As the rumbling grew louder, the group readied their weapons whilst Henry pushed Lily behind him, telling her to stand on the dock near the Sail Barge so that she was out of danger and the girl did so, running back to the barge as armies of Searchers and Lost ones stormed the little village, attacking Henry and the two toons whilst Lily watched on in fear.

"Where the hell are they all coming from?" Allison screamed, fighting off about five Lost ones all at once "there's too many of them."

"Just keep fighting" Henry commanded before he saw two Lost ones heading straight for Lily "Hey, get away from my daughter" he chopped them both with his Axe before returning to assist in the battle which seemed to go on forever but eventually, they managed to fight them all off and Lily ran straight back to the group.

"Are they gone now?" she asked innocently.

"Looks like it, but you don't know where they could crawl out of next" Allison replied, tucking her sword away "best if we stay together from now on" she turned to Henry who was kneeling beside Lily, checking if she was okay "Henry, do you think you can lead the way?" Henry nodded as he stood up and took Lily's hand before leading the group into a rundown corridor that had no floor, only wooden planks balancing on one and other.

"Be careful guys" he commanded, Picking Lily up so she wouldn't have to walk along these planks with her bad ankle "there's no floor here." Henry then proceeded to walk across the planks as Lily clung to him but as soon as he reached the second plank, both Father and Daughter went plummeting below.

"HENRY, LILY! Allison screamed as the pair disappeared into the dark depths with Lily's screams echoing from below and as they landed, the pair found themselves in some kind of waiting area.

"Are you alright honey?" Henry asked as he helped Lily to her feet "are you hurt?" Lily shook her head and Henry nodded in satisfaction before checking the area with the seeing tool for any hidden messages, only to find one reading out IT'S INSIDE THE VAULT "come on Lily, there's something we need to find" he put the seeing tool away before grabbing Lily's hand before walking into the waiting area which looked a lot cleaner than most places in the studio.

Meanwhile, Tom and Allison were looking down the hole that Henry and Lily had fallen through, trying to see where they had landed but it was so dark, that they couldn't see anything at all so it was hard to tell whether the pair of them had been hurt or not.

"Looks like we'll have to go down" Allison stated as she began to unravel her rope "I can't see or hear either of them." Tom looked at her with a confused expression, asking if it was a good idea to go down there despite not knowing what was down there.

"This is our best and only chance of finding them" she replied "we can't lose them now...they're the key to our freedom...they're the ones who will help us escape this place and stop the Ink Demon once and for all, we have to find them before he does, otherwise they'll be no hope of us ever getting out of this place."

Henry and Lily had wandered into what appeared to be some kind of waiting area, the kind you would find at a Doctor's office and despite this area being deep underneath the studio, it appeared to a lot more cleaner and well kept than any other parts of the studio. Right now the pair were looking for any clues on how they had to get inside the vault, they needed to get in there to retrieve a very important item according to the hidden message that Henry had found through the seeing tool when they first fell into this area.

"I think I found a way to the vault" Lily pointed out, looking through a closed door she had found "but look." Henry walked over as the little girl pointed through the door and he looked through to see that the room behind was flooded with Ink. "Oh boy, looks like we'll have to drain that room if we want to go through there" he pointed out before looking around to see that the pipe system just next to the door was missing some pipes "and I think I know what we need, Lily go look around, see if you can find any pipes lying around anywhere, I'll look also." Lily nodded and went into the small room nearby to see if there were any pipes lying around and as she walked in, she saw another tape recorder lying on a chair by the desk and with her curiosity getting the better of her, the Little girl made her way over and pressed play, listening as the gruff voice of Thomas Conner began speaking.

"Progress Report to Gent Home office, Client: Joey Drew Studios. Although we're making progress, the clients expectations keep changing. What started as a machine top simply mold life-size figures, now seems to be teetering on the edge of magic more than engineering. Although Mr. Drew remains convinced they are the same thing. The process of running cartoon film through the machine for the figures to imprint upon is going well. We've had several near successes. One weird note, the first figure ever created was a failed attempt in the likeness of the character called Bendy. Since that time, no other attempts of this figure have emerged. And the one that did..I dunno, there's just something unworldly about him."

