"Should we bring anything?" Iris asked as she sat next to Dagur on the stair landing outside of their house. "Gifts? Something to soothe things over?"

"I don't think Stoick would appreciate that," Dagur answered. "He's a proud man."

"I'll take your word for it." She sighed, leaning back on her arms.

Enigma and Jager lounged on the ground before them while Windshear hung at the side. Heather was inside unpacking the few things she'd need for her short stay. Surprisingly she was civil during supper with only saying a few words. It was an improvement from their first encounter.

A Terrible Terror flew over to perch on a barrel near the house. It watched them anxiously, breathing heavily, before jumping down to slowly approach them. Iris watch the little dragon curiously. It was a very stunning light green with red wings and spikes. Its eyes reminded Iris of a frog's eye with its bulging and pupil slit.

It approached Dagur, tilting its head side to side. Suddenly it calmed down. It leaped onto his lap and curled up like a cat. He looked at in shock before looking over at her. She just shrugged helplessly. She wasn't about to touch it. Suddenly it wiggled around, flopping all over his lap before jumping away and onto the barrel again.

"You little," Dagur growled. He jumped to his feet and glared at the tiny dragon who looked completely clueless with a dagger in its mouth. "Give that dagger back!"

Iris snickered as it leaned away from him with a look of confusion. It was as if the dragon was saying dagger, what dagger? With a growl Dagur grabbed at the dagger only for the Terror to jerk its head the other way, almost nicking him with the blade. He tried again with the same results.

"Why you!" Enigma chorkled. "You are NOT helping!"

"Hold on," Iris snickered.

Quickly she went inside and straight for the kitchen. A few bones from the roast she cooked for supper sat on the tray it had been on. She grabbed one and headed back outside. The Terror perked up at the sight of the bone.

"Is this what you want?" she asked while waving the bone side to side. It nodded eagerly. "Drop the dagger and I'll give it to you."

Without a second thought it dropped the dagger and stood up on its hind legs. It begged like a dog including soft whimpers and big sad eyes. Iris laughed and handed it to the dragon. It squealed and scrambled down the barrel to bound off with its prize.

"Told you you shouldn't eat with your knife," Iris teased as Dagur wiped the dragon drool off his dagger.

"Oh shush," he grumbled while she laughed.

"What's so funny?" Heather asked as she stepped outside.

"Dagur learned an important lesson about not eating with everyday knives," Iris snickered. "They'll smell like food and get taken by little dragons."
