Chapter 10 – Healing Hermione
A/N: Thanks for all the reviews and follows everyone, I hope you continue reading and enjoying.
To clear a review up, I use a first-person view to make the story flow easier, it makes it seem a bit more realistic, and I hope it doesn't seem lazy since third person could be just the same if I wanted it to be like, 'Harry read this book and Hermione read the other.' But let me know if it really isn't as great as a third person view, and I hope you enjoy reading still.
Disclaimer: Obviously, I would be rich if I wrote HP, therefore the rights retain to be JK Rowling, the lucky woman.
Harry POV:
I woke up the next morning, a bit angry still from Dumbledore last night. He made me stand there like an offering to Slughorn and it made me feel sick. The only better thing I could think of as I looked over to see Dobby with breakfast, that still needed getting used to, was that today was Monday. Today meant Hermione. I would finally be able to see her and make sure she was alright from the hex she got of Bellatrix, the bitch would pay doubly, and then make sure she was clear of things as Sirius had said was on her. Quickly eating my food, not like Ron the Rat however, I had a relaxing shower and got dressed in my white t-shirt and black jeans, I then put on my grey hoodie and went did a tempus spell, checking the time. It was 15 to 9, and I was going to use apparition to get there, but the magical anti ward was still up, and I figured that was what made me pass out the other day coming back from Gringotts. I called Dobby to ask him to pop me in the Leaky Cauldron, and with the slight pop, opened my eyes seeing the familiar pub.
Sitting down I kept my face the way it would normally be without Gringotts changing me, for everyone else to not get suspicious and ordered a coke from Tom, giving him the knuts and taking a sip as I planned how to get Hermione to understand the whole thing and believe me. I sent Dobby back asking him to grab the present I had gotten Hermione and thought I would give her it first, tell her I was emancipated and a Lord and tell her she had several charms on her, after I checked her and the hex she had. With a pop I send Dobby of and told him I would be back in some hours and watched as the door opened allowing the beautiful brown, bushy hair I could recognise anywhere. Turning to Tom I ordered another coke and asked for a change of mine as I let it go flat while thinking. I stood and smiled as Hermione saw me, grinning massively back before frowning and coming up to me.
"Harry! Its dangerous to be outside of the wards, I can't believe you decided to come." I heard before she jumped me into a hug saying, "Oh but I have missed you, are you alright?" She asked me as I held her in my arms or risk her falling. 'Sound by me.' I thought as my arms tightened around her.
"Yes Hermione, I'm fine now and I should be the one asking you that, how is hex treatment? Did you stop taking the potions of Dumbledore like I asked you to for now? Has it still been hurting or giving you headaches?" I rattled off, faster then even she could think to respond. I had gone into a little healer panic basically, I really wanted to see the damage and if I could help heal it now, but that was intrusive, and I definitely wasn't going to ask her in a pub.
She smiled at me for asking before saying, "Yes it's a little better, just a little sore and not many headaches. I stopped the potions like you said to, they made the headaches feel like someone was sawing my head in half. I really don't understand why you stopped me taking them since Professor Dumbledore himself gave me them?" She asked me, wanting answered already. I stopped her and told her first the gift I had for her, sliding the present to her. She thanked me quickly before opening it to reveal the ancient and a bit battered looking, first edition copy of Hogwarts, A History, signed and with the original notes included. Hermione looked at me and gave a little squeak I'm sure made my heart flutter, telling me thank you over and over again. I smiled back, telling her it was perfect and make me think of her, so I got it seeing as it was one of the first books, I remember her telling me about. I then moved on to the next subject we needed to talk about.
"Hermione, it's not easy to explain but the real reason I needed to see you today was because of Sirius," I began, continuing before she could start as her eyes showed sympathy; "Not because he's gone, but that he left some memories that told me who I was, a Lord of my family House. Including his, as he made me his son with an ancient blood ritual, and I accepted." I paused.
"You used blood magic! Harry it's dark magic. Dumbledore would be furious if he found out, I don't think you should have done this, at least without telling him." She started as she looked at me a bit shocked, 'Just the beginning.' I thought.
