HEY GUYS! Glad you're all still sticking around for the next chapter it really means a lot! So here it is, hopefully on time. I do have an assignment due in the next two days and I haven't started. So yeah, I'm here instead.

Anyways! Special thanks to: K.C.96, Nov1Z, Grace736400

Foxchick1:

Manglelove: I hope I don't make you feel too much pain! I'm sorry but incredibly happy about that…You're amazing. Thank you so much for your review! I'm back darling! I always update once a month on the 26th EST.

Cupcake Queen: Helloooooo! Glad to hear from you again! And yeah, but Hikaru is still my favourite host! I love hearing from you!

DarkSideOfWonderland: I'm glad you're so curious 3. (Btw I gave you a small shout out, I wonder if you can see it in the last chapter!

Guest: It's better to be late than never (I say as I walk into my class 40 minutes late!) Yeah, the twins are a very popular host! I love them so much! See you next time!

Niko was just eyeing off Kyoya the whole time, but not in the way you'd think. She wasn't checking him out or anything, more like observing, taking a note of how he acts and what he's saying.

"There is an understanding between makers of food like this and those that eat it. Quality takes a back seat to convenience. Refinement isn't part of the equation. It's meant to be eaten quickly. Besides no one of consequence is here to witness my momentarily lack of manners."

I chuckle, looking at the boy beside me, "You're really in a bad mood today. What happened to the host Kyoya? Is he still in bed?"

He didn't pay any attention to my snide comment, "For the record, I'm saying it benefits me nothing to keep up appearances in a place like this.

And that includes any special treatment I may give you here."

"Oh, really? I never would've guessed that in a million years."

Niko starts smirking as a group of girls walk over, asking to borrow a chair from next to our table. Kyoya honestly possesses no host charm what-so-ever as he says they can take it.

I'm surprise Kyoya hasn't even make any attempt of finding out who Niko was. I don't even think he's looked at her!

"I've never seen this side of Kyoya senpai before. Do you think he's always this indifferent if there's nothing for him to gain?"

I shrug at her thought and she shares the same look at me. I reach into my cup for another chip, but I couldn't find any. Like, honestly, they're all gone. "What?" I whisper to myself before meeting Niko's eyes. That little smirk she had on her face, followed by her licking of fingers told me all I needed to know.

"Thanks," She says, almost innocently, but I know those eyes. I see them on the twins all the time.

"Tamaki senpai couldn't act this way if his life depended on it." She stated, making me nod in agreement. "How do they complement each other so well?"

"You're probably wondering how Tamaki and I complement each other so well." Haruhi and I stiffen at Kyoya's sentence.

"There's no way that's possible." I almost scream, and Haruhi shares a frightened look. I shrug, thinking that it would just be Kyoya reading Haruhi like an open book.

"The answer is simple. I have something to gain. There is no better motivator than self-interest. I have to look out for number one, you know."

Niko just seemed to nod at him, she seemed to agree, smirking at his logic.

"Tamaki senpai would be heart-broken, if he heard you say that." Haruhi argues, finishing her food, before standing. With everyone following in her example, Niko included.

But Kyoya, I don't think he sees it that way, "On the contrary. He's understood our arrangement from the very beginning. The same goes for all of them. Hikaru, Kaoru, Honey senpai, Mori senpai. The glue that holds the host club together is our mutual egocentricity. It's the principle that drives the alliance between our families and ensures each of our futures. Though, well let's just say there's still quite a bit you don't understand about that. Although Tamaki is a fool and self-sacrifice does come naturally to him. So I guess the point of this is we are very different creatures."

Kyoya began walking away from us, leaving us to ponder what he just said, "That was over dramatic."

Haruhi piped up, dragging me along to chase after Kyoya, "Senpai, I thought you were gonna take a taxi home?"

"I am, but I might as well have a look around first." He continues on walking, stopping at the first stall that catches his eye. "Black pearls from Ishigaki Island. Odd to find them here, considering how much they go for."

