What if Draco took Hermione's place and got tortured by Bellatrix instead?A/N: This part will have a torture scene, obviously.

Harry sat on his knees, Draco knelt in front of him. Hermione and Ron were held by Snatchers behind Draco. All four were in the foyer of Malfoy Manor, Lucius, Narcissa and Bellatrix having a conversation on what to do. Bellatrix walked over to Draco, softly grabbing him and talking loudly in his ear.

"Now Draco, is this Harry Potter? Remember dear nephew, if you say this is him and we call the Dark Lord, and it's not him, he'll kill us all. Choose carefully and take your time dear." Draco stared at Harry's deformed face.

"Not him." Draco said. He started to get up and Bellatrix grabbed him again.

"So fast Draco. Like I said, make sure you are sure. Take your time—" Draco looked at her, giving his aunt a strong look.

"It's not him, aunt Bellatrix. This might as well have been someone walking around the forest that the Snatchers scared, which will explain them running away." Draco moved her hand away from his shoulder and stood.

Bellatrix stumbled up and moved Draco towards Hermione.

"Is this Granger?" She asked. "If so, then the boy is Potter." Draco looked into Hermione's honey brown eyes. After an intense look Draco shook his head.

"No." He said. Hermione's mouth slightly dropped, shocked that Draco was covering for them. She glanced at Harry, both of them aware of what will happen if Draco were caught. Bellatrix started to point to Ron before Draco started talking. "It's none of them. Hermione has buck teeth, she doesn't. Harry has green eyes, but that boy has dark eyes and no glasses. And Ron is loyal, he wouldn't be running around with two strangers. These three are wasting our time, return them."

Draco started to leave before his aunt shot him with a spell, stunning Draco to the ground. Hermione backed away as Bellatrix walked towards Draco.

"You used their first names!" She yelled. Narcissa stepped forward but Bellatrix pointed her wand at her. "Now Cissy, would you rather have me do it, or have the Dark Lord kill him?!"

Narcissa stood there, stunned. She glanced at her son who layed on the ground, holding his stomach. Narcissa backed away. Bellatrix then grabbed Harry, Ron, and Hermione.

"Take them down to the cellar!" She ordered. Greyback then appeared and grabbed the trio. Bellatrix walked over to Draco. "My nephew and I are gonna have a talk!" She kneeled down to him, grabbing his chin and pulling up his head, their eyes locking. "Blood to blood!"

Harry, Ron, and Hermione were pushed into the cellar, Wormtail locking the door behind them and hurrying upstairs. Ron hurried to Hermione who fell the hardest, making sure she wasn't hurt.

"What was he doing that for?" Ron asked, once they were up on their feet. "Malfoy covered for us."

"Yes Ron, we are aware." Harry said. Hermione held onto Ron.

"What are we going to do? It feels wrong for us to just stand here and do nothing." She said. Harry looked at her.

"It's all we can do Hermione." Harry said, annoyed. "We can't do anything." Hermione looked towards the door.

Bellatrix held Draco down, her nose touching his. Draco tried moving his arms, but his aunt was too strong.

"Tell me, Draco. Why did you lie?" She asked, her voice was like a whisper but audible around the room. Draco didn't answer her question, struggling noises escaped his mouth. Bellatrix's grip got stronger, her nails digging into his skin. "You protected the enemy, now tell me, WHY DID YOU LIE?!"

"I didn't lie about anything." Draco spoke, his voice slightly cracking. Bellatrix tilted her head, moved closer, her mouth brushing against his.

"I don't believe it." She growled. "You are a Malfoy, now let me make sure you won't ever forget who you are." Bellatrix lifted Draco's left sleeve, and pulled out a knife.

Draco yelled and Bellatrix held down his head, making him watch as the knife made contact with his Dark Mark. Draco screamed loudly as Bellatrix's knife carved into Draco's skin.

Harry, Ron, and Hermione jumped to Draco's screams. Hermione covered her ears and Ron held her tighter. Hermione let out a yelp as she listened to Draco being tortured from above. His screams were so loud, covering their ears did nothing.

"Harry?" Someone called. The trio looked to see Luna appear from a cell, Dean and Ollivander behind her.

"Luna." Harry said. Luna stared at the three, shocked why they were there, and sad they got caught. Draco's screams still continued and Luna looked up.

"What's happening?" Asked Dean.

"Draco covered for us and now he's being tortured by Bellatrix." Harry explained. Luna stepped back, shocked and uncomfortable since she now knew who was screaming, and why.

"Malfoy covered for you? How?" Dean asked.

"He lied, saying that we weren't who we are. Bellatrix caught his lie because he used our first names. Now he's paying the price." Ron answered. Draco's screams started to die. Everyone simultaneously looked up.

Draco layed on the floor, his aunt taking her heel and pressing it against his chest as she walked on him, towards Lucius and Narcissa. A puddle of blood poured under Draco's arm. Draco stared at his arm as his Dark Mark was carved perfectly on his arm. His aunt casted a spell so it'll never go away, no matter how many times one will heal it. Bellatrix's signature laugh echoed in Draco's head as a small tear escaped his eyes.

