They were both a little bashful with physical touches while walking through the lobby of his building, going up in the elevator, and down the hall to his place. He hoped they'd relax when they got inside his apartment.

Lee fished his keys out of his pocket to unlock the door. As he turned the tumblers, Amanda put one arm around his waist, pressed her chest against his back, and gave his butt a firm caress.

His training kicked in and he managed not to startle. Getting to know this aspect of Amanda King was going to be a lot of fun.

Once they were inside, Lee ditched his jacket, took her shawl and purse and hung them all on the coat rack by the door. Turning around, he began to undo his tie. Amanda had other ideas.

"Let me." Amanda loosened it first, then slid the richly colored fabric out of its Windsor knot. She studiously focused on the tie and then the little buttons of his shirt as she slid the first, second, third, and fourth free. She was thoroughly enjoying opening his shirt to reveal more and more of his smooth and muscular chest.

In this private setting they were now free to unleash their passions. "God, you feel good," Lee gasped when they tumbled to the couch.

He pulled her close, halfway covering her body with his. As they kissed and nuzzled, Lee bunched up her dress to feel her shapely legs and rear, where he discovered that she was wearing stockings and a garter. "So sexy," he breathed.

"What happened to taking me to bed?" The fairly large l-shaped couch was comfortable, but still not the best place to be doing what she wanted to be doing.

"I got distracted…." Lee smiled, getting distracted yet again as he kissed her neck and sucked at a spot that had Amanda moaning.

Discovering that Amanda was so uninhibited was such a turn on. He loved knowing this secret side of her - the one that anyone who made assumptions about her being a prudish suburban housewife would be hard pressed to believe.

Finally untangling themselves and standing up, he took her hand, led her to the bedroom, and shut the door behind them.

Once in bed, Lee looked down and Amanda gazed back, her body flushed and on fire. Even having had far fewer partners than he had, she knew her tendency to let go in the bedroom was relatively rare. Her mind, which was drunk with arousal, flashed on a thought - Dean would definitely have been put off by this part of her. She was so glad they'd never gone to bed.

Amanda reached to caress Lee's handsome face, which was framed adorably by his mussed up hair. They kissed hard and fast.

"I want you," she said.

Afterwards, Lee collapsed down and held Amanda close. They were sweaty and panting from their exertions.

"Don't go anywhere," he said as got up and he stepped into the ensuite bathroom.

When he came back, he thought Amanda looked spent in the best possible way - sleepy and satisfied.

She was a bit nervous about these 'afterwards' moments. Nothing about their relationship - professional and now personal - was what she assumed his others to be like. She knew she drove him bonkers when it came to Agency business. She also knew he was often completely baffled by the life she lived in the suburbs with her mother and two young boys.

The evening showed that they were incredibly compatible in at least one profound way. They'd talked through her worries about starting something that might not work out, but she had no idea if he'd want her to stay or to gather her things and leave right away. She supposed this would be a kind of indicator of another kind of compatibility.

Lee settled into bed and pulled the covers over them. He lay on his back and cuddled her close, lazily stroking his fingers through her hair and over her shoulder.

"So…" she began.

"Yeah?"

Amanda couldn't decide if there was trepidation in his voice or if she was projecting. In any case, what she was going to say shouldn't have worried him. "Still regret kissing me in Munich?"

Lee didn't open his eyes, he just laughed. Turning to nuzzle her hair, he said, "I'm just sorry I didn't kiss you more in Munich."

Amanda smiled. "Maybe we'll be there again someday."

"That'd be nice," Lee mumbled.

His breathing changed slightly and Amanda knew he'd drifted off. She smiled and adjusted her head on his shoulder, settling in for a good night's sleep.
