They doze, and two hours later, he wakes to two blue eyes watching him.
"It's evening," Her voice rough with sleep, and she stretches slightly before settling her hands back against his chest. "We slept awhile."
He simply nods, too comfortable to be bothered to move, even as insecure hands begin to fidget with his open collar.
"You always manage to save me."
Stilling her hands, he drapes his arm around her and closes his eyes again. "Return the favor on Friday."
"Friday?"
"Corporate dinner," he murmurs, sleep once again threatening.
"You getting dressed up?"
"As are you."
She laughs.
