"Your next line is: 'Is this also the park of your plan too, JoJo?!' Speak, Kars!"

Joseph used all his strength, roaring that sentence, with a face full of confidence and arrogance about the victory that was firmly in his hands.

"How did you-?!"

Without letting Kars finish his sentence, dozens of volcano rocks from the volcano continued to stab and push him.

Although the new strength of becoming the Ultimate Life Form makes these injuries almost equal to zero, it is the forces from the rock chunks that are increasingly pushing him out of Earth's atmosphere.

"ARRGH! IS THIS ALSO THE PART OF YOUR PLAN TOO, JOJO?!"

Kars screamed in pain, with his voice slowly dissolving into endless nothingness. Joseph knew that if he shouted loud enough, he could still hear him even though they were in the atmosphere. So with his last strength, Joseph Joestar swung his fist into the sky, triumphantly shouting out.

"YOU'RE GODDAMN RIGHT! YOU'VE BEEN PLAYING RIGHT INTO THIS JOJO'S HAND FROM THE VERY BEGINNING!"

Well, it wasn't even true, but as long as it could make Kars feel humiliated by this defeat, he had no reason to refuse this opportunity.

"It's over..."

As soon as he said this, he began to take slow, steady breaths of the sky before closing his eyes and spreading his arms, letting the feeling of pleasure run through his body.

Joseph whispered, letting his body slowly lower to the rock, as his final piece of consciousness slowly fade away.

"Grandma..."

Joseph said, with his eyes slowly closing.

"Smokey... Stroheim... Old man Speedwagon... Lisa Lisa... Oh, and Ceasar, tt's all done."

He accepted his fate.

Narrator: Kars' remaining Ripples are slowly helping him to heal his wounds through the Aja Redstone. In terms of Hamon's abilities, these shouldn't come as much of a surprise.

However, thanks to the power behind Kars's Hamon, the Red Stone also began to cause Joseph's lost arm to regrow. That part of the body then gives off heat steam, giving it a full fresh quality.

That golden energy, which was still running through his body, began to increase until it completely enveloped him. Then, in just a flash of red light, both he and the Redstone disappeared, leaving the rock alone, falling into the vast ocean of the Earth.

"Damn it...how the fuck does it feels so sore...?" The fatigue and sleepiness were evident in his voice. His eyelids slowly opened, giving him a vision of where he was.

When he opened his eyes, these three things were the first things he noticed:

1. He's still alive.

2. He can still feel his lost limbs, which is his missing hand.

3. HE IS STILL F*CKING ALIVE!

Immediately, Joseph performed a quick re-examining of his body. And surprisingly, instead of a pile of blood where his arm was cut off by Kars, it was a whole new arm!

There didn't seem to be a single scratch on his body.

"I-I can't believe it! I'm still alive! ZA HANDO is still intact! HAHA!"

Joseph laughed in delight. As the laughter began to fade, the brunette took a deep breath. And that was the first stupid step, when the stench, and dampness hit his nose, startling him.

"Oh my god! Why am I - Whoa!" Joseph tried to get up, but as soon as he stood up for a few seconds, his legs went numb as if he wanted to let him fall.

"Darn it... No one even tells me about what will happen if getting launched into space."

Joseph thought sarcastically, not thinking about some 'small' detail about what, where, how the fuck he got here.

Correcting his posture and gritting his teeth, enduring and beginning to breathe in this unpleasant smell.

"Koooh..."

A wave of warm golden energies flashed, and they began to move through Joseph's body, creating a sensation of pleasure flowing through his body, as a testament to his healing.

"Damn, I was coming to slack off my Hamon training since I left Air Supplena Island. Maybe I'll need to train myself more."

The confidence of Ripple's miraculous healing was cleared in his voice. However, this damp stench was still the most annoying thing, making him forget what he just said.

"Damn it! Nevermind!"

Joseph grunted as he stood up, his muscle relaxed and loosened up in pretty good condition.

"Somebody! Please!"

His ears perked up at the screaming of a young girl and footsteps entered the alley. The brunette turned back, seeing a mysterious man in military uniform grabbing a white-haired girl by her collar, along with another mysterious man.

The image of Smokey being beaten up by some dirty cops entered his mind, as well as the anger.

"Sorry, sir. Have a-"

*BAM*

"You picked the wrong man to mess with, pig!"

