Hey guys! I'm back and I'm on time! I hope everyone is having a fabulous time out there! Holiday season is coming, and I can't wait for it!
Anyway! Special thanks to: Gareki18, AnonymousAsAlways, lilyaorah, and VMaf for following this story! I love you all so much and welcome to the family!
Luna (guest): This story will always be there for you to catch up whenever! School always comes first, so that's what you gotta do. But thank you! I always try to make it just a little bit better every time I write. I'm glad you like it!
…
"I still can't believe how many costumes we have!" I said pulling out the red hood cape from one of the boxes, "I kinda thought I'd have to buy my costume, but everything is right here!"
The hood went on easily and it felt so smooth. I tied it in front of me with a perfect little bow and added the picnic basket which was just sitting nearby. "Oh grandma, what big eyes you have!" I mock with a young English girl's voice causing the twins to laugh.
"Well that was the worst accent I've ever heard." Niko rolled her eyes with a playful smirk, who was just sitting on a set of unopened boxes, not rummaging through like everyone else was.
Kaoru turned to her, "You've hardly got one yourself." He taunted, "Have you even been to England? Our mother has a fashion show there right now."
She huffed, "I've lived there if you must know."
Haruhi popped out from behind another set of boxes, "I didn't know that. That's really interesting. Why did you live there?" She was curious, looking at the girl and waiting for an answer.
"It's not important." She waved it off, "What is important is that I know what an accent sounds like and it doesn't sound like that monstrosity that came out of your mouth." She picked up a checkered cloth and threw it at me.
It hit me in the face, because I wasn't about to get out of the way fast enough. And I'm not going to lie, it kinda hurt. That girl can throw really well.
To be fair, she is kinda cheating with the whole magic thing. From what I've seen, she's got enhanced speed and strength, but she just plays it off like its nothing, so no one notices.
Not like they've ever noticed that Haruhi and I have magic either.
"Why aren't we doing a group thing for Halloween?" Hikaru asks, looking at the box that says, 'Group Costumes'.
Kaoru looked at me, a taunting expression on his face, "Because someone wants to do her own thing."
I throw a clown nose at the younger twin, "I've wanted to do this for so long. What if we all go as fairy tales? Have like a fantasy Halloween thing going on. Just pretend that you're dead to make the costume scary.
Hikaru looked up for a moment, before curiously walking out the door.
Haruhi caught my attention, "Dressing up isn't my favourite pass time." She sighed, holding up a clown costume that goes with the nose I threw at Kaoru before.
"Neither." Niko crossed her arms and leant back in the chair. "I can't understand how this club thrives on costumes. It's such a waste of money."
I shrugged, "Well it's just a bit of fun." I looked at Niko as she flicked her first, so it sat to the left of her face, an idea formed in my head, "You'd make an awesome Ariel."
She looked back at me, "Ariel? As in 'The Little Mermaid' Ariel?"
I nodded, and Kaoru moved over to her looking her up and down, "I could see it." He agreed, "Well, you've clearly got the hair for it." He moved to tug on her ponytail, but she gave him a moving glare and moved it from his reach, "What if we put a fish hook in your face?"
She thought about it for a moment, "It sounds kinda cool. I'll just stick the hook though my teeth. People won't know fake from real blood."
"How about we help you with that instead? We've known how to do makeup since before we could walk." Kaoru explains, looking very excited.
"Oh, I highly doubt that." Niko responds, rolling her eyes. She doesn't believe them, that's funny.
I nod, "Well they made Haruhi look like a girl. And made themselves look like girls."
"HEY!" Haruhi remarked, and I just laughed shaking my head at her.
"You know what I mean." I laughed, turning my head towards the door, noticing that Hikaru hadn't come back.
My feet carried me out the door, and I noticed that Hikaru had his back turned to me. A grin spread across my face, so I used my air magic to give me a light touch on the ground.
I couldn't help but grin even wider as he hadn't turned around.
"RAH!" I shouted, laughing at the poor boys traumatised and confused face. "Gotcha." He was fumbling around with something behind his back and I could tell he put it down on the table when i heard a small knock sound.