"No Hermione we can't tell him yet, it's not dark it can just be made dark if that's what the intentions of the magic are. Sirius then told me I had charms and potions placed on me. Blocks and bindings that all stopped me from being me and the way I acted to people. He then told me he had looked into it and found you have some on you, and since I can do magic, I can do a little check now, to prove he was right if you want?" I asked her, my wand already out, causing her to look at it as if wondering where the hell I got it from probably, I smirked. She just nodded her head a little speechless at the idea of being controlled as I was, as I waved my wand over her, without a word seeing different areas blocking magic flow, and bindings to stop her core reaching it's real power level. Then I could read some potions and charms on the end of my wand, telling me she was affected by those potions of Dumbledore and my magic steamed in an anger. I controlled it as Hermione saw my expression and just asked me who? Who had done this to her? I told her the name, and saw her eyes widen in disbelief.
"Dumbledore." The one word coming from my lips, stopping the conversation as her mind began thinking of all the evidence and the magics tried to control her from concluding that I was right. The magics were strong, clearly and I could see how the magic compelled her to look at me despairingly. She was fighting the thought telling her I was wrong, knowing I wouldn't lie to her and this must be true, I told her how we could break them as I had with mine. Letting my magic quell the changes of my features, the glamour I could illusion and my metamorphic abilities would never fail to change my identity, I showed her how I now looked. She stared at me, frozen as I changed but then leaned in as she examined my features and the change, I noticed her squirm in her seat for a moment and flashed my dazzling, charm worthy smile. I swear I could hear her heartbeat and her breath hitch. Her eyes watched me as I slowly leaned forward, until I was right in front of her within kissing distance. She stopped breathing as did I, as I looked into her eyes and saw the permission I had paused to silently ask for. I saw her eyes close as my did while our lips touched.
Our magics' flared for a minute, dancing around each other and connecting. I felt the heaviness around Hermione's and how my magic grabbed hers to break the locks on it. Her magic spang forth, our lips mashing together heavily. When it stopped, I looked at her like the lip parted idiot I am, while she looked quite pleased that I had went kissed her. I knew I was done for now, 'Those lips of hers were mine,' I thought. My instincts shuttered as if knowing just how true that thought would be. After a second passed and our breathing returned to normal, I broke the silence before it could get awkward as we gazed at each other with a smile before saying, "That," I paused, "Will be in my top ten memories for life." I stated, seeing her grin at my words I knew she wouldn't be worried or scared I hadn't liked it. She was just as self-conscious as many other girls, a lot of it based on the fighting with Ron and the name calling from Malfoy. It was the only thing I despised of her personality, she was much too beautiful to doubt herself because of Ron and Draco. "Only a top ten?" She asked me, smirking as I explained how I must leave room for other special memories, causing her to blush and look away.
"I wasn't sure you felt like that," She turned back, "I thought you liked Ginny after Cho and I thought how Ron was starting to make me feel, wait oh- THAT MAGGOT!" She screamed, as she started telling me how her feelings were driving her mental when she thought of Ron, clearly understanding the influence she was under as a love potion, she was raging.
"I know," I told her, "He's now the Rat to me, he's done this to us and tried to steal everything I have. Speaking of which, we're going to Gringotts." I said, draining my cup of some coke and offering my hand to Hermione as I stood. We left the pub making our way to the bank, I noticed the different sign on the trunk shop and smirked thinking of my new business and the others I planned to start. 'After the will reading and the business with Dumbledore and Daphne.' I thought.
Entering the bank, I approached a teller with Hermione next to me and respectfully asked to see Skullsmasher Head of Inheritance, the Head Healer Bone-culler and if he was available, the Chief. The goblin nearly snarled before looking up at me, realising who I was and replied with a nod, leading us though a tunnel into a meeting room close to Skullsmashers' office and the healing room. Hermione grabbed my hand and held it as we followed the goblin, looking at me in awe at how I treated the goblins, respectfully and powerfully.
After entering we waited for Bone-culler, who I explained to Hermione would break any remaining charms or such on her, while Skullsmasher would be doing an identity check to verify who she claimed to be, 'I should have done one actually,' I thought, that would allow her to claim her soon to be gifted inheritance, on Friday. As the requested goblins came in, I stood shaking their hands, as Hermione followed and gave introductions. Soon after Hermione willingly gave Skullsmasher the requested 13 drops of blood for the identify test before leaving for the healing room with Bone-culler.
