Sophi10: I hope this clears things up for you

The two slept soundly that night, holding one another close, although they did not notice, and neither would admit it in the morning.

She woke up first, noticing his arms draped over her protectively. Her first reaction would be to pull away, slap him and just run. But she didn't. She just stared at him, and a small smile crept up on her face.

Only a few moments later, his eyes began to flutter open, taking his arm away from her to sit up. He didn't notice.

The room was empty, the other 6 beds were made and tidy. Even Shifty's bed was empty, and Shady was suddenly a bit confused.

Rose climbed out of bed, limping with every second step thanks to the sore ankle. "Where did they go?"

"I think they went out to the markets. But they must have left without us…" He looks to his brothers' empty bed, before sighing.

Rose sat on the chair across the room, checking out her hurt ankle. Swollen, and slightly bruised, she sighed placing it back on the floor, sucking up the pain when she applied pressure on it.

"You don't know what to do without your brother, do you?" She noticed his longing look in his eye. Longing for his brother, and feeling lost without him.

He didn't tear his eyes away from the bed, "He never leaves me." Grabbing his brothers sketch book, and began flicking through it.

"Maybe it's good for a change?"

Shady didn't respond, instead began to draw on his sketch book.

Knock

Rose's head snapped up at the sound. Was that the door? Was someone in the kitchen? Are the hosts still here?

Knock, Knock, Knock.

Rose heard the knocking on the door, finding it strange that someone would find their way out here. She had never found this place, nor did her friends. To be completely honest, they would have robbed the place if they had.

"Do you hear that?" She says aloud, catching the boy's attention.

He shook his head, "Hear what?"

She heard it again, and there was no change in Shady. No recognition of noise or anything. Then once again, the three knocks returned. She crept down the stairs, hearing the knocking get louder, still confused thinking that it might just be in her imagination.

He sat there, sketching in an art pad, probably designing once again. Almost as if he was in a trance.

Rose kept on cautiously making her way towards the door, peering out through the window to see outside. But she couldn't see anyone there.

"Weird." She muttered to herself, preparing to turn away from the door. Well, she would have left if it hadn't been for another set of knocks. "I'm not crazy."

Maybe it was one of the other Hosts who didn't have a key?

The cold door knob sent a chill down her spine as she twisted the fancy thing. The door opened to find a small girl, draped in a red hood, with a brown braid draping down her left shoulder. She clutched a woven basket, full of bread and bright red apples. Her pure green eyes, looked to the Rose with a childish glee.

"Hi miss!" She happily exclaimed, whilst Rose scanned the area.

"Hi?" She replied, cautiously eyeing off the basket.

She smiled brightly, "My name's Azalea." She introduces herself, digging into her basket, "Would you like to buy some bread?" She hands out a loaf of bread, expecting Rose to take it, or at least seem interested.

"I'll pass." Rose declined, about to shut the door, but the girl was persistent.

In the blink of an eye, she replaced with a shining red apple. "What about an apple?"

Rose raised an eyebrow, "I'm pretty sure there's a story which says accepting apples from strangers is a bad idea." She tried shutting the door once again, but the girl shoved her foot in the way off the door.

"Don't you have a heart?" She said, with the childish gleam in her eyes, disappearing as she threw open the door, causing Rose to stiffen in surprise.

Rose felt her chest tighten, as she found it hard to breathe, or to even think. She could barely take in a breath, as she clawed at the hand at chest. The girl grinned, flashing a sharp-toothed, looking from Roses eyes, to the hand in the girl's chest. "You do, I can feel it."

The girl was sinister as her eyes turned red. Rose looked down, horrified that this young girl had her hand, literally in her chest, squeezing the very thing that kept the girl alive. Her heart.

With one good pull, the young girl ripped the heart from Rose's chest. She began to shake, in both fear, and breathing was almost impossible.

"It's golden too." The girl's voice dropped, becoming deep and menacing. Rose saw the small slender hand morph into a larger, more masculine one.

