and we go!" Hardwin declared and Neville stared at him.

"In case you haven't noticed, I'm trying to do homework here."

"Oh if you're so worried about your homework you can come with it." Hardwin said impatiently. "Come on mate, we need to get moving."

Neville changed and followed after his long time friend. "So where are we going? Are we visiting Hermione?"

"Great idea, Nev!" Hardwin exclaimed and threw some floo powder into the fire. "Granger residence!"

"I'm pretty sure they're not connected to the floo." Neville stated when the fire didn't turn the familiar green.

"Not for long." Hardwin flicked his wrist to summon his wand and flicked it at the fire. "There is an old spell Harry told me about that can create a temporary connection between fireplaces."

"And you have tried it before?"

"No but I'm sure I can get it on my first try." He turned the wand in intricate patterns before jabbing it into the fire which instantly turned green. "See? Come on then."

He stepped into the fire and disappeared. Trusting his friend, Neville stepped in as well and stumbled his way out in the familiar living room at the Grangers.

"Wow, that actually worked." Neville said when he picked himself from the floor.

"Of course it worked. How could you doubt me, Nev." Hardwin looked hurt for a second before the cheer came back. "Never mind that, let's find Hermione."

"Who are you and when did you get here?" The two boys turned to look at an older girl that was frowning at them. She was quite tall, with long brown hair and deep blue eyes. Also, she was very pretty. "I know you didn't pass through the door as I was just in the hallway."

"Hi there." Hardwin said with a smile offering the girl his hand. "My name is Hardwin and this is Neville. We are friends of Hermione from school and it's a pleasure to meet you."

The girl wasn't really that much older than them, probably by only two or three years so Neville wasn't surprised when there was a dust of pink on her cheeks as she shook Hardwin's hand. It was usually Harry who got this reaction from strangers though, especially girls and not Hardwin.

"Uhm, nice to meet you too." She replied with a pretty smile. "My name is Meredith and I'm Hermione's cousin and her babysitter for the rest of the summer."

"Well, I'm glad we came today, Meredith. It's not everyday that one runs into a pretty girl at his friend's house." Hardwin replied smoothly and Neville felt like he was intruding or something. "Do you usually come here every summer?"

"Not really, it had been a while since I came here but we go to summer trips together." The girl replied. "As a matter of fact last year we went together to France and just came back from Africa."

"Oh, Hermione came back pretty tanned last year." Hardwin replied. "It looks pretty good on you though, brings out the blue in your eyes."

Meredith giggled and Neville rolled his eyes. There was nothing funny in what Hardwin had said and the girl was blushing and giggling like she was smitten with him. Realizing that it was probably what was happening here, Neville excused himself quietly and neither paid him any mind.

Shaking his head, he climbed the stairs and knocked on the door of Hermione's room. He heard a muffled 'coming' and waited as footsteps approached the door. It opened to reveal Hermione whose eyes widened and she leaped at him with a shriek.

She grabbed him in her signature bone-crushing hug and he grunted. About ten seconds later, he was running out of air and extracted himself carefully from her tight grip. "Hello Hermione."

"Hi Neville." She grinned at him and he noted that she had grown taller in the summer. Her hair was more of a mess than usual and she was wearing a loose fitting t-shirt and a pair of shorts. "What are you doing here? Not that I'm not happy to see you or anything but I'm just so surprised to see you here."

"We came to see you."

"Wow, you guys are lucky." Hermione said. "If you had came a day earlier, you wouldn't have found us as we came back from our trip yesterday afternoon. Wait, you said 'we', does that mean Hardwin and Harry are downstairs."

"Only Hardwin, and he is a bit busy chatting up your cousin." Neville said to Hermione's bewilderment. "And from how things were going when I left, he was moving pretty smoothly. Meredith was looking smitten already."

"Oh, don't be silly." Hermione laughed. "Meredith is like three years older than Hardwin, there is no way she would be smitten with him. Not to mention she doesn't even like boys."

"I'm telling you what I saw, I could be wrong." Neville shrugged. "Why don't you go and see for yourself."

Hermione bounded down the stairs and reached to find the living room empty. There was a note from Meredith saying she and Hardwin were going to grab a bite and she was also going to teach him how to drive. They couldn't have left more than a minute ago.

She heard car tyres screeching and she rushed to the door only to see Meredith's car disappearing. Meredith had turned seventeen in January and her parents gift was a car. She had a driving license too.

"Are you kidding me!" Hermione said. "They literally met five minutes ago."

"Told you." Neville said. "Hardwin was pretty smooth though, and the girl almost seemed eager to listen to him the moment we arrived."