He looked panicked and could hardly get a word out.
Peeking around him, I saw a glimpse of something next to my notepad, "What's that?"
"I - um, it's..." He stammered out, with a shaky voice as I took the box from the table. His arm reached out almost as if to grab it, but he pulled it back close into his chest.
I was taken back when I saw my name printed on a small piece of paper attached to the box. Well, the jewellery box. "You got me a present?" I question, with a smile on my face, holding the box in my hand.
Hikaru couldn't speak, so i chuckled opening the box, "What? Can't speak since I caught you in the act? Oh come on, I thought you were better than tha-"
I cut my sentence short, taking note of what was in the box. There it was, still as bright as ever. It was here, in my hands. I can't believe it... "My necklace..."
Those words just echoed around the room as I looked at Hikaru. He looked nervous and sheepish, and he still hadn't said anything, but there was a small blush on his face.
"You got it back..." I couldn't take my eyes off his. "You actually did it." I threw my arms around him, feeling the ears in my eyes beginning to pour out.
Never had I imagined this day coming like it was. I never imagined to be crying on Hikaru's shoulder over the fact that he brought it back for me. "You did it..." I whispered into his shoulder. "Thank you."
I pulled out of the hug, and he looked at me with worry, "I... I-, are you ok?"
With the nod of my head I told him, "There are no words to describe how I'm feeling right now!"
I felt so excited, like I had to move around or jump from wall to wall or go out into world and scream with happiness. I clutched his hand in mine, before placing the box into it. "Can you put it on for me? Short nails don't really help me too much."
He nodded, taking the box form me and I turned around patiently. I could easily tell that he was nervous about his. I could feel his heart on my back when he was close.
What kind of cologne was he using? It smells amazing.
And in no time, it was on.
You guys can't believe how it feels to have this back. It's like a new energy flowed through me, reconnecting with my magic. It's my sisters magic in here and I felt more powerful than ever.
I turned around, with the biggest smile on my face. "Thank you!" squeal, jumping up and giving him a kiss on the cheek before throwing my hands over my mouth. "Oh, I'm sorry."
But I still couldn't help but smile.
...
Hikaru watched as the girl excitedly bounded away back into the costume room, excitedly telling those there what she had around her neck.
His hand slowly rose to his cheek, and with a tender touch he traced where he lips had been.
She just did that, she kissed him. He didn't realise how much he actually wanted that, or how long he had wanted it for. But was it really under the right circumstances?
Is this really how he wanted her affections? With a lie?
Everyone walked out of the room, with costumes in their hands, which he couldn't really work out what each of them were.
"Here," Haruhi said, calmly walking Georgia, handing her a read hood, basket and a small red and white skirt. "You forgot these."
Georgia looked back at Hikaru sheepishly, maybe almost as if she's embarrassed. She rubbed the back of her head, with a small laugh, "My bad."
Kaoru walks over to his brother, placing a hand on his shoulder. "You didn't tell me you got it back."
The older twins' eyes met the floor, "Let's go get our costumes for host club today..."
...
Georgia P.O.V
I can't believe it! I really can't! I'm just completely amazed at the face that he got it back.
Guys, I have my last piece of Asteria back, do you know what this means? I might be able to make some process, maybe I can speak to the animals now, maybe they know something that humans don't. I can hear them again!
I put on my kimono for our next Host Club party. This one was based on the late edo period, and the boys were all samurai's, and I was hoping I was the same, regardless of the historical accuracy.
When I walked out of the change room, the whole room was finished being set up with rice paper blockade doors all over the place.
Everything was set up, so it was so serene and calming. It just feels like nothing could go wrong today.
"Wow!" Honey exclaimed bounding over to me before jumping into my arms. "Gi-chan you look like a warrior!"
I hugged him tighter before putting him down, "Oh I feel like one!" I said jumping to a fighting stance, much like Mori or Honey would.