The King, Blayze.

Rose felt her life force grow weak, as she began to collapse clutching the door for support. Panic swirled in her chest, as she found it hard to keep herself up, her arms buckled from under her, so she fell to the ground.

"There's no getting out this one." He began to squeeze her heart, making Rose feel like she had to throw up. "You thought you could take me down," He bent down, holding her heart in front of her terrified green eyes, "You were wrong!" She watched her heart be squeezed once again.

She struggled to keep her eyes open, so he tilted her chin in his direction, "I'm the most powerful of all."

The King let her head drop, smirking as her eyes rolled into the back of her head. He left her there, sprawled out in the door way, brown hair lying out everywhere.

He walked up to his black steed, jumping on up with ease before placing the golden, beating heart into a satchel by his waste. And with one final glance, he rode away.

A strange feeling washed over Shady as he finally put down his pen. "Rose?" He called out, to the silent house. He stood up, walking down the stairs. "Rose?" Panic arose in his chest, as he noticed a slender out stretched hand, draped across the floor, no signs of moving. "ROSE!"

He leapt down the stairs and sprinted straight to her side, shaking the unconscious girl "ROSE!" She didn't even make a noise, not a stir nor nothing. He cried out her name over and over again, shaking the girl in hysterics.

He scooped her up, and carried her to the couch only a few metres away. He was panicking, running to the kitchen to place a cold towel on her fore head. She was burning up, unnaturally fast.

When he returned, he felt her skin once more and it was icy cold. But she wasn't shivering. It's like, she was just shutting down.

"Come with me." A girl appears in the door way, with blood red flowing hair. A spear strapped to her back and a white sword to her hip. "We need to get her heart back."

She turns to leave, with Shady looking as confused as ever, chasing her out the door. "Her heart?" He asks confused, before stopping, "I can't just leave her! I don't even know who you are!"

The sound of thundering horse hooves filled his ears as his friends returned, "Shady! There's no time!" Moody shouted from atop his white horse, with Candid holding onto his waist for stability.

She jumped down, and ran to his side, "Go, I'll help her here."

As much as he hated it, but they were right. "Come on," The crimson haired girl demanded, as she jumped on a red haired horse. She held out her hand, and he ran up and took it, getting a surprise when she dragged him up onto the horse with her superhuman strength. "Hiya!" She shouted, flicking the reigns, and kicking Winter in the gut.

The horse took off, with the other horses in tow. Bliss and Sturdy on a chestnut brown horse, Crafty and Shifty on a second black horse and Moody following close behind on his pure white horse.

"He went this way," Bliss shouted, pointing to a trail that lead through the dense forest. "We'll cut him off!" He shouted as they began to veer off to the right, Crafty and Moody following in his example.

The Huntress had picked up the same trail, just silently following it. He was trying to use this dense forest as cover, a risky move on his part, but very clever. "Come on girl," She whispered to the horse, and the horse picked up speed. Red had never seen a faster horse. Sure, she could run fast herself, but going up against a king on her own? It's not quite a smart idea.

"There!" Shady spied the King's coal black steed, "Is that the King?" He exclaimed in shock, "We're going up against the King?!"

The Huntress smirked, "Yes."

Winter was fast, and began catching up incredibly quickly. The King glanced over his shoulder, noticing that the Huntress was there, doing a double take in a panic. Hitting his horse to go faster. But Winter, she was not having any of this. She forced herself to go fast, and faster, pushing through any sort of pain she felt. She knew what was at stake.

"That bag! Grab it!" The Huntress demanded, as the King became within reaching distance.

Shady reached out, trying to grab it, but the King noticed, veering his horse away, almost causing Shady to fall, had it not have been for the Huntress. She caught him and dragged him back on the horse.

"Take the reins!" She cried out, jumping from her horse to the back of the King's.

Shady in a panic, grabbed onto the controls of the horse, keeping her close to the King.