Skullsmasher looked over the identify test which was basically a full statement on what Hermione could inherit and claim, a shocked look in his eyes but he stopped his features showing it. He put it to the side for now until Hermione was back as Ragnok entered the room, greeting me and moving to sit. After ensuring the contract with the new Black and Blair Trunk Shop was checked and deemed profitable before being submitted into the contract records department, I started to explain the new shops I would soon like to have opened. This began with the new enterprise I wanted to start, the parent company would be called 'The Black Potters Industries', that would own and support the many new shops I wanted to start. One of these would be a new rune shop, using my new rune to convert the last vestiges of magic into electricity, this would blow open the magical world as it would allow muggle devices to be used like a phone or an iPod. That was the second shop I started the plans for, a whole shop of muggle items and a few teachers to explain how to work each item the confounded wizards wanted. Then I planned a few more, including a new enchanted jewellery shop, a new sports shop for everything like quidditch and chess to gobstones. As I watched Ragnok, look over the shop contracts that were beginning to be drawn up I told him the names could range from anything to do with the Potter or Black family name, and some product items would be named with something to do with my parents. One of these would be the runic work to convert electricity, I wanted it to be called the 'Black Lightning' rune.
I took a breath. I began to continue with more items I was beginning to think up when the door opened, and in walked Hermione, glowing slightly as her magic resettled inside her after the healing process. She settled into a newly conjured seat and looked at me quite happily from what it looked to me. Before either Ragnok or Skullsmasher could start with Hermione present, she jumped into my arms and kissed me again. I was a bit shocked, but happily responded back to her and kissed her back. I realised we were making a little show after a second though and ended it, looking her over again since her behaviour had already changed a bit. Looking back to the goblins we began the new subject of conversation onto Hermione's inheritance. Skullsmasher offered a copy to Hermione who read through it as he did for the rest of us.
Identification and Inheritance Test for Miss Hermione Jean Granger
Hermione Jean Granger – confirmed as Muggle-born witch with ancient magical descent.
Inheritance includes:
Ladyship of the Ancient Royal House of Ravenclaw, Ravenclaw House Vault 6: 1,201,109 galleons total. Including ancient tomes and house items, jewellery, and artifacts.

The Diadem of Rowena Ravenclaw.
The Ladyship of the Primeval House of Le Fey, Le Fey House Vault 4: 1,537,244 galleons total. Including ancient texts and the necklace of Morgana Le Fey, other artifacts included.
Skullsmasher finished as did Hermione, who continued to sit looking over the parchment. She placed the parchment on the desk and looked up to me, laughing for a moment as she told me how I wasn't the only one to get a title it seemed. I was glad she was taking it so lightly, a Ladyship, a Royal one of Ravenclaw as well as that. I looked at her questioningly.
"Why do you think you're a Gryffindor when you're the Lady Of Ravenclaw herself?" I asked her, of course how would she know I wondered, but still asked. She shrugged and said it might be because she thought Gryffindor would be better at the time, either way she was glad she had the time she had with me in the house. Ragnok then intervened in the conversation and greeted Hermione formally, as Lady Ravenclaw, to welcome her to the bank. She lasted a second after he finished, to declare they could call her Hermione and relent with the formalities to which Ragnok looked pleased.
"Now we could continue if you wish Harry, on the business proposals you had?" Ragnok asked me, as Skullsmasher quietly left the meeting as Hermione's inheritance needed to be sorted and claimed. I shook my head to Ragnok, explaining how that could wait for another time and how I would like him to explain the multiple contracts I had as a Lord to Hermione, 'Hopefully she might take it better, if I don't screw up explaining it.' Ragnok could have laughed as he understood why I wanted him to be the one and slowly delivered the news about the contracts and how I was bound to them.
"Honestly, Hermione I can't break them or ignore them, or my magic is stripped away, and the effect of each contract would likely end up killing me. I'm stuck." I jumped in after Ragnok to finish the explanation. Hermione, bless her, was sitting looking between me and Ragnok as if we were talking to Morse code, which I guess she would have understood anyway being Hermione. She looked back to me with a look of uncertainty before it cleared away and broke into a smile. She leapt back into my arms and I guessed the look was just a moment to consider the decision of being okay with how I would need another wife. I beamed at her and kissed her, letting her know she was undeniably my free choice of a wife I wanted.
The door then opened again, revealing a goblin teller with three boxes shaped for rings, I looked over to Ragnok, who explained how two were for Hermione and one may be of use to me, with a grin in his eyes. I could see how he was playing this scenario, how he planned how it might work and decided I wanted to entertain him a little. So, what did I do? Well, I gambled with him of course! How else was I going to entertain a Goblin Chief? In fact, don't answer that… I made him a little wager that whatever it was, would be another thing I would have to wear on my finger, for a sum of 40 galleons. He accepted, a face game enough for a poker match as Hermione looked at me in confusion at my, I must accept, gambling habit.