I pick up one of the pearls, reading the label on the bottom. There's no way Kyoya could have read that, "How did you know Kyoya?"

"I am the product of excellent breeding." He replied with a smirk, and I roll my eyes.

I turn to the clerk, "How much does one of these usually go for?"

"30 000, give or take." The clerk told me.

My eyes widen, "Wow, really? That's amazing!" I exclaim, putting it down on the table, noticing that Haruhi and Kyoya had gone off ahead. But, I didn't see Mari anywhere. Maybe she left us. Thank god, because she was starting to make me really sus. You guys know what I mean thought right? Something wasn't right.

The next thing I saw were these roses preserved in glass cups, "Oh wow…" I mutter, feeling the tiniest bit of energy from each of those flowers. It looks like they'll die, but not for a really long time, if that! "These are beautiful!"

"Georgia on the other hand, is rather a mystery." I heard my name, so I perked up, seeing Kyoya and Haruhi only a few metres away. "Isn't that right, Georgia?" He catches my eye, with a smirk on his face.

I shrug innocently, looking on at the pottery place a few stalls down. It'll tell you what, being in the host club has given me a new appreciation for crockery. All those pretty tea cups honestly make me melt.

A woman was off to my left, looking as well, "Dear me! Pieces from the Komatsu Shoin collection? I never thought that I would find them here." She exclaimed, with a bright smile on her face.

"Why madam, you have an astonishing eye." The store owner pops up, looking at her with almost greed in his eyes.

In almost an instant, Kyoya appears beside me, quickly taking one the bowls from the shelf, "Kyoya?"

"You know, they have such exquisite colour, don't they? To tell you the truth, I'm not really even supposed to have these out on display. The bulk of the Komatu collection has been privately held for ages. Pieces rarely come out for sale."

I watch as Kyoya eyes off the small bowl, turning it over, with a smirk, "With all due respect, these are fake." The host theme plays in the back ground, with Kyoya putting on his

I raise my eyebrows, "What?"

"Hey! Get out of here, kid! What do you think you're doing?!" The owner yells at him.

I was taken back by Kyoya's statement. Fake? Really? How did he know? Then again, why wouldn't he know that? It's Kyoya for Christ sake, one of the Ootori boys. Some of the guests gave me a run down on Kyoya's family situation, which kinda sucks for him but it doesn't matter that much. I think he likes the competition.

"The shade of blue is strongly reminiscent of Shoin's work. But looking closely around the base, you'll notice the colour graduation isn't quite dark enough to be authentic that and the lacquer is too clear." Kyoya explains, tilting the ceramic around, proving his point.

The owner however, wasn't impressed. "That's enough of you, Mr. Expert. I'll report you for obstructing my business."

"Just as I thought. The brush strokes on this seal are uncharacteristically broad as well. For you sake, I hope you have a certificate. That is if you still insist it's real."

"Of course, it's real." He folds his arms, "I have the certificate at home."

Turns to the guys, "Ah, then surely you won't mind if I call the Komatsu family right now to verify your claim. My own family has had dealings with them for generations. It would only be a matter of minutes."

And with that, the guy began to panic, as the authorities came to take him away, "Wait, you can't do this. This is an outrage. I've been here for years. I'll report you to the authorities!" He screamed, getting dragged away.

I step beside Kyoya, "Wow Kyoya that was really impressive." I smile, complimenting him.

"After everything you told me, senpai, stepping in on a complete stranger's behalf seem to be a little out of character for you." Haruhi points out, rather confused.

He smirked, turning to her, "Oh that? Well now she is hardly a stranger. You mean you don't know? Her husband is the CEO of a major electronics company. This is my first time to meet her personally, but that ring on her left hand is unmistakable. My family has dealings with her husband's company."

Haruhi seemed to get struck by lightning as she paled and watched the woman be apologised to by the workers.

"You're kidding…" I say in awe. And here I thought Kyoya was being a decent guy, but nope. He definitely has something to gain from it. Surprise, surprise.

