I'm pulled from my thoughts as I realize that Yuki is speaking to me. "So, MC, what kinds of things do you like to read?" The purple haired boy looks at me almost expectantly.

I hesitate for a moment. I had been dreading this question. Aside from subtitles on various things, I hadn't read much...well, ever. And I sure as hell wasn't going to mention all of the hentai, for obvious reasons. So, I came up with the best answer I could that wasn't a complete lie. "...just manga...and comic books" I mutter, almost feeling like a joke at how obsurd it was.

Natt's head perks up for a moment, as if he wants to say something, but he quickly bites his lip and turns away. Meanwhile, Yuki also reacts, giving a rather sad smile. "A-Ah...I see...not much of a reader, I guess...".

Upon seeing Yuki's reaction, I couldn't help but interject. "Th-that can change, though." I gave Yuki a small smile and that seemed to cheer him up...what was I even thinking? It was almost as if I couldn't help myself. Looking to change the topic, I followed up and asked "Anyways, what about yourself, Yuki?"

"Well, let's see..." Yuki's finger traces around the rim of his teacup, it slowly sliding around and around almost slickly, stretching his finger wider and deeper as he thought harder and harder...I try to ignore the thoughts filling my head and focus on listening to Yuki. "My favorites are usually novels that build deep and complex fantasy worlds. The level of creativity and craftsmanship behind them is simply amazing to me, to the point, I'm ashamed to admit, I feel almost envious. And even so, telling a good story in such a foreign world from our own is equally as impressive."

Yuki goes on, clearly passionate about his reading. He seemed so shy and timid from the moment I walked in, but it's obvious by the way his eyes light up that he finds much more comfort in the world of books over people...I silently hope that I can change that he continues. "But, well, I like a lot of things, I suppose. Stories with deep psychological elements usually immerse me as well." His eyes almost seem to glaze as his smile grows slightly wider, him clearly becoming lost in his own words. "Isn't it simply amazing how a writer can take advantage of you own lack of imagination and completely throw you for a loop?..." He seems to remember we're all here and stops talking to the imaginary audience he was before. "A-anyway, I've recently been reading a lot of horror..."

I jump at the chance to connect to Yuki even on a minimal level. "I-I read a horror book once. Of course, I was ten and I had nightmares for a week. I actually wet the b-I mean, it freaked me out and I didn't dare to pick one up again..." I mentally facepalm. He may as well be having a more riveting conversation with a rock.

Nico takes this moment to speak, saving me from embarrassmenf once again. Was he doing this on purpose, or did he simply have good timing? "Really, I wouldn't have expected that outta you, Yuki." The brunnette tilted his head slightly. "For someone as gentle as you..." He trails off, but he clearly means no ill will as he does.

Yuki blushes slightly, but gives a thoughtful smile. "I guess you could say that. But if a story makes me think, or transports me to another world, then I simply can't put it down..." He glances downwards, a mixture of cuteness and shyness coming through. Clearly, he wasn't used to talking this much, especially about his tastes in literature.

Natt groans, crossing his arms and rolling his eyes. "Ugh, horror sucks ass." We all look at him with varying degrees of surprise, Yuki's being the most obvious and incredulous, as if he couldn't comprehend why someone would say such a thing. However, as he frowns, he calmly responds in turn.

"Oh? Why do you say that, Natt?" There's a hint of contempt in his voice, but he's clearly reserving judgement for now.

Natt seems surprised at being asked such an obvious question and tenses slightly, his eye twitching. "W-well, I just..." His eyes dart in my direction for a split second before looking away again. "Never mind. I don't need to explain myself to you-"

"Oh, that's right, you usually like writing about cute things, don't you, Natt?" Nico interjects. The pink haired boy is taken off guard by that, his head snapping in the taller boy's direction.

"Wh-what?! Wh-what the hell gives you that idea?!" Natt was clearly freaking out for no apparent reason. Between his pink long hair, his twin buns, and that skirt he was wearing, he was the definition of cute. Even how he got flustered could be called cute. He could even be called a trap...