"The first two rings are for your Ladyships, Miss Hermione." Ragnok held them out for Hermione to accept. One with the eagle of Ravenclaw and a beautiful sapphire, while the other had a blooming rose with the centrepiece a blood red ruby. They were exquisite and accepted Hermione within seconds. The magic of the ancient rings and old, near forgotten Houses swirled in Hermione, like mine did, clearing her mind and strengthening her body and mind magics. Ragnok then turned to me. Blank face he pushed the box to me and slowly opened it as he explained it.
"I thought this might be useful right now seeing as you both understand the situation now, this Harry, is an engagement ring." The box opened to reveal a goblin silver ring with a crest of Potter with small rubies around it, while a blue sapphire shone underneath in the centre. I guess I just lost 40 galleons. I looked at Hermione, who was starting at the ring, her mouth open. I shook my head as the urge to laugh nearly broke through me. I knew why Ragnok had done this, we both understood and accepted what the contracts mean, and Hermione was still here, not raging mad that I must be shared with another woman. I nodded to him, for the sake of the bet and his intuition and grabbed hold of the ring. In that instant, Hermione shut her open mouth and snapped her head to look at my eyes. Staring into them, I stood up before moving down onto one knee. Her breath shook uneven, as her eyes stayed locked with mine while I grabbed her hand and began, I guess my official proposal.
"Hermione, my beautiful best friend I know this isn't the most romantic of all proposals, but after everything that has happened to us, now seems as good as any." I began a little shaky. "With all the corruption that has happened to us, I know we haven't felt this way to each over for long, but I know I can't deny what I feel now, Hermione. From that first kiss earlier today to when you came in after being healed, I knew how I needed you, how I would always want to be with you. I love you Hermione, after everything we've been through the years, I couldn't imagine anyone to be Lady Potter with me. For the sake of the contract will you become mine now rather than later and for the sake of love will you eventually marry me?" I asker her, slowly but confidently. I guess it worked with the look in her eyes, gleaming with unshed tears as she slowly nodded her head as her smile grew on her face. I smiled back, no grinned with the largest half smirk I could manage, as her eyes clouded watching me. She accepted the ring on her left ring finger, close to her merged Ladyship one on her middle. She sighed as she looked at them, content with the meeting I believe, but we still had some plans to go through.
Ragnok paused me before I could start, wishing the first congratulations to the newly engaged Lord and Lady Potter, as he explained how the marriage between Houses would mean I become the Lord of both Ravenclaw and Le Fey, while Hermione would become Lady Potter as intended but have to provide Heirs for the lines. That's right, you heard correct. I had to have three sons at least with Hermione one day after we married. 'Oh, my magic,' I inwardly sighed, who knew how complicated marriage and Lordships combined would be. Hermione, however, was taking it quite well, too well almost as she nodded her head understanding what she needed to do. By that I don't mean to spread her legs and just give me heirs, but to eventually provide heirs to the line we had to continue for the magical world. I liked it as the thought of providing the both of us with a family, not a gender, social and magical obligation. I think we both agreed with that as we looked at each other, they weren't three heirs she had to provide, they were three sons we would love together.
Moving on, both me and Ragnok then explained to her the whole process of Dumbledore, the manipulation, and the plans to ruin him eventually. I also explained my inheritance and the use of my mothers trunk, including the training and reading I had been doing where Hermione nearly jumped for joy as I said she would be able to as well, before finishing with my businesses I was creating. She looked at me sadly but quite proudly as I named my products and businesses, like the trunks for my mam and dad or dad's you could say. We then explained about the will reading on Friday and how everything was supposed to come about then, including the first meeting with the Greengrass House. She blinked a few times in recognition at that, before asking me to clarify and I repeated how I was contracted to the Greengrass family and thus most likely Daphne.
"Greengrass? Daphne Greengrass? Daphne?" Hermione asked, bewildered like I was when I found out. "Yes. Daphne Greengrass, why do you know her or something?" I asked her, wondering why she would react in such a way. Of course, she looked at me smiling like she knew something I didn't, which of course, shockingly I didn't.
