After Parvati and Padme saw Harry's memory…

"Okay, so you didn't kiss her, she kissed you," Parvati stated.

"But then what were you doing the past few weeks? There were rumors about you sneaking off to cheat!" Padme accused.

"I was investigating Quirrell and a spirit possessing him, Tom Riddle," Harry answer, "At least I think he's being possessed."

"Did you say Tom Riddle?" Salazar asked.

"Yes, why? Do you know him?"

"He was my last heir before you, he used Medusa to…" Salazar didn't finish, getting simultaneously sad and angry with the man he spoke of.

"Who's Medusa?" Parvati asked.

"She was a protector left by Slytherin to defend the school," Harry answered.

"What is she?" Padme asked.

"A basilisk," Harry answered.

Parvati turned to the portrait, "You put a bloody basilisk in a school for kids?! Do you have any kind of idea what that monster is capable of?! It…"

"She, Medusa is a she, not an it! And she's not a monster!" Salazar shouted back at her.

"It kills people!" Padme argued.

"That… was not her fault, she was being controlled," Salazar said sadly.

"Hold on what's she talking about Salazar? Who did it kill?" Harry asked.

"I don't know the name, but I remember Riddle boasting about how 'easy it was to frame Hagrid for killing the mudblood', no idea who Hagrid is, and I never saw Riddle after that day."

'So that's why Hagrid got expelled,' Harry thought to himself.

"So why does this guy matter anyway?" Padme asked.

"Sometimes I transform and climb out the tower and go to the Forbidden Forest. It's freeing and helps me think through stuff. I found out Quirrell was hunting unicorns, and when I stopped him, he claimed to be Voldemort."

"And you're sure it was Quirrell you were fighting?" Padme asked.

"Remember Quirrell's 'terrible accident' that put him in the hospital wing for a week?"

"That was you?" Parvati asked to which Harry nodded.

"Well is there any proof that he is You-Know-Who?" Padme asked.

"He's referred to himself as Voldemort," said which got a cringe from the Patils, "It's just a name, besides saying You-Know-Who is a mouthful. So, can we all agree to just say the name?" At this the Patils agreed. "Anyway, he's drinking unicorn blood, which even if he isn't Voldemort is still horrible. He told everyone the troll was in the dungeon, but I found it with you two on the second floor, which means he lied and probably let the troll in.

"Okay, assume I believe you and Y-Voldemort is here, why would he come here now? I mean if he wanted to kill you, he could have done it a million times over. So, he's got to be here for some other reason, what is it?" Padme reasoned, which caused both Harry and Parvati to think of the forbidden corridor.

"There's a Cerberus guarding something on the third-floor corridor, maybe that's what he's here for."

"But what could be here that needs such security?" Parvati asked, none of them could think of an answer.

"We could try asking Dumbledore for assistance," Padme suggested.

"No!" Harry shouted shocking the Patils, "I just don't… can't trust him after what he's done." This caused them to wonder what Harry was referring to, but thought best to not ask, at least not right now.

"We could ask McGonagall, I mean she is Deputy Headmistress and our house head," Parvati suggested.

'Not a bad idea to… wait… CRAP!' Harry panicked, "The troll! What are they going to think when they find what I did? Stupid! Stupid! Stupid!" Harry said hitting his head on the desk a few times.

"Harry!" Parvati shouted before stopping him from really hurting himself, "It'll be fine. All you did was save our lives, why would they punish you?"

"Are you forgetting I turned into a xenomorph and took a chunk out of its head?" Harry reminded her, "How am I supposed to explain away that?"

"We could just sneak into our dorms and pretend to have been there the whole time," Padme offered.

"How are we supposed to get…" Harry started to say before a thought came to mind, "Salazar is there a way out of the castle from the chamber?"

Salazar kind of chuckled at that, "Of course, how did you think I kept getting back in the school after I 'left'." Salazar told them where they wanted to go, and they found the exit out close to the lake.

"So, how are we getting back to our dorms from here?" Padme asked.

"I carry you," he responded.

First, he wrapped his tail around Padme securing her to his back before climbing the wall. Though she didn't take kindly to being carried up the side of the castle, and despite Harry's attempts to calm her down and reassure her, they had no effect, especially since she couldn't understand his hissing. When he got up to the Ravenclaw Tower thankfully no one was looking his way. So, he dropped Padme off and headed back down.

Next was Parvati's turn, she handled being carried better than her sister. 'Gryffindor bravery," Harry thought to himself. When he got up to the tower a quick peak in found only the Weasley Twins looking at the window, possibly waiting for Harry and Parvati.

"Where have you two been?" Fred asked.

"We saw you disappear from the map," George said.

"How much did you see?" Harry asked.

"If you're wondering whether or not we saw Troll disappear from the map after you ran into it, yes," Fred replied.

"Did you kill it?" George asked getting a short nod from Harry.

"What's been going on since the feast," Parvati asked.

"The professors are searching the castle, not for the troll, but I guess for its killer," George replied.

"They haven't checked to make sure everyone's in their dorms, have they?" Harry asked.

"No, not yet," Fred responded and at the Harry sighed with relief. He sat next to Parvati on the couch by the fire.

Meanwhile with Dumbledore

Dumbledore had gone with McGonagall to check the dungeons to find, nothing. No sign of a troll. Fearing the beast could have gotten further up the steps they ran into Snape and Quirrell descending from the stairs. They searched floor by floor until they came across the troll lying dead in a pool of blood, a chunk of its head gone which they agreed must've caused its death.

While the other professors looked everywhere for the student that must've done this, Dumbledore examined the body. Its injuries reminded him of what they found at the Dursley house. This thing was a known killer and now it was here. It had followed Harry.

Dumbledore figured someone had set an experimental creature on Harry as revenge for killing Voldemort so many years ago. Whatever this creature was he would have to keep a close eye.
