Uni-

Today was the day my sister would finally recognize me. It was my birthday and we would get to hangout all day. I was sitting on the couch watching TV when Noir walked into the living room.

"Hey sis," I said. "Can we go hang out at the mall?"

"I'm sorry, but I have important work to do. Maybe next time," she said.

"You always do this, why can't we hang out ever? I just want to spend time with you," I said.

"Uni stop it. I have a very important job to do. I run a nation, I can't just spend time with you for no reason," she said.

"But Noir!"

"Stop!"

"Why can't you just leave me alone!"

"But Noir, it's my," I started.

"Just leave me alone damn it. I hate you!" she said.

She finally admitted it. That's why she would never spend time with me. With that thought I ran out.

"W-wait, Uni," Noir said.

I got out of the Basilicom and a man looked at me.

"Well, look at this. The CPU came out for me to kill. Time to die," he said, pulling a gun on me.

He thinks I'm Noir. Well, at least I can die so she doesn't.

"Die!" he said, shooting me.

"NO!" a boy shouted, jumping in front of me. I felt the bullet hit me, but it wasn't as powerful as it should've been. It was still enough to go through me. Huh, he must've gotten in front of it for me. It still wasn't enough however.

"UNI!" Noir shouted.

Well, guess I'll die now. Was the last thought in my head before everything went black.

Noir-

This is all my fault. I thought as I sat next to my sister in the hospital room. Only the beep of the monitor and my sobs were heard in the room. At least that boy was there. He stopped it from killing her. I guess he should be awarded.

"Um, Lady Black Heart?" the nurse asked.

"Y-yes?"

"We need to talk to you and the other CPUs."

"W-why?"

"It's about the boy. There's something we need to talk to you all about," she said.

"What is it?"

"It's the best for the four CPUs to hear this together."

"They're already on their way. They wanted to see U-Uni."

"Let me know when they get here please. It's very urgent."

A few minutes later all of them came into the room and looked at Uni.

"Oh my goodness. To think this would happen on her birthday too," Nepgear said, making my thoughts freeze.

That's what I forgot this morning. It's her birthday and I told her I hate her. I have to fix this as soon as she wakes up. "Um, the nurse said she needs to talk to us CPUs," I said, looking at Vert, Blanc, and Neptune.

"Oh, I wonder what for?" Vert asked.

"Well, let's go see," Neptune said, oddly quiet.

"Let's go talk to her," I said. We walked to the nurses station and she told us to follow her. She brought us to the boy who saved Uni's life.

"So, what is this about?" Blanc asked.

"Well, we noticed two strange things about him. First off he has no record of anything. Not even his name is known yet. Secondly, he was giving off a strange aura that we couldn't tell, that was until after we looked at Uni. This boy was giving off divine energy. Not as powerful as a CPU but on the level of a candidate."

"Wait, but that's impossible. Only females can use divine energies like that, right?" I said.

"That was what was thought, but this proves it wrong. It didn't come from Uni either, it was different. It looked kinda green."

"Let's look at him," I said.

We went in and looked at the boy laying down. He looked to be about 5'10", had black hair with a blonde spike in the front(Edward's hair from full metal alchemist only black and the bit that pokes up is blonde), and he also was wearing a black and green jacket with chains. He also had a weird oddly thick blade with a hilt that is longer than needed.

"What is this?" I asked, picking the blade up.

"I can't tell, it's similar to a cleaver though," Blanc said.

"It's a sword," a male voice said from the bed.

"You're awake?" the nurse exclaimed.

"Yeah, um, why are all of the Goddesses here?"

"Well, first off you saved my sister's life, so I wanted to thank you," I said.

"Secondly it sounds like you have some weird powers," Neptune said.

"You mean this?" he asked, as a dark green energy went over his hand.

"Do you know what it is?" I asked.

"No, I just thought that it was from the hit that I took from a monster. Why, what is it?" he asked.

"It's divine energy. You are what is known as a CPU Candidate. You are the younger sibling of a CPU, and with that coloing I would say that Vert isn't siblingless," Neptune said.

"Heh, funny joke. Only females can have divine energy, the four CPUs and their younger sisters. Males can't have it," he said, chuckling.

"That's what we thought too, but I can feel it. It's just like mine," Vert said. "While I might not have a little sister, at least I have a little brother."

"You're serious? I'm a CPU Candidate?"

"Yes, you are the Green Brother," Blanc said.

"No way."

"Well, looking at everything you should be good to go tomorrow," the nurse said.

