Naoto Hachioji made his way down the hall of Kazehaya High School on his way to the library. He usually didn't go there as he had his own uh...literature, to read. But there was an assignment he needed to be done by the next class and he needed somewhere quiet to work on it. As far as Naoto knew, the library was probably as quiet as it could get in Kazehaya.

However as he approached the entrance and reached out to slide open the door, the distinct laughter of girls, ripe with the amused energy of traded gossip, was enough to falsify those claims for Naoto. Nonetheless, with a brief moment of hesitation, he slid the door open and stepped into the library.

The inside of the library was mostly devoid of people, with the exception of two different groups. One being the students who mostly ran and maintained the library, the other being the group of girls gathered around the hexagon-shaped battle system in the far-off corner of the room. Naoto also suddenly realized that two of the four girls were starring directly at him. A red flush situated itself across his face forcing the boy to avert his eyes and push his glasses back up onto his nose, a common reaction for when he becomes flustered.
Naoto then hastily made his way to a table a little ways away from the girls. Removing the papers and work from his bag and beginning to work.
However, Naoto would find it increasingly hard to keep focused on his work with small cheers and laughter emanating from the area to his right. Every now and then he'd glance up and watch briefly as the girls battled.
Naoto himself wasn't much of a fighter. Real-life or with gunpla. He just...wasn't cut out for that kind of thing. Plus he didn't really care, he wasn't focused on being a world champ or anything he was a part of the model club anyhow. He just felt like building gunpla, drawing manga, and getting his schoolwork done. Which speaking of was becoming increasingly harder as the volume of the girls cheers increased. Naoto gritted his teeth slightly and turned to see what was the ruckus.

A tan-skinned girl with dark hair was battling a girl with bright orange hair which Naoto assumed to either be the queen of gingers or of hair dye. From the looks of things it was becoming quite fierce, it truly seemed like the two were really giving it their all.

Then suddenly it came to Naoto how kind of creepy this was and he refocussed his gaze on the work in front of him. Luckily it was almost finished. As too was the battle it seemed,

"WOO-HOO," cheered the orange-haired girl, "I got you Hayachi!"

"Pffft, this time Gamo-chan." the Tan girl crossed her arms over her chest and Naoto assumed she rolled her eyes,

"We'll see." the unnaturally orange-haired girl responded coyly.

There was a brief sense of almost tangible tension in the air between the two girls solidified in a quiet staring contest. It was almost enough to break Naoto, who steadily gripped his pen and tapped it against the page of his book.

"Okay, okay you two," Spoke a short girl with equally short blonde hair, "I'm just going to pick out this book I need then we'll hit the road."

The two girls quit their staring match looking back and forth between each other and the short girl before simultaneously shrugging in agreement. Naoto almost breathed a sigh of relief that the girls would soon be out of the room, but his breathing hitched and his entire body froze up when the blonde girl moved near him. She stopped at the shelf behind him and began examining the books in one of the higher shelves. Meanwhile Naoto just tensely stared at his assignment breathing in and out quietly trying to calm himself.

Naoto's breathing had finally settled when his eye caught a messily drawn character on the page. He almost robotically reached out for his eraser but in both a twist of fate and his own clumsiness watched out of his peripheral vision as he smacked his bag sending it to the floor and spilling a good portion of its contents including some more schoolwork, his pencil case, a few pages of his personal manga he'd been working on and most unfortunately for this scenario (just above the manga pages), his gunpla.
The girl turned to look down at the small mess, and Naoto could feel the eyes of the other three staring as well.

"O-oh, whoops, S-sorry…" Naoto managed out in a small voice,

However, it seemed the girl ignored what he had said and instead leaned down and picked up his manga pages before letting out a gasp of amazement.

"Guys come look!" Naoto's entire soul froze as the other girls approached them,

Two of them gathered with the blonde girl and looked at the manga pages Naoto had drawn. However, the tan-skin girl leaned down and picked up his gunpla, giving Naoto a damn-near heart attack. The only reason he probably didn't collapse from that right then and there was because he was now juggling which situation to die over. The girls excitedly looking at his manga or the girl toying with his gunpla.