Joseph delivered a straight cross into one of 'cops', before piercing his nostril with his finger. The said cop held his broken nose in pain as he landed flat on the ground.

"Hey! You are resisting arrest!"

The other man drew his blade, but before the blade could get fully drawn from the scabbard, Joseph kneed him in the groin, knocking him out cold.

The little girl could only look at him, speechless.

"Shit! I lost my temper again! N-Now I'm in trouble! Granny Erina will be furious at me!"

Joseph grabbed his head as he groaned, before realizing that he is not alone

"Hey, kiddo, what did you end up doing?"

Joseph asked curiously. However, the girl remained silent for a while, much to his dismay. Just as he was about to leave, this little girl opened her mouth.

"Why... Why would you go this far to save an Infected like me?"

A question that made Joseph furrow his brows in confusion.

"Huh? The hell do you mean by that? They beat up a defenseless little girl, I beat them up. A good exchange, I say."

He said and shrugged nonchalantly, not noticing the obvious surprise on her face.

"Thank you-" The cough suddenly blocked her throat, making Joseph a little startled.

"Hey, are you okay?" Joseph leaned down to ask, his face clearly showing concern. He had seen more clearly the black, crystal-like, on her hands in the lacerations of her clothes, along with the red marks.

'Ow, it hurts me just seeing it...'

That's what Joseph said in his mind when he saw those things. To him, they looked like some burned marks. So Joseph began to think of a way to ease the pain for the little girl.

"Hold still."

He took her hand and began to focus his breath on his hands. That golden energy began to transfer to the girl, helping the scars to gradually heal, but the black marks were...

"Whoa... Your Arts are amazing..." said the other girl, in the usual admiration of other children. It made Joseph laugh a proud laugh, and at the same time couldn't hide his desire to show off this power.

"Of course, Ripples - Wait, what did you just say?" A small wonder lies in Joseph's question. The girl tilted her head slightly, giving him a slightly puzzled look.

"Uhm... Isn't the ability in your hand... is an Arts?" One of Joseph's brows furrowed slightly at these words. After all, there are also Ripple users in this place? If so, that's fine too.

"Wait, Hamon is a type of art in this place? I thought art ar only include in something like singing or drawing..."

That question flew out of Joseph's mouth unconsciously.

"Um... No... I just heard rumors about it."

Her words were a bit strange. The Joestar hearing that, raised his hand to stroke his chin a little, of course being too lazy to think about her words. Maybe you just asked a question

"Eh... I don't think it matters. By the way, what's your name?" Joseph's question caused the girl in front of her to slow down for a long moment before she looked up and answered.

"...Misha."

Misha said, before realizing something. Joseph turned back and instinctively looked back,

"Hey, my friend, are you going to leave it like that?"

The voice from behind Joseph caught his attention. It was a man with the physique of a true soldier. His face was covered by a mask along with a pair of goggles. A thigh-length shirt, hugging a bulletproof vest inside. And in addition, a sniper rifle was strapped on the back.

And most notably: a logo with the word 'Rhodes Island' attached to the shoulder of his shirt.

And he was stomping on one of the cops that Joseph beat up before.

"Who the hell is asking this question?"

Joseph held out his hand to shield Misha, wary of the man standing in front of him. However, he just raised his hand jokingly, indicating that he didn't want to fight.

"Calm down, you know I'm not on his side."

He said, before stomping on the cop's face really, really hard, knocking him out cold. Joseph crept back to Misha, trying to signal her to run away.

"Hey, run away kid, I have no idea about what would happen next if he got you too. Because this guy is no joke like these two on the ground."

Those whispers found their way to the little girl's ear. But in response, Misha didn't run away, but stubbornly continued to stay there.

"Don't say that! My claws are very sharp too!"

Trying to act like he's fine, but Joseph doesn't feel it can get any worse. If this kid keeps standing here as a scene, both of them will die.

"Hey, do you have a relative? If so, ask that guy to take you away! He might know how to protect you more than I do."

Joseph unconsciously said something indiscriminately. Although it was just a random talk, Joseph did not realize how much of an effect that statement had on the girl. The girl then thought of something.

"Relative... That's right, big bro!"

Leaving only that sentence, the white-haired girl immediately ran out of this alley in the back street, an action completely beyond Joseph's expectations.

"...Really, dude? You just let that girl run away without a thank you?"

The mysterious man asked as he approached Joseph.