"Well that was interesting" Lily yelped and turned around to find Henry standing in the door "looks like you found out where the Ink Demon came from."

"Daddy" Lily whined, "don't sneak up on me like that, you scared me." Henry chuckled and apologized to the child before asking if she had found any loose pipes lying around but the girl shook her head.

"It's ok, neither did I" he replied, "come on, let's see if we can find them anywhere else." Lily nodded and the pair of them headed back into the waiting area where the little girl suddenly winced in pain before rubbing the ankle she had injured during the Elevator crashed, causing Henry to look at her with a concerned expression.

"What's wrong honey, is your ankle hurting?" he asked and the little girl nodded "Okay, let me have a look" he knelt down to examine her ankle and saw that it appeared to be a little swollen, it had healed a little during their imprisonment by Tom and Allison but it didn't appear to be fully healed "hmmm, looks a little swollen, do you think you can walk on it?"

"I don't think I can, it just started to hurt all of a sudden" Lily replied and Henry nodded as he thought of what to do, he had to look for some pipes but he couldn't take have Lily walking around, not if she couldn't walk without getting any pain in her ankle "what are we going to do now Daddy?."

"I don't know" he replied before looking over at an area with a sign over the entrance saying ADMINISTRATION and he began to wonder if maybe there could be some pipes lying around in that area, he could look in there "unless" he took the little girl by the hand and sat her down on one of the benches before crouching down in front of her "now listen to me very very carefully, I'm just going to look in the administration area, see if I can find those pipes but I need you to wait out here, give your ankle a rest."

"No, don't leave me" the child replied in a scared voice, clinging to Henry's hand "what if he comes down here, the Ink Demon?"

"Well if he does, there's a Miracle Station right there" he stated, pointing to a nearby station that was close by "so if you see any sign of him, any at all, you go straight to that station and hide in there."

"But, what if that doesn't work, he found me in one of those things before, what if he finds me again?" Lily pointed out "I don't wanna be out here by myself."

"I know but the sooner we fix the pipe system, the sooner we can find out what's inside the vault, it may be the key to our way out of this place" Henry explained "and don't worry, I shouldn't be too long, now" he took hold of her legs and placed them on the bench "you rest your ankle up and try not to worry, I'll just be through there" he pointed over to the administration hall before standing up and rubbing the child's hand reassuringly before heading into the administration area, leaving the child alone.

"Please hurry Daddy" she whispered as she watched him disappear into the hallway "don't be gone long." As she waited, Henry was walking through a maze-like area filled with different rooms, presumable admin offices and to make things more tricky, the Butcher gang seemed to be patrolling the corridors.

"Not these guys again, I better stay out of sight" he whispered in order to avoid detection "as long as I avoid them, find the pipes and get back to Lily, everything will be fine." It wasn't easy, exploring this particular section, it was like a huge maze and the Butcher gang lurking around wasn't making things any easier for Henry, every time he saw one of them heading in his direction, he had to hide in the nearest office in order to avoid them, he couldn't risk being caught now, Lily was counting on him to return, he didn't want to leave her but with her ankle not being fully recovered, he didn't want her walking on it for too long, she needed to rest it.

Meanwhile, Lily was still sitting on the Bench, waiting for Henry and massaging her injured ankle when all of a sudden, the walls of the room became coated in Ink trails and she immediately knew what was going on.

"Oh no, Daddy, where are you, come back" she whimpered as the Ink trails grew darker and with no sign of Henry appearing, Lily knew she had to hide in the miracle station, but just as she was about to stand up, a black, Inky arm with that all familiar white, Ink-stained glove wrapped around her torso before lifting the little girl from her seat as she began to struggle in his grip.

"Well well well" the Ink Demon sneered, placing his other hand over the little girl's mouth before she could scream "look who Henry left all by herself, making it so much easier for me to grab once again, so where is Daddy eh" he looked over to the entrance to the administration offices as Lily continued to struggle in his grip "so, he went in there did he, well, I think we should be heading off before he returns and tries to stop me taking you, after all, can't have him taking what now belongs to me now can we." Ignoring her struggles, he carried Lily over to the wall before summoning a portal and disappearing through with the little girl who took one last look at the area that Henry had gone into, hoping he would come and save her very soon.