'Stay calm, stay calm, stay calm' Naoto thought to himself as he watched things spiral in front of him.

"These are really great!" The blonde girl exclaimed over Naotos drawing,

"Better than two-piece." nodded along a dirty blonde next to her,

"That might be a little too far."

However, the tall queen ginger suddenly leaned back from the pages held in the girl's hand and leaned over to the tan girl. Snatching up Naotos gunpla and moving the arm with an evil grin.

"This Gunpla is garbage though!"

"Garbage!" chimed in the dirty blonde,

There was a chorus of giggles and small laughter between three of the girls, although the tan girl simply stood still, one hand on the manga pages as she seemed to be looking them over. Meanwhile, Naoto's head was embroiled in nothing short of total havoc.

'STAY CALM, STAY CALM, STAY CALM.' screamed his mind as he threatened to spill over. But it seemed luck took pity on him for the time being as the girls relinquished their hold on his manga, except for the tan girl who held that and his Gunpla, looking between both. Her friends began to leave still giggling at one another.

"Hey, Hayachi! You coming?" The orange-haired girl called back to the tan one,

The tan girl barely even looked up before responding,

"I'll catch up."

The orange-haired one gave a shrug and walked out with the other two, closing the door behind them. This left Naoto with the tan girl. Alone. In the library. With two of his prized, yet private and personal items in her possession.
The girl continued to look at the gunpla and pieces of paper with a blank-ish expression on her face still not looking up at Naoto which only fueled his anxiety.
At last, the girl did something and moved around the table, Naoto watched her do this in silent fear and curiosity. When she sat down laying out the two items side-by-side, Naoto also sank back into his chair keeping his eyes trained on his hands in his lap.

"So…" The girl began, causing Naoto to look up, "You're a sophomore right?"

Naoto took a moment to readjust his glasses,

"Y-yes…" the girl grinned

"Cool! I'm a freshman! So that would make you..." Her smile seemed to grow a little wider and almost a little eviler too, "My Senpai."

A silence descended over the two. The girl continuing to grin and stare at poor Naoto who's face was probably on fire right now as he averted eye contact with her. Suddenly the girl burst out laughing,

"This is quite the manga Senpai? Did you make it?" She asked picking up the paper,

"Um...y-yeah!" Naoto almost smiled,

"Pfffftt," Naoto froze his flicker of hope melting away, "No, no, I'm not laughing at you. But...this manga is a bit silly. Especially you're self-insert here Siegfried!"

"H-HE'S NOT A SELF INSERT," Naoto cried out "HE'S NOTHING LIKE ME!"

The girl hummed to herself,

"Well, that much is true."

"W-what do you mean?" Naoto asked worriedly,

The girl looked up at him, smiling a little bit, she slid Naotos gunpla across the table over to him. Standing up she jabbed her thumb in the direction of the hexagon table she was at before and said,

"Let me show you."

Naoto gulped, desperately trying to swallow his nervousness as he made his way with the girl over to the table. The girl walked around to the opposite side putting them directly across from each other.

"Please set your GP base!" The robotic voice asked.

Naoto set his and watched as the girl on the other side did the same,

"Beginning Plavsky Particle Dispersal." The voice spoke,

The room around Naoto faded away as it was engulfed by the blue energy that surrounded where he was standing.

"Field 09, Canyon," The voice spoke as the display of canyon appeared in front of Naoto, "Please set your gunpla."

Naoto reached out and planted his model on the area just above his GP base. The last blip in the surrounding display closed up for him and Naoto watched as his Gunpla came to life and the two yellow orbs appeared in front of him.

"GM Knight, launching!" Naoto gave a shout of small encouragement to himself as his Gunpla rocketed into battle.

