Callie Torres flew a lot in her life. With her father's hotel empire, she was able to get a room at any of his properties with a name check and a smile. In her younger years, before residency took up all her time, she often flew to one for a few days whenever she wanted some time away from the stresses of college or med school.

Sitting on a plane heading to a medical conference in Boston, she had never been more thankful for her ability to get a first class ticket. It meant a more comfortable seat and better drinks.

And it also meant not having to sit near Arizona Robbins.

The woman who kissed her in the bathroom at Joe's.

The woman who she hadn't been able to find time to talk to in the last few weeks.

The woman she kept thinking about at random moments like every night when she was trying to go to sleep.

"You alright, Torres?" Mark Sloan asked from the seat next to hers.

"Fine," Callie said quickly. The last thing she needed right now was for Mark to grill her on any of this. He would try to help and that was the last thing she needed. "Just trying to figure out why they sent a resident to this."

"You'll be an attending after June 30, and you already accepted the position pending your boards," Mark reminded her.

Callie reached for her drink and threw the rest of it back. That was true. Soon she'd be an attending ortho surgeon with the dark navy scrubs to prove it. A chance to prove herself in a field that she really did love.

The plane landed shortly after and two vans carried the doctors to the hotel. It wasn't one that her family owned, which always felt a bit unusual for Callie, but she got the key to the room and headed up to her room. She just hoped that whoever she was roomed with wouldn't annoy her.

Standing by the elevator, she felt someone stand next to her. When she looked over, she saw Arizona with a smile.

"Hello, Calliope," Arizona greeted.

"Hi," Callie said as calmly as she could.

"Excited for the conference?" Arizona asked as they got on the elevator.

"Yeah, of course. It's always fun to learn about new innovations," Callie said as she hit the button for the 12th floor. She noticed Arizona didn't hit anything which made her heart race.

They were on the same floor.

Terrific.

"Maybe we could get coffee while we're here? I mean we'll be here for three days so there's time, right?" Arizona offered as they exited the elevator when it reached their floor.

"Yeah, I'd like that," Callie said. She could agree to coffee. Right? Arizona had been on her mind since the kiss, and coffee was a good way to test the water. She just had to make sure that she didn't let her guard down as quickly as she had with Erica, so she didn't get burned alive again.

When they both stopped outside of 1204, it hit Callie. Arizona was her roommate for the conference. She looked in Arizona's hand and saw the writing on the paper wrap that the keycard was in confirming it.

Terrific.

Maybe God really did hate the gays?

"Looks like we're roommates." Arizona smiled as she took the keycard out and pushed the door open. Both paused as the door shut behind them.

There was a positively wonderful looking bed.

Bed.

Singular.

"They made a mistake," Callie sputtered as she looked at the room.

"The place is booked solid. They must have run out of rooms with two beds," Arizona said as she moved deeper into the room to set her bag down.

Callie surveyed the room. There was a bathroom to the right of the door, a large king sized bed in the middle of the room with a fairly comfortable looking chair next to it, a stand with a TV on it, and a desk next to it.

And no couch.

Terrific.

Arizona turned back to Callie and tilted her head. "Calliope. Callie. If you are uncomfortable because of what happened at Joe's I can promise you that I can control myself," she said. "But I'll go down to the desk and confirm there aren't any more rooms or rooms with two beds. If there aren't, then we'll see if we can swap roommates. Though I refuse to sleep in the same room as Mark Sloan."

Callie couldn't help laugh at that. "What? Don't want to be hit on for three days?"

"I wouldn't mind being hit on for three days by my roommate, just not my very male roommate who is also semi dating Lexie Grey," Arizona countered.

"Fair enough," Callie nodded. "Look." She ran her hand over her face. "You said it. This place is booked and the chances of us getting another room are slim. We're adults. We can handle this. It's a big bed."

"If you're sure," Arizona nodded. "Right or left?" She gestured to the bed.

"Left." Callie moved her bag to the left side of the bed.

"Awesome," Arizona smiled.

Callie couldn't help but smile back as a flood of butterflies hit her square in the chest.

Terrific.

