The armor is easier with Inuyasha's help.

It comes off as she prepares their bedding, the clipped tones of the brothers no more than hushed grousing behind her. But she smiles at their begrudging cooperation and gives them their space.

"Hold still, will ya?" Inuyasha hisses.

Sesshoumaru bites back, his words unintelligible, and Kagome presses a hand to her mouth.

"I'm not tellin' ya again." There's a yank, the sound of leather sliding through fingers. "But if this falls and wakes the runts, you're sharin' a bed with more than just Kagome."

The squabbling stops, and she smothers a laugh.
