The day was as ordinary as ever and school was over before I knew it. I packed up my stuff...and stared blankly at the wall, looking even an ounce of motivation.

"Clubs..." I sighed. Tori wanted me to check out some clubs...they don't have a hentai club, right? Nah, that would just be stupid...maybe I could try the anime club? I'm sure they would understand-

"Hellooooooo?" A familiar voice called out to me, a slender hand waving in front of my face. I look up into my neighbor's blue eyes.

"Tori...?" I say, almost dumbly. I look around and notice I'm the only one left in class. He must have come in while I was spacing out like an idiot.

The blond smiles at me almost shyly. "I thought I'd catch you coming out, but then I just saw you...sitting there, like you were lost in thought or something. You sure you're okay, man?..." He gently placed his hand onto mine, which was laying on the desk in front of me. I quickly pulled away, much to the shock of Tori.

"Y-yeah, I'm fine. Geez, stop worrying so much. Besides, you're much worse than me. And you seriously don't need to wait up if it's going to make you late for your own club, Y'know." I replied somewhat annoyed. What the heck was...'that' all about?

Tori looks away and hold up his hands, almost worriedly. "Well, I thought you might need some encouragement...so I thought...Y'know..."

Still annoyed, I reply curtly. "Spit it out, I don't have all day."

Tori speaks quickly, really nervous now. " Well, that you could come to my club!"

I sat in silence for a moment, processing that, before speaking again, slowly. "Tori..."

He looked at me expectantly. "Yeah?"

"There's no way in hell I'm going to that club, you numbskull." I said firmly.

He looked shocked and dejected all at the same time. "Eeeehhhh? Meanie!"

See, Tori was Vice President of the Literature Club. Not that I was aware that he had any interest in literature. Like, he was eccentric, but I had never known him to be a book nerd. We probably would have never gotten along had he been.

In fact, I'm 99% sure he only did it because he thought that it would be '"fun" to start a new club. Since he was the first to show interest after the President, he naturally held the title of "Vice President". Because that's how democracy works, apparently.

All of that said, my interest was guaranteed to be even less. I didn't understand why people read in their spare time...like, at all. The only time I ever read was, well, to get off. Not that I was going to tell Tori that.

"Yeah, no, I'm gonna go join the anime club." I began to get up and walk out, but Tori grabbed my arm rather forcefully and I looked back in his direction. What was with all the touching today?

"Cmon, please?" He looked at me with those pleading eyes...they didn't work.

"Nope, not gonna happen." I shook my head and was about to walk away...but turned back and wondered. "...why do you care so much anyway?"

Tori gulped and looked away. "Well...I kind of told the club yesterday that I would bring a new member. Natt made special donuts and everything...ehehe..." He laughed nervously.

I groaned and snapped at him. "Don't just make promises that you can't keep! Not cool, dude." Sometimes I couldn't tell if Tori was really that much of an airhead...or an idiot savant for having planned all of this out. I let out a long sigh. "...fine, I'll stop by for a free donut."

Before I could barely finish by sentence, Tori's eyes lightened up and he nearly dragged me across the room. "All right! Let's go~!"

What's good, it's Troy, your new favorite yaoi author. I was planning on making this chapter longer, but A. I wanted to give the fluff lovers some good content B. I wanted to screw with the NSFW fans and make them SuFfEr and C. It overall gives the story more flow, imo.

Anways, I know that we've only met Tori so far, but you can still vote for whoever you want! Speaking of which, isn't Tori just the most adorable little himbo? Meanwhile, MC is as much of a clueless jerk as always, if slightly amplified. I hope you guys don't mind that I'm slightly expanding the universe and the relationship between them...especially since it might make what comes later even harder DX

But, regardless, I know these chaps are short so far, but next I'm introducing ALL the boys...and, well, be ready for a few...changes. And maybe some..."unnecessary" details about their appearances, ehehe~

Anyway, that's all I have to say for now in this A/N. The next chapter, being longer, will take longer to write, so I'm not entirely sure how long it'll take. Hopefully, not 'too' long, though.