"You know that's all wrong, right?" Niko's voice carried over the room, catching everyone's attention. She walked in, with her black ripped jeans, a black jacket covering her arms, maroon coloured docks on her feet. Definitely not fitting the theme at all.
I stood upright, "Since when did you know about karate?"
She looked at me with a glare before rolling her eyes, "You're kidding right?"
"No?" I shook my head, "What are you talking about?" I looked at Honey, who almost looked slightly worried.
She smirked, taking a step over to me, but Mori stood in her way. "No."
I was taken back, curious as to what was going on.
Niko just smirked, "Do you really want to do this again?"
The look in her eyes was just a challenge. She was challenging him to fight her...she's challenging Mori to fight her. Niko has super speed and strength when she's de-transformed, but she honestly doesn't think she can take on Mori? He could easily match her speed and strength without the use of magic.
Not to mention she could blow her secret, not only for her but possibly Haruhi and I as well.
"NIKO?!" I exclaim, with my mouth hanging open.
She leaned to the side, looking at me from around Mori's side. "Relax, I'm not gonna fight him." With a quick turn she walked over to where Haruhi was, but not before turning back to me, "Well, maybe not today."
My gaze turned to Mori as he turned to me, placing his hand on my head and giving it a small rub - much like he would if I was his little sister.
"Gi-chan?" Honey said, tugging on my kimono to pull my attention to him, "How well do you know Niko-chan?"
For a moment I thought about it, thinking back to the things I knew about her, but there was almost nothing there. I couldn't tell you about what her family was like, how many siblings she had, what she likes to eat, her friends, her last name, her story...I didn't know any of it.
I don't know a girl who seems to know a lot about me. I can't trust that. "I don't think I know her at all."
I looked bac at Niko who was talking to Haruhi, but she looks at me with a smirk and a hint of trickery in those blue eyes of hers. I'm pretty sure she can hear me even from here.
Clap, Clap, CLAP!
Our attention was broken when Tamaki began clapping, "Alright! Get your charm on gentlemen. Host club opens in a few minutes."
...
I'm pretty sure I walked around with a smile on my face the whole time, because with every step I took would feel my necklace hitting my chest with the lightest bump.
With it I could feel the magic flowing though me. Animal magic was so rare to have on Asteria, and not even everyone with Royal Magic had it. I know my mother had it, so I guess she passed it down to me.
Still, this power I don't classify as my own.
It's Azalea's.
"Tamaki! You're dressed as Ryoma Sakamoto, right?"
"He's so wild and handsome!"
The girls from across the room caught my attention, squealing over our Host Club 'King'. He's the only one dressed differently to all the other guys. I guess being King does have its perks.
"Yes, I'm handsome and wild, I'm going to steal your hearts, pretty ladies," flicking them a smile, before rolling my eyes and heading to sit next to Haruhi.
She was just staring at him, "Why is he speaking Tosa Dialect?" I looked at her, with a tilted head, and she sighs, "Modern Japanese." She explains simply.
"I had no idea this kind of cosplay would be so popular." I point out as the twins pop up behind us.
They both look at gorgeous as each other. But something looked different about Hikaru, but I couldn't quite place it. "You can't be serious. It's one of the basics."
Kaoru nods, "There are plenty of girls that find the late Edo Era totally fascinating, particularly the Shinsengumi."
"And most of the girls who like it are completely mental!" Honey smiles, with flower floating around his face.
I notice Renge set up her projector in the corner of the room, and I roll my eyes and turn to stand next to Hikaru. "I can not be bothered listening to this."
I's just every single time that she rants about something it's just annoying. "How long before this is over?"
He laughed a small bit, before smirking, "It might end if we do this."
In one swift motion, Hikaru had his brother in his arms, holding him tightly, "Don't die..." He whispered to Kaoru, with a terrified look in his eyes.
Kaoru followed suite, "I'm done for brother...let me go..." He breathed, almost deathly like.
Hikaru looked back at me, and I couldn't help but smile, heck, I even laughed a little. It was amusing watching the girl's faun over these two boys, especially the way they're dressed.
