As I said, this marked the day I sold my soul for some donuts. Tori dragged me across the school to a section I rarely visited, it being mainly reserved for third-year classes and activities. Being a fourth year at the ripe age of 17, I saw no reason to move backward in my journey through high school. I remember thinking that as Tori swung open the door to the club.

"Everyone! The new member is here~" Tori yells cheerfully through the room. Despite the fact it wasn't that big to begin with and there were only three people there.

I grumble at Tori before paying attention to them. "I told you NOT to call me a 'new member'. Geez, do you ever list-" I stop midsentence once I notice the people, presumably the club members, as they begin speaking.

The first, sitting at a desk and holding a book, spoke first, standing and speaking with a rather sexy low voice. "Welcome to the literature club. It's a pleasure to meet you. Tori is always saying such good things about you."

The second, who was standing on the opposite end of the room, spoke with a rather light voice with a touch of annoyance. "S-seriously? Did you bring ANOTHER boy? Way to kill the fucking atmosphere..."

The third was standing almost directly in front of me and was a very familiar face and a rather playful voice. "Ah, MC, it's so good to see you again! Welcome to the club!"

At that moment, I was speechless. I'm surprised that my jaw didn't drop and I started drooling right there. This club...WAS FULL OF INCREDIBLY CUTE BOYS!

My thoughts were interrupted by the one with the sour attitude, who crossed his arms. "What the hell are you looking at? If you wanna say something, say it or get the fuck out."

Tori immediately paled and looked like he was about to yell at the boy, but quickly caught himself and simply chided him. "Natt, I told you not to curse. Especially in front of MC!"

The boy, who was apparently named Natt, didn't respond and turned his head, simply muttering under his breath. "Whatever".

Natt was a member I didn't recognize and due to his short size, I at first figured he was a first year. However, that wasn't what caught my eye about him. He had pink hair that went past his shoulders and a few pins that made twin buns at the top. His eyes were a matching pink and seemed to always be glaring.

But, the biggest thing that caught my eye was he was wearing a girl's uniform. As in he had on a skirt that went right above his knee, rather than the pants boys usually wore. I likely would have mistaken him for a girl if he hadn't talked first. Of course, I didn't tell him that.

Also, according to Tori, Natt was the one who made the donuts when he heard I was coming. Strange he would be so apprehensive given that, but I didn't question it at the time. All I knew was he was fucking adorable.

Tori whispered in my ear. "You can just ignore him when he's moody..." He trailed off slightly as if that was a common occurrence. However, he quickly put on a smile and turns towards the boys. "Well, that's Natt for ya! Always full of energy." I found that hard to believe, but Tori quickly turned his attention to the quieter boy. "And this is Yuki, the smartest in the club!"

The boy, Yuki, blushed hard and held up his hand to his chest nervously. "D-don't say things like that..."

Yuki was the tallest of the group, taller than me, and seemed a direct opposite to Natt. He seemed much more mature both mentally and physically and likely had a hard time keeping up with people like Natt and Tori. Of course, I paid much more attention to his looks.

He had short purple hair cut rather evenly and carefully and his eyes were a lighter shade of his hair. His uniform was well kept and seemed to fit him perfectly...except for in one particular area.

I remember staring at the limp, yet rather large outline, before he seemed to notice and quickly held his thick book in front of his crotch area, rather embarrassed of himself. Clearly, he wasn't comfortable around other people. I secretly hoped I could get him to open up to me...in more ways than one.

I looked from one to the other, then gave a casual smile. "Well, guys, it's nice to meet ya."

Tori nodded and tilted his head, almost questioningly. "And it sounds like you already know Nico, huh?"

Nico answered for me, smiling cooly. "That's right. It's always nice to see you, MC."

In fact, I did know Nico. Of course, who didn't? I only knew him personally because we were in the same class last year, despite the fact that we rarely talked. However, Nico was probably the most popular person in our class, if not our school.

And how couldn't he be? He was smart, he was athletic...and he was smoking hot. With brunette hair styled in bangs, he was about my height and could stare directly into my eyes with his light green ones. His uniform was much like mine, but I could almost see his developed pecs and abs sticking out of that top. Plus, his sleeves were rolled up, so I could see his lean arms with almost bulging muscles

Before that moment, I thought that Nico was way outta my league. However, here he was talking to me, saying we knew each other. The fact that he even knows my name, and was talking to me like such an equal with that charming smile made me feel a little...no, VERY hard.

I lost my composure for a second and struggled to speak. "Y-you too, Nico."