The King and the Huntress both mirrored each other. Both Standing on the back of a running horse. "You were supposed to be under my control!" He shouted, as he tried to shove her off,

"No one controls me." She growls back, smirking as she jumps from his horse to her own.

Shady watched as the King was flung from his horse, so the red haired boy pulled on the horses reins. Winter skidded to a stop, and the Huntress flipped from atop the horse and to the ground, drawing her spear.

The Huntress drew her spear, and approached the King, who just scrambled away, getting back to his feet, away from the small boy in front of him.

"Bliss-senpai…" Shady said to himself. Sturdy walked up beside him, as Moody, Crafty and Shifty pulled in one their horses.

Shady stood next to his senior, watching as the King began to laugh, pulling the heart out from its pouch. It was glowing gold, and still beating. "You think you can defeat me?" He holds the heart tightly, and Shady winced, thinking of what that would have done to Rose, "Think again."

The heart disappeared inside his chest.

"No!" Shady called out, barely realising that those words has left his mouth. His brother stood beside him, placing a hand on his shoulder to keep him calm.

The King began laughing like a maniac, feeling the power flow through his body. "Yes!" His voice became almost demonic, as fire engulfed his hands, "YES!" He cried out, shooting fire balls at the hosts.

Everyone jumped out of the way, ducking for cover as flames roared over their heads. Bliss jumped up into a tree, as did Sturdy and the Huntress.

The other four had just crawled out of the way, hiding behind a rock. They knew they couldn't really fight him, but what could they do?

Bliss, Sturdy and Red took turns jumping down and giving blows to the King when they could…but he was barely phased by any of it. A kick from Sturdy should have enough force to send anyone flying metres across the ground, but the King barely moved a centimetre.

Red and Bliss looked to one another with a nod, and attacked simultaneously, both going in with a kick.

"I don't think so." The King growled, putting up his hands to stop their attack. But flames erupted, engulfing his hands, before the fire spread through the air, at the two.

Bliss pulled out at the last moment, dodging whereas Red pulled out her spear, blocking the flames with it. But the motion sent her flying back too.

Once her feet hit the ground, she began running at sonic speed once again. The red blur ran around the king as she had balls of fire thrown at her, "Hold still!" He shouted, as she did as he commanded. Shady froze with fright, watching as the girl stood completely still, her eyes were fighting it, but everything else was just frozen. "Looks like I still have some control over you."

He heard Red growl, as Bliss and Sturdy continued fighting, but still were flung backwards barely avoiding the flames.

"We have to do something!" Shady whispers, watching the scene unfold.

The King turned to Shady with flames in his eyes, burning straight into his own, "Good luck."

With the stomp of his foot, flames began erupting out of the cracks in the earth. It's like hell had just opened up, and was cracking straight towards them. Everyone jumped, scampering away as the rock they were hiding behind shattered, sending small pieces of flying rock flying in each and every direction.

Shady shielded his eyes, covering his face with his hand from the blaring heat and small pieces in the stone.

But when he finally opened his eyes, there was no cover around him. He was defenceless, and in the open, staring down a flaming, angry King.

The King smirked, blocking Sturdy and Bliss once again with a fire wall. His burning red eyes met Shady's own amber ones, and he froze in fear. Fire licked at the Kings hand, once again, with a ball of fire forming in the palm of his hand. "Goodbye, saviour."

He let the fire ball go, and it sped straight at the boy on the ground. He braced for it, shutting his eyes tight, but only felt a small piece of heat.

With a shock, he gasped opening eyes. In front of him, stood the Huntress, spear held in a defensive position.

She was panting, tired from fighting, but you could see she didn't want to give up. "Nice try." She huffs, causing the King to growl, who began throwing more and more fire at the two.

The blade of Red's spear sliced through the fire ball with such ease that, it sparked an idea in his head.

He stood behind the Huntress, flinching as the King threw continuous lines of fire at the girl. She began to spin her spear, creating a shield of sorts. Shandy noticed the girl's face, full of concentration, and a hint of pain.