Nico pulled a sheet of paper out of his pocket and showed it to Natt. "You left this piece of paper behind at the last meeting. Looks like you were writing a poem called-"

"Don't say it out loud!" Natt suddenly yelled out, grabbing at the paper. "And give me back my shit!"

"Fine, fine~" Nico hummed and just smiled, handing the sheet to Natt, who quickly crumpled it and, realizing he had no pockets, stuck it in his skirt.

Tori sidles up to Natt and puts his hands on the slightly shorter boy's shoulders, coming so close that their crotches almost touch. "Ehehe, your cupcakes, your poems. Everything about you is just as cute as you are, Natt~" The blond smirked innocently as he began to hug Natt.

Natt, being both upset and taken off guard, stiffens up and squeezes his eyes and fists tightly together. "I'M NOT FUCKING CUTE!" His voice cracked at 'cute', much to his surprise and embarrassment, causing him to blush almost as pink as he was.

Meanwhile, everyone else struggles to hold in a chuckle. I decide save Natt from any further embarrassment and ask "You write your own poems, Natt?". It seemed like as good a question as any.

Natt tilts his head in confusion at my interest, his eyes questioning. " Huh? Well, sometimes I guess..." He crosses his arms and raises an eyebrow cynically. "Why the hell do you care?"

Being curious about what he had actually written, I'm honest. "Why don't you share them sometime?" I try to give a comforting grin, but I apparently fail as Natt's eyes widen.

"N-no!" He averts his eyes suddenly and refuses to look at me. Is he...nervous? "You wouldn't...like them..." He trails off, not willing to say more.

Yuki looks sympathetic for Natt for once and nods his head shyly in agreement. "I must agree and say that I understand how Natt feels. Sharing that kind of personal writing takes more than simple confidence." Yuki holds his hand to his chest and continues almost solemnly. "The truest form of writing is writing to oneself. You must be willing to open up to your readers and expose your vulnerabilities, showing into the deepest reaches of your heart..." He trails off, almost talking to himself at this point.

Nico holds out a finger and points it somewhat randomly as he jumps in. "Do you have experience writing too, Yuki? Maybe if you share some of your work, you can set an example and help Natt to be comfortable enough to share his." He gives an assured smile, but it seems in vain.

Yuki simply looks away, holding his hands together, almost wringing them, refusing to speak. After a few moments of silence, I point out the obvious. "I guess it's the same for Yuki, huh?"

Tori pouts and holds out his hands limply. "Awwww...I really wanted to read everyone's poems..." After that, we all sat in silence, a strange tension in the air. A few seconds passed before Nico stood up once more, a cocky smirk in his face.

"Okay! I have an idea, everyone!" We all looked at Nico questioningly as he explained. "Let's all go home and write a poem of our own! Then, the next time we all meet up, we can share them with each other. That way, everyone is even!"

There was a buzz in the air. Natt stuttered, trying to protest, but he couldn't quite get the words out. Yuki was quiet, not knowing quite what to say. Tori, however, looked excited and almost jumped for joy. "Aw, yeeeeah, let's do it!"

Nico put a hand on his hip and smiled at me warmly. "Plus, now that we have a new member, i think it'll help us all get more comfortable with each other and strengthen the bond of our club. Right, MC?" The brunette looked at me with kind eyes, but I began to stutter.

"H-hold on, man...there's still one problem..." The boys all look at me as I gulp nervously and went on. "I never said that I would actually join the club...like, yeah, Tori convinced me to stop by, but I never actually made a decision. Plus, I still have other clubs to look at and..." I look back at the boys as I lose my trail of thought.

They all looked at me with dejected eyes. Nico looked in shock, his chest heaving heavily, his muscles bulging, as if he was sure I would agree. Yuki held his book tightly to his chest, seeming almost ashamed, his beautiful purole eyes almost in tears. Even Natt seemed upset for just a moment before spitting on the floor and crossing his arms annoyed, hugging his flatboard stomach slightly. And Tori looked the most hurt of all, his thin arms slowly falling along with his eyes, his jaw dropping slightly.