Below, Hermione leaned against Ron. Harry glanced at them, giving them a sad look. Harry then grabbed a mirror fragment. The mirror fragment fell sparkling to the floor, and he saw a gleam of brightest blue - Dumbledore's eye was gazing at him out of the mirror.

"Help us!" He yelled at it in mad desperation. "We're in the cellar of Malfoy Manor, help us!" The eye blinked and was gone. Before long, Dobby appeared.

"Harry Potter, Dobby has come to the rescue." He spoke. Harry gave Dobby a hug.

"Thank you Dobby. Please, get Luna, Dean, and Ollivander out of here." He ordered. Dobby smiled and walked towards the trio. Luna grabbed his hand.

"Whenever you're ready, sir." Luna said.

"Sir? Ooh, Dobby likes her." Dobby said, looking at Harry. Dobby than apparated. Hermione looked at Harry.

"Harry, I understand that you won't want to get him, but what will we do about Draco?" She asked. Harry looked at her and back at the door.

"I'm not sure. I want to get him, but..." Harry trailed. Dobby then returned.

"Alright Harry Potter. Dobby is ready to take you and friends." Harry, Hermione, and Ron glanced at each other.

"Should we have him get Malfoy later?" Ron asked. Dobby looked at them.

"Master Draco?" Dobby asked. He looked up. "What happened to Master Draco?"

"Draco got tortured and we don't know whether to risk going up there to get him." Harry said. Dobby looked sad, he then wiped away his fearful face.

"Let's at least try to save Master Draco." Dobby said.

"Harry, your face." Ron spoke. Hermione looked at Harry's face, noticing the deformality going away. "If they see you then—"

"I'm willing to risk that." Harry said, walking towards the cell door. "Now how do we get out of here."

Bellatrix hovered over Draco's limp body, he was conscious, but unable to move from the pain from his torture. Bellatrix tilted her head, looking at Draco's pale, tired, pained form. Bellatrix's wand dangerously dangled from her fingers, pointing her wand at Draco's stomach. Draco's grey eyes continued looking at his arm, blood still pooling over the dried blood.

"What will we do with him?" Bellatrix asked. Narcissa gave her a stern look.

"What do you mean by that? I thought torturing him was the only thing he was gonna get?"

"Well, yeah, but that was only by me. What I meant was, if he WAS lying, and we check down the cellar to see that it was Potter all along, what will we do with your son? Lock him up? Torture him more?"

Narcissa didn't answer. Bellatrix turned to Lucius.

"What about you? What are your ideas?"

"I say we just lock him up, until he needs to go back to school." Lucius said. "Torturing him may have gotten to him about protecting the other side, but we might as well lock him up in the cellar, in case he tries anything else—"

Lucius was then hit with a spell, causing him to fly against the wall. Bellatrix gasped and looked to see Harry, Ron, and Hermione have escaped the cellar. It didn't take long for Bellatrix to realize why they were out. She grabbed Draco by his neck, causing him to slightly cry out. Harry pointed his wand, about to cast a spell before Bellatrix yelled.

"Don't! I wouldn't!" Harry, Ron, and Hermione looked to see Bellatrix, holding a bloodied knife to Draco's neck. "Is this who you want? Lower your wands! NOW!"

The trio slowly lowered their wands, but already thinking of spells to cast when they saw the opportunity. Hermione looked at Draco's arm, seeing a bloody mess.

"That's it." Bellatrix said. She looked at her limp nephew and looked at Lucius who got to his feet. "Call him!" She demanded. Draco opened his watery eyes, eyeing his father before looking at the trio. He locked eyes with Harry. Harry was unable to understand was Draco was thinking. All Harry could see was intense pain in Draco's eyes. Draco then looked up. Harry followed his gaze.

Before long, a loud noise came from above. Bellatrix looked up to see Dobby loosening the chandelier. It dropped and Bellatrix dropped Draco, screaming in fear and stumbling back.

Ron rushed towards Draco and pulled him from under the chandelier. Draco had cuts of glass on his face and arm.

"Come on, come on." He muttered, dragging Draco and pulling him up. Draco made his legs move. Ron brought him towards Harry and Hermione.

"Stupid house elf! You could've killed me!" Bellatrix screamed. Draco only heard intense muffling, and felt heat from being held. Narcissa looked over at Hermione and as Dobby apparated away she threw Hermione, Draco's wand.

The trio and Draco landed on a beach. Harry stood up and hurried towards Draco who was still being held by Ron.

"How is he?" Harry asked. Ron looked at him.

"Bad, but he'll be fine." Hermione answered, holding Draco's arm. Draco opened his eyes, seeing the sky. He looked forward. Harry smiled at the sight of Draco opening his eyes. Harry then followed his gaze, looked back and noticed Dobby. Draco heard cries and pleading before he passed out.