Callie and Arizona didn't see each other for the rest of the day. Both went to poke around in the conference center. Most of the booths and sessions wouldn't be until the next day, but both knew people attending that they wanted to meet up with.

When Callie walked into the room that night, she saw Arizona sitting in bed in a tank top and felt her mouth involuntarily water.

Who knew a messy bun and a red tank top could look so insanely hot?

"Hey," Arizona said as she looked up from her phone.

"Hey," Callie said as she tossed her bag by her suitcase. "I'm going to go grab a shower and change."

"I'll be here." Arizona smiled before going back to reading what was on her phone.

Callie grabbed an old sweatshirt and a pair of leggings before heading to take a shower. She let the hot water sooth her nerves before drying off and changing. She took her time putting on some face cream and brushing her teeth before walking out.

Arizona had the TV on the local news while laying with her hands behind her head.

"Hey," Callie said as she climbed into bed.

"Hey," Arizona said with an amused chuckle. "Nervous?"

"I'm in bed with a beautiful woman. Wouldn't most people be?" Callie asked without thinking about the fact she called Arizona beautiful.

"I'm in bed with a beautiful woman and I'm not nervous," Arizona laughed.

Callie closed her eyes for a second to try and get control of her racing heart. Arizona was saying all the things that made her heart race and didn't seem to be breaking a sweat about it either.

"Calliope," Arizona said in a soft voice. "Was Erica your first girlfriend?"

Callie opened her eyes. "Erica was my first girl anything," she admitted as she rolled on her side to face Arizona.

Arizona gave a slow nod as the pieces started to fall into place. "Did you send her a toaster oven?" She asked with a playful smile.

"What?" Callie asked confused.

"It's an old lesbian joke. If you help someone figure out they are gay or bisexual, they have to send you a toaster oven as a gift," Arizona explained.

"Oh," Callie said. "We sort of helped each other figure it out."

"Oh," Arizona nodded slowly. "That explains some of that talk I told you I heard."

"Are you…" Callie trailed off. "Do you still want to get coffee?"

Arizona rolled on her side to mirror Callie's position. "Calliope." She smiled at Callie. "You're a newborn. And that is new and exciting and we've all been there. But I don't do experimentation. So, if that's what you want, I'm not your girl. But if you know, really know, you're into women then I'm very much still up for coffee or more than coffee."

"I am not looking for an experiment," Callie said seriously. "I…When Erica and I were figuring things out…Mark and I…I'm bisexual. But I am very much into women."

"You and Mark Sloan slept together?" Arizona asked as her eyes went wide.

"We're not together," Callie said quickly. "Mark is a friend, but that's all he's going to be from now on."

Arizona nodded slowly as she bit her bottom lip. "I've never dated a bisexual before. So, I'm kind of a newborn in that way."

"Really?" Callie asked.

"I'm sure I've slept with a few over the years," Arizona laughed. "But dated, nope. You'd be my first."

Callie couldn't stop a smile at the thought that Arizona wanted to date her. Even with her nerves after Erica, it brought another wave of butterflies. "Date, huh?" She asked.

"Coffee tomorrow morning and then maybe dinner if you don't have plans?" Arizona asked.

"I'm meeting some friends from med school," Callie said in an apologetic tone. "But we could have a drink after if you're up for it."

"Oh, I'm up for it," Arizona smiled.

Callie reached out to tuck a strand of hair behind Arizona's ear. Her fingertips lingered on Arizona's jaw for a moment. "Your eyes are the most beautiful blue."

Arizona smiled as she moved a little closer. "Are they?" She asked with a grin.

"They are. And those dimples are deadly," Callie said as she shifted a little closer.

"I've heard that before." Arizona reached out to trace over the curve of Callie's jaw. "If I kiss you again is that going to freak you out?"

"It's going to do something but freaking out is not the first thing that comes to mind," Callie said before leaning in as Arizona did the same.

Unlike the first kiss they shared, both knew it was going to happen. The kiss deepened as they both shifted closer together on the bed. Callie slid her arm around Arizona's waist as Arizona rested her hand on the back of Callie's neck.

The kiss broke and both women wore satisfied smiles. Arizona licked her lips as Callie's eyes dropped from Arizona's to watch.