Renge continued on her little rant, "That we're intrigued because the worship of this group of renegade young men is somewhat forbidden. The Ikeda-ya Inn maybe well-known but it's only because of Hijikata. Just imagining him after the battle of Toba Fushimi. His back to the north as he sorrowfully wandered the streets of his homeland intending to defending the honour of the Shinsengumi all by himself! Oh! I could eat three giant bowls of rice!"
There she goes again with the rice thing.
"Ya know I could shut her up right?" Niko huffed sitting down, holding a spear and playing with the tip to see if it was sharp enough.
I smirked, "Oh there are sometimes where I wish that could happen."
She matched my look, "I guess we found something we finally agree on." Niko stood up again, twirling the spear around with such ease, "Sadly we live in a time where gangs and mobs don't exists as much as they used to." I watched sigh to herself, "And you should be glad I'm not a part of one."
That smirk on her face, she's not telling me something.
Kyoya caught our attention, "Niko, I would appreciate it if you didn't swing that spear around our guests. Especially if you refused to wear the costume that goes with it."
She shrugged, "Not part of the club, not wearing the costume." She continued to twirl it, but there was no loss of control, and I don't think there ever would be.
The girls began fawning over Mori, looking at the matching spear that Niko had. The two both sprang into action, mirroring each other with a fighting stance. It looked like they were about to fight, because I knew that look in her eye.
"Niko don't!" I warn, putting my hand up to almost calm her down.
She only smirked, and the two twirled the spears in sync, looking like they were about to hit each other. I felt my stomach drop, watching that this was going to happen.
Everyone screamed, as the two in synch stabbed through the paper doors without missing a beat.
Mori was expressionless, and Niko, well, she was smirking as she always did. Everyone began to freak out, screaming different things.
I was just frozen. Frozen with relief that Niko didn't actually attack Mori, but still frozen with fear that those two stabbed something for no reason.
"WHY THE SUDDEN LUNGE?"
"WE'RE YOU TWO NOT GETTING ENOUGH ATTENTION?!"
"PLEASE CALM DOWN GUYS! I KNOW YOU'RE ONLY UPSET BECAUSE YOU DON'T GET VERY MANY LINES IN AN EPISODE! WE'RE THREE QUATERS INTO THE SEASON AND YOU HAVEN'T HAD YOU'RE OWN EPISODE YET! IS THAT IT!? I'M SORRY!
Niko turns back to Tamaki with a glare, "No you dipshit."
"We have a trespasser." Mori's deep voice cuts through the silence as she throws the door open.
My eyes widened, looking at the person who was knocked to the ground. "Ritsu?" I whisper, looking at the angry red head on the ground.
He stood, growling at the tall teen who opened the door. "TAKASHI MORINOZUKA!" He launched himself at Mori, looking like he was about to attack.
"A SURPRISE ATTAACK!" The hosts all screamed asides from myself and Niko.
Niko didn't even move, she just sat her hand on her hip, not fazed by the scene before her. I really hope she's not going to use her power to take him out...If she does that...everyone could see her...
She looked over her shoulder at me, with a playful look in her eyes. It's like she's telling me to wait and see what happens. She's challenging me to stop him.
But he stops himself. He crouched down, bowing to Mori in a pleading position. "Senpai! Please take me on as your apprentice!"
...
I was shocked, honestly, we all were. Ritsu Kasanoda wanted to be Mori's apprentice? Why? A fighting apprentices? Also, i heard with rumours around the school that Ritsu was scary, but I never would have really guessed it had I not seen him almost attack Mori.
We ended up closing Host Club early today, promising the guests that they'd get more time tomorrow or something.
I kept watching Niko and Ritsu's behaviour towards each other though. Both of them would glance at one another occasionally and just sort of glare before looking away. Maybe Niko is just mad that this guy almost attacked us?
Maybe she's jealous that she's not the only one here with deep red hair?
Niko's green eyes caught mine, and for once I began to notice the blue flecks in them. She seemed kinda bored with the situation. The red head was sat on the arm rest of the couch, legs crossed, and arms crossed in front of her chest.
