"Are you sure you don't want to come with us," Loki walked with you to where Heimdall was going to take Thor and Loki to Asgard.

"Thinking about traveling on the Bifrost again makes me queasy," you kissed Loki's shoulder.

"Come on brother," Thor called as you walked up to him. "We'll see you soon, sister."

You hugged Thor and turned back to Loki. "Stay safe."

"You too," Loki pulled you into a hug and kissed you on the top of your head. You began to sense the Bifrost forming and stepped away for it to surround Loki and Thor and take them away.

You stood there for a few moments, fighting the urge to cry. The plan was for the two brothers to go back and convince Odin to lift your banishment and break the news that you were pregnant. They hoped it would take a couple weeks at most, but you hoped it would take less time. You turned back to where Clint and Natasha were waiting for you with the black SUV you took there.

"You're okay?" Natasha asked, patting your back.

"Nope," you laughed slightly. "But it's not going to be forever."

"Well considering you're not going to be going on any missions anytime soon," Clint opened the driver's side door. "You'll have time to relax."

"That's what I'm afraid of," you got into the backseat of the car while Natasha got into the passenger's. "But I am craving some steak and ice cream."

"That is a good idea," Clint laughed and started the car.

Since you couldn't go on missions you spent a good amount of time working out best you could and relaxing, when you weren't suffering from morning sickness or intense cravings. I had been two weeks since Loki and Thor left for Asgard and you couldn't help but worry that they weren't going to come back to Midgard. Everyone had lives outside of the tower and you finally decided you were going to go out to explore the city.

You messaged Natasha with the new smart phone Tony gave you when you came back after running away and left the building and chose a direction. You missed walking so you kept walking until the sun went down and the streetlights came on.

"Hey baby," a man came up to you, wrapping an arm around your shoulder, alcohol soaking the words he spoke. "Wanna have some fun."

"I got a man," you brushed his arm off of you and kept walking. It wasn't the first time you dealt with those kinds of men.

"Look what we have here," a man wearing animal pelts found you dry heaving after you were banished to Midgard. "Are you lost little flower?"

"Leave me alone," you hissed, the nausea and headache from traveling the Bifrost racking your body.

"Don't be like that," the man grabbed you and pinned you on your back. "I'm just trying to be nice."

"I'm not," you jammed your knee into the man's crotch, hearing a pop as he fell over. "You Midgardians are weak."

Even though you were weak by Asgardian standards, you were still capable of fighting a male Midgardian. The man groaned on the ground and you shoved him off and began to stumble away.

"Where do you think you're going," the man's voice became angry and he tackled you to the ground. He began clawing at your clothes and you struggled to push him off your back.

Your brain pounding against your skull and it became harder to fight the man on top of you. The pain surge through your body and you screamed, electricity charging throughout your body. Your screamed were accompanied by the man's and after a moment, he stopped moving.

You struggled to worm your way out from under the man and turned him over to see him burnt to a crisp. You found a few pieces of dried meat in the man's coat and shoveled it into your mouth. You were running on instinct at your body was tell you to eat.

"I heard screams over here," you heard another man call and you fished the blade from the man and hurried behind a tree as a group of three other men came onto the scene. "Oh Allfather!"

"What happened to him?" one of the men began checking his body. "He looks like he was struck down by Thor."

"What do you know about Thor," you came out from behind the tree and the men readied their own blades.

"Who are you?" one asked, looking you up and down.

"Y/N," you answered. "Your friend attacked me and he was. . . struck down."

"Well. . . it would seem you are protected by the mighty Thor," the one who first found the scene put his blade away and the other followed suit. "Let us make up for our. . . brother's mistake. You look like you've haven't see another person in years."

"Feels that way," you nodded and they took you to their village.

"Let me go," the man yelled, you had pinned him to the wall with an arm behind his back. "You're hurting me."

"Run on home," you hissed, shoving him against the wall and letting him go.

"Fucking bitch," the man rubbed his shoulder as he stumbled away.

Someone began clapping from behind and you turned to face with another man in dark clothing.

"You know," the man had an Arab accent and you realized it sounded like he was from Cairo. "It was difficult to get you alone, what with you hanging out with the Avengers all the time. But all I had to do was wait."

"What do you want," your hand went from your phone and rush magic into it to send a distress single to Tony.

"I just want to walk," the man started towards you and you stood your ground. "You see, we noticed your little stunt in Cairo and we're interested."

"I'm not," you began to walk away but stopped when two other men blocked your path.

"My boss is really interested in you," the man continued. "He wants to talk."

"I don't," you turned to the man and back to the two blocking your path. "Are you going to move or am I going to make you?"

"Neither," the man said and stepped towards you. You slid out of the way and saw that the man was holding a needle. You quickly pushed the two men to the side and started running down the street.

As you ran, your phone vibrated and you took the phone out of your pocket and answered Tony's call.

"Hey honey, how are you," you huffed into the phone, dipping between crowds.

"Where are you Swayze?" Tony seemed to be out of breathe himself. "What's going on?"

"Someone from Cairo really wants to talk to me," you ran around a corner and had to dodge out of the way of a biker.

"Aren't you popular," Tony began talking to someone for a moment and returned to the phone. "We got your location."

"Please hurry cause I'm getting tired," you stomach started to warn you that it had to eject itself from your body. "Oh little one, please just work with me this once."

Tony began to direct you through the city and you relayed the descriptions on what the men looked like. Every time your foot hit the ground, your body complained. You stopped hearing the men following you awhile ago, but you did let yourself stop until you were back in Loki's arms.

But you would settle for Stark's building.

You turned a corner and stopped as a van door opened and similar looking men jumped out. You were about to turn around but your stomach couldn't wait and you fell over heaving the contents from your stomach out. The men grabbed you and you felt a pinch in your neck. You tried throwing the men off of you, but your vision was becoming blurry and your limbs were not listening to you. You fought against unconsciousness to shout the description of the vehicle, hoping that Tony heard you and your vision went black.

You woke chained to a metal post, wearing only the t-shirt and jeans you had left Stark tower in. Your hands were handcuffed behind your back to the metal post, the chains wrapped around your body. You looked around and realized you were in an warehouse. Rusted equipment, broken windows, and dust told you that no one had been here in a long time.

"You're awake," you turned your head to see a man walking towards you.

"You knock a lady out and I don't even know your name," you fought against your body tell you it need to pour out your soul.

"Forgive me miss," the man bowed to you. "The name is Ahmed Jobrani and you are Y/N."

"Someone did their research," you tugged the handcuffs, but whatever was in your body made you strength the same as a mortal.

"Quite a bit," the man, Ahmed Jobrani, walked to a table and lifted a manilla folder. "You got around quite a bit."

"I like to travel."

"Not just travel," Ahmed opened the folder and took out a short stack of paper. "You have had quite a bit of influence in history."

"How you figure," you tried using your magic to unlock the handcuffs, but you could feel the usual energy.

"I did some research," Ahmed spread the papers on the floor and you saw areas where there were different forms of artwork that resembled you as well as photos of writings that had your name in them.

"You did your research," you nodded.

"How did you live for so long," Ahmed pulled a chair from the table and sat down. "Your first appearance was in Scandinavia, writings said that you were blessed by Thor, but he's with the Avengers and he seems more of the Spring Break surfer type."

"Why are you so interested," you leaned against the chains.

"Well, you had quite the story while in Cairo," Ahmed leaned towards you. "Remember what happened in 1989?"

"You were that kid," the realization dawned on you.