Speaking of the woman, she began walking up to us, a sweet smile on her face, "Ah, one of the Otori boys, imagine running into you here, incognito.

The next opportunity I have, I'll be sure to take advantage of one of your family's beautiful health resorts."

Kyoya bowed, "We'd be honoured."

"Big surprise. Kyoya senpai is Kyoya senpai, after all. No, hang on a second. That woman's ring…" I heard Haruhi's voice enter my head, but then she spoke out loud, "There is no way he could've…"

"Hey, Haruhi, did you know this?" Kyoya interrupts, taking Haruhi away.

That's when I caught a glimpse of red hair sneaking around the corner, just past the pearl shop that we were at before, hands casually in her pockets. "That's where you went." I mutter, following her around the corner.

It was then that I noticed something odd. I wasn't even sure that I actually saw what I thought I did. It happened so fast, can I even be sure? It's like her arm was a black blur, as in she was moving so fast that I almost missed her grabbing something off the table and shoving it in her pocket.

"There's no way…" I muttered to myself, beginning to follow her again.

She was watching an old lady, who began talking to the shop owner, distracting her from the pearl earrings on display to the roaming crowd. One of them just vanished, just as Niko went past, but I hardly saw anything!

I moved faster, watching as she bumped into an older woman, "Sorry ma'am." She puts on an apologetic smile, before turning around and heading to the next stall.

Ok, so, she's stealing things…with superhuman speed and skill. "What is she?" There's no way she could have magic! Earth doesn't have magic, right? That's what Winter said…

I saw her approach another stall, one with another distracted owner. I was almost as fast as she was, stopping her.

It was almost like lightning, my hand was around her wrist, "Don't even think about it." I pull her hand away from the table.

She smirked, giving a small chuckle, "So you caught me? I'm actually impressed." She spun her arm, twisting it with ease out of my grip, and simply putting her hands back into her jacket pocket. "Not many people do." She casually leaned back against the wall, smirking as if nothing was wrong.

"Put back what you stole." I demand, glare on my face.

She rolled her eyes, "Ooooo, I'm so scared," Niko mocked me, "I'm shaking in my boots." I dragged her a down one of the halls, glaring at her, getting both of us away from prying eyes and ears. She ripped her arm from mine, "Don't touch me sweetheart. Or else, I might rip that hand off." She threatens, flicking her hair off her shoulder.

And that's when I noticed that ring on her finger.

"It's you," I gasp, taking a step back, "I knew I recognised you from somewhere." A golden ring with a ruby shaped flame on top just sat on her middle finger of her left hand. "You stole that from the markets."

She just kept smirking, "Oh honey," She gave a small, almost maniacal chuckle, "You've met me more than you think."

Back on Asteria…

No one P.O.V

"We need Phantom Troop out at Carciare right now!" Ghost roared, as everyone prepared for war. "We can't let Blayze reach Chronos!"

Soldiers from all different Enchantments bound together, fighting for a cause that they believe was right. These were all that remained of those who weren't captured by the King.

Ghost knew this was going to be a tough fight, and Blayze wouldn't go down easy.

He tugged his white mask over his mouth, leaving his sparkly blue eyes visible. He stormed into his quarters, throwing one hand through the air, striking up the wind. The armour that laid scattered around his room, began to float through the air, attaching to his clothing.

Air magic. Makes life easy.

For a moment, he thought over the plan, or almost lack of. They were going to raid a mountain, against one of the most powerful beings in the Asteria realm. And who knows who else. But, if they can prevent them from getting there, hell, even get there first and take it for themselves, they might have a fighting chance.

Phantom Troop proved themselves time and time again, fighting countless battles. The battle at Marilla was probably their most challenging.

Whilst their numbers were small, they managed to hold Marilla, saving as many Water Enchanted as they could. From there they took back Zephyra, saving more, including them, who are now the Phantom Rebels.

Who's he's probably sending into certain death

He took a big sigh, ready to leave his room. Ready to lead a battle.

Outside his room, he ran straight into Che', "What are you doing?" He asked her, as she fixed the armour on her boot.