Kyoya began to speak, "Ritsu Kasanoda, First year Class D. Heir to the 3rd generation head of the Kasanoda syndicate, the most powerful gang in the Kanto area. He was admitted this year into Ouran Academy's High School. He has long red hair, a mean looking appearance, is reserved and has few friends. It is said that if your eyes meet his, you'll end up in the hospital. And talking back to him sends you to an early grave. He is so feared by his classmates that they call him the Walking Blizzard."
I was shocked, that guy that I met in the garden, he's the heir to a syndicate?! "You're the son of gangster!?" I exclaim.
His eyes turned to me sharply, ready to snap, but his eyes softened only nodding.
"Seriously? Why would a human weapon like yourself want to be Mori Senpai's Apprentice?" Tamaki asks, looking at the red head alone on the couch.
"Well, because..." He took a deep breath, "Look, I may be tough but I'm not a human weapon. I was just born with a face that makes me look mean all the time."
I heard Niko huff, whispering under her breath, "He's not that scary."
I agree. He's not that scary, but I feel like anyone is going to be scary if you randomly yell at someone. Even Honey would be scary if he did that.
The twins shrugged, talking at the same time, "Well, at least you're aware of it, Casanova." The twins tease and he growls.
"It's Kasanoda," He warns, hands balling into fists as he tightly holds onto his pants. It was a waring, which the twins didn't really seem to get.
Hikaru, Kaoru all spoke together in unison, "Bossonova?"
For a moment, his eyes glowed red. He was seeing red. "I said it was Kasanoda!" It looked like his teeth had fangs, bared like an animal, "Do you want to die?"
I flinched in my seat, at Niko smirked at me. The twins and Tamaki dove for cover behind the chair. Haruhi looked a little startled and Kyoya was expressionless.
Ritsu looked at me, a small hint of worry and an apology in his eye. "Wow..." i say shaking off the feeling of fear i just had for a moment. "You're not kidding."
"He really is mean looking," The twins note, not coming out from behind the couch.
"Uh, sorry about that," He says, calming himself down, "This always happens because of the way I look. I've always had this mean look ever since I was born. Even when i was a just a tyke, my dad would say.
A little bubble appeared over his head. It was baby Ritsu, the small boy was crawling towards a katana, whilst his dad spoke, "Just you wait, my son is going to be the greatest gangster of all time!"
Niko looked to Haruhi and I, almost in disbelief, "Does that always happen?" She whispers in disbelief, and I nod.
"It's just a perk." I shrug, smirking at her. She rolled her eyes.
"Ever since I was a kid, I was taught to be the Godfather of a gang." He continues explaining with a vision of Ritsu who a little bit was older.
I noticed Niko pressing her lips together, looking like she trying not to laugh out loud. I bit my own lip, thinking to myself that it's crazy that this guy was supposed to be the next gang leader?!
"Don't be too friendly talkin to other people. They'll look down on you." His father said. I looked away when they got into a growling competition, thinking about the poor boy.
He doesn't want to be scary, he just wants to have people not run away from him.
"My pops was a good teacher, and he made me a good true gangster. That's great and all, but everyone is afraid of to come near me. Even my fellows are scared of me. So, I'm all alone. It's like they forgot I'm young and sometimes I just wanna play. I wanna get out with my fellows and play a game of kick the can!"
A good game of kankeri is awesome
But I've been living the life of a gangster and i don't know how to interact with regular people
Oh, that poor guy
"Morinozuka senpai, that's why I need you to show me, how do you manage to have so many friends, when you're just as mean looking as me?" Ritsu looks at the senior, who just looked shocked. Paling at the words coming out of this mouth, "You're expressionless, distant, and you hardly ever talk. Plus, you've got a mug that looks like a watchdog from hell!" It kept striking more moe and more. The poor guy, "So, how come you've got so many friends? What are you doing that I'm not? Please teach me your secrets!" I'm begging you!" Ritsu collapsed to the ground, bowing down to is leader, or i guess hopeful leader.
