Stumbling into the undergrounds of Hell, Vaggie and Charlie meet a towering behemoth of a caveman named Oogar, who had spent most of his years beneath the surface. Oogar joins the two and enters the redemption program at the Hazbin Hotel, where he goes down a perilous path to redemption against powerful demons and his own primordial fears.

After so long with so little progress, Charlie couldn't believe the luck the hotel was having in the span of a day, and she felt like progress could only go up. She's unsure of what to make of the new guy, however. A spiky, hulking behemoth who seems as energetic as she is, and seems to legitimately want to help. Hazbin Hotel Prequel The Human Demon Hybrid. Phoenix turns eighteen and is soon abducted from her home. After escaping her abductors, she soon lives with her Cousin Charlie and her friends at the Happy Hotel. She will have to learn the ways of Hell, and how to control her newfound powers and form. It's not easy when her abductors and other demons want her as well.

Seviathan has successfully taken over Lucifer's castle and is out for revenge against all who've wronged him. It's up to Charlie and her friends to save Hell before he destroys everything. All the while, Charlie and Alastor are having conflict of their own.
