Chapter Three

There was nothing he could do as the two males removed his bindings behind the post

to begin punishing him with their fists needing the information out of him. He was crying out

from the pain hitting his back, face, hips, and legs. While the next one had hit his stomach to have him

doubling over to the ground.

"Stop I beg you!" he cried out in pain trying to catch his pain.

"We need to be sure that you're going to help us to get to Special Agent Gibbs and with torturing once again

after what had happened in Paraguay recently." Gomez had to say to the reporter shaking his head.

"I will do it, Gomez. But how?" Dan said to them.

"Isn't your partner Marcie Warren having talked with Gibbs at the diner?" he responded to him.

"Yes, she did from what she was telling me before disappearing. I do know that she was going to NCIS to see if this Director Leon Vance was going to help." he cried out as if the one man Gomez was going to hit him again.

"This is what we plan on doing with finding out on whether Gibbs, Marcie, and his team will be coming here to keep an out on the warehouse.

When Leroy Jethro Gibbs had settled down on the couch with Lucy sitting next to him with his snacks next to him.

Placing on his glasses in order to read the small words on the pages. He was having a hard time trying to focus as his eyesight was getting worst from the abuse over the years. Even his hands were still bothering him from when Bishop and his team had to pull him off the suspect in drowning the Pitbulls after losing in the fights.

Finally focusing in on the report between Marcie and Dan. There were even photos of those moving the weapons and drugs from trucks arriving at the warehouse. They weren't able to get any closer in fear of getting caught with the investigation.

What he was reading had to be really shocking seeing someone thinking that he was dead Alejandro Riveria had to be dead for a few years. Though his body was never really recovered. He had put him into prison for having tried to kill his father and himself. EVEN THOUGH SHOOTING HIS OWN SISTER AT THE SAFEHOUSE.

No doubt she had no idea what she was dealing with at the time she and her associate started to investigate the Cartel. Even though she had given most of the report to her editor.

Rubbing his head with reading it and setting it to the side to pet Lucy and with grabbing his cell-phone.

Senior Field Agent Timothy McGee was just coming back from the field with Torres and Bishop. They had been collecting evidence on the murder of a Naval officer. So far Kasie has been working on the evidence found and she was waiting for the computer software and the F.B.I. database with the two partials found on the body.

She was bored while waiting. When McGee came down to the lab after getting back from the field. "Anything Kasie on the partials?" he was anxious since he never liked being in the spotlight as Gibbs's replacement for now. It's been three weeks now since his suspension and ever since then, the team has been busy with the cases including this one that was going to change everyone's lives once again along with Gibbs.

The computer finally dinged with Kasie heading on over to the screen to see the one name she had thought wouldn't pop up again thinking that he's dead.

"OMG Tim take a look at the name for both partials?" she had taken off her glasses to rub her eyes not believing that Alejandro Riveria was still alive after Gibbs had killed him a few years back.

"How is this possible Kasie?" Tim cried out with his response. When all of a sudden his cell-phone was going off in his blue jacket he was wearing. "It's Gibbs," he said with answering the phone while keeping his voice down low. "What's going on sir?"

"Tim I am sorry to be calling you like this. I need a favor from you and Nick to come to my house once you're done working. It's important and strictly off the books regarding a possible kidnapping by a Cartel leader."

"Anything to do with Alejandro Riveria that you were supposed to have shot?" Tim needed to say on the subject.

"Where did that come from Tim?" Gibbs was alerted with sitting up on the couch.

"Kasie had evidence from a case we are working on with a Naval officer having been murdered. We are going to follow up further. As for yourself what's going on with you?"

"Listen I will explain when you and Nick get here. I was able to talk with a reporter meeting her at the diner with information for where her associate disappeared no doubt Cartel related and no doubt from what you told me about Riveria? I will explain further since I have decided to help her out on the Q.T. understand?" he responded to his senior field agent before getting suspended by Vance.

"I do boss!" Even though he's not been his boss for three weeks. "Nick is upstairs with Elle going home feeling sick. There are some things that you don't know about since leaving with the suspension."

"Are you going to tell me when you and Nick get here?" he said.

"Nick will have to tell you." Tim hung up the phone while Gibbs went to look for Marcie's business card sitting on the coffee table as he picked it up to dial the number into his phone and with Marcie picking up with sitting in her living room having Chinese food for dinner.

"Can you come to my house as soon as possible? I have two of my NCIS friends coming soon. I am going to ask for their help with finding your associate." he will say with his heart fluttering.

"Great I will get myself ready and be there as soon as I can Gibbs. See you soon and your friends." she hung up the phone to put the container to the side to get herself dressed.