Niko burst out laughing, holding her stomach. She found this hilarious, but why? I saw her wipe a tear away from her eyes, whispering to herself, "Fuck this is gold." I'm not sure which part she found funnier, Mori or Ritsu.
Mori ended up on the floor, and I went to help him up, "Are you alright Mori-senpai?"
"I'm just a little light headed." He says with a low voice.
Hikaru and Kaoru turn to the blonde Host Club Leader, "What now boss? Don't you think we should do something about this?"
I look at Tamaki, who just silently observed the situation, "We have to help. Usually you're helping, Why are you not helping yet? This is weird." He almost didn't seem to care.
"Oh, he cares," Haruhi's voice entered, "He's dying to help. He's just trying to be polite."
Ah, well, that makes a lot of sense. What would I do without Haruhi around!
"Just leave him alone, don't get involved, like he said, he wants to be mori senpai's apprentice. So this means mori senpai decides what to do." Tamaki just leaned back on the couch, crossing his arms in front of him. "So that means Mori Senpai decides what to do. This isn't something that any of us should be interfering with."
Mori caught Tamaki's attention, "Tamaki..."
Now that look on his face... I don't even know how to describe it. It was a mix of panic and fear. It was just horrific. Niko fell off the arm of the couch and hit the floor she was laughing so hard. Even Kyoya was distracted by Niko's laughter. She stood up, still letting out occasional bursts of laughter, but she was calming down.
"Niko!" I hiss, "Seriously?"
She was still letting off bursts of laughter, "Yeah. It's seriously funny."
Tamaki straightened up, his charming mode turned on, "Well, in that case, since you insist Mori senpai, I, Tamaki Suou, promise you i will do whatever i can to assist you!"
Haruhi's expression was just the 'I-told-you-so' face. "Yeah right. He wanted to get involved so badly he couldn't bare it."
Tamaki jumps in front of Ritsu, "Now, lift your head Bossonova!" Tucking his finger under the boy's chin and lifting his head up.
There was no growl on Ritsu's face, "Listen it's Kasanoda."
Tamika put his hand over his chest, " From now on you may address me as King, ok, Bossonova?"
"That's not my name..." Ritsu warns, but Tamaki scares him into sitting upright.
"ARE YOU LISTENING TO ME BOSSONOVA!?" The blonde snaps, leaving the red haired boy to stammer out a small 'yeah in response, "There are many differences between you and our beloved Mori senpai, but there is also one very definitive thing that you are lacking. And that is a lovely item." Tamaki starts to explain but i roll my eyes.
"A lovely item?!"
Hikaru and Kaoru sat back on the couches next to us. I lean over to the boys, "Ten bucks says this won't go well."
The younger win looks at me with a challenge in his eyes, "You're on."
"Bossonova, I would like to introduce you to a lovely item named Mitsukuni. Sure, Mori senpai may be kind of mean looking and he may seem distant when you first meet him. But what if we put Mitsukuni on his shoulders. Suddenly, it's like he's a forest Teddy Bear that all the animals adore! In addition, this lovely item also plays up Mori senpai's strong and silent character. Even without saying anything, just by placing Honey senpai next to him, people begin to have a new-found admiration for Mori senpai. Suddenly he's seen in a positive light as a nice, quiet young gentleman. That's the plan. I'm not exaggerating when I say most of Mori senpai's charms directly related to his friend, Honey senpai."
The explanation began to bore me, but everyone else began to think. "You're right!" Hikaru, Kaoru and Haruhi all say like the understood what was happening.
Niko and I just looked at one another with confusion in our eyes. "What?"
"Now that you mention it, Mori senpai..." Haruhi trails off.
"Doesn't really do anything." Hikaru continues, he looks back at me over his shoulder with a smirk and wink.
I blink a few times. Did Hikaru just help me win a bet?
Mori caught my eye, as he began to crank his neck around like a robot. His jaw was open, and he was just mortified.