"Where the hell did you come from, Arizona Robbins?" Callie whispered.

"Hopkins," Arizona grinned back.

Callie laughed before leaning forward to kiss Arizona again. She pulled back before the kiss could be deepened when she heard her phone ring.

"Hold that thought," Callie said before rolling over to grab her phone. "It's my father."

Arizona laid on her side and watched as Callie answered. She smiled when she heard the rapid fire Spanish. She couldn't speak any but the way Callie did was an incredible turn on.

The conversation didn't last long before Callie hung up and set her phone back down. "You don't speak Spanish, do you?"

"No." Arizona shook her head. "But the way you speak it makes me want to learn just to hear you say more of it."

"You're good at this," Callie said. She rolled back toward the middle of the bed where Arizona was and wrapped her arm around Arizona's waist again.

"Not so bad yourself, Calliope," Arizona said as she pressed a trio of kisses over Callie's throat.

Callie snaked a hand under Arizona's tank top to be able to draw random shapes over the small of Arizona's back as Arizona cuddled to her chest. Arizona wrapped her arm around Callie's waist to hold herself close.

The soft sound of the news played in the background as the pair laid together in the middle of the hotel bed. Callie kept slowly tracing on Arizona's back before Arizona slid her hand under Callie's sweatshirt to return the favor.

"This feels good," Callie admitted. "Laying here like here after a long day."

"I've always been pro cuddling," Arizona said with a sleepy voice.

"Roll over and turn off your light," Callie whispered. "Turn the TV off too," she added as she pulled herself back to turn her light off.

Soon the only light in the room came from the slight gap in the curtains. Arizona rolled back to face Callie, but she didn't automatically fall back in her arms.

"We should get some sleep," Arizona said. "Tomorrow is going to be a hectic day."

"What time do you have your alarm set for?" Callie asked. She reached under the blankets to find Arizona's hand. Her smile returned when she felt Arizona lace them together.

"Seven. The first set of panels start at eight-thirty," Arizona said through a yawn.

"Alright," Callie said. "Coffee and some breakfast before hand?"

"It's a date," Arizona smiled before rolling on her belly and gathering the pillow in her arms. "Sweet dreams, Calliope."

"You too, Arizona," Callie smiled as she rolled to her back.

/

Callie woke up the next morning in the middle of the bed on her side. Her right arm was tightly wrapped around Arizona's middle while her forehead was pressed between her shoulders, their heads on the same pillow.

It was an undoubtedly intimate position for the pair to share. One that Callie allowed herself to soak in. She knew she should shift back to give Arizona more space. But it felt good. It felt like something she could easily get used to.

"Morning." Arizona's voice was thick with sleep when she turned over to cuddle deeper in Callie's arms.

"Morning," Callie said as her arm tightened to keep Arizona close to her. "Time is it?"

"I don't know," Arizona answered. "Alarm hasn't gone off yet, so we have at least a few seconds to lay like this."

Callie moved her hand back under Arizona's shirt to splay her hand across Arizona's back. Her skin was sleep warm and so touchable at the moment.

"Do you make it a habit of getting under a woman's shirt before the first date?" Arizona asked with a still sleepy but playful voice.

"Only the women who kiss me the first time we meet," Callie said.

Arizona slid her hand over Callie's hip before she pulled back but not out of Callie's arms. "I don't usually wake up like that. Usually spooning starts the night and I break away in the middle of the night."

"Nothing about us is usual," Callie said with a challenge in her tone.

"No, it's not." Arizona smiled before rolling away and standing by the end of the bed. "Alarm was going to go off in a minute." She tapped her phone to turn it off. "I'm going to go grab a shower."

"Fine by me," Callie said as her eyes followed Arizona as she headed to the bathroom. She hadn't seen the shorts she had on the night before but they were a good look on Arizona. A very good look.

Callie grabbed the remote before putting on the news so she didn't spend the whole time Arizona was in the bathroom thinking about what Arizona looked like in the shower. It didn't work.

Terrific.

/

Callie and Arizona came back to their hotel room from the post dinner drink they had together. Their hands lacing after they stepped off the elevator for the walk to their room.