"Heh, who am I to tell her what to do? Her dad?"

Joseph said as he crossed his hands, letting his guard down, surprising the man.

"Hey, where's that suspicious attitude? Last time I check, you tell the girl to run away just because you were worried if I'm going to do the same thing as those two."

He asked.

"Oh, please. The physical cues and manipulative tactics I learned from the street were more than enough to know that you aren't lying at all. Also, your next line is:

"Oh, quite an experience fellow, ain't ya."

They said simultaneously. Even if his expression were hidden behind his mask, Joseph could see that he was surprised.

"Heh, but if you want to know my name."

*pose*

"Joseph Joestar, but you can call me JoJo!"

Sirens started to ring around them as he finished. Both of them have been caught surprised.

"Hey, hey, this isn't funny at all, W... What happened to our contact?"

The mysterious man muttered as he tried to pry open a sewer.

"Hey, let the man do his work."

Joseph shoved the man away as he placed his palm on the sewer's cover. Using Hamon, the cover stuck on his palm like glue as he pulled it out.

"Jump in, my man, I'm not letting you go all alone."

Joseph said as he held the sewer covering his hands, waiting for the man to jump in.

"...Fine, follow me then."

Timeskip.

The stomping sound rang above them, but not from behind. A clear S.O.S (Sign Of Safety)

"Hey, last time I checked, I'm the only one having a name cleared."

Doubt remained in Joseph's voice. And of course, it succeeded in capturing the attention and annoying sigh of the man in front of him.

"...If you want to get out, just go in the other direction. You're getting involved."

He spoke coldly, before turning and walking away, giving Joseph no further explanation. And of course, Joseph was more puzzled and annoyed than satisfied with this sarcastic answer.

"Damn it, at least say your name first!"

Joseph was about to leap forward, swinging a fist from behind him. However, when his fist was only an inch away from the other,

*CLICK*

His eyes met the barrel of a sniper rifle, causing him to stand still. This man was letting this rifle point at him without looking back. Just be a little careless and he'll be six-foot under this ground.

"Now, now, you know things won't be that simple, right? Although I'm a mercenary, it doesn't mean that I don't have my right to my privacy."

He glanced back slightly in Joseph's direction. Even though his eyes were covered by a pair of black glasses, Joseph could still feel a large amount of murderous intent contained in that gaze. Standing still for 5 seconds, he finally retracted his gun and walked away, leaving Joseph frozen there.

"...Scout."

He spoke casually before Joseph began to notice and react.

"What?"

"My codename. We soldiers often use such codenames to preserve our identity."

He replied, before leaving the place.

"Follow me. Now you just take for yourself a lot of work to do."

Scout said while waving Joseph to follow her, making him feel a little confused. But, well, maybe you should just leave it alone for now.

Timeskip.

"I'm here, wait a minute..." Scout looked up at the manhole cover for a moment, before raising her hand to her mouth and speaking loudly.

"Leafa, Macron! Mind if you two help me open the exit?!"

It looked like he was trying to communicate with outsiders. And to Joseph, it sounded utterly stupid. However, even though it was a bit silly, in a way, the manhole cover started to open, letting a blinding light shine directly on the two of them.

"Give me a moment, then, rookie."

Scout reached out her hand to climb up. Joseph rolled his eyes a little, before reaching back and scratching his neck.

"Uh, okay then. Wait, rookie?"

Joseph said sarcastically, watching Scout climb up, still trying to shake off the stench below the place.

"Hi, Captain, how was your first trip down the sewers?"

A sarcastic voice resounded. Scout, who was standing next to him, could only pat his face and sigh.

"Pter? Wait, where did Leafa and Macron go? I thought I ordered those two to stay here and watch?" Scout's question didn't seem to do much to Pter standing beside him. He just shrugged his shoulders a little, before answering his question.

"I don't know. They said they were going to have to do some work and asked me to stay here before I agreed." Scout raised her hand and patted her face in frustration and sighed. He clicked his tongue, before looking back at Pter.

"Okay, okay. Is Mary having some spare time? I need her to help me with something." Pter heard that, his face was a bit confused.

"Why? Even though she's a hard worker, you need to let her rest for a bit." Pter crossed his arms and spoke, questioning his superior's request.

"Please, I really need her to help me create a report to submit to the higher ups. Actually, we need to create an invitation letter for an uninvited guest."
