Lorelai got a call the next day saying that her car was fixable, but it would cost her an arm and a leg to repair it that it would make more sense to scrap it for parts and get a new car. Lorelai was not happy. She knew that meant she would not be driving for awhile. She wondered if maybe she should just pay the price and get her car back, but she realized that was not a smart idea.

She hung up with the mechanic and lowered her head to her desk in a way often described by the term 'head desk.'

Morgan looked up at her. He was the only other Agent there. "What's wrong Agent Davies?"

Lorelai looked up. "I'm never going to be allowed to drive again."

"Why? Did you get a speeding ticket?" Morgan asked in a disappointed tone

"No. That would be worse." She said

"Well, what did you do than?" He asked again

"I didn't take my car to get repaired. It broke down on the way home from picking Rachel up last night. I was told by my father that if my car was unfixable because I waited to long to get it fixed, I wasn't aloud to get a new car until further notice." She said. "And the mechanic just called. Its fixable. If I want to spend my entire life savings on it. Mechanic suggested scraping it for parts and getting a new car."

Morgan nodded. "Ouch. How many times did he tell you to get it fixed? Or I tell you to get it fixed? Or Spencer, or Rossi?" He asked.

She head desked again.

"How many?" He repeated

"To many to count." She said not lifting her head.

"You made your choices. Now you have to live with the consequences." He said

"I know that." She said a little annoyed. "Doesn't mean I have to like it." She said calmer

"Fair enough. Further notice isn't forever." He pointed out

"Yeah. But probably not till I'm eighteen." She said

"That's less than a year and a half." He pointed out. "You will survive."

Lorelai nodded and texted her dad. 'Car fixable but too expensive makes more sense just to scrap it for parts.'

Hotch looked at his phone and nodded. 'Okay. No driving or car until further notice.'

She read it but didn't respond. She didn't know what to say. She knew that was coming.

She looked up at Morgan. "Text me if there is a case. I need to take a walk." She said as she grabbed her phone and went. She walked out of the building and just started walking. She just needed space. She felt herself being followed after a few minutes. She turned around ready to fight but was grabbed before she could. She screamed. She realized now she had walked down a tight alleyway, and no one was around. She used everything in her body to fight whoever it was.

"You should never rejected me!" Said the angry male voice. She recognized the voice.

"Goodwin. What the hell!" She said managing to elbow him in the shoulder and getting away from him. She managed to take him down once she got away from him and she cuffed him before she called Rossi.

"Agent Rossi, Goodwin came up behind me and attacked me. I have him on the ground and cuffed. I need assistance. I don't know exactly where I am check the GPS I know you have in my phone." She said before hanging up.

Rossi got up from his desk and went to Hotch's office telling him Lorelai was in trouble and went downstairs getting Morgan to come as well. The rest of the team were at a school doing a lecture.

Rossi checked the GPS tracker and they found her quickly.

Rossi looked at Hotch. "You get Lorelai out of here. We will handed him." He took the lead knowing Hotch needed him to at this moment.

Hotch helped Lorelai up and took her away. "Are you hurt?" He asked

"Yes. My shoulder. I think I dislocated my shoulder." She said holding it.

"We are going to the hospital." He said leading her to his car.

Lorelai went with him with no argument.

Morgan and Rossi took Goodwin to the FBI building and threw him into an interrogation room. Morgan stayed with him, and Rossi went and told the director what had happened.

At the hospital Lorelai got seen by doctor saw her right away. "I can pop it back it but its going to hurt for a few seconds." The doctor told her

"Just do it!" She said not really caring if she came of rude.

The doctor quickly popped it back in.

"Fuck" came out of her mouth.

Hotch was with her the entire time and let the swearing go. He knew how painful that was.

Once the pain subsided, she looked at the doctor. "Didn't mean to come off so rude. Sorry."

Doctor nodded. "Its okay, I know you were in pain. How does it feel now?" He asked as an ice pack was placed on it by a nurse.

"Better. Thank you." She said.

"It will be tender for a while. Keep icing it. Anywhere else injured?" Doctor asked

"No." She said

"How long should she be at a desk?" Hotch asked

Lorelai was annoyed. "I'll be fine in a few days Hotch. I'm only ever at a desk anyways" She said

"Funny. I wasn't asking you. I was asking the Doctor." Hotch told her

The Doctor shook his head and smiled at the interaction. "I wouldn't suggest anything in the field for at least two weeks."

"Its not like its different than any other time." She muttered under her breathe.

If looks could kill the look she was getting from Hotch would do it. Lorelai swallowed.