"Preparing for battle." She says, standing upright, her platted hair falling down her back.

"You're not part of Phantom Troop. You-"

She put her hand up, looking him dead in the eye, "Let's not do this, it's a rather common trope, one I'd prefer not to go through. I'm coming with you, there is no stopping me." She smirks, knowing that he won't fight her.

Ghost smirks under his mask, "If you let me finish," He rolls his eyes, almost playfully, "You should be careful, especially since you're coming with me."

"I'm glad that that you see it that way."

The two began to march to the exit of the hidden base. When they reached outside the door, the one thing that stood out the most, was the fact that they were high up, as in, a hundred metres off the ground.

It was suspended in the air with Air Magic. But, that's an explanation for another day.

There were four other's there, waiting, all dressed in a pale green, blues and whites. These are the Phantoms. They helped start this rebellion, and were handpicked by Ghost himself to fight by his side. On the night of the Blood Moon Fire Festival, they banded together and although they were teenagers, they were crafty enough to protect the Fireons from attacking the princesses.

That day, Ghost met three people. Keanu (Bongo), the Ice Wizard, Connor (Blitz) the Earth Wizard, and Sam (Mex), the Night Wizard.

From there, they retreated to Marilla, knowing full well that the Fireons had only limited power there. But, there was already an attack on Marilla and that is where Ghost met his final member.

One stepped forward, mask covering his blue speckled eyes. "Ready when you are my dude." He says in such a casual tone, smirk plastered on his face.

"You seem pretty casual going into battle Nic." Che' tilts her head, watching as the other three phantoms are standing up tall, all ready to fight. Nic on the other hand, was just casually leaning against the railing.

He and Ghost locked eye with one another, as Nic went and placed a hand on his shoulder, "I'd die for this guy any day. This man saved my life, and I've never left his side since."

There was almost a sense of pride in Ghost's expression, proud that he saved this guy's life. "Don't get all soppy on me. We have to go."

Ghost took Nic's hand, transforming the two of them into Ghost like creature, with no leg but rather a small tornado like spiral instead. The two began to float off the edge of the hide out, with Che dropping down after. Keanu raised his arms, creating an ice platform, sliding down it with Conner on his trail. Sam flew beside Che', and with their combined efforts, hide the group from site.

They would fly in unnoticed.

Ghost looked behind him, right at where their hide out was, but there was nothing. Night Magic does have its perks.

With a smirk, James looked forward, seeing Mount Carciare in front of them. It was beautiful, covered in some of the most stunning trees and beautiful scenery, but it wasn't the time for admiration.

They landed quietly, right outside of the mountain.

Che' gracefully touches the ground with her feet, "They're already here." She notes, looking at the hole in the side of the mountain.

Ghost nods, "Looks like there are no guards posted outside. So that means they don't know that we're coming." He smirked under his mask, and he saw almost everyone else having the same triumph on their faces. "Bongo, Blitz, you guys guard the entrance." Ghost orders, and the two boys, nod. Knowing their role.

"Sam, can you keep hidden in the foliage?" Che' politely asks, scanning the area, "I have a bad feeling…" She muttered to herself. They all looked at her quizzically, "That way, we all aren't in two separate groups. We have three sets of people guarding this entrance. Who knows what Blayze has set up?"

They were all silent, before Hydro spoke up, "Makes sense. Just call him Mex, we take our code names seriously." He says, pulling down his dark blue mask, over his eyes, with the rest of the boys doing the same, "We're under cover here."

Che' nodded, trying not to roll her eyes at the silliness of the conversation, but it is logical. "So what, does that make me, Shadow?" She smirked, feeling the confidence fill inside, running her hand over her face, making a black and purple mask cover her violet eyes. Not that it's going to do much, Blayze isn't stupid, she'd be recognised instantly, but he won't know the others. Or at least, she hoped he wouldn't.

With a wordless interaction, they all set off. Ghost, Hydro and Che', or Shadow, which ever you would rather, all snuck into the cave entrance, watching their backs in case they were being followed.

