"We have arrived at Shaikos!" The Don stepped forward, followed by a group of dozens of men. His hair was brown, and his chest Scarless.

Closely following the Don was a teenage Yeager, his weapon of choice being the crossbow, his Blastia heart had not yet been installed.

"Let me have your attention, men!" The Don turned to face his group, "We're all here because we've defected from the empire, and we all know that the empire can't stand not controlling everything and everyone around, that's why they're trying to silence us."

The Don unsheathed his sizable blade, "That's why we have to fight! To gain our independence!"

The Don's group uproared, inspired by his speech.

"Quiet down," Yeager motioned, "We don't want the empire to hear us."

"Well it's too late for that," Pushing a bush aside, a burly man in full armor wore the symbol of the commandant. "In the name of the imperial knights, I am placing you all under arrest. Surrender or die."

"It'll be a cold day in hell before we submit to your rule," The Don said, "No fate is worse than living under your fascist regime!"

"Very well," the commandant told him. "Captain Alexei!" He shouted, "Now!"

A younger Alexei appeared behind the guild members, launching a surprise attack with a bombardment of arrows. The guilds responded by lifting their shields, suffering no causalities and few injuries.

The commandant turned to his newly promoted lieutenant, "Schwann," he whispered to him, "March your squadron in, we outnumber them. Steamroll over them and make sure none of them survive."

"But sir," Schwann objected, but the commandant interrupted him, "You are not to question any orders that come your way! Crush these defectors and anyone who supports them. Do not hesitate, show no mercy!"

Schwann gulped, "Yes sir." He motioned for his soldiers to charge the guilds.

Yeager fired shots from behind his shield, dealing fatal blows to the knights.

The Don was smashing through Schwann's brigade, slashing through nearly a dozen of them with ease.

"This isn't working," The Commandant spoke, "Prepare the canons."

"Yes sir," a nearby group of knights ran and began pushing several canons up the hill, aiming them right at the group of guild members.

"Woah!" Schwann noticed the canon, "isn't that a bit extreme?" He whispered to himself, wondering if this was the right thing to be doing.

Suddenly, a loud whipping noise came through the air, causing both sides to stop fighting. Muttering began amongst the troops.

Staring at the sky, Schwann saw what appeared to be a flaming comet headed right for them.

"Everybody take cover!" The commandant shouted.

As everyone scrambled, the object crashed into Shaikos, cracking the concrete base of the structure.

"That's not a meteor..." Yeager whispered to the guilds.

The impact had stopped the fighting, knights and guild members were now hiding together.

Smoke came from the object that had crashed, and a door on the side opened.

"It's a... pod?" The Don questioned.

Some of the soldiers began to freak out. "Easy, steady," the commandant calmed them.

"Hey let's call a truce for now!" The Don shouted across the battlefield.

The commandant paused for a moment, "Agreed!" He shouted back, knowing they may need combined strength.

A woman stepped out from the pod, nude. She walked slowly, with confidence, her pale hips moving seductively side to side.

The guilds and the knight stared in fear, not knowing what to do.

Black smoke came from thin air and surrounded her previously nude body, forming a dark quartz armor around her.

"Humanity," she spoke, her hair turned from blond to the darkest of all blacks.

"You are a primitive species, dedicated to destroying each other." More mist formed out of the air, this time a dense purple, to form swords.

"To ensure that your destruction is contained to this planet, you must be assimilated for a greater purpose."

"Woah, woah," The Don was the first to stand and face her, drawing a gasp from everyone.

"Assimilated?" He asked, boldly holding his blade, "Nobody is allowed to own another human being, I am my own person just like everyone else in the world, even the knights."

His words inspired Schwann, who now realized the depth of the harm that the knights had been causing.

"And you are ready to die for this cause?" The woman asked him.

"You're damn right," The Don took a battle stance.

"Your resolve is strong, I'm almost impressed." She let go of her purple blades, leaving them hanging in the air. "But even you can't hide your fear."

The Don sweat nervously before backing up slightly. "Men! Kill the offworlder!"

The bombardment of arrows began, and the girl from outer space moved through them like water through a tunnel. Her movements were like a beautiful dance, she smiled throughout it.

She caught the two final arrows midair, showing off her sharp reflexes, and then tossing them back at those who fired them, impaling both of them in the neck.

"Swarm her!" The commandant shouted, knights and guild members alike began charging in.

Her once floating blades were called back to her arms, she blocked every blade that came near her with ease, even redirected the warriors into each other.

The few warriors that remained retreated, the woman smiled, she hadn't even broke a sweat.

"You cowards!" The commandant shouted to the soldiers who fled the battlefield. He personally slashed one of his own knights who was attempting to run away.

"You!" He shouted to the small group of knights that were manning the cannons, "She's right in your line of Fire! Execute her! She won't catch a canon ball!"

The canons began to fire on her, kicking up dust that hid her from the line of sight, but the shots still appeared to be landing.

"More!" The commandant shouted, "More!"

"That's enough!" Schwann shouted, "She's as good as dead now!" Disappointment filled him, his curiosity over the woman hadn't been satisfied.

The dust settled to reveal that the woman was still alive, shielding herself with a purple, electric shield that incased her entire body. Her hands were held out, as if her own hands had formed the shield.

"What the hell..." Alexei gasped.

"She won't survive a good stabbing!" The commandant shouted, drawing his blade and charging in.

"Wait!" Alexei shouted, and then sighed, charging in along side him.

"Schwann! Get your ass in here!" The teenage knight hopped into battle.

"Ah, hell!" The Don shouted, "Let's go, Yeager!"