Tori yelled, having moved across the room to a table with 6 chairs. "Come sit down, MC! We made room for you at the table, so you can sit next to me or Nico. I'll get the donu-"

Natt cut him off. "Hey, I made them. I'm getting them." He said it in a way that made it clear that there was no room for discussion.

Tori laughed nervously and poked his index fingers together. "Sorry...got a little too excited~"

Yuki chimed in as he began to move across the room. "Well, then how about some tea as well?"

I moved towards the makeshift 'table', which was actually just some desks moved together to form a larger space. I looked back and forth between the spots next to Tori and Nico. I didn't want to embarrass myself in front of Nico, so I decide to sit next to Tori.

Natt and Yuki are both on the other side of the room as Natt grabs a covered tray and Yuki opens the closet in the back of the room. I note that it looks big enough for two people to fit in, even someone of Yuki's size.

Natt marches back the table, a look of pride on his face and tray in hand. "Okay, you fuckers ready? Tada!" The crossdresser lifts off the foil to reveal a dozen donuts that all look like different breeds of dogs. They're decorated with frosting and I note that even the backs look like tails. Clearly, he had worked hard on these.

Tori damn near squealed. "Uwaaaaaah! They're so freaking adorable! I could almost pet one..." He began to reach, but quickly stopped himself, shook his head, and laughed nervously. He seemed to be doing that a lot lately.

Even Nico looks impressed. "I had no idea you were so good at baking, Natt. These look amazing!" I could see even the pastries were getting to him.

Natt simply smirked and shrugged like it was no big deal. "Well, Y'know. Whatever..." It was still for a moment, then the pink-haired boy snapped. "Well? Just take one already!"

Tori gladly obliged, followed quickly by Nico, and then myself. I study the best angle to eat it, somewhat not wanting to ruin such an amazing design.

My best friend, meanwhile, had already eaten his whole and was licking frosting from his lip. A slight white, sticky substance trailed down his chin, but he quickly took his finger, wiped it up, and licked it slowly, savoring the taste...I shook my head of the thoughts I was now thinking as Tori said "It's delicious~".

Natt, meanwhile, has been staring at me this whole time, almost expectantly. Is he...waiting for me to take a bite? I finally bite down...and I'm in donut heaven. The flavors are beyond anything could describe and I wonder if Natt had really made these himself. "This is...great," I say, at a sudden loss for words. I hated the fact that it kept happening, so I followed with. "Thanks, Natt."

Natt seemed to be taken aback and stammered. "H-hey! W-why the hell are you thanking me, man? It's not as if I...made them for you or some shit like that..." He crossed his arms and looked away. Hadn't Tori said he had made them when he heard I was coming?...

"Wait, Tori said that technically you did-" I began to correct, but I was quickly cut off.

"W-well. yeah, maybe...but, like, not for...y-you know, you! Dumbass..." Natt is clearly struggling with his words, so I let up on him.

"Alright, whatever ya say, man." I shrug and give up on Natt for now. At that moment, Yuki emerges from the closet and arrives at the table, setting down a tea set. He then sets a teacup in front of each of us and places the teapot next to the donut tray. I tilt my head. "You keep an entire tea set in here?"

Yuki nods quite seriously. "Don't worry, the teachers gave us permission. Besides, besides, doesn't a cup of hot tea help you enjoy a good book?" Yuki was clearly passionate about reading, from the little I knew about him. It was clear why he had joined the literature club. Therefore, I didn't want to insult him by saying I rarely read.

"U-um, I guess..." I couldn't really find any words, but luckily Nico butted into the conversation.

"Ehehehe. Don't let yourself get intimidated. Yuki's just trying to impress you." He smirked slyly and glanced in Yuki's direction, watching his reaction.

The said reaction was Yuki being caught off guard and nearly spilling the tea he was pouring. "W-what? Th-that's not..." He trailed off, unsure how to respond and likely insulted. After a moment, he turns back. "I only meant that, you know..."

I smiled lightly and held up my hand. "Dude, it's cool. I might not be one for both reading and drinking tea, but I do actually really like tea, so it's fine." Which is true. It was a strange thing for me to like, but tea was a nice drink, I gotta say.

Yuki sigher in relief to himself, his chest moving heavily. "I'm glad..."

Nico then raises an eyebrow, smiling at me. "So, MC, what made you decide to join the literature club, anyway?"

I froze. I was afraid of this question. "Um..." Something tells me that I probably shouldn't tell Nico that I was literally dragged here by Tori. So, I dodged the question. "Well, I was thinking about joining some clubs and Tori seemed really happy here..." I trailed off, hoping the brunette would fill in the rest himself.

