"... How did this happen?" Yang whispered to Ruby.

"Honestly, sis? I have no idea," The girl answered, "One moment, I'm looking for you... The next..."

Blake and Weiss, meanwhile, stared up at the creature that towered over them, even with its hunch back. It still wore that overly-exaggerated smirk on its face. His, actually, since Ruby did say he had a name. And he did introduce himself. He nodded to the two girls, then said "Boss, yer klan'z weirdly quiet. Deyz a'roight?" as he looked to their new boss and her half-sister.

"I think they're just... Taking it in, Skarrippa," Ruby chuckled awkwardly. Lord knew, she was still processing the sight of several hundred of Skarrippa's smaller comrades tearing into the Grimm horde behind him, axes and pistols in hand. Shootas behind them emptied magazines into the Grimm with disregard, seemingly never running out of ammunition as they fired and, even farther behind, rokkit trukks fired high-explosive missiles(eerily painted yellow?) into the backs of the horde, high-explosives going off like a massive fireworks display.

The Ork seemed confused.

"Sis is right, dude, we're just... Surprised," Yang added.

"Oy seez..." It nodded, "You'z scared of us?"

"I mean, somewhat...?" Weiss whispered, "You are hulking creatures made of bone, sinew and green skin..."

"Also varying degrees of armored plate," Blake completed, still staring fearfully at the thing. Skarrippa hummed, then nodded. In the short pause where the four girls and the big former boss of the Ork warband had stared at each-other, the sound of gunfire dulled down to the point of silence and the roar of beasts also ceased. It took Ruby gazing past Skarrippa to notice that the rest of the Orks had neatly cleared out the horde. And several trees.

"Huh..." Ruby hummed, then looked to Skarrippa and said "Well, thanks for bringing me back to the girls," An awkward smile on her face as she clapped her hands together, "I'm not sure what you guys are gonna do now, though..." And to be quite honest, Ruby did not wanna know what her new proteges were gonna do. Especially if it involved their current way of acting that got her in this mess in the first place.

"We'z foightin'," Skarrippa remarked, "All dem zoggin gits in dis forest, boss. You gotz ta go?"

"I... Gotta go talk to Headmaster Ozpin about you guys, yeah... Oh, Headmaster Ozpin is kind of our friend and the boss of several... 'Klans'... Gathered in our school?" The girl chuckled awkwardly, "Including our own, in a way," words to which the Ork now seemed confused. Skarripa scratched his missing tooth again, the one currently hanging by Ruby's belt. How did the girls miss that?!

He raised one of the three claws he had on his left hand, then smirked, "Oi'z comin' with ya. Gotz ta talk to da big boss, too, meself, I fink."

... Oh, no. What did Ruby just do?

Well, apparently freaked out the pilot enough for Yang to have to pilot the Bullhead back while they were trying to wake up the poor bastard, first of all. Skarrippa was sat on five seats and slouched over so he'd fit in the cargo hold of the bird, which was sputtering, having to lift what the girls assumed was over-the-weight-limit-amounts of ammo, armor and mechanic pieces meant for Skarrippa's prosthetic gun and claw-arms to work.

One could not exactly say no to a hulking mass of anger, green muscle, ramshackle steel plates, guns and claws sharp enough to split a Grimm in two with little effort. Especially not four girls who'd just gone through a hellish onslaught of animal-like monsters and lost nearly all of their Aura. Yang poked her head through the door to the cockpit and asked in whisper, "What's big guy doing right now?"

She made eye contact with the big fella, who was... Picking his nose with his claws, seemingly staring out at the architectural marvel of Beacon with a dumb look on his face. He turned to meet Yang's eyes, then grinned dumbly and waved. Yang retreated, murmuring "Ewewewewew... Well, he can be part of the family..." as a quip regarding their uncle Qrow's own habit of picking his nose back in the day.

Of course, before landing, Ruby took the Ork's attention to her and said, "Skarrippa, listen... You know how I freaked out when I saw you? Like... The tiniest bit of a freakout?"