"How's the other Candidate?" he asked.

"She hasn't woken up yet, but it's probably from the shock of getting hit."

"Well, I guess I should meet the other Candidates. I still can't believe that I'm one," he said, leaning back.

"Trust me when I say this is a surprise for us as well," I said.

"Let's go get the others and introduce them," Neptune said.

"By the way, what's your name?"

"Damion, my name is Damion."

Damion-

This is crazy, I'm a freaking CPU Candidate. I'm the only male CPU Candidate. Hell, I'm the only male with divine powers.

"Um," a female voice said, a knock following afterwards.

"Come in," I said.

"Um, my name is Nepgear, this is Rom and Ram," the pink haired girl said, walking in, with two little girls who looked like identical twins.

"Hey, I'm Damion, I'm the CPU Candidate of Leanbox. Man just saying that sounds weird," I said.

"I'm confused, why does he think that he's a CPU Candidate?" one of the twins asked.

"Because Rom, he's a dummy," the other one said.

"But Ram, I don't think he's lying," Rom said.

"I have to agree with Rom on this one," Nepgear said.

"Don't worry, I didn't believe it at first either," I said. "But this proves it," I said, showing them the divine energy in my hand.

"So, you're one of us now?" Ram asked.

"Yeah, I guess I am," I sighed.

"Um, how long have you known about your powers?" Nepgear asked.

"Well, about a year now, however I just thought that I got them from a monster. Now that I know what they are I realise that I got them because Leanbox's shares were extremely high that day."

"So, do you know what happens now?" Rom asked.

"Well, after I get out tomorrow I will go with Vert, who turns out to be my sister, and live in the Leanbox Basilicom."

"So, you truly are a CPU Candidate," Ram said.

"Yup, they will announce it when we arrive at the Basilicom. I wonder how my HDD will look or affect me," I wondered out loud.

"It's different for everyone," Nepgear said.

"Well, I guess you should go check on your friend, the other CPU Candidate that got shot."

"Alright," Nepgear said, she then checked her phone and her expression changed. "Uni's awake!"

"That's her name right?"

"Yeah, um, see you later," Nepgear said, as they all ran out.

"Alright, you can now get up and walk if you want to," the nurse said, walking in and taking the needles out of my arms.

"Thanks, um, would it be possible to take me to the other Candidate's room?" I asked.

"Yes, I think she said that she wanted to see you anyways," the nurse said.

I hobbled down to where her room is and when I got there Vert was outside and saw me.

"Damion? Should you be up and around?" she asked.

"Eh, I'm fine sis," I said. "Man that sounded weird."

"It'll take some time to get used to, yes," she said. "Uni said she wanted to see you, I'll let her know you're here," she added, walking in. I could hear a few voices talking before she came back out and motioned for me to go in.

"Um, hello," I said, walking in seeing her on a hospital bed and her sister next to her holding her hand.

"Y-you're the one who jumped in front of the bullet for me, right?" she asked.

"Y-yeah. It was the right thing to do," I said.

"So, they told me that you're weird," she said.

"Um, yeah, I guess you'll know tomorrow anyways but it turns out that I'm the CPU Candidate for Leanbox. I know you probably don't believe me but, it's the truth."

"I, oddly, do believe you," she said.

"Well, I hope you get better. I still need to get some more rest so I'm good to go tomorrow," I said, walking out.

"So, Damion," Vert said, following me.

"Yeah?"

"I was wondering if you could tell me more about yourself," she said.

"Well, I fight with a weapon I forged myself. It's a greatsword that transforms into a scythe and it also has a double barrel shotgun. I um, watch anime when I can and go to the library in between missions. I play some online games."

"Oh, so any special someone?"

"Heh, no, I'm asexual. I don't do relationships."

"Oh, well, I should let you know that your room will be plain when we get there. You can customise it however you want."

"Thanks, um, is there a forge near the Basilicom?" I asked, laying back down on my bed.

"We can find out together," she said with a smile.

"Thanks, tomorrow is going to be a very taxing day so I'm gonna go to sleep now."

AN-

So, this is gonna be different so there will be a few things in this that are a bit controversial. First off this will include some things that I agree with and don't think should be outlawed. Also some things that are included are things that while I don't fully agree with I think are thrown out of proportion. This is my way of trying to get them to change or getting people to realise that it isn't worth as much attention as they are giving it. However this is a game series I love and I want to see more of, so I'm writing it. I own nothing but this writing.