"I should have guessed you liked tequila," Arizona giggled slightly as she stepped in the room.

"Oh yeah, why's that?" Callie asked as she locked the door behind them.

"Tequila can be sweet and fruity but it can be like black pepper and earth too. It depends on the context, how it's kept. It's adaptable," Arizona said as she tossed her purse on the desk before sitting in the chair by the side of the bed to take her heels off.

"Very wise, Dr. Robbins." Callie kicked her shoes off before laying on the bed on her side.

"I've been known to be from time to time," Arizona grinned at her.

"You're too far away right now," Callie said as she patted the bed.

"If I get into that bed right now we're going to have sex," Arizona said plainly.

"Which is a bad thing?" Callie asked confused.

"We're going to have awesome sex but not tonight." Arizona shook her head. "Because I want to know things about you before we do."

"Things?" Callie asked with a raised eyebrow.

"I don't want just a night with you, Calliope Torres. I want to know things about you first and not be four gin and tonics in. I want to remember everything, absolutely everything, about you that first time." Arizona rested her head on the back of the chair and shot Callie a playful smile.

"You are ridiculously smooth when you want to be." Callie moved closer to Arizona but stayed on the bed.

"I find you endlessly fascinating, Calliope," Arizona said.

"What do you want to know?" Callie asked. "I'm an open book tonight."

Arizona thought for a moment. "Favorite color, favorite food, favorite common operation?"

"Blue, pizza, ACL repairs," Callie answered easily.

"I love pizza," Arizona smiled as she thought about ordering one.

"Do I get the answers to your questions from you?" Callie asked. "Or do I not need to know things about you?"

"Light purple or pink, pizza and appendectomies," Arizona answered. She grabbed the bottom of the dark blue sweater she was wearing and pulled it off. She had a thin white shirt on under it that let her bright pink bra peak through.

"I didn't know this was strip twenty questions," Callie said.

"I get warm when I drink," Arizona explained. "Another thing you now know about me."

Callie let her eyes wander over Arizona's torso now that her sweater had been discarded. "What else do you want to know?" She asked as she flicked her eyes from Arizona's chest back to her face.

Arizona's smile was wide as she watched Callie looking her over. "If you could go on a vacation anywhere in the world, where would you go? What settles you after a long day? Any tattoos?"

"No tattoos." Callie shook her head. "A month anywhere? Spain, no doubt." She paused when she got to what settled her after a long day. "I don't know what settles me. Sleep helps but it's been a while since I've felt really settled."

Arizona nodded at the sincerity in Callie's voice. "No tattoos, Italy, a glass of wine and a bubble path or hearing someone's heart beating under my ear."

"Italy is great," Callie said with a smile. "I spent some time there between college and med school."

"I went for spring break with some friends my second year of med school. Had way too much fun," Arizona laughed at the memories.

"Oh yeah?" Callie asked.

"The topless beaches were a personal favorite," Arizona smiled.

"I bet they were," Callie said before her eyes dropped back to Arizona's before going back up.

"Boob girl?" Arizona asked.

"Yours," Callie nodded.

"Play your cards right and you might get a peak," Arizona said with a bubbly laugh. "Dumbest thing you've done while drunk, biggest fear, best childhood memory?"

"Mark, public speaking and when I was nine my dad and I flew to New York City just to spend the day in the snow. I grew up in Miami so I never had Christmas in the snow. There was a big storm predicted so we flew up the day before and spent Christmas doing all the things we couldn't back home."

"That's amazing," Arizona smiled at the though of a much younger Callie Torres bundled up in New York City on Christmas. Even the idea of Callie and Mark together didn't dampen the smile. "I bet you had the best day."

"It was so great. My mom had to stay with my older sister, Aria, because she was sick. Daddy wanted to make Christmas magical that year so he came up with the idea." Callie smiled as she thought of her father.

"I almost got a tattoo the first time I was really, really drunk. My then girlfriend and I were twenty and sure we were going to get married. So, we decided on tattoos. Thankfully I passed out before we left to go get them," Arizona said with a chuckle at her younger self. "Biggest fear already came true with my brother dying in Iraq. But now? Something happening to me and my parents getting that phone call." She paused knowing how heavy that got. But it was important to know real things about each other, right?