"Ye," The Ork nodded.

"Well, here's the thing... If you thought I was bad, uhm... Our entire school may have a moment, so please don't do anything to them..." Ruby practically pleaded, staring into the burning red eyes of the Ork. With no answer from him, the girls felt a light bit tense. Of course, Blake had called ahead for a medical team for the fainted pilot, but even they freaked out as they saw the former Warboss stepping off the bird next to the girls, much to the relief of its now-groaning fuselage.

"Well..." Ruby sighed, bowing her head in defeat as she saw about 90% of her present schoolmates staring with wide eyes at the girls and their new pal. Entering Beacon Tower was a chore, at first, as the big feller had to squeeze himself through the door. He forewent that and immediately slammed through the door, leaving a large orkoid shape in place of the steel door. Two Atlas troopers immediately came and pointed guns at the Ork. Ruby had to talk them down and calm Skarrippa(who had immediately dragged his gun-arm up and aimed it).

To say the ride up was uneventful, though, would've been a lie too. First, they barely fit into the elevator. Second, pressing the button was hard enough. Third, the Orky boy wasn't making things easy himself. Still, Ruby persevered, getting all five of them to the top, to Ozpin's office. Ruby pushed her way out of the tight squeeze first, then said "Headmaster! Please don't freak out, but-"

The elevator's main doors expanded sideways about tenfold as the three other members of Team RWBY were thrown out onto the floor in the style of one of Blake's old anime, no basis in physics whatsoever. Then, out stomped the Ork, the glass cracking in spiderwebs patterns below its armored feet. Ozpin and Glynda both stared with eyes as wide as dinner plates at the funky chunk that just broke their elevator.

"... Ruby..." Ozpin had dropped all formality at this point, going for a deadpan voice to compliment his now bone-white face, "What in the Gods' name is that? Who is it?!"

Glynda was going for her riding crop while maintaining eye contact with the beast. It grinned a mouthful of sharp teeth at her and Glynda immediately ducked behind Ozpin's chair, staring at it with the most fearful gaze and frozen expression any of the four girls and Headmaster had ever seen her bearing at any time. Ruby chuckled awkwardly, rubbing the back of her neck as she said, "Headmaster Ozpin, this is Skarrippa... He's a new friend I and the girls made while out on our homework mission... Him and..." She murmured, turning away as her cheeks grew red from embarrassment, "A bunch of other fellas his species."

"... Oh..." Ozpin swallowed his own spit, tugging at his collar, "Hello... Skarrippa, was it?"

"Oi'z Skarrippa, ye... Ya must be da big boss, to boss Roze," He smirked, "Yer a scrawny git, ain't ya."

Oz's eyelid twitched while Ruby perked up and said "N-No! Headmaster Ozpin is a prolific fighter! It's why he runs our school, Skarrippa!"

The Ork squinted, seemingly sizing up the too-afraid-to-snark-back Headmaster with a pair of burning red eyes. He hummed, once again scratching his tooth stump, then observed, jabbing a claw at Ozpin's suit, "You'z green. Not bad," He nodded approvingly, "You'z good at foightin'? You brutally cunnin' or cunningly brutal?" He seemed to have given Ozpin a pause.

The elder man hummed, then said, "I believe... Brutally 'cunnin''?"

The Ork grinned, "Like da boss! You'z teachin' boss Roze herz skillz, then!" It seemed to have figured out Oz. He stared at the man, then offered, "Roight den, Oi'z Skarrippa. Oi'z boss Roze's Bodyguard'n'Enforsah. Me boyz and I're waitin' on'er to tell us wot ta do."

Ozpin's gaze swept over to Ruby, both eyes still as wide as communication dishes at this point, lips narrow. He nodded, then said "I understand... Welcome to Beacon," in a sort of peace offering. The Ork smirked, while Ozpin thought of a tactful way to send him out so he could talk to Ruby in private. He hummed, then said "Do you mind leaving me alone with miss Rose for a bit? I... Wish to discuss certain things with her."