As I watched the boys, images began to fill my head. The four boys began to cloud my thoughts. At first it was just of when I first saw them and the sparks that went through me. Then the images became more imaginative and lewd. I began to wonder exactly how close I could get to these boys if I stayed. They all clearly seemed interested in me in one way or another. Who needs hentai when I could have the real thing? In that moment, I made my selfish and impure decision. It would come back to me with great reward.

I shake my head, biting my lip nervously, staring at the boys. "Alright...I've decided..." Then I wink and smile. "I'm joining the Literature Club!" The boys suddenly look much happier.

"Yesssssss! I'm so happy~" exclaims Tori. He looks adorable when he smiles. I wonder if I can get him to make other faces.

Yuki breathes a sigh of great relief. "You really did scare me there for a moment." My eyes wander to Yuki's crotch. How big was it, really?

Natt places his hands on his hips. "If you had really just come for the cupcakes, I woulda bitch slapped you into next week." I lick my lips. The trap really was cute behind that aggressive attitude and it makes me think about what exactly he's hiding under there.

"Well, then let's makes it official. Welcome to the Literature Club!" Nico holds out his hand for me to shake and I do so. His arm muscles bulge as we shake and I ponder about exactly how strong he really is, in more ways than one.

I blush slightly. "Ah, thanks, I guess". All of this attention is making me feel something and I don't want them to see, so I silently hope that they hurry this up.

Nico holds up his hand proudly, gathering everyone's attention. "Okay, with that, everyone, I think we can officially end today's meeting! Don't forget about tonight's assignment! Write a poem tonight and bring it to the next meeting so we all can share!" Nico looks me over one more time...was he just checking me out? "MC, I look forward to seeing how you express yourself ~"

I laugh nervously, wondering how I could possibly impress any of the guys with my writing skills. Anxiety and hormones both begin to well up inside of me, the latter forming a physical indication. I begin to walk out of the classroom as the guys chit chat, with Natt and Yuki cleaning up the food- "Hey, MC, do you wanna walk home together?" Tori interrupts me and hugs me from behind. Any farther down and I would have some explaining to do.

"U-um, I'm really tired, and I need to make sure my alarm is set and I'll need all the time I can get to write, so maybe next time, bye!" I make as many excuses as I can as I wriggle away from Tori's wandering arms, running down the hall as fast as I can. I hear him yell something about seeing me tomorrow, not really paying attention.

With that, I departed the clubroom, and then the school. As I ran, my pants began to tighten as I thought of the four boys: My best friend and innocent Tori...the deep and 'deep' Yuki...the aggressive trap Natt...and the friendly athlete Nico...would I really grow so close and be happy with one of those boys? Only one way to find out! And, the only way to start was to write a poem...after I got home, took off my clothes, and knocked one outta the park.

What's good, this is Troy, your new favorite yaoi author. First, yes, I know, I'm late, ehe. I usually upload every day, but it was the weekend and I suffer from a very serious condition called 'procrastination'. I usually write all of my stuff in one sitting, but I didn't this time, because I got tired of writing, ehe~

Regardless, the new chapter is here now! I leave it up to you guys on who I write first! The poll for character routes is still up on my profile but WILL CLOSE SOON! So, if you haven't had your input known yet, you may as well go ahead now! There's no time to waste.

Also, now that I'm done introducing everyone and began mixing the fluff and the less pure content, what do you think so far? Who's your favorite, what do you think of MC, who do you want to see unclothed first? These are the kinda things I wanna hear from you guys on! Input is always welcome here, it's a judgement free zone.

Anyway, I'll let you know if the next chapter will be 'graphic' not, cuz it all depends on who I write first. It probably won't since it' s only the first scene, but ya never know. Until then, however, have a great day, stay safe, and, if you have a sec, favorite, follow, review, etc. Until next time!~