The last thing Che' saw before entering the cave, was Bongo's smirk and thumbs up.

"Damn, it's kinda dark in here." Hydro whispered, not being able to see far up ahead. Che snapped her fingers and they could instantly see everything in front of them.

"Welcome to my world." She retorted, looking over her shoulder at the boy.

The trio stopped, noticing a blue flashing light at the end of the tunnel, "Oh man in the moon…" Che' mumbled to herself, before all three of them took off, running towards the end.

They all skidded to a stop once they laid eyes on Lachy and Blayze, both of which were just standing there…waiting.

"Took you long enough Che'." Blayze smirked, "But you're too late."

Che' gasped, noticing the lowing blue amulet around his neck, in the shape of an hour glass. The beautiful grains of blue sand sat inside the golden rimmed hour glass, making for a stunning, but deadly light show.

"Listen man, we're taking you down and taking that thing back." Nic, or Hydro, steps forward, slightly calm and casual about it. But then again, from what Che' knew of Hydro, he was always like this.

Blayze just let a low chuckle escape his chest, "Seriously Che'? This is your team?"

And she just stood there silent. "I can't let you win." she finally said, "For the sake of everyone in Asteria and Earth, we will not let you win!" Che' cried out, taking a heroic stance.

Blayze shared a questioning look with his companion, "Take off the ridiculous mask. It's not like you're fooling either of us." There was a pause before both Blayze and Lachy's arms, ignited in magic. Fire licked Blayze's arms, whilst lightning crackled around Lachy's.

"So, you want to fight?" James stated, with white and green spirals floating around his farms, "So be it."

Hydro and Shadow lived up to their names, with Shadow creating a giant shadow around herself, whilst Hydro had two bubbles of water next to his hands.

And with that, the fight started. Che' fought Lachy, who began throwing lightning at her, which she caught in a cloud of purple smoke, almost creating a storm cloud in her hands.

With almost little effort, she shot it back at him, but he took to the air, narrowly avoiding it. The blow hit the wall, sending shards of rocks flying everywhere. She felt the walls rumble, before they stopped.

Lachy noticed to, and began firing again and again, and with every shot, she caught it. Soon enough, she had an unstable storm brewing in her hands. Shadow began to compress it, pushing the darkness into her hands, taking the lightning into her body. It fizzled inside her, flowing around her hands, before she jumped into the air, trying to punch the Day Wizard, which he really wasn't expecting.

One hit from her, and he'd do flying. With all that energy and electricity inside her, that she can't control well, it'd be just like receiving one hundred strikes of lightning at once.

Blayze on the other hand, fought the two boys. Everyone was jumping over one another, narrowly avoiding lines of fire, water and air.

Ghost got close, only mere centimetres away from grabbing the amulet, before getting shot back, by a blast of fire. He hit the cave wall, grunting as he collapsed to the ground, panting hard to regain his breath. He glared, watching as Hydro fired shots of water towards the king, extinguishing the fire that came out of his hand.

The blue eyes of Ghost narrowed onto the King's menacing smile. Something was wrong…why would he find this so amusing. Hydro ran in, water surrounding him, fighting with the water floating in the air.

It was only small, but Ghost managed to catch a glimpse of something, something he would never expected. Crystals began to form on the outside of his left hand, crystals of pure ice.

"Get out of there!" Ghost screamed diving straight at Hydro, knocking him out of the way from getting punched by an icy fist. The two rolled away, with Ghost landing on top of Hydro,

Blayze chuckled, "So, you noticed?" He said, looking at his ice covered hand, "Better question is, do you recognise it?" He says firing an ice beam at the two boys. In one quick action, Ghost threw an air attack, forcing the ice shards to fly up, embedding themselves in to the roof of the cave.

Ghost knew exactly whose magic that was. With a growl, he stood, "No idea." his attack was stronger, being able to push King down, with a strong wind. Any flames he tried to create, were instantly blown out. Ghost's eyes were glowing bright blue, as Hydro came up beside him, prepared to strike if Ghost couldn't hold him.