The Doctor smiled. "You're in good hands." He said leaving the room after giving her a prescription for pain killers and leaving. A nurse taped up her shoulder to keep it in place before also leaving the room.

Hotch looked at her. "One more word and you will be over my knee." He warned when the room was empty.

Lorelai said nothing. She got down from the bed holding the ice pack on her shoulder. Her and Hotch left the hospital and had a quite ride back to the office. "You will sit at your desk and not move. Got it?" He said

Lorelai nodded and they went inside.

Morgan and Rossi were in the bullpen waiting for them.

Hotch looked at them. "Where is he?"

"Interrogation with the Director." Morgan told him

"We were not allowed in." Rossi added

Hotch went to go.

"Hotch I wouldn't do that." Rossi told him

Lorelai sat in her desk and didn't move held the ice pack there

Morgan went after Hotch to stopped him.

Rossi looked at Lorelai. "How bad?"

"Had to have my shoulder popped back in. That's it." She said

Rossi nodded. "That is painful." He said

"It was." She said.

Hotch came back in with Morgan behind him.

Lorelai put the ice pack down

Rossi gave her a look and she quickly put it back on her shoulder.

"God, it's like having three dads." She said

"Yup." Morgan said with a smirk. "Deal with it."

She leaned back in her chair harder than necessary. "Ow." She said softly.

Hotch shook his head. "You are on very thin ice." He warned her.

Lorelai sighed. "The ice pack isn't even cold anymore." She said sounding more like a regular teenager than an FBI agent in that moment.

Hotch went and got one from the first aid kit and cracked it before handing it to her.

Lorelai took it and put it on her shoulder.

Shortly later the director came into the room. "You alright?" He asked Lorelai

"Yes sir. Just my shoulder had dislocated. It's been popped back in. I am okay." She told the director

The director nodded. "I'm going to need your statement."

Lorelai nodded. "I understand." She stood up

"Where is he?" Hotch asked

"Holding cell. None of you need to talk to him." The Director told them. He knew that they all had the urge to do something to him. "Its better for the future that he is left alone." The director continued. Before he went with Lorelai to a conference room.

Lorelai gave her statement of what happened. The Director asked how she ended up alone in an alleyway.

Lorelai sighed. "I was frustrated with a personal matter I need some air and started walking. Didn't pay attention to where I was going."

The Director nodded. "Okay."

"I know. I should have paid better attention to my surroundings" She said

The director nodded. "Maybe. But that doesn't mean this should have happened to you."

Lorelai nodded. "I know. I'm sure it would have happened anyways… I um. Noticed awhile ago I felt that I was being watched. A few times. I looked around when I did but I never saw anyone watching me, I assumed I was just being weird. At this point I think it was probably him waiting for the right opportunity…"

"Did you tell anyone about that?" He asked

"No Sir." She said

The director nodded and asked her to explain when she felt that, and she did explained each time when it was, where she was. She placed the icepack down on the table

"Are you planning on telling your team about being watched?" He asked looking at her and pointing to the ice pack.

"Wasn't planning on it." She admitted ignoring the look

The director shook his head. "That's your choice. I don't think it's the right decision, but it is up to you." he said. "And put the icepack back on." He told her

Lorelai did as she was told nodding. The director asked her a couple more questions before telling her she could go back to the bullpen.

Lorelai went back and put the ice pack down on her desk. She was done with it and didn't care what anyone said and since no one else was in the room anymore she knew she could get away with it for now.

She was so tired and just wanted to go home. She head desked again and closed her eyes.

Shortly after the rest of the team returned. Spencer noticed the ice pack on her desk.

"We obviously missed something." Spencer told the rest of the team indicating the ice pack

"What happened?" Prentiss asked

Lorelai looked up. "To tired to explain." She said before putting her head back down.

"Where is Morgan?" Prentiss asked

"Probably killing Goodwin." She said kind of as a joke before realizing. "Oh shit." She got up and went towards the holding cells quickly.

Reid & Prentiss followed quickly.

Agent Davies went into the area and saw just the guard there with Goodwin in a cell. "Have you seen Morgan?" She asked

She had seen that Hotch, and Rossi were in their offices as she headed passed the stairs. She knew they weren't here.

The guard nodded. "He was here. I have been instructed not to let anyone from your team talk to him, so I sent him away. I will be doing the same to you three." He said

Lorelai nodded. "Okay. Thanks." She said before leaving the room. The three went back to their desks where Morgan had reappeared and was holding the ice pack.

