Chapter 4. Genius
"I can't believe we're actually gonna meet some girls!" Mikey said excitedly.
This whole thing was a bit of a whirl wind and Mikey was psyching himself up. He might be the confident, more boisterous out of him and his brothers, but he was nervous. He and his brothers knew he was all talk and no action, and he was wishing he hadn't bigged himself up like he did earlier to Lucy. But he couldn't drop the facade just yet, his brothers would have a field day!
"…remember, I have dibs on Lucy! I don't want any one else getting handsy with her, yer get me?!"
Leo shook his head at his little brother as they all waited for the two girls to show up at the place they said they'd be.
"She might see your ugly ass and run a mile Mike," said Raph with a huff, "…you keep forgetting that we're mutants, not those marvel guys that the chicks these days seem to dig!"
"Lets just remember why we're here," piped Leo, "…we need to get them back to the lair as quickly as possible. Grab them and go,"
"You're not serious, right?" said Donnie as he lifted his head to his leader, "…surly we can introduce ourselves like normal people and stay away from the whole scary monster stereotype!"
Leo looked at him and then at the rest of his brothers, "Fine."
They all moved around to different places of the roof they were on, looking over to the streets below to see if the girls were around.
Donnie was becoming anxious. It was definitely a bonus to know that the girl he was now 100% into had a thing for the people or possible creatures roaming the city helping people, it was certainly beneficial that he had talked to her already and had a pretty good idea of her personality, however, he knew that if everything went well and she didn't go screaming off into the night he would have to tell her at some point that he'd been spying on her. "Stalking? No!" he thought, that was too strong of a word to describe his invasion of her privacy. "No, no," he thought again, he was merely studying her, familiarizing himself with day to day human living.
"Yeah! That was it!" he smiled to himself. Then he let out a frustrated sigh. Who was he kidding? There was no way around it, he was a perv!
He looked over to Mikey, "You see anything Mike?"
"Nah, just a guy eating a half-eaten burger out a dumpster, yuk, that's gross dude! Oh! Wait a sec! Now he's taking a leak. Dude! Put it away! No one wants to see that tiny thing!"
Donnie shook his head and pushed his glasses up on his nose.
"I got sumthin!" said Raph as he pointed to the building across from theirs.
The guys came running over and saw two figures dressed in black climbing a ladder to the roof.
"I remember now!" said Donnie, "…that's the roof we were on when we say that guy getting attacked, in the ally to the side! We stepped in and helped him. Kari said that they check out the places we were last seen, to look for anything we might have left behind."
"Ok, so what we waiting for?!" cheered Mikey as he got ready to jump over to the next building.
"Lets do this right," said Leo as he put his hand on Mikey's shoulder, "…stay in the shadows, I'll do the talking,"
They quickly moved on to the roof of the building the two figures where scaling and positioned themselves in the shadows, watching as they climbed from the ladder and on to the roof.
The two were quite nimble, all dressed in black, looking like cat burglars. Kari started to walk into the center of the roof, removing her gloves as she did. Lucy looked around with a little pen torch close to her face then joined Kari in the center.
Mikey and Raph looked at each other and Mikey gave a smirk as he gestured to his sunglasses which were hooked on to his backpack strap across his chest. He lifted them off and tossed them behind the girls.
They spun around quickly and looking for something that could explain the noise. Kari spotted the glasses and made her way over, she bent down to pick them up, and Lucy was quickly at her side with the light.
"Cool shades!" she said as she pinched them from Kari's hand. She opened them up and put them on, sticking her tongue out and peace signing her friend.
"They weren't there a minuet ago, some ones playing with us," Kari took out her own pen light and started looking around.
"Hello," a deep thundering voice said from the shadows, "I understand you've been looking for us?"
"HOLY SHIT!" screamed Kari as her and Lucy jumped and huddled together as they shone their lights all over trying to see who spoke.
The voice spoke again, "We've been watching you and we are aware that you have been trying to find us."
Kari slowly took a step forward, she had no idea where she found her courage, but truth was, she was fucking petrified.
"Who are you? Are you playing with us?" she stepped forward again as Lucy grabbed her arm.
"Are you fuckin crazy?! What are you doing?! We need to leave!"
"Its ok, these guys are probably just silly little boys that live here, they've seen us get on the roof and now they wanna play games, right?" Kari then stopped as she saw movement in the shadows.
She crept closer as Lucy held on to her. She lifted her pen light and shone it on the area of movement. Suddenly two eyes reflected in the light and Leo emerged from the shadows, towering over the two.
"Do I look like I'm playing games?"
The two girls grabbed each other, bouncing around in sheer panic and fright.
"OH MY GOD!" yelled Lucy, the sunglasses flapping around on her nose! "…ARE YOU REAL?!"
"Yeah, we're real!" said Raph as the rest of them also came out of the shadows.
The girls looked at him then to Mikey and Donnie and started screaming!
Leo looked at Donnie who looked stunned at the reaction, both were not expecting the screaming.
"Is this, good?" said Mikey as he too looked at his purple brother, all of them were now starting to panic.
Donnie thought for a moment before scooting in front of the girls, putting his hands up to them trying to calm them.
"Shhhh! Please, we aren't gonna hurt you! Shhh!"
The girls slowly started to quieten down, still glued together, scared to let go.
"We're the ones you've been searching for, the ones who help people?"
Slowly the two girls calmed and looked around at the mutants in front of them.
"This is unreal!" said Lucy.
"Nah, what's unreal is how cute you look in my shades!" Mikey smiled, he moved over to her slowly and moved his hands to position his shades on her head. She just stared at him, and he winked.