"You know they are the Most Noble and Ancient House don't you, from Ragnok?" She nodded to the Chief as he nodded back, continuing Hermione explained nearly everything I believe. "I know Daphne from Hogwarts, we kind of kept a secret friendship from you, Ron and the rest of Slytherin and Gryffindor after second year, when I warned her how to avoid the Basilisk and it's deadly glare. We kind of bonded through that and being the smartest witches in the year group." That explained how she was taking the Daphne being the second wife so well. She continued explaining more about Daphne's family of what she knew.
"The Greengrass House is famous for providing potions and ingredients to the magical world, they are the main rivals of Malfoy's family business since they supply potions as well in their own apothecary. I think Daphne mentioned they have their own farm for ingredients and rarely have to import anything but the rarest of ingredients, that's how the business works better than Malfoy's. Her father Marcus, the Lord of the family, is one of the leaders of the Neutral party in the Wizengamot, refusing to support either the Dark or Light. Daphne told me her family abhor the blood supremacy of Voldemort but won't fight for him and seeing as they are Pure bloods, they won't be intentionally harmed by them. At the same time, they refuse to help the light as they agree with the traditional values the Light has deemed to Dark to be used nowadays. Like rituals and holidays of the wizard communities throughout the world." Hermione finished her long speech on Daphne's family, she clearly knew her and must like her to know her that well. I knew that meant Daphne was at least reasonable and nice, hopefully that would be to me instead of just Hermione.
"Well, they don't sound like Death Eaters at least, I can trust you and your friendship with Daphne for that, hopefully everything stays okay on Friday. If Marcus sees good enough reason with me then maybe, we can form an alliance in the Wizengamot and do something about Dumbledore." I said, happy that Daphne might not kill me with Hermione hear to help explain and clear the air that the marriage contract wasn't my fault. Ragnok intervened to point out my seats of the Wizengamot weren't claimed and that my two seats, along with hopefully the Greengrass's and Hermione's would be enough to cause Dumbledore trouble. Hermione's alone was worth more than anyone else's with her Royal Seat of Ravenclaw and her higher Primeval Seat of Le Fey being basically the elder votes of the council.
"Well, I believe that's everything for now, once again, isn't it Ragnok?" I asked the goblin chief. He was about to agree before I realised one last thing, detailing how I would like a personal vault for Hermione to be set up next to mine, some money from the Potter Family Vault to be moved in, seeing as she was to be the next Lady Potter and if she agrees some galleons from her own vaults, to help her use her money more effectively and freely. Ragnok began our little gambling game and called for the random sum of 12,705 galleons before I negotiated it down to a tidy and respectable sum of 7.500 galleons and a goblin made boots of amour from the Potter Vaults.
Smiling, we both shook hands before me, and Hermione left the bank. I saw the glimmer in her eyes and told her she didn't have to buy any books yet until she had organised those in her vaults and mine before buying copies. She sighed but nodded her head as she knew how correct I was at that. We both went to get her some Ladyship robes however, and nearly cried laughing as the assistant took in the House crests to embroider on them. After that we went to the Ice cream parlour to enjoy lunch. We talked and explained how everything felt different after the compulsions and blocks were broken, how we were used and made to be different but how we felt now we were free to be together. I honestly can say, I have never loved to hear Hermione talk so much and to see her expressions as she told me, and I told her how we loved each other. That moment then, I realised just how glad I was to have Hermione and that we were together now and always.
We laughed as we imagined what others might say when they find out, Ron and Ginny for example. Including what Dumbledore might say or do when he found out, before moving onto how the rest of the school may take it, and eventually Daphne herself. It was hard to think how Daphne may react out of everyone, for all I knew she was the Ice Queen of Slytherin, barely showing any emotion at all and while I guessed to find out she was betrothed to me would cause her to be angry, I wondered how she would take Hermione as my first and other wife. We compared notes and decided to wait and see since the will reading would have to be finished with first. Later on, I explained how she had to act around the manipulators as we called them, like me to make them think everything was going to their plan, but soon I would be out of the Dursley's and away from Dumbledore's control to be with her. Then I started to tell her what to read to train with, starting with Occlumency and some healing magic and how I employed, that's right employed, Dobby and Winky so she wasn't mad at me, who would bring the books over eventually.