Lorelai sighed. "My shoulder is a brick of ice. I don't need it anymore." She said

"Hotch told you to stay put." He said

"Yes, well when I thought you might have gone to kill Goodwin, I had to do something." She said

"Sit." Morgan told her

She obeyed.

"Anyone going to tell us what happened?" Prentiss asked

Morgan explained to the group what had happened. Spencer seemed more pissed than anyone else.

"I'm fine." Lorelai insisted. "Just exhausted and want to go home."

Spencer offered to drive her home

"I don't think Hotch wants me to be alone right now." She said

Spencer got up and went to Hotch's office and told him he could take her home.

Hotch nodded. "She's willing to go?" He asked

"She says she wants to but doesn't think you want her to be alone right now." Spencer told him

"I just figured she would fight me to go home. You can drive her." Hotch agreed.

Spencer thanked him and left his office and went down to Lorelai. "I can take you home." He said

Lorelai smiled. "Thanks." She got up and said bye to the rest of the team and headed out with Spencer. "My car is unfixable by the way." She had texted Spencer the night before about what happened.

Spencer scrunched his face. "Sorry."

Lorelai nodded. "Thanks for taking me home."

"Of course. I care about you." He said opening the door of his car for her.

Lorelai got in. Spencer closed the door and went around and got into the driver's seat and headed towards her home. "You hungry? We can stop and get you a chicken ceaser salad." He suggested

Lorelai smiled. He remembered her favorite food. "I would love that." She said

Spencer pulled into a drive thru and ordered it for her and insisted on paying for it. Lorelai didn't bother to argue. She was too tired. After getting her food he drove her home and even took her inside. Lorelai heard some noise inside.

"Hello?" She called out. Spencer got in front of her and had a hand on his gun. He knew no one was supposed to be there.

Rachel came out. "W-what are you doing here?" She asked she was supposed to be at school.

"What are you doing here?" Lorelai asked. "Your supposed to be at school."

Spencer relaxed when he saw it was Rachel.

Rachel bit her lip. "I uh…am not feeling well."

"Bull." Lorelai said, "Does dad know your not at school?"

Rachel shook her head.

Spencer went and put the food down on the table. "I will drive you. You will just be late." Spencer told her.

"But." Rachel started

"Unless you have a good reason Spencer is driving you." Lorelai said

"Who died and made you, my parent." Rachel asked

"You're right. I'm not your parent." Lorelai told her as she took out her phone and started to call their dad

"NO!" Rachel said. "Okay. I'll go." She knew she had been defeated.

Spencer looked at Lorelai. "Eat. Get an ice pack back on your shoulder and rest." He said

Rachel went and grabbed her bag and went with Spencer.

Lorelai did text her dad and tell him what she found when she got home but that Spencer took her to school.

Hotch shook his head when he read the text. He responded. 'Okay. Thank You.'

Lorelai ate her food before going and taking a shower. She grabbed an icepack and laid down afterwards.

Spencer texted her when he got Rachel to school. Lorelai smiled. 'Thanks. I texted my dad about it, you can text him and let him know she is safe there too' she responded.

Spencer texted Hotch the same message and got a thanks response from him too.

Lorelai fell asleep pretty quickly she was exhausted, and she had also taken a pain killer that was prescribed.

Hotch made sure that he was able to leave early that day. He wanted to pick up Rachel from school and also wanted to get home early to make sure Lorelai was okay. He sent his team home early as well. They always worked long hours they deserved an early day.

Everyone left and Hotch followed them out. He went to the school and picked up Rachel. Rachel came out of the school intended to head to the city bus to take it home like she had been doing recently but saw her dad's car. She took a breathe and realized that he had been told. She went over and climbed into the passenger side.

"Hi." She said

"Hello. How was your afternoon?" He asked her

"It was. Okay." She said

Hotch nodded and started the drive home.

"I can explain." Rachel said

"Okay. Go ahead." Hotch told her.

"There is a new teacher. My first period regular teacher just took some time off. She had a baby. This new teacher… He doesn't like me." Rachel said

"What makes you think that?" He asked

"He always singles me out expecting me to know answers that no one in the class knows. It's been like that since day one. He didn't even get a chance to know me, and he just picks on me." She said

"I am sorry that is happening. Have you spoken to any other adult at the school about it?" He asked

"My in-school therapist. She told me it couldn't be true that he was a good teacher. That he just saw that I am very smart and is pushing me to do my best." She said

Hotch nodded. "If that's true that's not a bad thing however if he is making you feel uncomfortable or embarring you in class that's not okay." He said

Rachel nodded. "I'm sorry." She said

"How long has he been there?" Hotch asked

"About a month." Rachel answered

"Why didn't you come to me sooner? I can not help you if you don't talk to me." Hotch told her

"I just… I didn't want…" She started to mumble

"Rachel. Its okay. Just talk to me." He said

Rachel let out a breathe. "I thought maybe the therapist was right and you would think I wasn't trying my best."