"I have an idea!" Shady states to Red as he whispered his plan into her ear.

Red continued to twirl her spear, blocking the stream of flames. But she began to walk forward, towards the King.

She felt the struggle in every step, but she did trust the boy. After all, he was the hero in this story, as told by magical prophecy. Let's hope they were right.

"What?!" The King shouted, using all his strength to keep them back, but the Huntress was strong, stronger than he had anticipated. They were barely a metre from the King, before he shouted, "STOP!"

The Huntress's feet froze to the ground, but she was still able to keep moving her arms, deflecting the flames

"I hope you know what you're doing!" She hissed through clenched teeth to Shady, who shrugged,

"So do i." He said, jumping from behind the girl, ducking under the flame, before shoving his heart into the Kings chest.

Shady's hand was enclosed in heat, feeling the warmth of the heart within his grasp. The King was in shock, surprised that this mere mortal was able to do something that only old magic books spoke of. "Impossible…" He breathed, staring wide-eyed as the flames on him died.

With one yank, Shady ripped the heart out from the body. The golden glow of the heart engulfed his hand, just causing everyone to stop and stare in awe. "Woah."

Well, not everyone. Bliss broke through the small trance, flying in with a kick to the King's chest. The King flew back, still able to keep on his feet, ultimately snapping out of his trance.

Bliss had a dark look on his face, he was in his fight mode. The King rushed forward, a fist flying towards the little guy, but he simply jumped out of the way. As he ran past, the Huntress was swift, swiping her spear with such easy, it barely looked like she moved.

"Go!" Bliss says, pointing his arm to the direction that they had come from, "We'll handle things here."

The Huntress nodded, sprinting and flipping herself onto the back of the red horse. "GO!" She screamed, and Shady took off in a panic.

"But what about the heart?" He asked over his shoulder.

The Huntress just smirked, dangling a gold glowing bag next to his face. "Right here."

Shady noted how easy it was, and knowing the way situations like these go, just a little too easy.

Red noticed how agitated the horse we getting, constantly looking everywhere. She must be able to hear something that they couldn't. "Watch out!" She shouted, forcing Shady to duck his head from a flying, blood red arrow. She held him close, whispering in his ear. "Whatever you do. Don't stop this horse!"

Shady was confused, but before he could ask what was happening, she jumped from the horse, diving straight for a tree, knocking out a hooded figure. They both fell to the ground, and began to battle with their weapons. "I'll kill you Red!" he heard the feminine voice call out. With a final look over his shoulder, he saw that she was fighting two identical people.

"Bloody hell this is weird." He muttered to himself as the final stretch began.

Soon, his house was in view, and the horse pulled up, right at the door. He leapt down, running inside, "Candid!" He shouted, and she came running out of the kitchen. "I've got it!"

He knelt beside the pale girl on the couch. His finger recoiled as he found her to be deadly cold. "She's so cold." He breathed, before fumbling around with the glowing bag in his hand, shakily bringing it out. He turns to his friend, "What the hell do I do?"

Candid shrugged her shoulders a concerned look on her face, "How am I supposed to know?"

The King fought the two hosts, and he marvelled at their strength and speed. "I should have made you guards!" He grinned enjoying this fight.

"We would never fight for someone as evil as you." Bliss glared at the young King.

The King shrugged, moving out of the way of another attack, "Suit yourself." And with that, he roared, as his fingernails turned into claws. Bliss and Sturdy shared a worried glance with one another, looking at the flames.

The King smirked, taking note of their expression, "Let's finish this."

"I'll kill you Red!" Amber shouted as she was thrown out of a tree by the Huntress. Ember jumped at the Huntress, jumping from another tree at her.

Red was quick, slicing upwards with her spear, deflecting the steel sword with a clank. The Huntress kicked her back at a tree, eyes glowing red as red chains wrapped themselves around Ember, trapping her against the tree. "Fuck you Red!" She screamed, fighting against the chains. But you can't cut through a chain, and only her spear possessed the magic that could.