The team of 5 engaged in close quarters combat with the mysterious woman.

"This is so much fun!" She shouted, dodging and blocking all of their complex attacks.

"I can't get her!" The Don shouted, "She's too agile!"

Schwann backed off and loaded his bow with a special, explosive arrow, "Back off, everyone!" He shouted.

The group scattered and Schwann fired the shot, it blew up at the base of her feet. She flew backwards but recovered so quickly it almost looked like it was on purpose. She flipped through the air and used the momentum from the explosion to pound the ground, creating an electric, purple explosion.

The group fell in different directions, Alexei was the first to recover, charging his foe with all of the Artes that he could come up with. She simply dodged every one of them and shoulder checked him with her palm, causing him to bite the dust.

She used her hand to extend her purple, electrical magic, forming a rope around him. She tossed him to the side.

Yeager fired his cross bow several times at her, she caught the arrows and tossed them back at him, striking him in the shoulder.

"Ack!" Yeager shouted, "I can't move my arm!"

The commandant charged her with a vicious battle cry, swinging and missing her.

"You are of particular interest, Commandant," She said as she easily dodged all of his strikes, "You are in a position of high power and must be dealt with."

She dodged his final attack and jammed her blade through his gut.

"No!" Alexei shouted from across the battlefield.

The battlefield hushed, to see a man of such power silenced in seconds by what appeared to be a young girl was something they were not prepared for.

Tears streamed down Alexei's face, and his heart broke for the man he admired.

Schwann simply stared. He knew deep down that the commandant wasn't the best guy, but he still felt some sense of regret.

"Here," She told Alexei, "Take him, I may be a war princess but that doesn't mean I'm without humanity. Give him a proper burial." She threw his body to Alexei's feet.

"Commandant..." Alexei knelt beside him, "Keep your eyes open."

The Commandant grunted, "No... this is it for me," He coughed blood. "Here," he took his chest plate off, "Take this, you're the Commandant now."

Tears ran down Alexei's face as his superior exhaled his final breath, "No..."

The Don used his sword as a cane to help himself up, "I'm not finished yet!"

The Don threw his magical Artes at her, everything he had.

"You are an honorable man, but still a coward inside." She dodged several of his attacks and slashed her swords across his chest, creating an X pattern.

"Ugh!" He grunted, falling to the floor and clutching his chest.

Schwann stood up, running to help the wounded Don, who was unconscious and scared across the chest, her blades had thankfully cauterized the wounds she made, or else he would've bled out then and there.

"Lieutenant Schwann?" The woman asked him, "Why do you approach me when all of your comrades have fallen.

"I can't just leave the Don lying there to die," he told her. "Kill me if you must, I couldn't live with myself if I let a warrior die out this way."

The woman smiled, retracting her blades into thin air, with purple mist disappearing into the air with her blades.

She flew near him and her dark purple, quartz armor morphed into a revealing, similar colored dress. The dress featured no shoulder straps, and a rectangular hole in the stomach area to show her perfectly toned figure.

Schwann maintained an emotionless expression, standing at attention with his sword in his sheathe, "Do what you must, but that man will not die on my watch, it is my duty as a knight."

"As a knight?" She asked him, slowly circling him in a terrifying, yet seductive fashion. "Nearly all of your knights fled the battle, and the ones that stayed are arrogant killers."

"Yeah, well" Schwann muttered, "Maybe I'm not an ordinary knight, then."

"Oh, certainly not," she smiled at him, "You are so much more. A warrior with a kind heart."

She got in close and brushed her hand against his cheek. Schwann tensed up, but then relaxed.

She smiled at him and snapped her fingers, purple mist floated around the Don's face and he coughed, beginning the breathing cycle again.

Schwann ran over to check on him, listening to his breathing and checking his pulse. "What did you do?" He asked her.

"I saved him," she said, kindly, standing above the hunched over knight.

She waved her hand once again, and Raven's Armor disappeared, being replaced by a purple robe.

Raven grasped his new clothing, she had even changed his hair style, making him nearly unrecognizable. "What is this?" He asked her.

"I'm giving you a second chance," she told him.

"Why me?" Schwann asked.

The woman thought for a moment, and then held out her hand, summoning a purple bird.

"You, are like a lost Raven, so beautiful, such an elegant bird with a bad reputation." She made the Raven fly, "He spreads joy on his own, but in a group..." A group of angrier, more aggressive ravens joined, "The Raven is perceived as a parasite bringing mess."

"I didn't understand any of that..." Schwann told her.

She stood close to hun, their lips inches from each other's, "You will, one day."

Raven's heart was warm, he had never felt anything like this.

"Your presence..." he spoke softly, "It's... intoxicating..."

She smiled at him and gently pressed her lips against his, breaking after a few seconds.

Raven was stunned and in love, "You..." He lost his ability to speak.

"I wish all humans were like you," she told him.

Raven simply stared at her beauty, as she levitated above him.

"I must go now and report my findings on Terca Lumireis... I believe you may have spared this world..."

"But..." Schwann attempted to protest.

"Remember, the lost Raven is better off alone," She told him as she began to fade out outfit first, so he may gaze upon her perfect form once more. She disappeared into the wind, and the last purple speck vanished.

The Don coughed and awoke on the battlefield, Schwann above him, watching over him.

"Huh?" He asked, "Who are you?"

Schwann looked down, knowing if he used his real name that he wouldn't be accepted.

"Uhhh," he paused, "I'm... Raven, sir."

"Well, Raven," the Don rubbed his head and looked at his chest, "I suppose we best head back to Dahngrest."

"I suppose we shall..."
