This is a list of superpowers Jacob has, this is based on the superpower wiki so you can check there for all the applications listed therein:
Archetype: Berserker - Due to his enhanced Physiology and regeneration his anger can reach infinite levels, and he can be overwhelmed by pain from his adaptations causing him to be blinded by instinct, pain, adrenaline, and rage.
Powerhouse Physiology - Jacob is 7'91/2 feet tall and is 915 pound of fat and muscle in a stout and strong build.
Adaption Manipulation - Combining His adaptive abilities and his newly gained intelligence he can manipulate what adaptations he can get
Reactive Adaptation/Superior Adaptation - The former is his power to begin with and the latter is what he will grow to be in the future. However, when he adapts it causes him great pain.
Ultimate Regeneration - He can regenerate from a single cell, and his mind is coded into his genes in place of where Doomsday would normally be via genetic memory.
Recursive Immortality/Adaptive Resurrection - See ultimate regeneration and adaptive manipulation.
Adaptive Regeneration - See Ultimate regeneration and Adaptation manipulation.
Supernatural Condition (Superhuman Physiology) - Due to how Cadmus provided his base form with an enhanced condition as a human in a vat tube the virus eventually adapted him to be better.
Strength Combat/Regeneration Combat - His main fighting style.
Lovecraftian Superpowers - Being a creature of advanced science his powers are beyond even the best minds grasp.
Magic Resistance - Being a creature of science he is weak to magic, however his adaptations allow some resistance to the craft.
Eldritch physiology (Humanoid Abomination) - while he isn't human anymore he will always appear humanoid, no matter the adaption as a template to build off of.
Unbreakable bones - From Cinderblock turning his bones to gravel in his first death.
Dermal Armor - Like Doomsday his skin is hard, scaly, and extremely durable.
Supernatural intelligence (Superhuman intelligence) - He was already intelligent, but the bio-augmentation made it enhanced and the virus took it to the next stage.
Bio-augmentation - Cadmus stabilized his transformation from his assimilation of the useful parts of the Doomsday virus, and through experimentation in the vat tube before transformation provided him with an Enhanced Physiology the virus made it better, see Supernatural Condition.
Supernatural Health - He will always be in uncommonly high health due to adaptations.
Super Eating/Calorie Conversion - His body functions as a living energy reactor to sustain himself and powers.
Weaknesses:
Magic is his kryptonite, being a creature made of science he has magic resistance not immunity.
He can make mistakes, as he is a intelligent ditzy teen turned genius from the experiments and assimilation of the virus.
He is his own worst enemy.
He is powerful, but not the strongest in DC.
If all his cells are destroyed he will permanently die, unless he adapts around this in the future.
The end of the universe might kill him, if he hasn't adapted to avoid it in the future or planned around it.
Adaptation and Regenerating cause him a horrific amount of pain.
He requires a lot of energy to regenerate and adapt, usually in the form of calories. Although he may adapt around this in the future using alternative energy sources.