Using Hydro's magic could be dangerous, since this King had a one up on him. Getting hit by a line of ice, especially for the Water Enchanted. They are incredibly sensitive towards Ice magic.

Meanwhile, Shadow became faster, using the lightning within her to push her movements faster, making her more agile. And finally, she got a good kick into his face, and he fell to the ground. She used her magic to keep him down, much like the boys did with Blayze.

Che' looked over her shoulder, watching as Hydro is about to grab the amulet, Blayze smirked, right eye igniting in a flame.

"Hydro!" Che' screamed, and in an instant, Hydro was thrown easily across the cave, knocking the wind out of him. He was shocked to say the least, muttering to himself about how he's going to feel that in the morning.

Che' covered lachy in darkness, stopping his site, before she ran to Hydro. A rumbling caught the girls attention, and when she looked up, she noticed rocks barrelling towards them. She used her magic to throw herself and Hydro into the air, narrowly avoiding rocks.

Ghost, wasn't so lucky. He hit, and was thrown into the air, only to be caught by Shadow with her night magic. She managed to land all three of them on the ground, looking up at the entrance.

"No!" Che' gasped, slapping a hand over her mouth, watching as the blonde boy approached them, sharp rocks floating in the air, like hundreds of sharp swords pointed at the three of them.

Ghost stood up, horrified by the blonde standing before him. He knew that face, he's known that face for years, but those eyes…they weren't his. There were cold and cruel, almost lifeless, like they were made of glass. "Liam?"

Hydro stopped for a second, looking at his two companions, "Wait what? That's Liam?" He was shocked, he heard all about this great Earth Wizard who helped protect the princess and help Che' escape, "I thought he was on our side?"

Blayze stood up, standing next to Liam, "You could say he had a change of heart."

"You're lying!" Che' cried out, "Liam would never betray us!"

With a flash of light, Lachy was got rid of his darkness and began to smirk at how much Che' didn't know. "Of course not." He said, but with a sinister look in his eyes, "Willingly anyway."

Ghost stood in front of the two protectively, hoping to get a good shot at grabbing that amulet.

"Take one step closer, and your two companions become a kebab."

He narrowed his eyes at the King, only forcing those sharp stones to move closer by a few metres. Ghost stuck his arm out, trying to push Hydro behind him, "We're standing down."

Blayze took the amulet from his neck, dangling it with victory. "I. Win."

Shadow turned to Ghost, "We can't! He'll destroy Asteria, and all of us with it!"

Blayze arched an eyebrow at the girl's outburst, "Destroy Asteria? You seriously think I'm stupid enough to destroy it?"

She shook her head, "No, but you're trying to play with magic that you don't understand!" Her hands balled into fists, purple magic glowing around them, "You'll accidentally kill us all!"

The Fireon laughed, "I may not understand it, but that's why I have him. The Mind," He points to Lachy, "And Muscle," Liam's expression didn't change.

"Does that make you the Dick?" Hydro mocked, but Blayze only glared.

"Regardless," He rolled his eyes, "We're done here. Kill them."

There was no change in Liam's cold green eyes, as he thrust his arms forwards, sending the sharp stones flying at the three rebels. Blayze smirked, watching the fear in Che's eyes swell as a stone stabbed her stomach, and the sound of the boy's screams of pain was like music to his ears. Rocks were flying faster, stabbing the walls, breaking other rocks and dust, and soon enough, you couldn't see anything.

Lachy's heart almost dropped, watching as some of his childhood friends just died before his eyes.

Taking out Liam, with a lightning shock was easy enough, but there was something he noticed. Something that wasn't right. He kept it to himself.

The king turned his back on the dust cloud, walking out of the cave.

"Let's go."

Well, that just happened…so what do you guys think? Let me know in a review or something! Just know that I'll be back aound this time next month, maybe earlier because I finish exams soon. So anyway, have fun darlings!

Until Next Time,

Silva Out!