Nico gave me his all-star smile. "That's cool. No need to be embarrassed, man! We'll make you feel right at home here, okay?" He got a more cocky attitude as he went on. "After all, as President of the literature club, it's my solemn duty to make this club safe and enjoyable for everyone!" The passion from Nico made a question form in my head.

"Not gonna lie, Nico, I'm kinda surprised. How come you decided to start your own club, anyway. I'm sure you could be a board member for any of the major clubs. In fact, weren't you the leader of debate club last year?" I tilted my head, wondering why Nico, the most popular guy in school, would be so invested in something like this.

Nico didn't seem to expect this question and laughed nervously. "Ahaha, well, Y'know..." He rubbed his arm and continued. "To be perfectly frank, I can't stand all the politics around all of the major clubs." He almost looked upset as he continued. "A bunch of arguing about the budget and publicity and how to prepare for events..." He took a breath and smiled thoughtfully. "I'd much rather take something I personally enjoy and make something really special out of it, Y'know what I mean?" He held out his hand for effect. "And if it gets to be interested in literature, then I'm fulfilling my dream!" Hearing Nico be so honest and passionate about something just made me want him even more.

Tori excitedly jumped in. "Nico's a really great leader! Like, the best, even~". Yuki silently nods in agreement as well. Natt is silent, but a proud gleam shines in his eye. However, another question formed in my head. I hope I wasn't pushing.

"Well, then, I'm surprised there aren't more people in the club yet..." A realization comes to me. "Starting a new club must me...really tough, man."

Nico rubs his neck, almost embarrassed. "You could put it like that." His smile fades slightly and he glances away. "Not many people are interested enough into putting effort into something brand new. Especially when it's something that doesn't grab many people's attention like literature. You have to work hard just to convince people that you're both fun and worthwhile..." He looks back at me and a glimmer comes to his eye. "But, it makes school events like the festival that much more important. I'm confident we can all really grow this club before we graduate." Nico suddenly stands and holds out his arms, the gloominess gone from his face. "Right, everyone?"

I watch in awe as Nico seems to recover so quickly. He was so passionate about something so small, and it made me wonder if he could be as passionate about other things...

Tori is the first to answer. "Yeah!" He's so excited. It makes me smile to see him so glad...

Yuki follows quickly after. "We'll do our best!" I wouldn't expect anything less from Yuki. Even though he seems rather timid, he clearly becomes a whole new person when it comes to literature...

Even Natt chimes in excitedly. "You bitches know it!" Despite his standoffish behavior and his odd fashion sense, Natt is still passionate about this club. Clearly, I still had a lot to learn about him, and I am honestly excited to do so...

Everyone enthusiastically agreed. Nico had clearly worked hard to find these guys. Four boys, so different, yet all interested in the same goal. That was probably why they were so excited at the possibility of a new member joining...and I can't say I wasn't thinking about it. Sure, I wasn't actually into literature...but I was most definitely into these boys! And, I can safely say that I got to know at least one of them a LOT better...

What's happening, it's Troy, your new favorite yaoi author. First of all, phew! Over 2500 words! This actually didn't take as long as I thought, but whatever~ I usually don't write this much at once, but I didn't want to stop before I came to a good stopping point. Plus, I wanted to introduce all the boys at once and give them all some spotlight.

Speaking of which, what do you think of our boys? Do you have a favorite, and if so, who is it?~ I have a preference myself, but I won't spill that secret quite yet, ehehehe. I hope you like how I'm portraying them, along with their descriptions. I took extra care with those.

Also, as I'm sure you can tell, MC's mind is full of dirty little thoughts. Yikes, I wonder exactly how much he can pull? Well, only one way to find out! I shudder to think of the innuendos and comparisons he's going to make. And, of course, the ones he's already made...

Anyway, back to business. As always, the poll is still up, and I gotta say, I haven't got that many votes. All ya gotta do is take a moment of your time to go to my profile, click the poll, and make your decision. I don't want to push anyone, but, again, I want to make the most people possible happy, Y'know? Also, the poll WILL CLOSE AFTER THE RELEASE OF THE NEXT CHAPTER! So, you don't have a lot of time!

With that out of the way, I think I've said all I wanted to say. Have a great day, stay safe, and if you haven't already, be sure to fav, follow, review, etc.! It really warms my heart to know that people are actually enjoying this and I'm not just reading all of this to myself...But, whatever, you didn't come here to pity me! Until next time!~