Amber stood up, and began to fight again, throwing kicks and punches, but Red would just jump out of the way. She felt her sonic speed magic build inside of her, and she struck.

"AMBER!" The Ember screamed, watching her sister and Red both stop moving. Red kept a straight face, ignoring the girls' screams, holding onto her spear tightly.

Amber, had a single cough, before weakly smirking. Her vibrant orange eyes dimmed with a grey like tone, as crimson red began slowly dripping to the dirt ground. She had no balance anymore, falling backward, almost lifeless.

"AMBER!" Ember screamed once again, "NO AMBER! PLEASE! NO!" She pulled against the restraints, making her pale skin bruise with her struggling.

Red watched the blood drip from the tip of her spear, before looking into the dying girls' eyes. "Looks like I killed you first." She glared as the girls' eyes lost their final sign of life.

The girl tied to the tree had tears streaming down her face as she cried out for her sister, not to mention the yelling of profanities at the Huntress.

Red stood up tall, pointing her spear at Ember, "Do it!" Ember cried out, "FUCKING DO IT!"

Red had a glare in her eyes, staring straight into the back of the piercing golden eyes of bound girl. That is, until she smirked, lowering her weapon, "No. It's too easy." She taunted, a malicious look in her eyes.

Ember's eyes widened, realising what she mean, "You're going to leave me here?

But Red didn't particularly care. She left with a final smirk, sprinting off in the direction of the mansion.

"Just stick it in?" She said, looking at the boy crouch over the unconscious girl.

Shady turned to Candid, with a small smirk on his face, trying not to laugh. He gentle cradled the heart in his hand. He was the one who could save her, but he just had to figure out how to do that.

Shady pushed a strand of hair from her forehead, "I guess?" He shrugged, as he held her hand with his one free hand, and the other held the golden heart over where her heart shout be.

With a deep sigh, and a prayer in his heart, he shoved the heart into her chest. He felt that warm feeling once again, of being inside her chest, before letting go of the slow beating heart. "Is that it?" He asks looking to Candid with worry, "Is she gonna live?"

Candid crouched beside him, placing a comforting hand on his shoulder, "Well, her heart's back."

The two just looked over the girl, who didn't move. Shady felt panic and fear well inside him, which began to bubble to the surface through tears in his eyes.

This girl, Rose, he had only known her for a day. One measly day and already he was so worried about her, like he had known her for years. He felt like they had this…connection. In such a short time, this connection was able to trigger something inside Shady that he has never felt for someone. Love.

This what different from he felt for his brother. Shady learned to love another, and if he was right, she felt something back. He could feel it.

But seeing her like this, so lifeless caused increasing panic inside of him. He held her hand tighter as tears spilled from his eyes, "Come on…" He barely whispered, as Candid stroked his back. "Please…"

She still felt cold, nothing had changed. "Shady…" Candid whispered, "I don't think it-"

"It's gotta work! It had to!" He snapped, "Come on Rose, please…" He cried.

"Did you put it back?" The Huntress ran through the door, "Is she awake?" She frojze when she noticed Shady's expression, "No." Red didn't realise she said it, "You were meant to save her, and only you. She's meant to wake up and then this whole thing would be over." She took hold of her own red bangs, puling at them in frustration.

"This isn't a fairy tale!" Candid said raising her eyebrow, before rolling her eyes. Everyone else pulled up on their horses, and raced inside all with heavy hearts.

But Shady wasn't fazed by any of the conversation, his amber eyes searched for those forest green one, just wishing they would open. "Please…" He whispered, pulling her hand to his lips, giving it a soft kiss, "I love you…"

Shifty raced to his brothers side, holding the crying brother tight.

"Please…"

A twitch.

He felt a twitch of her hand.

Shady's eyes filled with hope, as he searched for another sign of life. "Rose?" She held his hand tight, but still hadn't opened her eyes.