Eventually we decided we had to get back, and left Diagon Alley holding hands, our rings gleaming against each other in the light until we got back to the pub. We parted after I promised to see her soon and a last lingering kiss to keep us both remembering the day, as she left the Leaky Cauldron and I apparated into my room. I send Dobby off with some books I knew Hermione would distract herself with for some time and asked Winky for some dinner in a few hours. I opened my newly improved magically working iPod and listened to some music for a few hours as I relaxed, thinking upon the whole day. That's when it hit me. I was God damn engaged!
As perfect a timing as usual, Uncle Vernon decided to begin with me in that moment. My head still straining with the thought of marriage as the blood pumped through it, I heard a distinct voice calling for me.
"Boy! Get down here now you rotten shell of a human being." Vernon basically threw the words up the stairs and as I started to come down the stairs I smirked as clearly Aunt Petunia had spoken to him as she promised. Soon enough I entered the sitting room to find all my extended family. Dudley looked away as I entered, while Petunia squirmed in her seat but Vernon, oh Uncle Vernon was staring at me with hard piercing eyes. Determined to make me feel like the small cockroach he used to stand on when I was a kid I believed. I could have laughed, in fact I did, behind my mental barriers.
"You dare…" He began, pointing his fat chubby finger towards me, "You DARE to speak to your aunt like that? In this house? Don't think for a second that you could ever harm any of us or so help me God I will beat you into a mark on the floorboards. Do I make myself clear?" Vernon finished. I let him say his piece, no doubt it helped ease his mind that he tried to control me, but it was worthless after all. I smirked to him, letting the anger build in him as his face turned tomato red.
"I've told you once, I'll not tell you again this treatment of yours is not going to continue and I don't care if you believe me or not about harming you with magic, you can find out yourself if you want? Is that clear to you?" I returned back to him crossing my arms, preparing for the reaction I knew I was going to get.
"Let me save you the trouble," I began before Vernon could burst. "Before you try and touch me know what I have several spells I've just learnt and some I've actually started to make myself, so I'm close to dying to try them out. Another is that if we can agree to leave each other alone apart from some small issues of returning the last decade or so of abuse, we should be all good. Or do you want a more painful way for this to go?" I pulled out my wand, my new unbound wand and preformed a simple flash of Lumos to show I could and would use magic. The effect was marvellous. Petunia and Vernon both cringed away at the sight of the wand, never mind the actual spell I used. Dudley actually moved across the room and wanted to leave into the kitchen. I knew I wasn't done with them though and moved to guide him so to speak back into the couch.
"Now, now before we all pretend, we don't exist, I wanted to announce what some of you may be going through in the next few days at least." I smirked, throwing some secretive charms on them so they would never speak of this again, I told them my plans for each of them. How Petunia would suffer her voices at night, how soon she would see dirt everywhere she looked, and soon how she would hate the sight of her own precious son. Vernon would feel the agony of the beatings I received through my life, he would feel the pain and hope it would end night after night, but it never would. That was before he would soon lose his hopes and pride in everything he had worked for in life, then I would have more if they stepped out of line. Dudley well I wanted a little special something for him, so I made my own little enchantment for him, I made it so that everyone but his parents or me would hate the sight of him, just like they were to me, but this was larger to everyone else. He would suffer in the world just like I did in this house. I laughed manically as their faces begged for mercy and their eyes raged with a fire of hatred at me.
No one said anything. They were angry but too scared to actually say anything. I simply turned to leave and said behind me as I left, "After that, I'll be gone from this house and from the rest of your lives if everything goes to plan." I returned up to my room, to read and listen to my music until dinner.
By the time for bed, everyone downstairs had already thought I was pretending and that I couldn't do anything. I smirked as I went to sleep, knowing tonight Petunia would be restless and Vernon beaten in his sleep. To Dudley, I sent a nightmare about the dementor coming back for him and me standing there watching as he was kissed. That night I smiled coldly as I woke up to the demented screaming of Dudley and the pained moans from Vernon by the sounds of it. I wondered how Petunia was doing as I fell back into sleep, before thinking about what I needed to do soon and how Hermione was sleeping. It was quite a peaceful night for me if I do say so myself.
A/N: Sorry if this is a bit shorter for anyone expecting more and for the time, I took for myself these last few days, I just needed a break from writing for awhile as life took over. Please let me know if you enjoyed reading this scene, if there are any specific good or bad parts and if so anything to improve. I hope the relationship between Harry and Hermione doesn't seem to be rushed to go from kissing to proposal in one scene but I thought about it and it seemed reasonable since they have been best friends for 6 years and would have loved each over before now if not for the charms, bonds etc..