"Well, I hope they have fun." Hermione said as she tried to ignore the foreign feeling in her stomach. "So, have you finished your homework, me I already finished mine of course_"

"I thought you would never ask." Neville interrupted her and pulled off his bag.

"I figured you had other reasons for coming here other than seeing me." Hermione laughed.

"What can I say, Harry is quite an influence." Neville grinned. "So, where are we going to do it from."

Hermione looked in the direction Hardwin and Meredith had disappeared one last time before she smiled at him. "Come on, let's go to my room."

-PRPRPRPRPR-

MEANWHILE

With Harry.

Harry waited patiently next to the floo and when Tonks stumbled out, he caught her before she could plant her face on the ground.

"Easy there, Dora." Harry said, helping her to her feet propper. "Don't want to ruin your robes before you even get to work."

"Can't have that now can we?" She grinned. "Sirius will have to give me a speech and he was never good at those."

"So why are we here?" Harry asked looking around the little joint. There were a few wizards and witches who were seated at different tables. The place was much more modernized and cleaner than the Leaky Couldron.

"I was supposed to meet with Mark here for ice cream before going to work, though it looks like he hasn't arrived yet."

"And you decided to bring me along because?"

"You're the one who arrived when I was just about to leave." She pointed out. "I couldn't just leave you alone at the house. I wouldn't be much of an adult if I did that."

"Oh, how responsible of you."

"I know, right." She either missed the clear sarcasm in his voice or just ignored it. "And speaking of responsibility, why don't we get some ice cream, my treat."

"Fine by me." Harry shrugged.

"Excellent! Now why don't you sit right over there and I'll be right back." She led him to a table and left towards the counter.

Five minutes later, she came back having bought for herself as well. With her was a redhead who was smiling at him.

"Harry, this is Charlie Weasley. We used to date when he was still at Hogwarts."

"I see you haven't learned the meaning of too much information." Charlie laughed as he took a seat. "Nice to meet you, Harry Potter. I've heard so much about you from my brothers and sister."

"Unfortunately I can't say the same about you, Mr. Weasley. I'm not particularly close to your siblings at Hogwarts." Harry replied. "However, from what little I've heard, you're quite brilliant. You work at a dragon reserve, right?"

"Yeah, I do." He replied. "I was actually at Hogwarts in your first year to pick up a dragon but it was your brother that I dealt with."

"Charlie here said he wanted to thank you for something." Tonks said and Charlie nodded.

"Yes, the twins told me that if it wasn't for you and your brother, Ginny would be rotting in the chamber of secrets and I can't thank you enough." He said seriously. "I know you guys have some kind of arrangement but if there is anything I can do for you, you only have to ask."

Harry nodded. "You're welcome, and I will hold you onto that."

"Yeah, I reckoned you would." Charlie laughed before he became serious. "By the way, how did you get in the chamber, I doubt Slytherin would have made it easy for anyone to enter whenever they wanted."

"It needed a perselmouth." Harry wasn't sure why he told him. It just felt right. "And I just happen to be one."

"Wait, what?" Tonks asked. "How come I didn't know about this."

"Are you really?" Charlie was looking at him with wide eyes. "My brother Bill is a curse-breaker, him and his friends have been trying to breach a tomb and haven't been having much. They however believe that it could be opened by a perselmouth!"

"Bugger." Tonks swore as she stood up. "I forgot about Mark again, I'll see you Harry later. Don't do anything I would do."

She kissed him on the cheek and rushed off then promptly crashed into a table. She swore colourfully as she picked herself up and ran to the door, somehow managing to crash into two more tables along the way.

"Well, that leaves me with literally nothing to do." Harry said dryly and Charlie chuckled.

"Yeah, she is quite the vibrant girl." He said with a smile. "I've always regretted how things ended between us."

"It was in her fifth year, right?" Charlie nodded. "You're lucky she didn't tell me who had hurt her no matter how much I asked. Otherwise, you wouldn't have ever considered dating anyone again after I had been finished with you."

"Oh, she was quite expressive too, all by herself." Charlie said with a grimace. "Took me a year to get to full attention again without collapsing in pain."

Harry gaped at him, feeling the urge to hide his own family jewels as far away from the psychopath that was Nymphadora Tonks as possible. "That...seems a bit excessive even by my standards."

"Trust me, you wouldn't be saying that if you knew what I did."

"It's probably better if I don't find out then because I may just make it parmanent." Harry said. "Now, you were saying something about your brother?"

"Yes, I sent Bill a massage, he should be here any minute now." As if on cue, the door opened and another redhead entered. He looked a bit like Charlie though a little bit older. Not by much actually. "Bill! Over here."

