During the closing hours of the Mega PizzaPlex, Gregory sat alone on a bench as Vanessa was on her way to meet up with him. Ever since Gregory and Glamrock Freddy defeated William Afton, Vanessa became willing to be the child's adopted mother whenever the time was ready. Even though Gregory still lives in the Mega PizzaPlex, he feels safer than when he first arrived. Everyone assumed things would be going hunky-dory.

However, Gregory holds hidden guilt that he never expresses to anyone.

And that is the Guilt of His Parents' death.

Gregory holds immense guilt for what happened to his parents. His father was a landmine tester with severe nerve damage from shrapnel piercing his body. Although he and his mother visited him every single day, his father wouldn't speak, no matter what they did to try. Gregory's life at that point was becoming a living hell.

And it's after he heard a gunshot at home, his life fell apart at that point.

Although his memories were fuzzy, he remembered seeing his father holding the Glock at his mother's body. Gregory remembered hearing his father cry out in sorrow over what he did. And that Gregory was the one who witnessed the murder. Although the last memory was fuzzy in his mind, Gregory's father committed suicide as a way to punish himself for what he did, leaving Gregory an orphan.

The memories that haunted Gregory continued to linger even to this day.

"Whoosh..." Gregory makes a sound effect, daydreaming about flying in the sky like Superman.

"Superstar?" Gregory heard Glamrock Freddy's voice.

"Freddy? You don't have to check on me, you know." Gregory darkly told the animatronic bear.

"I've been monitoring your vital signs, and they've been erratic." Glamrock Freddy looked down at him with concern in his voice.

"Well, just because you can check vital signs on every human being doesn't mean it's your job to give them medication, Freddy." Gregory sighed in frustration.

"That's not why I'm here. I've been noticing you've been acting odd lately." Glamrock Freddy said to him.

Gregory doesn't flinch at Glamrock Freddy's note of his mental state. It didn't matter to the child whether or not Glamrock Freddy would notice, and it was to be expected. After all, nothing mattered to Gregory anymore, and his life and future were already in shambles. Gregory frowned darkly, seeing the world around him with a dark and cruel outlook, causing Glamrock Freddy to be further concerned for his well-being.

"Gregory, talk to me." Glamrock Freddy raised his hand a little.

"I'm fine, Freddy. I'm just a little shocked over what happened with William Afton." Gregory lied to the animatronic bear.

"Gregory, I know that's not true. You can talk to me, and I'll listen to you..." Glamrock Freddy pleaded with the young boy.

"I'm okay, Freddy. I was daydreaming about me being Superman. If I were to be Superman, I'd have no doubts I would save my parents." Gregory smiled cheerfully, attempting to convince Glamrock Freddy nothing was going on with him.

This caused Glamrock Freddy to be even more concerned. Even as an Animatronic Bear, he is aware of human emotions, and this source of pain Gregory feels is nothing like anything he's dealt with.

"Anyways, I heard a special party will be coming up tomorrow, and I don't want to wake up tired and stuff. So, I'm going to hit the hay until I feel energized enough for me to celebrate the party, too. And hey, you gotta get recharged too, Freddy!" Gregory hides his pain by acting cheerful and optimistic.

"Gregory..." Gregory heard a woman's voice.

Gregory froze as he slowly turned to see Vanessa, a deeply saddened and worried expression written on her face. Gregory gets nervous about why Glamrock Freddy and Vanessa talk to him personally.

"If you want to hang out with those kids at the party, you should hang out with us first..." Vanessa walked over to Gregory and Glamrock Freddy.

"Wait, what? Where is all of this coming from?" Gregory asked nervously.

"It's coming from never knowing why you're not talking to us, Gregory, especially when you're hurting," Vanessa calmly said.

"What are you talking about?" Gregory asked.

"I'm talking about your parents," Vanessa replied, trying not to overwhelm Gregory's emotions.

"How do you know about my parents? Did Freddy tell you?" Gregory's eyes widened a little.

"Yes..." Vanessa firmly answered.

"Gregory, I..." Glamrock Freddy tries to speak to him softly, not wanting to anger the child.

"I'm sorry, but I can't talk to you guys about that. I'm lucky to have you guys protect me. So we can all hang out. And I do want to spend my time laughing with people." Gregory's eyes began to water.

"A real family supports any child they have, whether a biological son or an adopted child. If you're hurting, Gregory, then say something to us. I know we can both help you out if you let us. What kind of people do you think we'd be if we laughed with each other while you're suffering alone?" Vanessa said to Gregory, exposing Gregory's fragile mental state.