"Favorite childhood memory?" Callie asked when Arizona didn't go on.

"Every time we moved, my parents would take Tim and I skating. First thing. Before the boxes were unpacked and dinner was made. We'd finish unloading and get our skates from the car and go. And no one what base we were on or what country or state we were in, it was alright because we were together. It's why I have the Heelys. It makes me feel closer to them even when we're far away," Arizona explained.

"Come here," Callie said as she opened her arms.

Arizona didn't protest this time as she moved from the chair to the bed. Callie wrapped her up in her arms, holding her firmly as Arizona snuggled against her chest.

"That got heavier than I meant it to," Arizona said once she was settled.

"You wanted to know things," Callie said. "Can't just be favorite color and if I have tattoos."

"I like that your first reaction to the heavy was to pull me in," Arizona admitted. "It wasn't to run. Sometimes my first reaction to to throw up walls. Yours was to wrap me up in your arms and give me shelter. Which is a deep thing to say, but I also ramble sometimes."

"It's cute. The rambling," Callie said before pressing a kiss to Arizona's forehead. "Any other questions tonight?"

"What's the thing you thought was right at the time but you knew was wrong the second you did it?" Arizona asked.

"Marrying George," Callie whispered. "I loved the idea of him more than the reality of him. But we're alright now. He's going to be a really good doctor, and I'm happy."

"Yeah?" Arizona pulled back just enough to look into Callie's eyes.

"Right now I'm really happy," Callie whispered. "What's yours?"

"Walking out of the bathroom and not kissing you more," Arizona answered as her hand slid to rest on Callie's cheek the same way it had that night.

"That was a perfect move what you did," Callie said. "I wouldn't change anything about it except my bangs."

"I liked the bangs." When Arizona checked her watch, she saw how late it had gotten. As much as she wanted to spend the rest of the night talking to Callie, they both had to be up early tomorrow. "Go change, Calliope. I'll change after you. It's late."

Callie leaned forward to kiss Arizona before shifting back and rolling off the bed and to her feet. "Be right back," She said before grabbing clothes and heading to the bathroom.

Once they were both changed and back in the bed they gravitated to the middle of it again. Arizona rolled so her back was to Callie in a wordless offer to hold her as they slept. Callie didn't need to be told twice as her right arm snaked around Arizona's waist.

"This is dangerous," Arizona whispered after the lights were off.

"What is?" Callie asked as she brushed her thumb over a sliver of bare skin where Arizona's shirt bunched up.

"How nice it feels having you hold me," Arizona said. She rubbed her hand over Callie's forearm before covering Callie's hand with her own.

"I'm not dangerous," Callie whispered.

"Promise?" Arizona whispered back.

"Promise," Callie answered before pressing a kiss to Arizona's shoulder. "Now go to sleep, so we can get up and have coffee before our sessions."

"As you wish, Dr. Torres," Arizona said before closing her eyes.

/

Arizona woke up the next morning to the feeling of Callie's arm around her waist again. She pressed slightly back and felt the arm tightening. Two mornings in a row she had woken up like this and already she was hooked on how it made her feel.

"Morning," Callie said in a sleepy voice. She pressed a kiss to Arizona's shoulder before her head rested back against her.

"Has the alarm gone off yet?" Arizona asked as she closed her eyes again to soak up the feeling of Callie's arm tight around her.

"No," Callie said. "We have about fifteen minutes I think."

Arizona shifted forward and then rolled over to face Callie. She smiled when she was greeted with a smiling Callie. "Good morning."

"Two nights in a row we've woken up all wrapped up together," Callie commented as Arizona tucked her head under her chin. "What are we going to do when we get back to Seattle?"

"You'll just have to spend the night," Arizona said without thinking.

"Will I?" Callie laughed at the offer.

Arizona pressed a series of kisses on Callie's throat. She hadn't meant to just blurt our the offer for Callie to sleep over at her apartment but on the other hand she kind of loved the idea of Callie in her bed at home. "I'm not taking the offer back," she said against Callie's skin.

"Good," Callie said. "Because jet lag sucks and sleeping next to you sounds like a really great cure for it."