So was Honey, who began crying, "Takashi Were you just using me?" Mori began shaking furiously on the table, almost wagging like a dog, except rather than being happy, he was extremely worried.
Niko began laughing again, cackling on the couch.
"But "Mitsukuni-kun" is on long-term contract to Mori-senpai, so you cannot borrow him." Tamaki mindlessly say causing Honey to continue crying.
"Have I been rented to you, Takashi?!" He cried out and the senior began to freak out more.
I looked down at Niko who was holding her stomach in what looks like pain from laughing to hard. "Why is this so funny to you?"
She looked at me with a devious smirk, "You'll understand one day kiddo."
"What-" I went to ask her again what she meant by that, but I was distracted by Tamaki asking the twins to get a fashion style together for Ritsu.
"Well, I'll think of something to take his place. The next thing to address is your "yankee" fashion. Hitachiin Brothers!"
In that moment they were ready, "Sir!" They salute to the host club king
"Come up with an image change for this man's fashion." The boss commanded and the twins prepared themselves.
They launched themselves into the air, jumping at Ritsu from the air, screaming "Rodger!"
Then they attacked, changing Ritsu's image right in front of our eyes. He was transformed over, with a teddy bear, a green scarf with yellow spots, A pair of awful looking sunglasses sat on his eyes, a hear covered band-aid on his cheek. Now, his hair is one thing we call can't overlook.
"Hitachiin!" I shout, and they look at me mischievously, as did everyone else, "You've made him look-" A hand clamped over my mouth, which by the way had a ridiculously strong grip.
"Friendly. So fuckin friendly that I might want to be his friend." Niko smirk matched the twins, "Everyone is going to love him." Niko's tone of voice changed, it was playful, but almost fake.
Kyoya spoke up, "I would appreciate it if you kept the language in the club room PG, we do have a reputation to uphold."
Niko glared at Kyoya, "Do you really want to start this mate?" She took her hand off my mouth.
I looked at Haruhi in a panic, waiting for Niko to strike.
Kyoya snapped his book shut, "This is a civil matter Niko. I would appreciate it if the violence was also kept to a minimum. Georgia an Hikaru bring enough violence to the club room."
My hand went to my necklace as I looked at the twin who was mentioned, an apologetic look in my eye. Even after everything that I went through, after every we went through together. He got me my necklace back. I felt the magic flowing through me, and it felt stronger than ever before. And it was because of him. I knew my smiled changed. And maybe the way I looked at him.
"You?" Niko turned to me, "Violent? Please. She is nothing."
I turned to glare at her. Oh, I could kick her ass if I wanted to. Right here, right now.
She only chuckled, "Don't give me that look kid," She challenged me, "You look like you're going to try fight me, right here, right now."
My stomach dropped. She can hear me, she can here our thoughts Haruhi. This whole time she was lying to us, tricking us. I can't believe that.
She huffed and turned back to Ritsu and Kyoya, "That's what I thought."
This is crazy, she can hear our thoughts. Well, I mean she is Enchanted in a sense. I still don't know how, and that is something I've been thinking about since day one. Why does she make me think about this? This is something that will tear me apart. I looked down at my necklace, looking at all the symbols engraved on the locket, almost hidden by the floral design. Which of the seven enchanted is she?
Ice? Earth? Night? Fire? Those are my top guesses. But then how can we narrow that down? No one has the speed and strength like the on Asteria. Maybe it's a variant of it?
"Georgia?" Hikaru put his hand on my shoulder, pulling me out of my thoughts, "You ok?"
I blinked a few times, before smiling at him. "Yeah," I nod, "I'm ok."
He smirked at me, as Kaoru came up to me and put his arm around my shoulders, "Because it looks like you're going a little crazy." He laughed as we began walking out the door.
I smile, "I am a little crazy, let's be real."
Hikaru put his arms around me as well, and I was just a sandwich between the two. "You can never be as crazy as the boss."
"YOU SNEAKY DEVILS!"
I heard the crazy man's voice from behind us, "Speak of the devil and he shall appear." The two smirked at my statement.