As soon as he had made it out onto the field Naoto descended into the canyon. Hoping that he would get some good cover, he crouched behind a couple of rocks lying in wait.

Sure enough, the girl arrived soon, flying over the canyon Naoto was able to see that her model seemed to be a kind of Zaku. It would be a little poetic to him if he wasn't in a little bit of a situation right now.

"Where are you Senpai?" Called out the girl from her position overhead.

Naoto stiffened in real life, gripping the yellow orbs tighter.

'She doesn't see me, if I can get her now I'll be out of here.' He thought to himself. Drawing his Beam Spray Gun he aimed up at the floating Zaku. Waiting for but a moment to get a good aim, then pulling the trigger.

The pink beam laser struck the Zaku directly in the back which should have sent it spiraling. Instead, it only managed to scratch it and propel it slightly forwards.

"W-what?!" Naoto gasped,

The Zaku about-faced now seeing exactly where Naoto was. His position revealed Naoto made a hasty retreat in the other direction.

"Can't run from me Senpai!" called out the girl as she pursued him,

Although luckily for Naoto, it seemed his GM was faster than the Zaku and after a few dodges around corners, he lost sight of her. Letting out a sigh of relief Naoto tried to think of a plan. But this was cut short when the Zaku landed directly in front of him. Nearly causing Naoto to stumble backward in real life.

"Found you!" the girl squealed devilishly delighted at Naotos danger,

Naoto drew out his gun again and fired multiple times. But he was a terrible shot, the beams all sprayed in random directions only two hitting the girls Zaku and only leaving grazes on the armor.
Naoto heard the girl's laughter ring out in his ears.

"Senpai do you see what I mean now?" She asked drawing a beam saber and rushing towards Naoto who quickly tried blocking with his shield,

"N-No! What is it!?" There was a giggle from the other end,

"The difference between you and Siegfried is…" sparks flew from the contact area of the sword and shield and Naoto could see it begin to cut through, "Siegfried is a virgin hot knight...AND YOUR JUST A VIRGIN!"

The sword cut all the way through Naotos shield and the boy cried out in shock. The pieces clattered to the canyon floor and Naoto backed up, raising his gun up again only to have the entirety of his Gunplas arm severed.

"YOU COULDN'T DO ANYTHING LIKE HIM! NOT IN A MILLION YEARS!" The girl taunted him.

Naoto's Gunpla dropped to the ground and he began crawling backward away from the girl and her Zaku.

"Senpai...are you crawling away from me?" The Zaku advanced,

Naoto crawled faster away but not fast enough, the Zakus hand wrapped around his GM's neck and lifted him up off the ground, bringing their heads close together Naoto felt fear and embarrassment run through him.

"Senpai...you're kind of...slightly...really…" Naoto shook his head in real life, his GM copied the movement,

"N-no." He pleaded.

"...Disgusting!" Naoto laughed evilly and stabbed all the way through his Gunpla.

"Battle Ended."

Naoto dropped to the ground quivering like a small child. He heard footsteps and saw the girl walk around the table to him, crouching down and coming face to face with Naoto.

"Oh, are you crying Senpai?" She teased him, a malicious glint in her eyes.

"I-...N-no I-..." Naoto's words faltered in his mouth as he realized tears were pricking at his eyes and threatening to run down his cheeks.

The girl rummaged in her pocket removing a small handkerchief with flowers and gunpla on it. She wiped at Naotos tears under his glasses all while grinning like a madwoman. Naoto tried to tell her to stop but he couldn't even manage out the first word. So he sat there sniffling on the ground as a girl wiped his tears.
Finally, she stopped and leaned back with a little snicker. Handing him the handkerchief she smiled and said,

"Here. Keep it," She got up to leave but quickly turned back to say, "Sorry for the teasing Senpai!"

She skipped away happily not sounding sorry at all. Meanwhile, Naoto gripped tightly the cloth in his hands. He moved his mouth but no words came out.

'A girl younger than me...just made me cry…' he thought sitting there, alone, his tears all dried up.