Donnie smiled, "Look, let me make this easy for you and explain as simply as I can…"
"Basically, yer comin with us!" Raph butted in.
The two girls tightened their grip on one another.
"Raph!" snapped Donnie, he looked back at Kari, "…well, he is right, but we would rather you come with us on your own accord so we can explain more, if that's ok?"
The two continued to hold each other.
"Look, you two cupcakes have seen that we help people, right?" said Mikey, the two girls nodded, "…we wouldn't be doing a very good job if we kill you guys, would we?"
The guys sighed and Raph face palmed as Leo approached the girls, his frustration becoming visible.
"Here's the deal, you either come with us now willingly, or we make you. What's it gonna be?"
Kari loosened her grip on Lucy and stood up straight, finding her courage again. She looked up at the blue clad leader and smirked.
"Make us!"
Donnie sighed annoyingly as Leo shrugged, he then grabbed her and threw her over his shoulder. Kari yelped and started to slap his shell.
"We aim to please!" said Leo as he started to walk to the edge of the building.
Lucy watched as Kari struggled, she then turned back and saw the orange guys coming towards her with a grin, she put her hands up, knowing that he was going to grab her.
"No, no, no, I'll go willingly! I'll go willingly!" she said as she stepped back.
"Sorry babe no can do, I gotta follow the leader on this one!" he grabbed her by the waist and hosted her up over his shoulder. He then turned to Raph and pointed at Lucy's ass giving his pelvis a wiggle and doing a chefs kiss with his hand.
Raph pulled a face at the mocking as they all made their way to the lair.
(later)
Apart from the constant complaining from the girls on the way to the lair no one else really spoke. Leo was getting so annoyed that he did think about slapping Kari to get her to shut up, but he realised that the only part of her he could slap whilst carrying her was her ass, there was no way he would be doing that, his brothers wouldn't let him live it down. Mikey however was loving it. Every time Lucy complained he'd make a point of adjusting just so he could touch her ass and her body in some way or another.
Donnie had his head down most of the way, he looked up every now and then to look at Kari who surprisingly kept looking back at him.
Once at the lair the girls we placed on the couch in the living area. They looked around at the place the guys called home in awe of the stuff around them and the magnitude of the space.
"First time these chicks have closed their traps since we picked em up!" said Raph as he passed Leo.
Leo looked at Donnie who was staring at Kari. Leo gave him a little nudge, "hey, you wanna do this? It might sound better coming from you,"
Donnie looked back at his brother and nodded then made his way over to the chair opposite the girls.
As he sat down Kari looked over and met his gaze. Lucy was still looking up into the rafters as Mikey plopped himself on the couch arm next to her. She looked over at him as the sunglasses fell from her head and on to her nose again. He gave he a wink and she smirked shyly then snuggle up to Kari.
"Ok, so, here we are," said Donnie as he push his glasses up again, "…so we recently found out that you guys have been tracking us, going to the places that we've been spotted in order to… oust us?"
"No," said Kari bluntly, "…not to oust you, just for our own want, our interest, nobody else,"
"So, you're not working for anyone, you're just doing this for…"
"Fun!" said Lucy, "…we kept reading about you guys and we just became interested. There were rumors that you were, well, monsters,"
The guys looked at each other disheartened.
"…we thought it would be wonderful to find out if you were and to see for ourselves! We knew that if you were monsters surly you wouldn't be helping people like you do so… you're not monsters, you're Turtles, right?"
Donnie nodded.
"The whole searching for you was just a hobby, something to do really," continued Kari, "…but hey, looks like it paid off, kinda."
Kari and Lucy looked at the guys uncomfortably.
"Ok, well…" Donnie was just about to speak before Leo butted in.
"So, the reason why you're here is because we have enemies,"
Donnie and Kari looked at each other again. He had never seen anything so beautiful, so pure. He found himself salivating as her eyes glistened in the light, thinking about when he saw her half naked on her bed, pleasuring herself, pretending her dildo was him. His eye's wandered over her frame as he imagined him caressing her, kissing her mouth, feeling her folds, making her feel the way that that stupid bit of rubber did, only better.
Leo continued, "…enemies that could use you to get to us. If they see you around us, or looking around where we've been, they could think that you're working with us, our allies. As you know, we help the people of this city, we protect them and that includes you two. So, from now on, be aware of your surroundings, stop your little spy game. You're here, you know we're real, that should be enough now, right? No need to carrying on?"
The two girls nodded frantically.
Leo nodded back. Mikey got up from the couch and stood where Leo once was. He smiled and rubbed his hands together.
"Ok, Ladies! Allow me to introduce myself and my brothers! So, this blue guy here is Leonardo, Leo for short, he's our leader, he's into his tea, bonsai trees and everything Japanese, test him and he'll kick your ass! Big red back there is Raphael, or Raph, he's the moody one, sarcastic, likes his weights and time in the bathroom to take care of business, if yer know what I mean?!"
"Fuckin dick breath!" snapped Raph.
"I'm Michelangelo, preferred name is Mikey, I love to party, I skate the tunnels and I have a love heart on my lower plastron because I'm all about the lurve baby! Especially down there!" he wiggled his eyebrows at Lucy.
"Mikey?" said Lucy with a smile, "…I know a Mikey,"
Kari looked at Donnie, "And you, who are you?"
This was it, now or never, "don't flake, don't flake!" he said to himself.
He and Kari stared at each other again, her eyes sunk in to his.
"Me? Well, they call me," he laughed a little, nervously, "…well, they call me, a genius!"
Kari's brow furrowed for a moment before her eyes widened and a smile took over her face.
"Donnie?!"
