Sorry for never caring for this fic! This idea just popped into my head and I decided to write. Enjoy :)

The jet had just reached 34,000 feet and the flight attendant started walking over to the seated passengers.

"Ms. Avery, would you like your usual?" The flight attendant questioned.

"Yes, Angela, thank you sweetheart." Catherine said with a smile. "Bring seven glasses, would you?"

"Of course."

Karen Kepner's eyebrows still hadn't softened. "This is really a - uh - a classy way to travel." She managed to say.

"No wonder Duckie married Jackson… this is unreal! Bring me the campagne butler, would you?" Libby tried to impersonate Catherine, but failed.

The other Kepner sister managed to giggle under their breath.

Jackson and Arizona were the only two passengers who seemed to be concerned for April and the baby.

"She'll be fine. Great! I know she will. Thirty-two weeks is only moderately premature. There is some extra intervention needed but not much." Arizona managed to try to sound enthusiastic.

"I know. I know, but I am still worried. I have the right to be." Jackson said weakly.

"Of course you do hunny." Catherine joined the conversation between the doctors.

The almost three hour flight seemed to be dragging on mercilessly.

Meanwhile in California, April had finally been admitted to a room. Greeted by Addison Montgomery. She smiled. "Dr. Kepner! Good to see you again"

"Hi, hey." April managed to smile through a contraction.

"Arizona called me about an hour ago. What a small world! What brings you down here?" Addison questioned while checking April's vitals.

"Um, you know a- uh - vacation." April muttered.

"That's nice." Addison said. "Is your husband around?" she questioned.

"Why? Why do you need him?" April said with concern.

"Just like to chat with the father's prior. Nothing out of the ordinary." Addison stated.

"He's coming. He's on his way."

"Okay, well. You might want to call him to say 'get here faster.'" Addison had made her way down the end of the bed to examine April. "You're almost a full 10 down here. We could go any minute."

"What - what do you mean? I haven't had anything yet. No - no epidural?" April stammered.

"Yeah, you're good to go down here. Your contractions seem to come less than a minute apart. You're telling me you didn't think you were ready with those contractions? You've been going through it."

April didn't know what was going on with her body. She has been feeling discomfort, but she didn't think it was that bad. She then thought of her mother, when her sisters had their kids, she said "Kepners are built for birthin ''' each time with enthusiasm. After the fourth grandchild, April's sister Alice made a t-shirt that she wore to every birth after that.

"I'll go get the nurses and scrub up and I'll be right back." Addison squeezed April's knee as she exited the room.

Not a second later, two nurses entered the room to get ready. One wheeling in instruments, the other wheeling in an incubator. April felt a twinge of fear as the incubator wheeled past her. She was finally starting to realize that she was panicking.

Addison re-entered the room. "We good?" She smiled through her face mask. The two nurses nodded in unison.

April's screams started, and the delivery was underway.

Jackson was running through the labor and delivery hallway followed by six women. "She's here! She's here!" He whispered. He instantly recognized April's screams coming from the end of the hallway.

Jackson pushed the heavy door open and darted into the hospital room. Followed by the six women. He made it. Just on time, as he walked in, the baby's head was completely out. He jumped to April's side and brushed the sweaty pieces of auburn hair out of her eyes. "You're doing it babe!" He smiled and kissed her forehead.

"I'm doing it." She mustered to say from dreary eyes.

"Woah! Woah! Way too many family members here. We allow for two during birth. The rest of you need to wait in the hallway. Thank you." The nurse with black hair said.

"I'm the number two." All four Kepners and Arizona said in unison.

"Okay, well that won't work." The nurse replied.

"Mom and Dad? Who do we want?" Addison questioned.

"Babe, who?" Jackson looked to April.

"Arizona." April said breathlessly.

Arizona silently cheered and ran to the other side of April's hospital bed.

"Everyone else is out." The nurse said with a huff.

April safely delivered a boy. At 5 lbs 5 oz and 18.9 inches long. He was doing well. Right after, he was safely placed inside the incubator.

"He's so perfect April, you did it." Arizona squeezed April's weak hand.

Jackson and April engaged in a kiss.

"He absolutely is!" Jackson caressed April's red cheek.

"The name?" The nurse with curly hair questioned

April and Jackson looked to each other. "I'll write it." Jackson said.

"Neatly!" April warned.

Arizona chuckled.

Jackson filled in the paper work on a clipboard. "Samuel Norbert Kepner Avery." he said without hesitation.

"Ah that's perfect! I love it." Arizona locked eyes with April.

The nurse retrieved the paperwork from Jackson. "Are you okay with the rest of the family coming in now?" The nurse questioned.

"Maybe a few more minutes of peace." Arizona snickered.

"Yes, that's a good idea." April smiled

The chaos had calmed later that night. Jackson had set up his mother, mother-in-law and April's three sisters at a hotel a couple of blocks away. The hospital room was once again calm and quiet. Arizona offered to walk them down.

Back upstairs in the room. Jackson was holding Samuel. He looked so tiny in Jackson's muscular frame.

"Isn't he the most perfect?" April looked at Jackson across the room.

"He is. He looks just like his Mommy." Jackson said.

Samuel had a full head of auburn hair. He hadn't opened his eyes much, but they could tell they were a grayish-blue.

"You really scared me earlier today." Jackson stated

"I know, I'm the biggest idiot." April palmed her forehead

"You're not. I just wish we could have talked about this. I didn't know how much you were still struggling."

"I didn't think I was. But I was just so overcome when driving to work this morning. I don't know what came over me." April sighed and lowered her shoulders.

Jackson set the baby down in his swaddle. He sat down beside April on the bed. "We'll figure this out. I promise you that." He reached for April's left hand and adjusted her engagement ring as the diamond was twisted underneath her petite finger.

April smiled at Jackson and reached her right hand towards his jaw.

"I need some caffeine… and like good stuff. No hospital crap." Jackson stood. "I'm going to go find some. Do you want anything?" He looked to April.

"Oh my gosh, yes. A cappuccino please! It's been 8 months." April smiled from ear to ear.

"I'll be back as soon as I can." Jackson grabbed his keys from the chair and headed out the door. It was now early evening, the sun was setting. Jackson made his way down the sidewalk, hoping to come across a coffee shop. He figured it wouldn't be that difficult in Santa Monica. He had been walking for ten minutes and came across a Blue Bottle location. He was thankful. He reached for the door handle and entered the building. While inside, there was a line-up. Jackson didn't think there would be a queue at this time of the evening. While waiting, Jackson looked up from his phone and recognized a familiar body in front of him. Though, her hair was shorter. This woman looked like the image of April from behind. Jackson was quite familiar with his wife's backside. Once this woman had ordered she walked over to the coffee bar to wait for pick-up. Jackson could not believe his eyes. This was April. She was absolutely identical. All of his thoughts then came rushing in.

"Hello, sir. What would you like to order?" the Barista behind the counter asked Jackson. Jackson was speechless and walked over towards April's look-alike.

"Hi, um, hello." Jackson said once close to the look-alike. "Sorry to bother you. But, is, uh, your name Judy?"

"Um...who are you?" the look-alike questioned.

Jackson and this woman locked eyes but no more words were exchanged.