Everyone was silent for a few moments to take in what Vanessa said.

"Gregory... Do you ever see the world as a cruel, sick place? I felt like that when William was brainwashing me." Vanessa asked the child calmly, not willing to overwhelm the mentally-beaten child.

Gregory's tears rolled down his face as he closed his eyes, feeling the rage of his memories escalate.

"I have. Every single day of my life..." Gregory openly admitted to Vanessa and Glamrock Freddy.

Glamrock Freddy was shocked by Gregory's confession.

"Why do you see the world like that, Gregory? Do you see people as cruel, malicious monsters?" Vanessa asked him a serious question.

"No!" Gregory half-yelled, scaring Vanessa and Glamrock Freddy.

"God almighty, no! That would be too easy to think about. All I ever wanted to do in my life was cause misery and pain to those who harm good people. And every time I see a bad person like William, I want nothing more than to make them suffer from every ounce of pain they inflicted on others throughout their lives. And ever since my father murdered my mother, all I ever felt towards anyone was Rage, Cruelty, and Violence to those who harm people that did nothing wrong." Gregory finally admits to Vanessa and Glamrock Freddy his true feelings.

Vanessa gave Gregory a calm stare as if she expected such a confession, while Glamrock Freddy's jaw was slightly open from the horrors of Gregory's mentality. Gregory's tears become bigger as they drop to the tiled floor.

"I thought it was just a phase I'm going through. But it wasn't a phase..." Gregory whimpered.

"It's normal to have these feelings, Gregory." Vanessa frowned with sympathy toward Gregory.

"But it's different!" Gregory half-yelled.

Vanessa walked over to Gregory and hugged him gently. Glamrock Freddy could feel the emotion of sadness washing through his robotic soul. Gregory sobbed softly as he felt the rage curdling inside him vanishing rapidly. Being hugged by someone other than his parents was something foreign to him, and it was a feeling he was too young for him even to understand.

"Stop feeling so hateful..." Vanessa told Gregory.

"You did nothing wrong to happen to your parents..." Vanessa brings out her most comforting voice.

Glamrock Freddy walked over to Vanessa and Gregory and hugged them as well. Gregory continues to sob softly from his emotions being let out.

After a good long while, Gregory, Vanessa, and Glamrock Freddy let each other go to recollect their thoughts. Vanessa and Glamrock Freddy noticed that Greggory fell asleep from exhaustion and his bottled-up rage being vented. Glamrock Freddy, not wanting to leave Gregory's side, chose to be with him even though he was low on power.

"Freddy, go recharge for the night. I'll keep an eye on Gregory." Vanessa sternly told him.

"Okay..." Glamrock Freddy lowered his head.

Glamrock Freddy walks away to let Gregory and Vanessa have their peace with each other. Feeling immense guilt from not knowing Gregory's feelings, Glamrock Freddy heads to a Recharge Station in his room, where he is greeted by Glamrock Chica, Monty, and Roxy. The trio had the same concerned expression he had. Building up the courage to tell his friends, Glamrock Freddy walks over to them.

"Gregory has a lot of hatred from what happened with William Afton..." Glamrock Freddy explains the situation.

"Wow, that deep? I didn't think it was that serious..." Monty's eyes widened a little.

"That poor boy... He doesn't deserve having his parents killed..." Glamrock Chica expresses her sympathy for Gregory.

"I can't believe this... All the trauma he went through..." Roxy clenches her fists in rage, enraged at herself for not knowing.

"It'll be okay. Vanessa will be looking after him while I recharge... I hope Gregory would not feel like this anymore..." Glamrock Freddy looks back at Vanessa holding a sleeping Gregory.

"Do you want us to talk to him?" Glamrock Chica asked worriedly.

"When he wakes up, absolutely. Right now, go back to your places. We've got a party tomorrow." Glamrock Freddy replied.

They all nodded their heads as they left Glamrock Freddy's room. Once they left, Glamrock Freddy watched from afar to see Vanessa putting Gregory on her lap, sitting at a nearby bench. Feeling relieved that Gregory will be okay, Glamrock Freddy goes into the Recharging Station and deactivates himself to get his power recharged.

Vanessa, now more determined to protect Gregory, caresses his hair to comfort him as he sleeps.

"It's okay, Gregory. Just get some rest..." Vanessa said to him as she heard Gregory whimper in his sleep.

Gregory sighed as his nightmare turned into a pleasant dream.

For the first time since his arrival at the PizzaPlex, Gregory felt he wasn't alone...