"We could not sleep too," Arizona said with a smile as she pulled her head back. "It's my secret cure for jet lag. Sex, before and after the flight."

Callie kissed Arizona because how could she not? Her hand slid under Arizona's shirt to rest on her ribs as her tongue slid over Arizona's. The kiss heated up as she rolled to tug Arizona over her.

"I like being on top." Arizona grinned down at Callie once she was settled against her.

"You? I never would have guessed," Callie said.

Arizona leaned forward to kiss over Callie's neck. They didn't have time to have sex this morning but making out was her favorite way to wake up. Her teeth scrapped lightly against Callie's neck. She was careful though of leaving marks because of the conference.

"Arizona," Callie moaned.

The moment had a bucket of cold water tossed on it when there was an insistent knock at the door. "Torres, open up. We need to talk. Little Grey and I were texting last night."

Terrific.

"I'm sorry." Callie kissed Arizona one more time. "Go grab your shower and I'll take care of Mark."

Arizona just sighed before grabbing what she was wearing today and heading into the bathroom. She clicked the lock for good measure. She was not taking a chance at Mark Sloan "accidentally" walking in while she was in the shower.

Callie ran a hand through her hair before going to the door. She took a breath before she undid the lock and opened the door. "What, Mark?"

"Lexie and I are going to move in together," Mark grinned. "We talked. I finally laid it all out there for her and we talked. So, we're moving in together."

"This couldn't wait?" Callie groaned. She and Arizona had been having the most perfect make out and it all stopped because Mark finally used his words?

"No!" Mark said in a shocked tone. "I've never lived with a woman before. Not long term. What if I snore? What if she hates the type of milk I get? What if she is messy and I'm neat and we fight? Why am I doing this to us, Torres?"

Callie softened slightly. "Mark, you and Lexie have something real. You just have to trust her and she has to trust you." She reached out and patted him on the shoulder.

"You want to grab breakfast?" Mark asked.

"No," Callie said. "Arizona and I are."

Mark just grinned. "How is blondie in the sack?"

Callie punched him in the shower without warning. "I will not be telling you anything about Arizona and my sex life."

"I tell you about Lexie and me!" Mark protested.

"Against my will, Mark," Callie laughed. "We'll get lunch maybe, alright?"

"Fine," Mark said with a pout.

Callie shut and locked the door before taking a breath. She loved Mark. He had been there when she needed someone most but right now she wanted to really punch him.

"Mark's gone," Callie called to Arizona before going to get her clothes ready for the day.

"Thanks," Arizona came out with a towel wrapped around herself. "If you want to grab a shower now I'll change? Then we can get more than coffee and a bagel before the sessions."

Callie let her eyes take in all that Arizona was wrapped in a towel. "Yeah, yeah sounds good," she said as she nodded while making no move to the bathroom.

"Go take a shower," Arizona said as she looked at Callie's face. She broke out in a self-satisfied smile.

"Right, shower." Callie grabbed her things.

"Might want to make it a cold one," Arizona laughed as the door shut behind Callie.

/

After the last sessions, they went out for dinner before having a drink at the bar downstairs. Before the door is opened to their room, Callie pressed Arizona against it to kiss her. Both forgetting a moment they were doctors and not college students as they made out in the hallway.

"We need to get inside," Callie said against Arizona's lips.

"We do." Arizona's eyes were a darker blue as she pulled away just enough to get them in the room.

When they were inside and the door shut behind them, Callie wrapped Arizona in her arms. "Take me to bed, Arizona. Please."

Arizona just smiled and leaned up to kiss Callie firmly. She laced their fingers together before pulling her into the room. They both took turns in the bathroom before they climbed into bed. Neither really said anything to the other, but there was an electric feeling in the air.

"It's our last night here," Arizona said as she and Callie laid facing each other.

"It is," Callie said. "I almost don't want to leave."

Arizona smiled before leaning in to kiss Callie. "When we go back to Seattle, you can show me all your favorite places, and I can show you mine," she pointed out as her fingers skimmed over the thin top Callie had on.