Hotch shook his head. "I know you are a hard worker. If your grades started to drop, I would get a call, I'm sure." He said. "How long have you been skipping school?"

"This was the only day I swear." Rachel said

Hotch nodded. "Okay. I will make an appointment to meet this teacher. See if I can figure out what the issue is. You don't get to skip classes."

Rachel nodded. "Yes Sir."

Hotch pulled in at home. "Go to your room and start on your homework." He said

Rachel nodded and went inside. Hotch went in behind her and went and checked on Lorelai. She was asleep. He noticed the prescription bottle on her nightstand. He figured she would be out for awhile.

He went and made himself some coffee. And made Rachel her favorite hot drink of hot chocolate and brought it to her in her room. Rachel smiled and thanked him as she worked on her homework.

"Do you need help?" he asked

Rachel shook her head. "No thanks."

Aaron let her alone and went and decided what to make for dinner that night. He noticed a half-eaten salad in the fridge and smiled. He knew Spencer must have stopped and got her some food before dropping her home. More and more he was growing to like the young man as a person and had faith that if they did choose to date in the future that she would be well taken care of. He pulled out some ground beef deciding to make spaghetti and meatballs for dinner. He set the meat in the sink with a bit of water to help it thaw quicker before grabbing his coffee and going to his computer and looking into the trafficking case they were all still reviewing for more information.

An hour or so later Rachel came out of her room. "Homework done." She said

Hotch nodded. "Lets talk than." He said turning to her and pointing to the extra chair in his office.

Rachel sat down. Aaron looked at her. "You know your not allowed to miss school unless your sick or there is another good reason. Avoiding a teacher isn't a good reason. If there is a problem you talk to me, and I will handle it."

Rachel nodded. "It wont happen again."

Aaron nodded. "I was also informed how when you were told by Lorelai that you would be going to school with Spencer that you weren't exactly co-operative until she threatened to call me. And that in the car with Spencer you were rude." He said

Rachel shrunk into the chair a bit.

"Whether you like it or not when Lorelai or Spencer or another adult who you know you can trust tells you to do something you do it. Especially when I am not with you." He said

"Yes Sir." She said softly

"I can excuse the one morning of skipping but not the disrespect. You knew better, right?" He said

Rachel nodded. "Yes."

"Back to your room. I will be in shortly." He told her

Rachel went. She knew what was coming. She had been living here for several months. She had been warned early on about the potential consequences. She had been in some minimal trouble since being here and she never had to deal with it before, but she knew she was about to be spanked for the first time.

Hotch gave her a few minutes to her thoughts before he went and knocked on her door and went in when she called out to.

He sat on her bed next to her. "You know disrespect is not tolerated. I will also tell you now. Choosing to not tell me about a significant issue at school or in your life at all is in my book lying by omission. I don't tolerate that either. I will let that slide this one last time. However, the disrespect is not being ignored." He said. "I think you know what's coming."

Rachel listened and nodded. "yes sir." She said

Aaron helped her over his lap. He started to spank her. It wasn't long before Rachel was crying which was enough for Hotch. He sat her up and held her in his arms till she calmed down. "You are going to apologize to Lorelai & Spencer." He said. "After that the slate is clean." He told her

Rachel nodded. Hotch let her up and than got up himself. "Spaghetti and meatballs will be ready in about an hour." He said. "You are free to do what you would like." He said before leaving her room

Hotch made dinner than went on woke up Lorelai. "You need to eat." He told her. Lorelai came out and Rachel was waiting at the table for them. They all sat and ate.

As dinner came to an end. Rachel looked at Lorelai. "I'm sorry I was rude to you. I shouldn't have been." Lorelai smiled a bit. "Its forgiven." She said

"And could I get Spencer's number so I can apologize to him too." Rachel said softly

"Gave him a hard time too, did you?" Lorelai asked

Rachel nodded.

"You can use my phone to call him." Lorelai told her sister

"Thanks." She said

Lorelai handed her the phone and Rachel called and apologized. Spencer forgave her as well.

The night ended without any more drama. Lorelai put ice on her shoulder again before going back to sleep. Rachel finished the night with watching a movie with her dad.