"Hey Charlie." The brothers hugged before he turned to Harry. "And you must be Harry."

"Pleasure to meet you, Bill Weasley." Harry said. "I've heard quite a lot about you. The youngest curse-breaker to be certified by the ICW in history."

"And are you a budding curse-breaker yourself?"

"Not exactly, but I do know my way around wards." Harry said. "I won't be pursuing them as a career though, it's more about protecting my family than anything."

"Right, future Lord Potter." Bill said in realization and Harry didn't bother correcting him. "So, Charlie here tells me you're a perselmouth."

"I most certainly am." Harry replied and when Bill continued to look unconvinced, he slipped into perseltongue. ~parhaps a demonstration?~

"Wow." Bill said. "That gave me the shivers, I can see why people would be afraid of it."

"I take it you're satisfied?"

"Very much so." Bill said before he leaned forward. "Look, there is this tomb me and my group have been trying to open but the wards there are nothing we have seen before. I'm sure we'll eventually crack them but it would mean I miss the world cup."

Harry nodded.

"However, we know that can be taken down by a perselmouth, so that's where you come in." He said. "All you have to do is say a phrase and they are pulled down. If you can do this for me, I'll owe you one as I get to spend some time with my family."

"That's kind of my thing actually." Harry said. "I do you a favor and you owe me one in return."

"So I've been told." Bill laughed. "So, you're ready to leave now."

"Sure."

"Come on then, I have a port-key which will take us on site." Bill said as he stood. "Thanks, Charlie. You're a lifesaver and do tell Mom that I'll definitely be coming."

"Sure and please look out for him, we don't want losing the brother to the boy-who-lived."

Harry followed the elder Weasley into the back of the restaurant where Bill tapped his wand on a ridiculously large pocket watch. "Take my hand and hold tight."

Harry went through the sensation of traveling by Port-key calmly and landed in his feet without trouble. Bill wasn't so lucky.

"Wow, you're good at this aren't you?"

"I'm just lucky today, usually it's a different story." Harry replied and he followed him into an ancient building.

They travelled through numerous stone hallways discussing wards. By the time they reached Bill's friends, the redhead was very impywith Harry's knowledge.

"Hi guys, this is Harry Potter, our perselmouth." He then introduced the other four in turn. "And he is quite the wards prodigy, he has an understanding of wards that even I didn't have at his age."

Once they had finished introductions, they led Harry into a large room, almost as big as the entrance chamber at Hogwarts. which had seven stone coffins_sarcophagus_ as they were called. They were arranged around the room in a form of a septagram and Harry could feel the bond from one stone to another.

"Virtue, Divinity, Prudence, Fortitude, Honor, Glory and worship." Harry mumbled. "These were some of the strongest wards in history, it could only be laid down when every single one of those traits exist equally in reverence of one person."

"Our thoughts exactly." Bill said, sounding even more impressed.

"Then you must know that whoever these guys are protecting was as close to divinity as any person could get." Harry said. "Whoever they are, they must have been considered a god while they were alive."

"And that faith that people had in them is what keeps these wards as strong as they are." One of the guys said. "The wards are keeping them protected from attack even in death."

Harry shook his head. "These wards are not there to protect, well they make sure that no one accesses the main tomb for certain but not for the protection of whoever is down there."

"Wait, you think this is a prison?"

"I know it's a prison." In the center of the septagram were writings which looked like squiggles that kept shifting like they were alive. "It says here that the seal holds... Apopis? I've never heard of him before."

"Bugger." Bill swore. "Apopis, according to Egyptian mythology was the demon of chaos who had the foam of a giant snake."

"Wait, you mean Apep?" Harry asked and Bill nodded.

"That is what he is known as in modern mythology." Bill replied. "I always thought he was just a myth."

"So we are standing on top of a tomb for a god?" One of the guys asked. "No wonder we couldn't breach the words, they were probably put there by another even more powerful god."

"There was no way The chaos demon was sealed at full power. He would have broken out long ago, which means he is probably not even a quarter of his full power." Bill theorized. "Either way, I should get you back to England."

"So you're not going to open it?"

"We will open it but without putting you in danger."

"You'll need a perselmouth. I have been studying that seal since we came here and there is no way you're going to be able to break it no matter how much power you put in." Harry said. "I'm most definitely certain not even Dumbledore could break it, only someone on devine level can and it's neither of you."

"Then what do you suggest."

"From what I can see, the seal won't open immediately." Harry said. "I have a broom with me, so I'll give the command for it to open and fly away from here as fast as my broom can take me."

"How long will it take for the seal to open?" Bill asked.