Everyone began to crowd around, whispering to one another.

With a gasp, Rose's eyes snapped open, and she began panting. Her green eyes were in a panic, scanning the room, before resting her eyes on Shady. "Rose!" He shouts ecstatic that she was awake.

"The King, h-he was there and he…he…"

Shady grabbed the shaky girls shoulders "Hey, it's ok…You're safe." He turns to Sturdy and Bliss, both of which nod at him, "He's gone."

Theirs eyes locked onto one another, "You saved me?" She sat up, looking at everyone in the room, "You all did." She began to chuckle, "I guess I'm not good at protecting people." She then turned to Shady, "But you guys seem to save me."

"How could we not?" Shady took her hand once again, holding it tightly.

Rose smiled sweetly, throwing her arms around his shoulders, holding him tightly. "Thank you!" She cried out, "Thank you so much." She held him close, not wanting to let go.

But when she did, said the sweetest words, "I love you too."

'Georgia…'

Shady pulled away, looking into Rose's beautiful green eyes, feeling himself getting lost in a forest of green. Everyone else in the room just disappeared, and she was the only thing he could see. She was the only thing he needed.

'Georgia…'

Rose felt her stomach drop as she found the boy leaning closer and closer, so she did the same. Moving in closer, eyes flicking between his lips and his beautiful amber eyes. She felt his soft hand caress her chin as he began pulling her closer.

'GEORGIA!'

They were so closer, and as she moved forward, finally ready to plant her lips on his light pink ones.

But Shady pulled away, "Georgia…wake up." He said, catching Rose by surprise.

"What?" She was confused, and felt scared that Shady has just pulled away. What did she do?

"You have to wake up." Shady smiles, running his thumb over her cheek, "Make this real."

She continued to blink in confusion, as the world around the two turned black, leaving only those two, standing in a black abyss. "Shady…what's going on?"

He just laughed and kissed her forehead, "I love you. Even though you might not be able to see it, even if I don't know it myself. I love you." He brushed a lose strand of her hair, before tucking it behind her ear. "Wake up, Georgia."

"Why do you keep calling me that?"

Another chuckle escapes his lips as he lets go of her cheek, walking backwards with a loving smile on his face. "Wake up!" He begins to fade away into blackness.

"Hikaru!" She shouted, but shocked herself, that was the second time that happened. Why did she call him that?

'Georgia!'

'Georgia!'

"GEORGIA!"

With a gasp, Georgia opened her eyes, shocked by the sound of her name being called. "Kaoru?" She turns to her right, seeing the younger twin standing over her, with Hikaru hiding behind him.

"You've been sleeping for hours, shouting weird words. Like 'shady'." Hikaru says, before Georgia looks into his amber eyes, recognising something in them.

"Oh," She says, trying to remember, but everything seemed so faded. But his eyes reminded her of…she didn't know. Something she has never felt before. "I don't remember." She shook her head, sitting up from one of the couches in the club room.

Tamaki walks over to the three, a dress in hand. "Ah Georgia, you're awake. Here." He passes her the dress, "Your Snow White costume."

Georgia stared at it in a sleepy state, feeling something click in her head, looking back to Hikaru, seeing that look in his eyes. For the first time in a long time, she smiled at him, before turning to Tamaki, "Thanks Bashful." She smirked, recognising the character that Tamaki was dressed as.

She noticed that everyone was dressed as a dwarf. The twins dressed as Sleepy and Sneezy, Haruhi as Angry, Kyoya dressed as Doc, Mori as Happy and Honey as Dopey. So, that made her Snow White.

The twins helped her up off the couch, taking her to the dressing room to get changed.

The dress sat just above her knees, with a blue corset and white and red puffy sleeves. Inside the changing rooms, there was a red bow hanging up in there. "Perfect."

She walk out, twirling out feeling like a princess, "You look like a Princess, G-chan." Honey bounces around, before jumping onto me, so I hold him like I would a toddler.

"I feel like a Princess."
