Note: Due to my lack of ideas, and me being busy writing other fics, this'll be the last entry in this collection. Thank you all for reading this!

Deeks was playing ball in the gym when he noticed Nate was watching from the bench.

'Hey. When did you get back?' He asked.

'Just got In today. Wanted to see you.' Nate replied.

'Because you want to hang out, or because Hetty wants us to let our feelings out?'

'The 2nd part.'

'I figured as much. Sigh. (Sitting on the bench). Okay, let me get started by saying: I'm doing fine. I have my NCIS badge, Kensi and I have our house, we still have our bar thanks to Kirken's business money, things are great!' Deeks said.

'But, I'm sensing things aren't so great? Otherwise, I don't think Hetty would've sent me to talk to you.'

'You are way too good at this job, man.'. 'No, I guess not. Kensi and I have tried both the traditional and non-traditional ways of having a baby, neither have worked. We burned through a lot of our money paying the insanely high medical bills on those fertility shots, and if we try again we might have to sell our house to pay for more treatments, and it wouldn't be a good idea to try and raise a baby while being homeless. And to add to all of that, a human trafficker that Kensi sent to jail along time ago is out of jail and is stalking her, and we have no idea where he is, or what he has planned next.' Deeks said.

'Hmm. That's a lot to go through. Sounds like, you might be feeling like you want to help, but don't know how.'

'You sure you're not Hetty? Because you are exactly right.'

Nate chuckled. 'Rest assured, I'm not any where near close to Hetty!'

'Good, because that would be freaky. Kensi has been through so much this past year. And I feel like there is something I should be doing to help her, but I don't have a clue as to what it could be!' Deeks replied.

'In this kind of situation, all you really can do is be there for her when she needs support. And you may not be as helpless as you might think.'

'You sure? Because some days it feels like nothing I do really seems to… Ohhhh. This is the situation where 'the little things can help', is it?' Deeks asked.

'Think about it. In hard times, the littlest things can have a big difference in how a person feels. Like, hand holding, hugs, kisses, doing minor things together. All of that can help more then you might think.'

'Got it got it. Thanks Nate.'

'Anytime, and. You will find that stalker.' Nate replied.

'I know.'