"About twenty seconds." Harry replied.

He drew his wand and flicked it a number of times, runes appeared in air and they flew to each of the sarcophagus lighting it with a green glow. Once all of them were lit, beams of light travelled from one to the other, joining at the center where Harry was standing and a circle appeared around the formed septagram.

The seal was revealed in all it's glory, and the team of curse-breakers looked on in amazement.

"How did you do that?" One of them breathed and Harry smiled.

"I told you I've been studying the seal ever since I arrived." He walked to the center. "I don't know how I'm able to understand these but from what I can tell, even with perseltongue, I can only open the seal temporarily. It will lock itself again after seven minutes along with everything within it's reach."

"What are you trying to say Harry?"

"Releasing this thing is a very bad idea." Harry said. "It may be with little power but even little power for a divine being could be ten times stronger than all of us combined. Do you really think you can contain it in here for seven minutes?"

"This is what we do, Harry." Bill said. "It is in the job description. Just get as far away as you can and leave the rest to us. Infact, you should open while you're already on your broom."

Harry brought out his stolen school broom and straddled it. He checked his watch only to see that he was left with about forty minutes of luck. He had been down here longer than he had initially thought.

"The kid seems to know a little about this Apopis fellow, what are his abilities?"

"At full power, he is supposed to be capable of reality warping, Chaos manipulation, Dark Magic, body control, elasticity, mind control, flight, darkness manipulation, elemental manipulation and shapeshifting." He paused to look at their bewildered looks. "Without being at full power, I can't say for certain what he can and cannot do."

The five wizards fanned out in the large room and cast containment spells which were to be activated by one word once Harry left the chamber. They all got in position, standing standing around the room so they can be able to attack from all sides. Once they were ready, Bill who was closest to the door gave him a nod.

~Come forth, Apopis god of chaos. I give you reprieve from your prison but you are to return and serve that which you rightly deserve.~

As the sarcophagus started dimming one by one, Harry turned his broom and flew through the door to the chamber. The moment he passed through the door, Bill threw him the pocket watch and shouted the activation word and the containment spells fell in place.

"Go, it will take you to any destination you want so long as you picture it well and it doesn't have anti-portkey wards." He told him. "Don't worry, I can summon it back to me any time I want."

Bill didn't wait to see if Harry had listened as at that moment, the protective and almost benevolent aura that had been in the chamber suddenly disappeared and was replaced by a pressing oppressive aura.

The floo seemed to fold in on itself untill another larger sarcophagus rose from the ground. The aura doubled fivefold as a large black shade emerged from the stone coffin. It seemed to implode on itself and spread throughout the chanber but each of the wizards cast a Patronus.

The darkness recoiled from the light animals and gathered together once more. The blackness seemed to gain form and with in seconds, it had reformed into a large black snake, nearly twice as big as the basilisk.

It coiled on itself and swiveled its draconic head to stare at the five wizards surrounding it. There was a tense moment of silence before the gigantic snake actually smirked and then exploded in action.

The fight, if it could be called that was too fast for even Harry to follow. If he were to ever make out what really happened, he would have to sit down and immerse himself in the depth of his mind and view the memory over and over.

Somehow, someway, probably with some kind of devine intervention, by the time the seven minutes got done and the demon, the Egyptian god of chaos was pulled back into its prison, all five were still breathing.

But only barely. Many were missing limbs, one had been torn in half and Bill, he had half of his face torn off. Brain material was oozing from a portion of his skull. There was blood and gore everywhere and Harry barely held in whatever he had eaten since morning.

He walked forward, his potions kit flying from his pocket without even prompting. He opened it, pulled out the five vials of his elixir, the same one he had given to Tonks and poured it down the wizards' throats. There was a strange detachment to it all as he went and sat down and watched the wizards.

His mind, sharp and probably the most brilliant of anyone his age was still trying to comprehend what it meant to be in the presence of a divine being. It would probably be years, decades even, before Harry came face to face with another divine being but he will always remember how insignificant he felt in the presence of the Egyptian Chaos Demon, Apopis.

When Hardwin stumbled through the floo of Potter Manor later that day, he found his brother seated on the couch in the living room. He was staring at the fire, his eyes focused on something far away.

Hardwin placed the locket on the table in front of Harry and sank next to him.

"I found us a horcrux, Harry." Hardwin said. "And I just had the weirdest day of my life."

It took Harry a minute to answer. His eyes turned to Hardwin and they focused on him. He silently reached over and pulled him into a hug. Not wishing to interrupt one of Harry's rare moments of affection, he simply sat down and waited.

"And I found a way of defeating the Dark Lord that doesn't require you to die first."