They let go of me and turned to Tamaki, who was a few metres behind us, next to Kyoya. He was bounding up and down yelling at how the twins are taking me to the dark side. From the corner of my eyes I saw them hide something behind their backs.
Then they let it fly. Two perfectly filled water balloons shot across the hallway, drenching the King from head to toe. I couldn't help but laugh.
"Where the hell did you guys get that from!?" I kept laughing like a mad woman.
"Right here!" They say splashing me with one on either side. One balloon from Hikaru and one from Kaoru.
My mouth hung open as my hair dripped in front of my face. "You did not just do that!" I laughed, turning around to them but they had already taken off. "Get back here you little squids!" I shout, laughing and running after them. So I'm fast, but I didn't expect them to be as fat as they are.
I looked up ahead, noticing the sprinkler system, and forming the perfect plan in my head. I felt my eyes temporarily glow blue, forcing the pressure to build up in the pipe, and just as they ran under it, it burst, drowning them in water.
."
The two slipped over from all the water on the ground, and I couldn't help but stand over them and laugh. "Well you got what you deserved." I laughed, looking down at the two. The water was still just pouring on them, but they looked each other with a devious smirk.
With a flash, they had my wrists in their hands and the y pulled me to the floor with them. "So, did you!" They say at the same time.
And thus, the splashing wat began. All of us laughing and mucking around under a busted sprinkler.
This is what I'll miss. I'll miss these two, I'll miss this club. Right now, I don't really want this moment to end. I don't want this excitement to end, only problem was, it had to. And soon.
...
Kasanoda walked over to the girl with red hear, neither of them turned to face one another. They stood there in silence for a moment, before the girl spoke up. "Lemme guess," She smirked, "Got questions."
He sighed, "More like statements."
Niko turned to him, "What, don't like my new hair colour?" She taunted, grabbing hold of a piece of crimson red hair, "I thought you would. Considering it was your idea."
The boy glared at her, "You know god damn well that I didn't give you that idea." he growled, hand balling into a fist, ready for a fight. But he calmed down, almost paling at the thought of something.
She laughed, "What's the matter Ritzy?" Niko flicked her long red hair off her shoulders, "You look like you've seen a ghost."
He growled, grabbing her wrist and slamming her into a wall...well... That was the attempt. With a motion almost too quick for him to see, she had thrown him up against the wall instead.
Kasanoda gasp, feeling winded from having his back slammed against the hard wall. "You're supposed to be," He took another breath, "Dead."
She tisked, "Careful what you say Ritz," She smirked, "Saying things like that, and attacking me out right would make people think you tried to kill me." With every word that she said it sounded like a taunt.
She was teasing him, messing with his head... And she was loving it.
He growled, "New look, new name," He coughed standing up right, "Same old tricks."
Niko smirked, "I'm surprised you remember. It's been a while. Well, you remember that much, you must remember where I got this move from."
Without even blinking, she had Kasanoda on the ground, with his arms twisted back in pain.
He cried out in pain, before pushing him off her, "You forget something," He stood, tossing him across the room, "I spent more time in the ring with him than you."
"Pft," She spat, smirking at Kasanoda, "You don't know anything."
He put down his fists, "You're right, I don't." He began to calm himself down, "I didn't know you were alive." A small spark of hope flashed in his brown eyes, "Do you know if he...?" He almost couldn't finish his sentence.
Niko shook her head. "He's gone. Just like Natsuki and Masaru."
"You shouldn't talk about them like that!" He growled, "They're your family!"
She rolled her eyes, "Blood means you're related. Not that you're family." She glared at the boy, "They're not my family. And neither are you."
"What about Dominick?" The mention of that name made her blood boil. That name should never be said.
With one swift kick, she had Kasanoda on the floor, he was clutching his stomach in pain. He could hardly breath. Just wheezing and coughing.
She glared down at him, "If you were his family, you'd know he hated being called that."
Kasanoda balled one hand into a fist but didn't do anything otherwise. She looked down at him, "Pathetic." Before she turned on her heel and left.