"... You gonna be a'roight, boss?" The Ork looked to her. She nodded quickly. He huffed, then said "Roight... You other gitz followin'?" He looked to Yang, Blake and Weiss. All three of them nodded just as fast as Ruby. Figured they may as well be his 'escorts' so that the refuse didn't strike the cooling unit, as the more polite version of that saying went. Indeed, the team, minus their leader/boss, climbed onto the broken elevator again. And somehow, it descended.

Ozpin turned to Ruby, then asked "How...?"

"... How wha-"

"HOW EVERYTHING!?" Ozpin balked, "Miss Rose, pardon my outbursts, BUT HOW!? HOW DID YOU BECOME ITS BOSS?!"

"... I beat him in a fight?"

... Ozpin wanted to laugh if he wasn't a hundred percent sure Ruby was telling the truth. And the meekness with which she said that was also confirmation enough for him. He sighed, taking off his small sunglasses and rubbing his eyes. His mind raced for a few moments as he also registered a still shivering Glynda behind him, then asked as his mind recalled, "Did he also say there's more of his kin around?"

"... 'bout a few..." Ruby gave a half-hearted smile. The man stared at her with about the same level of approval as he would a roach, though she knew it wasn't directed at her. More at the idea of ''bout a few' orks running around Remnant. He blinked, then sighed in defeat. Something told him that even if he wanted to disapprove of Ruby befriending random alien creatures she finds in the middle of forests, he couldn't. It was the stuff of fairytales, though to be fair...

"You know, miss Rose..." The man sighed, "Usually fairytales about a young girl finding friends in a forest do not involve said friends carrying armament that is physically attached to their bodies and larger than a human head... or carrying any armament at all..." he remarked, now wearing a deadpan expression for a poker face. He looked back and patted his right hand woman on the head as he heard her mumbling, before saying "It's alright, Glynda... It left..."

"I know, sir..." Ruby answered his first statement, staring at the fearful Glynda, "It's just..."

"They attached themselves to you after you beat this Skarrippa fellow, did they not?" He asked.

"Yup... But hey, good part is they hate the Grimm as much as we do!" She smiled, "Or at least like fighting them enough..."

Ozpin had to take a moment to process Ruby's little statement there. He blinked twice, then said, "Miss Rose, if you would please return to your team and Skarrippa, I... Have something to mull over," And he motioned to the actual stairwell of the place. How the elevator even ran, he did not want to know, but alas. Ruby nodded, stood up, bowed and excused herself, then dashed down the stairs using her semblance.

"O-Ozpin... What are you thinking?" Glynda finally said her first string of shaky, but cohesive words, since she'd first seen Skarrippa. The man stopped in front of his window, pausing only to watch Ruby leading Skarrippa to the landed Bullhead, chewing on his lip as he processed the situation. An army of willing fighters against the Grimm hordes that wasn't made up of children he plucked from the streets or allowed to sign up off their own desire to fight and be heroes and things.

A devious grin appeared on Ozpin's face...

And somewhere in the Grimm Lands, a certain Evil Witch that led his opposition felt a subzero chill shoot up her spine...

But back to our intrepid Rosy Warboss and her big new pal, who was giving her a piggyback ride to the ship. Ruby looked to Skarrippa and said, "Hey, Skarrippa. I and the girls are gonna have classes tomorrow, so we'll probably be gone for a large part of the day... Can you... Like... Guide your boys to fight the Grimm around the Emerald Forest? Y'know, keep'em busy."

"Aye, Boss. We'z gotz it... Wait, wotz' classeez?" He looked up at her, confused.

"Classes are places where you learn stuff for an hour," Yang explained as she waddled next to the fella, feeling the need for her spine to be reset. She stretched a bit, hearing bones crackle and snap as they lost the tension of the squeezing she received, before she jauntily bounced up to the Ork's right, "Generally boring stuff, if it's... Like... Prof Port's class."

"You'z learnin' in place, den, soundz borin' alright. Yeng, woz it?"

