Chapter Seven

"Listen sir it's an emergency. McGee, myself, and Gibbs going on a hunch for the reporter of the Washington Post about the local Cartel leader Alejandro Riveria having kidnapped her associate for which she asked Gibbs for help."

"I told her that we weren't able to do a thing since it wasn't a Naval issue. Please continue Special Agent Torres," he said over the phone.

"Sir, it's an issue now with Special Agent Gibbs has been kidnapped and there is evidence with his rifle left on the cement floor along with a blood trail. And on top of everything else sir, Gibbs had the GPS tracking device in his arm and was able to activate it."

"God damn it! I will set up a team just tell me the coordinates, Nick. This is a serious matter since an NCIS agent had been kidnapped and no doubt having to be tortured. Since Alejandro Riveria has a beef against the agent for years. But what I don't understand as to why he's still alive after Gibbs had shot him two years ago."

"True sir. But it's a possible chance that it was another one of those doubles like what Hernandez had done in Paraguay sir." Nick said to his boss.

"What about Marcie Warren?" he was concerned for the reporter since she had gone to Gibbs afterward.

"With us and extremely upset. She feels really bad for what has happened."

"Just be sure to keep an eye out on her since I don't wish to have this get any worst with the situation. Is there anything else I should know?"

"Yes, sir. Gibbs GPS transceiver was turned on and has been moved to another location some three miles from here. Along with the fact, his vitals are dropping and we have called Doctor CYRIL TAFT of the Bethesda hospital."

"I just don't believe this at all? Let me have those coordinates and I will put together the React team."

Talking for another moment with the location. He was able to dress quickly heading out to drive onto the harbor and the god damn warehouse.

Alejandro Riveria wasn't happy with the results having beaten Gibbs to a pulp while he was hanging down with his wrists tied with the ropes from the ceiling.

His men continued to try and get any intel out of the aged agent barely conscience. Lifting his head barely awake. "What's the matter Gibbs, you can't handle it any longer after all of these years with NCIS. I have learned how to finally used a gun unlike when we were in Mexico. Where are your agents coming to rescue you this time?" he spat into his face.

"To hell with you, Alejandro." he cried out as he was hit again into the back and front before passing out.

Using the smelling salts to bring him around. Alejandro Riveria out for his revenge like his father wanted 34 years earlier. Gibbs was semi-awake as the pain had over taken him along with his heart rate and blood pressure.

"To hell with you as well, Gibbs." He was showing the revolver in his hand as it was sorta like once again in the situation of having been in Paraguay. "I am finally done with you, Leroy Jethro Gibbs.

While Dan and the others were watching the scene. "All of you get out of here now with moving to the next location and shipment of weapons?" he cried out with throwing around the revolver in front of his face.

"Alejandro, you still don't have the god damn guts to shoot me after all this time?" as the pain had hit in his stomach, back and groin area from the beatings.

He watched them getting ready...

Director Leon Vance meeting up with the React team Katrina Law new to the team. They had followed the trail from the GPS software on McGee's computer. Doctor Cyril Taft had joined them wearing a vest this team as with the rest of NCIS.

"Sir, Gibbs vitals are dropping like a rock." Marcie Warren was standing next to him as well hoping and praying.

"Let's get moving now?" he ordered when all of a sudden four men came out not realizing what was in front of them. They were told to drop their weapons with Dan seeing his associate with that hateful look on her face. When he had given up his rifle throwing it to the ground.

However, all of a sudden they heard a gunshot not knowing who or what? They ran inside with the react team as Katrina fired her weapon over Riveria's head as he wasn't going to give up. He began to run when Director Leon Vance fired three shots into his backdropping the Cartel leader to the ground.

Even though the bad news...

"OMG! Doctor Taft, he's been shot in the stomach?" Marcie cried out with her nightmare happening.

Nick, McGee, Taft, and Marcie helped to get Gibbs down from his bindings. While Marcie was able to find coverings. While the react team Commander Katrina Law was able to have the Cartel's leader body moved ou to the building to their black truck to take back to NCIS in order to have an autopsy done on his body.

Meanwhile having his medical bag with him after Director Leon Vance was able to call 911 to have Gibbs taken to Bethesda hospital. He was in bad shape with the wounds on his back and front along with any damage to his organs from the beatings.

They had gotten him down while Marcie was holding his hand. "Jesus Jethro please hang on for god sake? It's all my fault this happened to you. The ambulance is on the way." she cried out while pushing back his hair while he needed a shave with his five o'clock shadow.

"Gibbs, this is Taft can you hear me? I am going to give you something for the pain before they get here. We will be needing to remove the bullet from your stomach."