"There is this little diner I found when I was an intern. It has the best pancakes in the city," Callie said as her hand moved to rest over Arizona's hip. "I want to take you there after a long shift and hear all about it. Drink coffee and trade bites of pancake and watch the city wake up."

"Where the hell did you come from, Calliope Torres?" Arizona asked in a mirror of Callie's question.

"Miami originally," Callie smiled.

Arizona ran her fingers over Callie's forearm. "Anything I should be worried about?" She asked with a tilt of her head. "I doubt they sell dental dams in the hotel store."

Callie was pretty sure she wouldn't be able to get the blush off of her cheeks again as she shook her head no. "No, nothing for you to worry about."

"Good." Arizona leaned in for another kiss. "You either," she said as she tugged Callie over her instead of the other way around.

Callie found settling against Arizona was the most natural thing in the world. "I'm still kind of new at this. You shouldn't have to go full attending on me or anything though."

Arizona laughed softly. "I try to save full attending mode for at least the third time I have sex." She leaned up and kissed her before looping her arms around Callie's neck.

Callie had good sex before.

Callie had great sex even.

But sex with Arizona?

Sex with Arizona was like nothing she had felt before. Even the great Mark Sloan failed to measure up to what Arizona could do. From Arizona's side, it was pretty great too. She barely had to guide Callie, but when she did she made Callie feel as though it was the sexiest thing in the world to hear Arizona telling her what to do.

"Santa Madre de Dios…" Callie trailed off as she laid wrapped in a sheet at the end of the bed as Arizona laid at the head. She often went to Spanish when her emotions ran strong.

"Your hands are so strong…" Arizona said with a goofy grin.

"Ortho work will do that." Callie trailed her finger over Arizona's ankle.

"You're thinking really hard down there, Calliope," Arizona said as she fought against moving her foot away even though this tickled.

"You aren't like the female Mark, right?" Callie asked.

"Come again?" Arizona asked.

"I'd love to," Callie snorted. "What I mean is, you aren't just in it for the hunt, right? I've heard things at the hospital and the nurses seem to really like you."

Arizona chuckled. "When I'm single, I'm single. I enjoy myself, and I make no apologies for that." She sat up and the sheet pooled at her waist. "When I'm with someone, I'm with them. No nurses or doctors or anyone else."

Callie nodded slowly as her eyes drifted down. "You are making me the biggest fan of boobs."

Arizona laughed as she offered her hand to Callie to help bring her up to the head to the bed. When Callie laid next to her, Arizona cuddled against her chest. "You can look at my boobs all you want."

Callie closed her eyes as she let the contentment of the moment overtake her. "This."

"This?" Arizona asked against her chest.

"You asked me what settles me. This does. Laying in bed with you and feeling you wrapped safe in my arms. I feel more settled than I have in a long time," Callie whispered as she drew on Arizona's back with her finger tips.

"I'm with you if you're with me," Arizona said. She tilted her head up to to look into Callie's eyes. "We don't have to give a name to it other than that if you aren't looking for it," she whispered as her blue eyes found brown. "But me with you and you with me and neither of us with anyone else?"

"You with me and me with you and neither of us with anyone else," Callie agreed without hesitation. "I want to figure out what we are sooner rather than later. But tonight I just want to lay here and enjoy."

"Enjoy away," Arizona said before giving a smile that lit her face up. "Who would have known having only one bed in this room would be the best random thing ever?"

"The best?" Callie said with a mega watt smile on her own.

"The best random thing ever," Arizona said.

"The best random thing ever," Callie agreed before tugging Arizona back on top of her with a grin.

Callie Torres flew a lot in her life. But never before had she flown with Arizona sitting next to her in first class. She bumped Mark to the other side of the aisle.

"What time are we getting to Seattle?" Arizona asked.

"Just after seven PM," Callie said as Arizona laced their fingers together.

"If you're up for it, I'd like to take you to dinner," Arizona said. Her thumb traced over the back of Callie's hand as the flight attendant started going over the safety tips.

"My schedule is really insane right now," Callie teased. "Of course I'll go to dinner with you," she added after only a moment's pause.

"Or," Arizona said before dropping her voice to a whisper. "Pizza and beer at my apartment?"

"Awesome," Callie smiled as she used Arizona's favorite word.