"Yang, yeah, big fella," The girl stared at him, "What's up?"

"You'z yellow," He stated rather openly.

"Yup," She smirked.

"You'z makin pretty big boomz, don't'cha? Wif wot?"

"... If you mean explosions, yup!" The blonde smirked, "My gauntlets, Ember Celica, can launch projectiles. They're six-gauge Shotgun gauntlets able to fire high-explosive or concussive blasts," She explained, then, seeing the Ork was as dumbfound as possible, she explained it in simple terms "Big barrels, big booms for distance, big booms for afar, pal."

"Ooh. Noice," He smirked, giving a thumbs... or... well... Claws-up to Yang. He seemed to be getting a slight air of humanity to him. Or he had it beforehand. Eh, Yang figured it was cool to answer with a Thumbs-Up back, while Blake and Weiss still seemed to be processing their newly-acquired 'friend'. Weiss murmured something to Blake and the girl nodded.

"You two alright back there?" Yang asked, looking to them.

"Yang, don't you think you got used too quickly to this?" Blake asked in a whisper, dragging the blonde back near them by the wrist, "Look at your sister. She's riding piggyback on an... Kork? Rork? Mork? Anyway! Not the point! Big... Space Alien thing! Is it normal!?" She practically tried to get Yang to understand the mess they were in now.

What Blake Belladonna failed to understand was that Yang Xiao-Long's brain was taking a few moments to process the situation before her and had so far completely digested most information, including and not limited to the piggybacks. Yang was, however, much calmer as she processed stuff. She would probably yell at her sister about the dangers of being a Warboss to Skarrippa and his merry Klan of Boyz when they were back in their rooms.

Right now, All four went to drop off the former Warboss and found the Grimm already being slaughtered all-over again with gleeful laughter permanently heard between the thunderclap of rockets and gunfire. Narrowed lips and wide eyes were the only reaction the other three could have at the sight of a massive, ongoing, brutal war between the Orks and the Grimm inhabiting the Emerald Forest.

A smaller Ork, a Shoota, turned and said "Oi, Boss, Skarrippa! We'z gotz plenty ta go around!" and flashed a grin at the girls. Ruby looked to them, scratching her cheek as she thought of a way to ask for their forgiveness. The other three seemed to stare even more intensely at the dying evil monsters around them. The Ork laughed, charging back into the line and firing his heavy shoota.

"We're never going to live this down," Yang murmured, staring blankly at the two hordes engaging each-other carelessly in a slaughter of proportions unseen by the girls before outside of Great War movies. Sure, she knew her Sis had the stuff of leadership, but never, like, leading an entire whole-ass army of space Orks wielding axes and guns and helicopters and tanks and... Gods above.

"I'm not sure we'll be living after it at all..." Replied Weiss, rubbing her eyes. The good Schnee had always been on the receiving end of many of Ruby's crazy escapades, being her 'BFF' as per Ruby's own words. Sure, certainly, Weiss viewed Ruby as a friend and their relationship had drastically improved from the first Semester up to now, but this, if RUBY ROSE WAS EVEN THINKING OF JOINING IN, was putting it to the TEST! "And..." Weiss growled, glaring at the girl, "She's off..."

"Meep..." Blake whimpered, watching as Skarrippa and Ruby actually charged in, with the latter laughing heartily as she drew her scythe. Yes, indeed, life with a young Warboss like Ruby Rose was going to be interesting for team RWBY, especially since her newly-acquired WAAAAAAAAAGH! was seemingly growing(Yang was pretty sure there were at least two dozen new Orks in the ranks, most of them unarmed and fighting hand to hand).

Yet again, in the Grimmlands, the hearty, manic laughter of a young girl caused the Queen of Darkness to pause...

"... Oh, something is going very wrong..." She murmured, "I hope Cinder can handle it..."

Cinder more than likely could not handle whatever it was Salem felt...

She felt chaos. The wrong type of it, but a chaos nonetheless.

Chaotic Happiness, in fact...
