Story Start!

"BOOST!"

Naruto's body became cloaked in an aura of his own magical energy as he doubled the power of his magic. Naruto looked down at a book about Dragons in front of him, and he looked around the room with a grin on his face.

He figured it out.

His book was the history of two dragons, the Red Dragon Ddraig and the White Dragon Albion, the two dragons that were rivals to each other. To the point that when one dragon invented the power to Double his Power, the other dragon invented the technique to Half the Opponents Power. Well, if some dragons could invent such a power, then it only made sense that somebody else could reinvent the powers.

"BOOST!" Naruto called out as he doubled his power again, and the magical aura became more dense as his magical power became TWICE as powerful as before. "BOOST!" Naruto shouted as he doubled his power again with a grin on his face.

He learned it.

After a record setting 10 hours of learning, he figured out how to use the Boost power. Naruto grinned as he flexed his muscles. Once he truly mastered the Boost and Transfer power, he was going to reinvent the Divide power and master it as well. Naruto slammed his hands together, before he focused the magical energy and stored it inside of his body instead of outside of it. He transfered all of the energy into his hand, before he touched a tree and transfered all of the energy into the tree.

Tons of flowers bloomed on the tree.

"... Boost, boost, boost, boost, boost, boost, boost, boost, boost, Boost, BOost, BOOst, BOOSt, BOOST, BOOST!" Naruto started to chant as he repeated use of the technique that he had just learned. He kept doubling his power until he kept himself reach a limit for how much he could boost himself to his physical limits currently. "Transfer!" Naruto called out as he took all of the extremely dense energy swirling around him, and he stored it inside of his body. "BOOST!" Naruto boosted himself again.

He boosted the stored power inside of him, and doubled it without going completely past his physical limit.

"EXPLOSION!" Naruto demanded himself as he released all of the power he stored away, and it exploded out of him and combined with the power that he had just doubled. Naruto went over his limits and he instantly felt exhaustion, but he dealt with it and ran around the garden of his house. Naruto threw punches and kicks at imaginary enemies, and he trained himself mentally. "... Now Reset..." Naruto stopped and let go of all of the power that he had built up before he started to truly damage himself.

Naruto grabbed his book on legendary dragons.

"Hmmmm... before I go to Albion... guess I should finish mastering everything this guy can do... guess the next skill I should recreate is Penetrate." Naruto stated as he looked at Ddraig's legend even more. Naruto thought about how he was going to achieve a defense piercing technique, before he rubbed the back of his head. "Or should I focus on..." Naruto rubbed both sides of his head in frustration.

He didn't know which ability he wanted to master next, since the rest of the techniques seemed SO BORING to him.

He should get a book on Sacred Gears from Sona if she had any of them, and see if he could find something more interesting in that book.

"... Ah screw it, I guess I don't need to bother with this right now! Anyway, the dragons were murdered and turned into Sacred Gears... Oh... I should totally pick a fight with BOTH of them if I can find them." Naruto couldn't wait to challenge th Divine Dividing user to a Dividing fight, and the Boosted Gear user to a Boosting fight. He was going to have so much fun defeating Sacred Gear users, but first he was going to need to get himself a book on Sacred Gears that wasn't related to Ddraig and Albion.

Naruto hummed in thought, before he looked at the tree he touched earlier.

He thought some more.

"... DIVIDE!" Naruto called out.

The tree lost half of it's energy and that energy returned to Naruto, and Naruto just nodded his head as if he expected that to happen. Yep, once he learned Boost and Transfer, it was a simple matter to learn Divide. Naruto yawned to himself as he felt his stamina get drained even more by his continued use of new abilities.

Apparently, the stamina you lose by using the abilities doesn't just magically come back to you, and using Boost and Divide one after another didn't seem to go well. He felt himself take a good amount of damage from switching between the two abilities.

-3 Hours Later-

"Azazel! Azazel! I bring startling news!"

"Meh, startling news isn't that important, I'm in the middle of making something amazing... Vali, you can handle whatever this startling news is for me." Azazel stated as he ate his cup ramen, not caring very much about whatever startling news that one of his lower fallen angels was reporting to him.

Vali looked on with boredom.

"A boy has learned how to use the Boosted Gear and Divine Dividing."

Azazel started to choke to death as he accidentally swallowed ALL of the cup ramen when he gagged. He dropped out of his chair and collapsed on the floor, grabbing his neck while Vali just looked on in EXTREME interest in what he had just heard.

"That's impossible." Vali stated with a growing smile.

"We don't know what his name is, but Raynare just felt a surge of magical energy. She abandoned her mission to follow Issei Hyoudou, and found a boy learning how to use Boost... and then he learned how to use Divide... this boy has no Sacred Gears!"

Azazel was still choking, but he coughed until everything was out of his throat. He turned his head sharply towards the fallen angel who had spoken to him, and his face was spread into a disbelieving grin of epic proportions.

"He learned to use a Sacred Gear he doesn't have?" Azazel asked, just to make sure. "He learned to use Divine Dividing?" Azazel questioned again as he gestured towards Vali.

Vali's hands were shaking in excitement.

"It's not truly impossible, I myself invented the Divide power to face off again Ddraig when he invented his Boost ability."

"Where is he, and who is he... how strong is he?" Vali asked as he grabbed the fallen angel by the shirt and lifted them into the air. He had to know just who this person was, where he was, and everything that he needed to know if he wanted to go and fight this boy.

"He LEARNED a Sacred Gear!?" Azazel asked as he pushed Vali out of the way. "Has he learned any other Sacred Gears before now, tell Raynare that Issei is no longer her target. Tell her that capturing this boy is her new mission, it's top priority!" Azazel couldn't have gotten better news if he had tried to think of it himself.

A boy LEARNED how to use Sacred Gears.

Sacred Gears he DID NOT HAVE!

"Capture, I want to fight him."

"You can fight him later, but I want to talk with him, see how he works... I won't be able to sleep properly until I have answers!" Azazel knew that this was going to be haunting his dreams until the day he could meet this mystery boy and get his answers.

-With Naruto-

"... These abilities are kind of boring... well, you never know when somebody is going to challenge you to a Boosting and Dividing contest with your life on the line, so I better mastery these abilities anyway." Naruto shrugged his shoulders as he ran his stamina dry. He was going to take a nice, hot, and relaxing bath to recharge his mental battery, followed by a nice meal, and a good night's sleep. "Feels kind of like using power I didn't earn... but I mean... I did learn the techniques... so I guess I did earn it... but... this is too complicated, less thinking, more napping!" Naruto called to himself.

Training was done for the today.
